Ok, I can tell what you were going for here, but I don’t have a clue why it brought you to my blog. Maybe Google is psychic? I had planned making a post about this at some point, but I guess since you bring it up, now is a good time.
I can give you some advice related to your search. We recently forayed into this territory. If you’re worried about the hygienic issues of anal sex, go to Walgreens and pick up an enema kit. They’re about $25. Talk to your woman about this first though… Don’t just hand her the kit and tell her to go get to it. 
(Side note… I looked at the receipt, and the Captain had also bought a tube of astroglide with the kit. I can’t imagine the look on the cashier’s face!)
The enema was a new, weird experience for me. Not entirely unpleasant, but definitely weird. And it made me a whole lot more comfortable about going through with back-door action.
Start out slow, find a position that works for your girl, and be patient. Make her play with herself, it’ll get her mind off the pressure and cause things to loosen up. Use a finger or two with lube to start, before you move on to bigger and better things. Once you’re in, stay there without moving until she’s comfortable. BE GENTLE. Listen to her, she needs to be able to communicate with you about what feels good and what doesn’t. This isn’t something you can go all alpha pound town on to get a good reaction. If she wants that, cool, but you can easily cause some damage back there if she’s not prepared for it.
Also, don’t expect the same action a few days in a row. For me, that area was off limits for at least a few days to a week afterward.
