So i assume any guy who has been with multiple girls know of the side bar light switch effect and had faced it at least once before.

My question regarding it is how do you counter it ? Once a woman swith happens and she reformats her brain to think that she never loved you or never had feelings that were true for you in her brain, does it mean its over ? For good ?

I know the answer when it comes to plates and gf's and its to keep a harem ongoing at all times and to not give a fuck even if it does happen as you could jump from girl to girl.

But is there no psychological way to make it so that the woman is always attracted to only you ?

The main problem i have with this is us men getting older, when we men get older we ought to have it much more difficult to get women unless we are filthy rich and even if we are still athletic and good looking at lets say 60, but we still need a form of marriage bond to have a family as its in our dna to take care of family and for women to take care of our children, but if the switch happens even tho everything weve been doing is good and we have kids and shes old then what ?

If i go from this point of view, then doesnt it mean we shouldnt be wasting time even creating a family ? Doesnt this contradict the fact of our main biological reason? Or should we just make them pregnant and leave to get milk in search of always producing without taking responsibility for our seed ?

Edit : im 24 and i am in no means old but i havent been in a relationship in 3 years (only fucking) because i cant trust girls anymore after seeing what they do to their boyfriends behind their backs and i had the lightswitch effect happen to only one of my ex girls out 5 and that was when i stayed with her the most and started actually cherishing/loving her then bam she showed herself as not attracted as much to me anymore just because she got bored of the same snack and it wasnt so hard to keep anymore.
