I have been reading and attempting to apply TRP for over a year and just can't seem to change my mindset.

For some background, I'm a college kid who is above average looking and stumbled into some success with girls but grew up with a traditional beta father and childhood. No More Mr. Nice Guy hit me pretty directly and I realized how unhealthy some of my thoughts and tendencies were. Despite realizing this and accepting a lot of TRP as truth I just can't seem change my mentality. Aside from a bout in the first few months my confidence is still low and ability to spit any game is non-existent.

It's gotten to the point where I'm incredibly frustrated with my inability to change. The worst part is I know girls find me attractive, guys respect me, I have an excellent physique and a bright future but somehow I still have poor confidence and anxiety.

So my question is how do I truly change? How do I get my confidence to a healthy level and change my mentality to the point that it is ingrained in who I am and as a result how I act? I read TRP regularly and agree with it, but when it comes down to actual moments it slips my mind immediately or under pressure I just crack.

I realize this is a very open ended question but anyone with any tips or experience with this issue of actually changing I would greatly appreciate some advice. My failure to actually change myself on the inside for the past year has become beyond frustrating.
