I won't say I am an introvert but I am not a extrovert either, but I have no problem talking to women on professional grounds but I always tend to mess it up when it comes to dating, to the point even the women who initially show interest in me, Don't want anything to do with me later.

How am I supposed to talk to girls and as it's said "pick up" girls? Be it be online or offline. I just want some good advice.
