FB is a woman's frame 100%. Even fat landbeasts get hit on.

I use FB as an income paying job only. It's a cat lady's kingdom even if she's 7 years away from becoming one.

There's pretty much no way on any social media platform you can cold approach a girl and you not enter her frame.

HOWEVER, anyone who says you can't land girls using this method is wrong.

You can, most probably won't be hot and usually the girl needs to see from your profile that you have a much higher SMV than her.

Adding and God-forbid talking to someone you don't know on Facebook is creepy.

If you know them, where do you know them from? Better to approach them there, in person. Brownie points if you just walk up to her group at a convenient time and setting. Note, there are rules on dating someone you work with and a good post on the main sub recently. TLDR was make sure they have more to lose than you if people find out.

If you knew the person from a time gone by.. do whatever you want. You're not on their radar anyway. Either stay at 0 or go to +1. There is no -1. Although, it's still a bit weird. She will tell people and it may affect your odds with other people in the future. Probably best to steer clear.
