Lifting-Workout Comparison JHudsonBlack January 11, 2017 1 upvotes /r/askTRP I've been following the bodybuilding.com's big man on campus workout (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-big-man-on-campus-12-week-college-trainer.html) and I've completed 12 weeks but feel like it's too complicated. It takes about 1.5 hours and I haven't been gaining as much muscle as I hoped. My form is perfect but my strength hasn't increased. My diet is decent too but I struggle to eat enough sometimes- I have a protein shake immediately post workout. I used to follow this celebrity workout from Mens health (http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/workout-daniel-craig) when I first started going to the gym. It's much simpler and takes less time. I don't have access to a captain's chair but with the exception of that the lifts seem much more simple. I'm a very lean body. I want to pack on muscle (just like everyone lol). Please help me TRP TL;DR: Which workout is better: (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-big-man-on-campus-12-week-college-trainer.html) or (http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/workout-daniel-craig)
