Hey trp

I started my journey to bettering my life 2 years ago started more serious 1 year ago and few months ago found trp at 17 years old. I lost 10kg in fat and did not watch that much and started to study until I became arrogant.

I thought I knew everything. Now I watch porn everyday gained 9kg (some of it muscle ofcourse) and havent studied since september. How can I be humble about myself and not be arrogant.
