Intro
If you’ve been watching Red Pill 2.0 creators and/or T!kT0k, then you’ve surely seen examples of the “Let’s Break Up” Sh!t Test.
This particular Sh!t Test has come up many times on social media (IG, T!kT0k, etc.) over the last year or two, originally by female vloggers who are horrified to discover that it backfires on them, and then by ManoTubers commenting about the stupidity of these women and congratulating the men for walking away.
If you haven’t seen it, then you’ll have to check it out. The utter inanity is epic hilarious, but if you have a sensitive conscience, it’s somewhat sad.
Let’s go through this.
The “Let’s Break Up” Sh!t Test
The “Let’s Break Up” Sh!t Test (LBUST) goes something like this (as seen on T!kT0k, YT, etc.).
An Avoidantly Attached woman says something like, “I broke up with my BF just to see if he’d fight for me.”
And it never goes the way they want or expect.
She fully expects him to bow to her self-gynolatrous grand highness, deliver a dramatic soliloquy of forlorn love, and beg for her to reclaim his lowliness.
But instead, he just walks. Sh!tlords’ rulz!
Another way women pull this same stunt is by posting naughty pictures on IG, exchanging sexy chat DMs, flirting with other men, or even messing around with one (or more) to various extents — as if she were single and on the prowl. Basically anything that offers a smorgasbord of self-centered attention and sexual validation that is also emasculating and/or embarrassing to her man. To her, it’s all fun and games with nary a thought of the consequences. But to him, it’s a destructive demonstration of Female Power and an irredeemable Red Flag.
You’ll know it’s a ‘test’ when they ‘let’ themselves get caught, and then after being called out, they’ll make up a BS excuse like “It’s yoar fault coz u din’t MAKE ME feeel lurrved.” They may not even be truly interested in those other men they’re messing around with at all; they’re just using the opportunity to get attention, wield power, Sh!t Test their man’s reaction, and put him in a defensive position. Overall, she’s asserting authority over her man, which is an inversion of the Hierarchy.
The Married version of LBUST is when she says she wants a divorce, maybe repetitively, but does not actually take any action to that end, e.g. calling a lawyer, moving out, etc. What she really wants is to control her husband and make him suffer.
The words, ‘break up’ and/or ‘fight’, appear to be key indicators of the LBUST. Women might appear to be playing the same stunt when they demand a separation, saying, “I need some space”, or “I need to find myself”, or “We need some time apart to think things over”, or whatever. But that’s a different situation.
There is yet another situation in which married women are truly seeking to divorce their husbands. This too is NOT a LBUST, but women choosing to be loyal to a perfect fantasy over their disaffection with an imperfect reality. See thedeti’s note below.
The Effect of Adversity in Solidifying or Destroying Relationships
There is one point of truth behind the LBUST that is most deceptive: that challenges increase closeness.
Most people believe that the fundamental catalyst that draws people together are Good Times. While this is true to some extent, people become more genuinely close when they experience adversity together (e.g., playground scraps, shared enterprises, soldiers at war, etc.).
This happens for several reasons.
- Adversity helps build trust in a relationship.
- Challenging experiences reveal people’s strengths, weaknesses, virtues, and vices, allowing others to see the real person.
- Difficult experiences also provide opportunities for people to help and support each other, or else take advantage of each other.
- Adversity can be conducive to developing a “We” and “Us” attitude about the relationship, rather than an “I” and “Whut’s innit fur Me?” attitude.
But the pivotal context is that for Adversity to be beneficial to a relationship, it must be Natural… NOT Contrived!
- Women who play the LBUST are smart enough to recognize that challenges and playfulness can build up a relationship, but they’re stupid enough to NOT understand that they cannot be the source of that adversity if they wish to preserve the relationship. In this case, it is a breach of trust, or even a betrayal.
- Some wimminz falsely believe they can improve their relationships (or achieve some other purpose) by creating trouble. In this case, people learn to see each other as competitors or enemies, instead of as friends. Here, the aspect of ‘one flesh’ is missing (or violated).
- Some women falsely believe they can achieve their purpose by being hypoagentic (e.g., acting like they are helpless, or ignorant, or incapable, or lazy, or weak), and expecting others to act in their stead (i.e. “fight for her”). People see such a person as an annoying ‘baby’, or ‘burden’, or ‘liability’, instead of as a friend. Here, the aspect of being a ‘helper’ is gone.
- Some people, like these chicks playing the LBUST think that men have to ‘prove’ their security in their relationship by tolerating this game with a smile. But what they don’t understand is that they’re emasculating their man, and forcing him into a subservient role in the relationship, and that they won’t be attracted to the man if he bends to her whimsies. Here, the element of ‘companionship’ is compromised.
In total, the LBUST single-handedly destroys all the God ordained purposes for women — ‘one flesh’, ‘helper’, and ‘companion’. But perhaps the most important reason why these catalysts have such terrible results is that they erode trust. When a woman plays the LBUST, she’s signaling that trust (as well as honor, love, self-respect, etc.) is a non-sequitur in the relationship. That is a VERY BAD SIGN!
Why Should a Man “Fight to Keep Her”?
A good man who truly loves a woman will only “fight to keep her” when either HE messes up or some outside force disturbs them. That same man doesn’t fight for a woman when she casually holds him at arm’s length while she picks through all her other options, or when she INTENTIONALLY screws around just to ‘test’ him, or when she flippantly throws him aside. Instead, he’ll step back to see whether she’s humble enough to admit to her mistakes and how much she values the relationship. If she doesn’t display heart-wrenching regret and won’t offer a tear-jerking apology, then it’s wiser to let her go.
You see, Men want a woman who WILLINGLY CHOOSES to be HIS companion, helper, lover, wife, and mother to his children. Men do NOT want a woman who’s NOT TOTALLY on board with HIM on ALL these points. Further, Men do NOT want an Avoidantly Attached, passive-aggressive woman who requires constant accountability checks, babysitting, framing, gaming, and micromanagement either. Men want a woman who is a positive asset to his life, NOT a dead weight that drags him down.
So when a woman says,
- “I broke up with him just to see if he would fight for meee!”
- “I just feeelz like he should have fought harder to keep meee.”
- Etc.
It is a meaningless non sequitur precisely because these statements have nothing to do with a woman’s free choice to join herself to a man in a Godly union, while her overall behavior actually works against this.
Any woman who breaks up with a man to “see if he’ll fight for me” is not worth fighting for. The reason is simple. She’s NOT committed enough to be worthy of a man’s commitment. She’s NOT mature enough to be ready for a serious relationship. She’s not stable enough to be a faithful and reliable companion, helpmeet, wife, and mother.
Next, I’ll cover Women’s Motivations for Playing the “Let’s Break Up” Sh!t Test.
