Meet this older lady at a Starbucks hiring event. She seems to be flirting with me but I was too scared to flirt back. Mostly because I wasn't sure if she was trying to flirt with me and I didn't want to risk it. After my interview I went up to her and wished her good luck then she gave me her number and she told me (we should talk on face time later on about this or call and some other stuff I couldn't really understand her). I couldn't really understand her at times because it was pretty distracting environment. I told her sure thing then left. An hour later I texted her saying how was your interview with a blushy but smiling face. Almost a week passed by and she hasn't replied. What went wrong? did she think I wasn't interested? is there a way to fix this situation?
