I've just finished reading Convict Conditioning. Did some research, I saw a few people talking about hitting a plateau on the first few steps. Maybe their form isn't good? I am going to make an investment of my time into this program. I don't know how long it will take to progress through the steps but I'm having doubts I'll make any gains.

I've also read the bodyweight sub's recommended routine but the information is all over the place. Don't have any internet at home right now, laptop is down so the only thing I have is my phone. Gym costs too much where I live. I'm starting with calisthenics while I'm saving for a barbell and plates.

I'm 165cm and about 150-160 lbs(that was the last time I checked, not sure how much now). I need some direction. I have a pair of push up handles at home and a grip/hand strengthener(cheaply made, not as strong). What are your experiences with Convict Conditioning/Recommended Routine (rBWF)? I'll be starting something at the beginning of next week. Already started stretching for 15 minutes when I wake up so I think I'll be able to fit it in my routine.

Learning to cook on the side to get my diet in check as well. I've got most TRP concepts down. Did some work on the inner self but I've been neglecting my outer self far too long.

TL;DR I'm scared of investing my time into a calisthenics program only to plateau on a certain level. What are some of your experiences with these programs?
