context: I'm 19, first took the red pill about 5 months ago, have since worked on my SMV, started lifting and approaching more people. I work with this girl who's, I'd say, at least a hb8 - 100% out of my league before, probably still is now but a lot less noticeably.

We both work at a local restaurant and when it's not busy, we flirt - a lot. Literally non stop from playful and harmless flirting to serious intense flirting.

here's the problem: before she never used to do this, we'd never flirt at all but about a month and a half ago she got out off a serious LTR & I guess she putting herself on the market. Thing is, I don't see her at all outside of work and there's never enough time during work because our shifts don't overlap often (one - two times a week ) and, to make it worse, our friend groups don't overlap at all - we're quite different people.

The issue is I don't normally easily engage girls like her since she's good looking and we don't really have anything in common; thinking about it she could just be a really flirty girl that was loyal to her ex and didn't flirt with other boys whilst she was with him or what I've learnt on TRP has drastically improved my SMV.

Either way I will keep flirting with her because I need practise with better looking girls and if there's one thing I've learnt it's that nothing beats experience. Any advice?
