"- W, W, +W" That is awesome. I understand your point about needing a hard metric. But it has the potential to hinder growth and happiness among men. I know a lot of guys who may not be capable of getting those 7's and 8's, but refuse to relinquish their desire for them, all for a metric not distinctively defined. I am looking forward to your post on the hierarchy.

I cannot agree with this anymore. The thing I cannot wrap my mind around is, why would I need her to be my friend? There is a deeper problem, and stems from the fact that too many men do not have any good male companions. Some women will literally try to tear good friendships apart. My best friend of many years has had a few girlfriends, and they all hated me. "You know (friend's name), he just wants you to himself, blah blah blah." Because they know I am his anchor into reality, that she is jus…

Every time I assert myself, be dominant, and take the reigns, there is always a voice nagging me saying, "Do not say this, or do not do that." But I have since learned to ignore it. So it is not so much that I naturally exude confidence, it is that I naturally overcome the resistance to being insecure and weak.

As I said, it is all about your enjoyment. Sometimes that is a drunken hump with a borderline troll. The minute a man is not enjoying himself anymore, than it should end. As far as giving him shit, what is the point? Is he having fun? If yes, than so be it. If not, there is still not point really. That is kind of the reason I wrote this. A guy like your buddy could let your ideas about what women are "better" disrupt his flow, which would probably lead him to get his dick wet less often. No one …

Too much thinking. Do whatever the fuck you want, however you want, whenever you want. Fuck game. Fuck frame. Fuck IDGAF. You should totally give a fuck. Give a fuck about being who the fuck you want to be. Now that I got that out of the way, let me give you my take on everything you did. Easy with the overt instruction. Telling her how to dress and ordering for her was overkill. The way I look at instruction and dominance has everything to do with what you actually want. Who gives a fuck what s…

The irony I find in the whole "fuck women, just do you, MGTOW, they are just holes, etc..." sentiment, is it goes against OUR biology. Yet, we drone on and on about how much their biology dictates everything, and AWALT. The way I look at is like this. Let us say everything we think makes us special as humans went away. Language, along with everything we have ever created, is no longer there. You know what would still exist? Our genitalia, and a desire to do something with it. Our desire for phys…

HA! This is like a tale of two bachelors. Both of us starting on opposite sides of the LTR fence. I must say, the commitment thing always seemed off to me. Even when I had that GF in high school, I cheated on her all the time and felt zero remorse. People used to give me so much shit, and all I could think was, "What? She knows what I am about. This is her fault." There was another time shortly after I started college where a jumped the fence for a while. I was living in the dorms, and already m…

Hmmmm. I was in the Navy for 6 years, and everyone knew what I was about, and no one gave a shit. I have not considered the implications of my personality in my next career move. I guess I will see. But I will certainly not be shitting where I eat.

Jesus. I am not quite there yet, but I think it is only a matter of time. I have been a side guy to some broads, but a good chunk of my plates have been youngish, and relatively pleasant. We will see what the future holds.

HAHAHAHA!!! Good for you. It sounds like you had the right idea. If it is fun, then fuck it. My thing is, I do not find many worth spending too much time around. The couple of times I do, they do not seem to last very long. I am just glad I am used to the grind.

Dude, this is awesome. I just got out of the Navy, and about to enter corporate america for the first time. There is some gold in here. Does not really apply now since I have already taken a job, but I am sure in 2-3 years it will.

It has crossed my mind from time to time. But as I said at the end, shit is short lived. I would say 90% of the time I am pretty good. It almost seems as if it is not natural to be happy all the time. The times that I am not stem from what I mentioned. If it was chronic, I would definitely go see one.

Occupation: High paid salary man who lives like a college student. I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, did 6 years in the Navy, and probably going to take a job as a maintenance manager at a pharmaceutical company, or a sales engineer for a boiler company. I am going to work no matter what, and I am not against working for the man. They only get out of me what I am willing to put in. The thing that has allowed me to stay financially free, is just living like a poor piece of shit. I had fun …

Well, I was doing some crazy ass HIIT shit, with a ton of cardio, and starving myself, so I was pretty ripped. I have also been pretty chunky too. I am not ass ripped, but much trimmer than I have been in the past. It is also much easier to keep the fat off it seems. Also, despite that I have added over 300 to my total over the last year, I am still hovering around the same weight, and my suits fit about the same. So I am going to go with no, it does not. I think the higher rep stuff is where mu…

Beautiful. Even for a guy in the worst shape of his pathetic life right now should understand that he can be nothing else at this current moment. All the self-loathing in the world is not going to help his situation either. I always tell guys this, "Accept what you are right now, and take action to produce a better you tomorrow." At the end of the day it is all you can do. Ironically, when people start beating themselves up is when they fall right back into bad habits like porn, video games, com…

Got it. I did use wraps in high school, and it was definitely below parallel. I do not want them off my back, so much as if a guy who knows very little came across, he could get started on what I know to be solid advice. But if he sees a bunch of people calling BS, on what really is not, he may miss out. Thanks a bunch for the feedback. It is extremely valuable.

If I put up a video of me doing all these lifts properly, at the weights I have said I am currently doing them at, would you be convinced that it is not bullshit? It is not my intent to lie to anyone. I see a lot of value in being strong, and I got where I am using just what I have mentioned. I was under the impression this was a place for guys to figure out how to be better. But if it seems like I am spewing bullshit, I guess I must up the ante and provide some verifiable proof.

That is a true story my friend. I think the disagreements are good for optimization, but when it comes to just making some forward progress, go with something. As I said, 5x5 may not be the best, but it is simple and works. I know because I use it, and I am strong. I do not use a spot unless I am maxing. Just be aware of where you limits are, and be a bit conservative. If you are on that last rep, and you are 90% sure you will hit, go for it. But if you are only 50%, best to err on the side of c…

Testosterone is a real thing when you are that young. Plus I was 5' 5". I am not that strong now, and would be hard pressed to get back up there. I am 30 now, 5'8" at 190, and my numbers are still pretty high. I have not maxed out in a while but I do 5x5's with 330 squat, 275 bench, 175 OHP, and 405 deadlift. You do not always have to be uber massive to be strong. Also, I was 198. Just realized that.

8 times with a longer break. Like I can rep 330 8 times, but that I am done. That is my weight for 5X5's. As long as you hit the 5x5 with some relative ease in the beginning is all that matters.

HA! First off, I am not trying to sell an app (I am not the dude from stronglifts). Also, there are other programs out there that may be better. But I have been doing this for a couple of years, and it is working wonders, so I figured I would share.

I hope that there the following lesson is gained from this post: Not all women are soul sucking whores She could have very well disregarded his trip and happiness, but still felt threatened. However, she thought beyond herself (if only for a split second), and created happiness for her man. Despite his willingness to give into her whims (i.e. cancel his trip). I am not advising men to think that women are better than they are, and this is an isolated incident. But the better a man gets at this g…

Go for it and see what happens. The only way to really be able to tell how accurate your doubts are, is to see a situation through. God Speed.

Powerful. The only thing I will add to this is our inherent biologic imperative which drives all things we do, even if we think we are above it. We want to fuck I have long ago accepted that everything I do is subconsciously driven by that desire. I do not pretend that women are a supplement, they are the sole source for which I live and prosper. However, one is just as good as another. So while females are the focus, there are enough for none of them to be important enough to matter.

Not all women are on their phones all the time. But I appreciate the discussion, and this is giving me some thoughts for the subject of my next post. The gut feel may not always be the gut. It may be insecurity, paranoia, or simply reading too much into the tiniest thing too much. Hence the bold statement you made. It is hard to hear the gut over all the other noise sometimes, and I am glad I did not always act on the nagging. It has produced some good results with good women.

Even with an abundance mindset, I still find myself falling in these traps. It does not last long, and is not as crippling as it used to be, but it still pops up from time to time. If I always responded as if each situation was the worst case scenario, I would not have the amount of success and happiness I have with women.

"not every tool in the box will fit you." Totally agree with this. I also agree with you on the initial stages of RP development. Following the script, acting according a new set of rules, and knowing the do's and do not's is necessary. But there comes a point when the BP fantasies are long gone. At that point, thinking too much about the RP specifics can get in the way of a higher state of being. Where thinking naturally is a way ahead.

Don't game girls in a social circle. Too messy. You suffer from what it seems like a lot of guys suffer from, over analyzing and perfecting. Stop giving a fuck about your percentages and chances. Just get those bullets down range and eventually you will hit some targets. Increase the shots you take, and will get better at taking the shot. i.e. Your chances and percentages increase. Ya dig?

What is your aim? You can pick a goal or a hobby, but if it is arbitrary, it will not last. You can lift weights, but if there is no reason YOU want to do it, the effect will not be the same. Your aim is not something that is going to arise from no where either. It will take time, but keep your eyes open and it will come to you. In the mean time, stop beating yourself up for your current situation. It is not helping you. Your situation cannot be anything else than what it currently is today, tom…

It happens to the best of us. When you get in those ruts, don't fight it. It is a storm, and it will be gone in a couple of days. Doing this saves up your energy for when you are ready to fight.

Bring up the topic of judgment. What is right, what is wrong, who is the authority, etc... Then casually bring up how you do not think it is right for girls to be judged as sluts. Why should anyone tell them what they should, or should not do with their bodies. This does two things. It gets the thought in her head, and lets her know that you will not judge her if she sleeps with you on the first night.

Don't. This is something I struggle with when it comes to women. Sometimes, if a girl has enough value (i.e. sex, love, compassion, fun, etc...), I try to have conversations with her about her nature. Inevitably, she hates me for it. I have since made it a point to not say shit, and my life has been so much better for it.

Chuckles* It is good that you have figured this out, but I am going to advise you to do something, if you have not done it already. Sever all ties with your mother. She will do nothing but prevent you from moving forward with your life. As long as you have a woman in your life you maybe kind of respect (like your mother), you will never be able to see what women are at the core. Every man who loses the game with women has a relationship with his mother. I am not saying all men should cut ties. S…

Awesome post. You nailed a couple of good points here. "You don't have fun." My approach to women, and most of life is this, "Fun or funny." If I am not getting the lay, I am going to make her angry, which may still lead to getting the lay. It is funny watching their emotions go insane, while I am maintaining my cool, and picking apart their psyche. I feel like I am weakening her up for the next guy to come in and take her. In fact, I have a story about where I did just that. Unabashedly Me But …

Height does not matter, if you do not let it matter. I have fucked my fair share of amazonian women because I just don't give a single flying fuck about how tall I am not. But there are other factors at play. I am currently 5' 8". I was 5' 5" my senior year of high school. I got lucky and grew another 3 inches in college. I got a hair up my ass at 13, and started lifting like a maniac. The end of my junior year I benched 330, squatted 540, and deadlifted 525. I was also a raging psycho, who beat…

I think some girls only THINK they need labels. The right man can come along and beat those silly ideas out of her, and she will be better for it. I have had a lot of success doing just this. You make a good point about the assignment of importance. I tend to not think anything, aside from my own personal enjoyment, as important. I will overlook many indiscretions for the simple fact that I do not view them as getting in the way of my happiness. "The man gave and inch, and she took a mile." Well…

You giving your commitment is not why she lost respect for you or dumped you. I have been lurking for far too long, and not directly participating. So what I say will probably not have much pull. However, if you are willing to listen to some sage advice, I will tell you exactly where you fucked up. You drew lines in the sand: You compartmentalized the situation with both girls, instead of just letting it evolve naturally. Women are what they are, and they live all in emotions. Words, labels, tit…

Now we are getting into semantics. Training is temporary, change is (semi)permanent. A dog can be trained from birth to be a certain way. If it is thrown back in the wild, assuming it does not die, it will revert back to what it is, an animal. If you try to bring it back into the house, it will have to be retrained. It does not really change, it just understands stimulus response. Same thing for women. They can be trained, but if thrown back into the wild, they will go back to being what they ar…

The overwhelming argument against women's incapability to change, and one which I was fairly susceptible to until lately, is there are some bad ass bitches out there. However, I realized something about all the ones that I know personally. They are nothing more than what they happened to be. If anything in the world came and knocked them down, down is where they would stay. It is not so much they cannot change (I have seen some bitches change for the worst), it is that they cannot actively make …
