Do you guys have any online dating advice?

[Hey there, I'm Ashley :) I currently am n grad school for occupational therapy. I like going out, drinks, watching and playing sports, country music and hanging out with friends n family.]

They're all like this to some degree. From ages 18-3O, black or white, educated or not. They seem to have no real hobbies or interest and often no values as well.

How do I work with this guys? Do you have any good general openers, strategies, signs you look for?

My conversation skills are within normal, I just don't know how to get past introductions like that.
