I just watched a short cringe compilation of someone named no neck Ed. At around 1:16 his woman shaves her leg and she says "what do you see?" And he says "I see what I like". When he says this, there is a "cringe" label that pops up nearby his head. This to me didn't seem that cringey though. His affect was slightly restricted and his tonal inflection was upward, but is there anything necessarily unattractive about saying "I see what I like" in such a situation as that, and if so, what is it?
