improving my inner game?

Ok, first of all, the problems you have are common and are easy to resolve ;) Here are five rules I have to constantly improve my Game: 1) There is no failure. There is only feedback. Open yourself to the vast amount of things you can learn out of every encouter. Every night is a good night if you can internalize this concept, even if you'll walk home alone feeling shit, you'll be laughing when hitting the sack. That's the power of putting yourself in perspective. Learn out of every encounter and when you find yourself crushing on that one girl, MOVE ON. First master the Game, become good with every girl and you'll have the power to choose the girlfriend that actually fits you.

2) Be self-compassionate. If you will keep beating the crap out of yourself in your mind for every mistake you make, you will end up, like many, not enjoying anything. Seriously, you will be able to approach, number close, date her, f-close her and you will STILL feel terrible "because you didn't last long enough", "because you should have waited longer to have sex", "because you were not confident enough and made it awkward at times" The simple truth is that you will grow a lot faster if you are your own best friend. So create an attitude towards yourself that is loving, kind, passionate instead of harsh, impatient, hating, frustrating. If you kiss-close but she flakes you while texting. IT'S OK! You tried! You kiss-closed! Nice! You're getting there! You failed! Awesome! That's feedback! Now you can learn!

3) Self-amusement is king! This one is a BIG one. If you feel like you're losing confidence, or the conversation weakens, it's mostly because in your mind, you're going "I MUST AMUSE HER! WHAT SHOULD I SAY? FAK! She probably thinks I'm a no-one." Again, first of all, BE SELF-COMPASSIONATE! :) Secondly, instead of focusing on amusing her, start with amusing yourself. If you're amusing yourself, you will naturally attract people around you. People will love to be and stay around you. So instead of wondering: "What should I say??", say to yourself: "How can I make this more fun for me? ;)" And you'll see you can talk about literally anything: women watching porn, videogames, ... because if you're amusing yourself, it doesn't matter what the f*ck you're talking about. It's the same with being comfortable. Don't try to make people feel comfortable. Just think: 'Ok, I'm not comfortable, what do I have to do to make myself comfortable?' and do that. If you're comfortable, others will be comfortable around you.

4) Use Statements rather than questions. While conversing, stop interrogating her. Think about it, when you're with friends, you barely ask questions. Everyone is just throwing statements and everyone is building on this tower of concepts and words that are there to reach. So, don't ask her: "Hey, what do you study?" Say: "Hey, Let me guess, glasses, loose hair, no makeup. Physics major?" She: "Aww no! But good to know I look smart!" You: "To bad though. I love physics. I'm gonna be an astronaut one day." She: "Haha! Sounds cool! Can you take me with you? :)" You: "Well, only if you can hold your breathe for 15 seconds." (Poke her at 10sec.) You: "Ouch, you failed. Now you have to buy me a beer!" She: "No! You cheated! And we didn't say anthing about beer!" You: "Ok, here's the deal. The first one to do 5 spins gets a beer! You ready? 3.2.1 Go!"

As long as you're not trying to amuse her but just yourself, you'll be congruent with yourself and she will sucked up in your universe and will have no internal obligation not to do what you say. But again, don't worry all that much because there will be times you're trying to amuse her and you'll catch yourself on that, don't worry, you're learning, it's fine (self-compassion ;) )

5) Physical escalation From the first seconds, lightly touch her here and there in a non-sexual way. If she's having fun around you (because you're just amusing yourself and not trying to make her have fun = being needy), and there's some physicality between the two of you, she will create her own reasons of why to stay around you. So when the conversation dies out, she might actually be the one initiating a new one (= big IOI). We rationalize only afterwards the emotions we feel. So if she feels good (which she will, attraction is not a choice and can be triggered through self-amusement and physicality), she will actually start gaming you.

Not to brag or anything, but I came to a point where my friends call out every girl I make out with as being "too easy". But the simple truth is that my Game is getting to a point where girls will start gaming me after I'm done overloading them with emotions using these concepts.

TL;DR: Improve your game with these 5 rules: 1) There's no failure, there's only feedback. 2) Be self-compassionate. Always. Stop attacking yourself mentally. 3) Self-amusement is King! 4) Use statements rather than questions. 5) Start physicality from the approach to pave the road for kino escalation (only during night-game)

Hey man, I don't have any thing to help keep girls interested but as for focusing on one girl here what I tried when I had the problem:

When you focus on one girl and get oneitis you'll hear a lot of guys say you need "abundance mentality" and for the longest time I had no fucking clue what that meant. One day I decided to find out. As a test, I went out two days in a row and got as many numbers as I could. I also tried to make them as interested as I could you about flakes but my main goal was quantity. Also, I didn't text any of the numbers until I was done on the second day. After that I went about my normal game with all of them. Because there was a few girls I was seeing up dates with and talking to I found that I didn't care too much about any one if them. Sure I thought sally was more attractive than Mary but at the end of the day is sleep with both of them so I wasn't over invested in anyone.

That's just my 2 cents, give it a shot if you want.

TLDR: go out for quantity of numbers and then run normal game on all of them at the same time.

I'm new to game so take everything I say with a pinch of salt... The more girls you approach the more of an "abundance mentality" you have. I use Tinder for instance NOT to get matches, but whenever I feel like I'm falling for a girl I open it up, flick through the profiles and get that mentality back.
