Yes I could have had sex and didn't. Like I said I had Christian parents who convinced me that sex outside of marriage was wrong and bad and I was filled with fear about it. I would put it at around 22-23. Your mid 20s is really the point where the train has left the station. I've had women approach me. Got asked out by my high school girlfriend. My wife who I met in college made her intentions known by having one of her friends tell me she was into me. She then basically invited herself to my college apartment for sex. She also asked me to marry her when it came time for that. Women absolutely will approach and be forward about things if they're into you. If you're having to try hard to move things forward they probably aren't attracted to you.
