It's great that you mention skincare as most people tend to neglect it. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mas…

What is this obsession this place has for this mythical "Chad"? It's just an archetype used to illustrate the difference between rp and bp not some mysterious genetic trait that makes some men inherently superior. Sure some guys are taller or look good naturally but that's about it. Stop focusing on others and develop yourself instead.

men aren't fixated on happiness I'm sorry but that's not true. Dopamine motivates our every action so we exist quite literally to increase our happiness.

You definitely shouldn't eat 3 eggs a day, 1 egg contains more cholesterol then the daily recommended amount. Try cutting out sat fat and cholesterol intake for a while and if your dick doesn't improve your problem is psychological.

The size of your penis depends on the woman's perception of you. If she has the tingles she will think your average dick is huge but if you are a loser then it's a micropenis. So unless you have an actually small or a very large penis it doesn't really matter.

When you can't get an erection with even a hb10 because you have been stroking your tip to fucking midget shemale gangbang porn for the past 10 years, you will understand why nofap exists. It's fine if watching porn doesn't affect your sex life, but you have to understand there are people out there whose lives were destroyed by porn.

My problem is that I for some reason prefer LTRs over plates and it would probably be very hard to find another quality girl where I live and especially now that I don't have the time. 99% of women would simply try to use me as a meal ticket because I have money, so that is why I'm hesitant to just next and find other pussy.

Compile a list of goals/new habits and start working on them one goal per month. Learn mindfulness meditation to reduce anxiety and help with negative habits. 10 minutes a day should be a good start. Also, read these books: Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

No it isn't, the fuck are you even talking about? A proper plant based diet is far healthier then eating meat.
/r/TheRedPill06/10/16 04:35 PM

Bullshit. Animals are given B12 supplements as well because our water is treated and the bacteria which produces B12 is not present anymore. Meat tastes good because we cook and season it. Try eating raw meat, you won't like it. Going vegan also has tons of benefits, both for your health and the environment.

They seem to believe RP means a bitter, misogynist, possibly awkward dude who just can't help but treat women like dirt. While that might apply to newcomers still going through the anger phase, TRP at it's core is just a collection of observations on the human nature.

From the comment section of the linked post: "They're not worth the time or anxiety (and I'm generally a very anxious person). Plus every guy I know would be head over heels for a financially independent woman with her own interests/career rather than a demure, submissive child-woman." Haven't laughed this hard in a while. These women really don't know what men actually want. Also, judging from the comments, they have no idea what TRP is about or how a RP guy acts so there is nothing to worry ab…

Sounds great on paper, but honetly I don't think this is going to be a major game changer. They will probably sell it to fat beta losers and guys who can't get pussy, but never go mainstream as bp society would never allow that.

/r/TheRedPill01/09/16 08:42 AM

I fail to see how jacking off to online porn is propagating the race, but whatever. Also, from what I gathered, nofap's main aim is to stop looking at porn, masturbation itself is not viewed as harmful.

I believe this has more to do with the fact that in today's information age, school shootings get insane coverage. There have been mass shootings in the past as well. However, the school system is geared towards girls so that could be another contributing factor.

For the first time in human history we are considering not eating animal protein. Implying humans are not herbivores by nature. For me adapting a high carb, plant based diet had the following benefits: -added about 20 lbs to my main lifts (squat, dead, bench) in a week -have way more energy even though I eat the same amount of calories, and I don't need preworkouts anymore -I can keep sparring longer (muay thai) -mental performance definitely improved -my seasonal pollen allergy is now gone -blo…

I recommend doing Krav Maga for a year and here is why. As it is a military martial art, it was designed to give you the basics as quickly as possible, teaches you all the dirty tricks and it also focuses a lot on the mindset required to avoid fights and if shit hits the fan, survive them. After you got the basics, you can move to a more specific martial art. I think boxing and thai boxing are the best for novice fighters and the most effective in street fights. I disagree, it take only 10 minutes of daily practice which can be done basically anywhere to integrate these principles. Also that's hardly structuring life around meditation, but it gives you the power to dispel the illusion of the ego and free yourself from your thoughts anytime, anywhere.

Keto might work short term, but eating that amount of meat has simply too much long term negative health consequences. Adopt a whole food, plant based diet instead and you will lose fat even without being in a caloric deficit and you can make some health gainz as well.

This is ridiculous, my statement about dropshipping (low capital requirement, ease of use) doesn't require my credentials to back it up, as it is a logical conclusion anyone can make after comparing it to any other business model. Well do you run any business? It seems you like to give plenty of advice as well, so please provide sources on your business ventures or your points are just random advice. See? Useless ad hominem arguments. Also, I used to run a dropshipping site a few years ago as a side gig, that's why I am recommending it to beginners who don't have the time/money as it is an easy way of getting into business.

That's true, however most first time entrepreneurs don't have the skills, capital and knowledge required for a construction company. Ecommerce is a safe way of getting into business, that's why I usually recommend it.

Krav Maga is a realistic self defense system and it involves weapons training (knives, guns). It's great for quickly escaping dangerous situations and also has a lot of mental conditioning. If you want to be able "beat someone down" I would recommend martial arts like Kickbox, Muay Thai, Judo and BJJ.

Situations like this should be handled with caution, he could have easily pulled a knife or a gun out his pocket. If you like the feeling of hyper masculinity, go learn a martial art and take on opponents there.

The force of your punches and kicks comes from the acceleration of your fists and legs (F=m*a), the amount you lift won't really change that. What's more, a larger muscle mass might even hinder you if don't do cardio as your heart won't be able to supply blood to your muscles for extended periods of time thus decreasing your stamina.
/r/TheRedPill28/02/16 09:37 PM

Lifting won't make you a better fighter. Learn a martial art like muay thai or bjj to improve confidence (knowing you could easily beat the shit out of anyone gives you a great ego boost).

Considering that fact that our brains and muscles run on carbs and dietary satured fat is associated with diabetes and heart disease (especially arteriosclerosis) I would argue that a high fat, low carb diet is detrimental when it comes to preserving health.

Great post, I would like to point out a few things: as a natty bodybuilder you will get your best gains in the first year of lifting. After that you will put on 5-7 lbs of muscle per year at best. My advice is first build a decent foundation, get your bf in the 10-15% range (you will look great) and then focus on gaining strenght. Avoid diet ideas such as bulking and cutting, instead build your muscles gradually while staying lean year around. And most importantly, have realistic expectations. Y…

If you need to supplement a macronutrient like protein, your diet is shit or you are simply lazy. Also while the per gram price of protein is comparable, you don't get the other macro, micro and phytonutrients that real, whole foods contain.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/16 10:49 PM

A well balanced diet should provide you more than enough protein, there is no need to waste your money on bs supplements, but if you really want to spend your money consult your doctor and start a cycle.

This is getting way out of hand. Falsely accused "rapists" should band together and create a foundation that helps men in situations like this and later goes after the accuser.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/16 08:51 PM

You won't benefit from more than 0.7g per pound of bodyweight if you are natty. Also, keep in mind that protein isn't as important as supplement companies would have you believe, and don't waste you money on bs like protein powders, weight gainers, bcaas or test boosters, eat real, whole foods instead. The only supplements I recommend are vitamin D during the winter and B12 if you are on a vegetarian/vegan diet.
