If you mean 300lbs deadlift, that's fucking trash.

I hope you don't actually say this in an argument. The girl would just go "..what?" and either not get it think you're being dramatic. I doubt girls are even self aware that they use sex in order to get relationships.

Hey you could well be right. I based my findings based on what I read the vitamins were supposed to do and compared it to myself so I definitely lack proper objectivity whether its true or not.

Few weeks ago self prescribed zinc, then iron, then vitamin D (to see cumulative effects of each). The zinc got my sex drive and drive to deliver intensity in the gym more. The iron massively improved my mood and ability to keep away from watching YouTube to pass the time. And the vitamin D seemed to make me feel genuinely better in general (I know, vague, but its true, physically and mentally). I found those three supplements from my own research on what I should be taking and why. I reccomend …

"You should not see being short as an inferior genetic because it has advantages in wildlife" "Fat is beautiful because fat has an evolutionary role!" This is some major hamstering, being short IS an inferior genetic in the context you're talking about. Its why you've made a full post about how to cope with it. That said, the advice is solid.

These are all excellent. For impulse online shoppers, you see classic cases of (3) everywhere. Especially given this post is directed at younger people who may be wondering how theyre going to make their riches, falling for traps like these are if anything completely understandable. The world is excellent at knowing how to tempt your money out of you.

Excellent reply, captures exactly what I wanted to get across. Shame it got buried. And having a plan like youve described is an amazing tool.

That's the plan. Its always a good idea getting higher quality shirts just to make them still look fine for the next few years.

These are excellent guidelines and remind me of the benefit TRP has been to me over 4 years - i read some of these and think "nah I prefer to do this a little differently"; and for gods sake I hope you're all doing the same - have some uniqueness to your approach. You wont get anywhere if you follow great rules like this, but the actual content of your messages still causes greater drying than the cinnamon challenge.

I do appreciate and take interest in experimental, but I can't deny my passion for studying psychosis and schizophrenia. Clinical involves a lot of research too as I'm guessing you're aware as you seem knowledgable. I've watched a conference by Roy Baumeister. I liked it, I'll consider looking through his books then thank you. Don't know those figures about the study you asked for sadly but I would imagine the same as you to be honest.

I'm a Psychology student. Very politically correct in modules like social psychology etc. Im there for the clinical, but anyway. Literally yesterday we had a lecture saying that from a famous study by Hoffman (2011), where 2 tribes were compared on their spatial abilities, one led by men and one by women, which found the female ruled tribe did much better. The lecturer concluded that matrilineal societies must be better or something. This completely ignores the fact that they compared the Khasi …

From what I could understand this is some shit that happened at work that you think you red-pilled your way out of. A lot of guys here like to throw a load of hate in the comments as soon as they know the post is by a newbie, but theres no point in that so I'll just give some advice. Exactly. No one is going to fast for 16 hours every single day for the rest of their lives. It's not feasible, even practically if not mentally. What's wrong with good old fashioned eating properly to start with?
/r/TheRedPill10/08/17 01:35 PM
1

This annoys me for a couple reasons. Why are we trying to promote 'diets' here at all? Its perfectly possible to go 365 days a year eating responsibly, healthily and for it to taste good. My favourite reference to this is Athlean-X on YouTube. You're admitting here "i love eating, im a big eater etc" but let's cut the shit and be honest - you pigging out and eating whatever you want because you're following some strategy is just being in denial that you're not maximising your progress, in health…

Not hating on the positivity, but you will never "beat" your cigarette addiction as in you'll never not be an addict. Even 10+ years from now if you've kept it up, you're always one cigarette away from being where you were before. You can keep fighting it though - fight it like its the defining battle of your life, because it probably is. GL brother

While we're on the topic, Snapchat, which I've always thought was pretty good, has now turned to shit that shows immature girls what they want to see. The stories section is now covered in complete aids stories about the Kardashians/bullshit sex tips, and the filters are full of dumb cat ears and making your eyes look all cute. I remember when the whole point was you sent any old grim photos because they only lasted X number of seconds.

It's sad when the reverse happens and a solid gold post on New gets buried alive because the newbs read it first and didn't approve. But as long as you keep yourself objective when reading any content here you'll find the shit that sticks. I trust the comments/opinions by the Endorsed guys more than the total upvotes on the post to find what's worth taking in.

This hasn't got a high upvote % because people have read a misguided post and made it popular, so this post is bad to avoid cognitive dissonance now they've thought oh shit I was wrong. I expect this comment to do poorly for the same reason.

I think you shouldn't be able to make your own post on this sub unless you've been subscribed for 2 years. One important thing is to always have a place where you are able to dump your feels though. As you've said, girls your linking are not the right place - they don't care and it'll devalue their opinion of you. Some other notes on 19/20 year old women, having lived with them in student halls for a few years. On the one hand, virtually all the girls I've acquainted over that time have been remarkably clean and keep their stuff organised. More so than the majority of males. Most also have seemingly pretty good work ethics - attending most things, doing work in the evenings and working out. It falls apart when you realise this is just what they portray, and are for the most part bone idle. The majority of…

Also to add: following what we know about ecology and natural selection, we are very sure that actually the human population is going to level off at a very safe level in 30-50 years or so, then decrease. And at the current level, we can support FAR more humans.

Commenting to start discussion here rather than share RP logic. Am I just one of the rare few that arent addicted to porn and wanking? I started at 13 too but since age 16 or so I only feel I want to every few days, and I've never really felt I NEED to except in certain circumstances (dancing with a girl all night and going home by myself etc). I wish someone would make a post on what "give it 100% while you're there" means. For years I thought I was lifting as hard as I could. This involved going regularly to the gym, doing the same limited exercises and not changing the weights I lifted by very much for literally years. But I always hurt after each exercise so I assumed the gains would come pouring in, which they didn't. Its only after i got my first 'gym buddy' who made me do the same number of sets, but with minimal time between se…

Here's an interesting idea: "the one" has always just been yourself. Who's the person who has the most sympathy when you fail? Or always knows how to cheer you up? Or is with you from birth to death? Every thing that person does it to better you?

Planning for your personal future is very important. It's what we base our decisions on really. I eered slightly more on the YOLO side of things in this post to highlight the living in the present side of things while doing so. I didn't plan for this post to make people stop caring about their future.
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 03:40 PM

Kudos to you. There are exceptions everywhere, I'm sure you're an incredibly hard worker etc. I was referring to the lives of failed artists/musicians etc of which there are possibly millions.

Absolutely. The part in bold about living in the now isn't good advice on its own, but its a relatively rare thing to read in TRP so i highlighted it.

Yeah, we've had a lot of junior doctor strikes etc in the UK. Always annoyed me given a lot of junior doctors are those who went to the best high schools etc and sort of suggests they were only in it for the money. But anyway I'm digressing now. Thanks for clarifying this, you said parts better than I did.

May have overdone the YOLO message in this. Obviously planning for the future is important but getting caught up on where you are in life relative to everything is cancerous.

Personally I cured my snoring by first recording my snoring using an app (Snore Lab is the best) and being aware of it. Obviously it then bottles down to my personal cause of snoring but I tried manipulating various things to see what would reduce it. I found that necking 2 glasses of water right before I go to bed stops my snoring entirely. Can't exactly explain that one but it worked. Obviously my snoring wasn't serious, I was just dehydrated, but this ethos might be some help to soemone with …

I love this. If this shit takes off more people will start tasting the shit in the air about society redefining gender. Men dominating women's sport is literally a meme of itself - women will start hating it as it deflates their egos and they'll blame men for it happening, even though its 100% on them.

That's true but when it comes to long-term appearing happier than you are its like holding back a river. I disagree with OP's part about your parents dying. Just take the short term grief and use it to better yourself. You can't pretend that shit doesn't affect you.

Generally speaking, if you're an Aries or Virgo this is correct, Taurus or Aquarius this is never correct. If any of the others, eating after 9pm doubles calorie intake when within 12 days of solar eclipse or 19 days and 4 hours of lunar eclipse. And obviously x4 if both. Hope this helps.
