There's been FR from some guy, who went to some corporate party and observed how couples act. In my opinion, most valuable women were ones, who supported their husbands in their life's work - they'd do stuff women are good - socializing, manipulating, coqueting in order to help their husbands advance in their causes.

This is cooperation and cooperation is one of most valuable abilities people can have.

As an old guy, let me give you some free advice:

Would there be a situation where any of you would commit to just one girl?

Only if you were going to have kids. Otherwise, why would you?

What does a high value woman look like? Hot, sure, but what else?

Sunny personality. Being around Negative Nancy all the time is a real buzz kill. I think I'd choose happy and dumb over intelligent and bitchy. Women frequently don't understand the power that they have to see the tone in the home. A woman who sends her husband off with a smile on his face and a song in his heart in the morning will discover that he does better for his family than if she sends him off with a scowl and a bad mood.
Good with kids. Otherwise, why are you forsaking all others?
Feminine. Those two generally go hand in hand. I vastly prefer feminine women--if I wanted to hang around with a dude, I have friends for that.
Submissive. Both in the bedroom and supportive of traditional gender roles. If I ever let one of my plates move in, I have washed my last dish and vacuumed my last rug, and she will think that the snow shovels itself, and never see another "warning" light on the dashboard.
Takes care of herself. If I am giving up the rest of the Pussy Posse, it had better be worth it.
Willing to give me her prime years. 32 y.o. looking for a betbux? Back of the line, sweetie. The sweet spot for me is early 20s, with a couple of tenured plates above 25.
Low N-count. Goes without saying, but I'm saying it.
No graffiti or shrapnel. I am not a fan, so no tats, although I might make an exception for tasteful and concealable. Piercings? Ears (but no gauges) and belly button only.

So yeah, that's the "stream of consciousness" list. If I were going to wife up one of my plates it would be the 20 year old one, as she's basically the above, packaged in an 8.5 face/body combo.
