I've been scratching my hairline and the areas profusely almost every day for the past year. Is it balding or just from scratching ? What kind of products should I jump on to maintain and regrow? What can I use to stop the itching and burning to stop scratching?

First picture is brushed forward. Latter are brushed backward. Haven't had a professional haircut or line up in years.
