Ive noticed a lot latley that i'll get questions like "Arent you exhausted" "How do tou manage that" Or not so much questions but statement like "Thats impressive" "Wow you really got it figured out"

I appreciate these compliments and usually say thanks or just answer straightforwardly but i feel as if there is some way to address these that could allow me to increase the intimacy with the girl. Clearly she's interested but im still slightly put off by the idk direct expression of interest. Are these shit tests?
