Not too long ago a HB7 I️ met over the weekend asked to come over to my to watch Netflix. Before this, she was reluctant to come see me even though she insisted that we should meet. The day of, we texted (I️ guess I️ built some rapport through those texts but I️ HATE texting) and it led to her asking to come to my place. She asked for my address, only to find out she’s at the most a 12 minute walk on a bad day. I️ then offered to send her an Uber (mistake) and she agreed, until she texted me “My roommate says that’s a booty call.” I️ then responded with “it can be whatever you want it to be.”

Now my thought process was that by me sending that text, then I️ “weeded out” whether or not I️ was going to get the lay that night. However, I’m still on the fence on whether or not that was the right text. For the future, how should I️ handle situations like this and what should I️ text if I️ see something like this again?
