Every time the question of "What do I do with with the red pill?" comes up, the mantra that gets repeated is essentially the same: What you get here is knowledge. How to act on that is essentially up to you.

What I will say is that, in terms of improving your life, nothing you read here or elsewhere in the Manosphere will make one iota of difference until you start acting on it, and actually putting real effort into making changes in your day to day life.

Beyond that, if you want more specific advice, you'll need to ask more specific questions.

Start taking control of your own life.

Start pursuing activites you want to do that you know will benefit you. Especially ones that you've previously put off or 'rationalized' against: Start learning to box, learn to draw, pick up a foreign language and pick up guitar. Do these things for you, for your own betterment.

Go out and meet people. Meet real Alphas you can learn from, meet real girls you can play with, and meet real betas you can anti-learn from.

Go to a doctor and get your testosterone levels checked.

Get lots of sleep, too.

I've been browsing through TRP and related sites for a day or two, and while agreeing with the majority of the content, I have two unsolved questions: 1)Is there a study/survey/something that shows that women are earning equal amounts in salaries comparative to men? I'd like to have something to point to should I start arguing with others. 2)What's the average political stance for someone who's taken the Red Pill? I've read a lot of posts on Heartiste's blog about 'maintaining the purity of the white race' and, while being white, would not like to be involved in any race-related extremism
