Intro

SurfDumb mentioned the Cassie Ventura vs Diddy Combs trial. Cassie Ventura is just one more case study that happens to coincide with this month’s theme.

I thought I’d look into her story to see how many Red Pill principles are confirmed and if there might be anything else we could learn from it.

Ancestry: Mother is of African-American, Mexican, and West Indian descent. Father is Filipino.

Timeline

2000 (Age 14) – She started modeling.

2007–2018 (Age 21–32) – She was with Sean Combs (AKA ‘Diddy’).

2019 (Age 32) – Posts nude photos on Instagram.

2019/9 (Age 33) – Married Alex Fine, a fitness trainer​, while 5 months pregnant.

2019/12 (Age 33) – 1st daughter born

2021/3 (Age 34) – 2nd daughter born

2025/? (Age ~39) – 3rd child expected

Controversy

2023/11/16 (Age 37) – Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs alleging that he subjected her to a decade-long “cycle of abuse, violence, and sex traff!cking”.  Ventura claimed that there had been multiple instances of domestic violence ever since their relationship started (2007), and that this included a r@pe after she ‘tried’ to leave him in 2018.  Combs’ attorney Ben Brafman denied the allegations.

Note the word ‘tried’.  She had been in this abusive relationship for 11 years at that point, and she couldn’t just pack a suitcase and move to another city. She was already rather wealthy via acting and singing, so $$$ was not a limiting factor.

The lawsuit was filed in the Federal District Court in Manhattan under the Adult Survivors Act. So here’s a segue about that.

The Adult Survivors Act

2019 – New York extended the statute of limitations for sexual misconduct from 3 years to 20 years, but this extension was not retroactive.

2022/5 – New York enacted The Adult Survivors Act (ASA) allowing alleged victims of sexual offenses for which the statute of limitations had lapsed to file civil lawsuits for a one-year period, from 2022/11/24, to 2023/11/24. This act allowed plaintiffs to sue for sexual misconduct that occurred between 2002 to 2019.

With this legislation in place, Ventura could have filed a case against Combs at any time from the first incident (as early as 2007, according to her), up until 2023/11/24, but instead, she waited until 2023/11/16 — 8 days before the end of ASA to file her case.  At that time, she was already married to another guy, Alex Fine, and had 2 kids with him.

Settlement

Only one day after Ventura filed the lawsuit, the parties announced they had reached an agreement to resolve the case.  They did not disclose the terms of the out-of-court settlement, but I’m sure it involved a large cash payout, probably in the millions.

2024/5 – CNN obtained and published a video of Combs grabbing Ventura, punching her, and then throwing her to the ground and kicking her in a hotel hallway on 2016/3/5. This led to Combs issuing a video in which he acknowledged the incident and apologized.

2025/5/12 – Ventura began testifying against Combs during the ongoing trial, detailing how she was subjected to abuse by him.

Obviously, Ventura is going after Combs’ money more than anything.  But what I don’t understand is why the trial is continuing after they already reached a settlement.  Paging Thedeti for answers.  Is Ventura simply grinding it in as a parting shot?  Is she trying to squeeze him for more $$$? Did the state or a Femin@zi party take up the case against Combs?

8 Red Pill Principles Confirmed

  1. AF/BB, and in this case, trying to leverage Alpha Bux (AB) as well.
  2. Ventura stuck the landing.  She married an athletic trainer 4 years younger than her, with whom she will have three kids.
  3. Ventura ‘married’ a man (Alex Fine) who was not her first, thus engaging in serial monogamy (loosely defined) which constitutes adultery (Coram Deo).
  4. Ventura waited until the age of 33 to begin having children, well past her prime fertility window.
  5. Cassie Ventura said she “put up with” weekly orgies for multiple years because she was so attracted to Sean Combs.  But in the trial, it came out that she was a willing participant in hundreds of these orgies, thereby making her an accomplice.
  6. Ventura claimed to be r@ped by a man she had already been screwing for 11 years.  At that point, they’re essentially in a common-law marriage (Coram Deo), whether it’s legally certified or not.  Thus, the charge of r@pe is little more than an act of attention seeking, female control, money grabbing, and rebellion.
  7. She waited for years after the fact before filing a case against her de facto husband, Combs, and only at the last possible chance.
  8. She collected a large settlement from Combs (AB).
