No. I didn't find that stuff until I had cut him out completely. That's why I don't like to assume that he was into TRP for sure, but the behaviors and attitudes were eerily similar to the strategies they recommended.

In all honesty I went online searching for insight because my friends and family weren't very helpful with explaining a certain guy's behavior to me. Turned out it was possible that he was following RP or something along those lines.

Not just the women but the men and children too! In all seriousness whenever I mention virtually anything from this sub to family and friends of both sexes irl they're just confused or tell me to stop talking to weirdos on the internet.

Ime it entirely depends on whether they feel like they can count on their friends not to embarrass them in front of their SO. Before a friend of mine brought the guy she was seeing around us for the first time she warned us to act natural. Of course just because she said that some of our group went out of their way to be as obnoxious as possible when he showed up lol, particularly the guys.

No problem at all. I became more assertive with my wants, needs, and values. I used to accept vague answers like "we'll take it slow" or "we won't do anything you don't want to." All of those are wishy washy and signs he fully intends to persuade you to do what he wants. Anything short of explicit confirmation that he understands my stance on sex and that he is willing to wait that long doesn't cut it. In addition to that, I don't tolerate behavior that tests boundaries, like sending "thirst tra…

One more thing: Ladies, if you're gonna date Christian men (and I say this as a Christian woman) If I ever didn't feel like having sex with him He was pretty religious and also used the Bible BULLSHIT BULLSHIT red flag central Christian men who are oh so serious about the faith but make the one exception for pressuring women into premarital sex are always full of shit.

You might want to prepare to condense your personal account a bit so that it doesn't get flagged as a "diary post." First, focus on you. What are your hopes, dreams, wants, etc. that don't involve men? Who are you without him? What makes you you? Who are the most important people in your life? Who's been around the longest? Who has proven time and time again that they'll come through for you? Now onto the man. Is being in a relationship compatible with this established you? And no this isn't a b…

Okay. I'm going to go with the one who isn't a murderer because literally anything worse than a parking ticket is a serious dealbreaker for me. But I also think your impression of average is absolutely ridiculous.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 02:53 PM

I don't mean your average, I mean the average. Women will look at him and consider him a 2/7 on looks like how they do most men. He would likely be considered creepy at times. OP before I answer anything I'm gonna have to ask where on this planet you are getting this definition of "average" from

Question 1: In general, if you are hanging out with a guy alone in your, or his house, and he’s openly shown interest in you, are you waiting for him to make a move on you, and do you want to have sex? The flesh craves it but my spirit has prevailed. Hence I am a virgin. Question 2: if you’ve been on 3+ dates with a guy, and you haven’t had sex with him yet, is this usually because he hasn’t made a move? It's usually because we've had the "I'm waiting until marriage" talk by then. Better to ditc…

My partner is a virgin with zero relationship experience so none of this is an issue for me. In the event we break up the next girl might be pissed if she finds out the way he treated me though. I'm really curious to see how the question was written. If a survey I created had that much of a discrepancy my first guess would be that something is going wrong with how people are interpreting it. A similar thing happened with the race/ethnicity categories on surveys so researchers had to make adjustments.

It's definitely discussed but often faces a problem I like to call "self-interest pollution." Take me for example. I am a...gamer. u/KDOX_ I'll answer you here. That depends on what you mean by "masculine." I was never allowed to dress in an androgynous way even though I wanted to growing up. At some point I stopped fighting it and leaned into soft/feminine aesthetics. Personality-wise I guess you could say I have a mix of cute/sweet outward mannerisms combined with being more masculine internally. And of course, externally when the situation calls for it.

I could not care less what's going on in that man's head or why he prefers women my age or younger. I'm trying to figure out why on earth anyone automatically makes the leap from "criticism of behavior" to "trying to make behavior illegal." isn't that what he literally did tho? Starting a friendly conversation with a stranger =/= "pick up". Ngl I think having that space away from boys during my teenage years was beneficial in many ways, with some drawbacks too. I don't think I'd want to do that 24/7 for the rest of my life however. Men (the non-shitty ones) have brought a lot of good to my life. Plenty are kind, respectful, open-minded, safe to be around.

It starts out as a simple fact. "Okay this guy is attractive." With time and repeated interaction I'll generally start to feel butterflies and think about him a lot. I'm a big doodler when I'm bored in lectures so I often find that I start writing his name in the margins of my notes with hearts and stars. My face heats up and I can't stop smiling when he's around and it becomes harder to make eye contact. When I feel aroused it's like my skin is on fire, heart races, unsettled feeling in my lowe…

This is a mindset, not an objective interpretation of reality. You are not the universal male spokesman who gets to decide why men pay for shit. Maybe it's about sex. Maybe he just enjoys seeing the way her face lights up when he surprises her with a gift. Maybe she's on his mind constantly and he doesn't want her financial situation to be a barrier to their spending time together. Boiling it down to money and sex is a choice. Generally one made by people who don't enjoy or are not successful at…

Pretty large I think. Being a homemaker for example is a very rare thing in my family. The boomers in my family staunchly believe that women should be self-sufficient and that basically trickled down to the following generations. No matter how well-off her husband is she needs to be educated and have strong career prospects. So being a SAHM was never something I wanted. My dad stayed at home for a few years after my mom was promoted to a comfortable six figure salary, and it seems like the time a…

This is dumb and tantamount to implying that the Marshall plans investment in continental Europe means that West Europe is "Americanised". Incorrect. Though the U.S. did invest in the economic rebuilding of West Europe its goal was not in any way a cultural overhaul to the extent that took place in Japan. I would suggest reading a text like John W. Dower's Embracing Defeat for a more detailed breakdown, but for now, here are excerpts from Wiki's article on the postwar occupation of Japan. In 195…

Imo Homelander has way overstayed his welcome, but I fully acknowledge that the way he was written in season 3 contributed to my opinion. They are reporting the results of a study. Studies are intended to contribute to an overall body of literature, not to establish "fact" by itself. That is why researchers will use language such as "suggests" or "supports the conclusion", not "proves" when discussing the significance of their data. When discussing results relevant to human perspective/behavior it is absolutely valid to contribute relevant cultural experience that may provide context.

Lewis explains the difference well in The Four Loves BY Eros I mean of course that state which we call "being in love"; or, if you prefer, that kind of love which lovers are "in"...Sexuality makes part of our subject only when it becomes an ingredient in the complex state of "being in love." That sexual experience can occur without Eros, without being "in love," and that Eros includes other things besides sexual activity, I take for granted. If you prefer to put it that way, I am inquiring …

Sex in its ideal form is an act of love and mutual pleasure between two people, a function equally important to the procreation aspect. The isolation and fetishization of the procreation aspect is just as concerning as the isolation of the pleasure aspect.

To illustrate the difference more clearly I use the example of the time I accidentally made the mistake of watching breeding kink porn. That shit was just weird. The guy was literally rubbing and slapping the semen (including the excess) into the chick's vagina like lotion and saying the cringiest shit I've ever heard. I have never felt so suddenly turned off before in my life.

I find that a lot of guys are bad at judging how well his vibe/lifestyle fits with hers. "She's into this nerdy obscure thing I like" becomes "she's a unique, quirky special snowflake girl who's perfect for a unique, quirky special snowflake guy like me." No my guy. She's right here getting lit on New Year's Eve in a scene where you would probably hyperventilate and pass out within 10 minutes. I don't care what you thought and your years of pining after her have told you she is like. If you want…

Insecurity only becomes a problem when it makes you a nuisance to other people. Would you not eventually grow tired of a woman who doesn't trust that you care about her and constantly accuses you of cheating on her, lying to her, etc.

You are witnessing a phenomenon I like to call the law of singlehood troubleshooting. When presented with a person who is A. single and B. irritating, an individual tends to arrive at C. you are single because you are irritating. Note that this conclusion will happen despite knowing equally irritating people who are in relationships. They'll just assume the people in your orbit are sane enough not to date you while the people in theirs have lost their last mind.

There are things you can try. Like surrounding yourself with men who are respectful and don't make lewd/suggestive comments about women, or stare at us like pieces of meet. You're correct, reality isn't going to change. That's why I'm not going to pretend that modesty protects women from disgusting behavior. I don't think that lack of interest in your concerns and problems is a sign of a person being "disingenuous." It's a sign that they have their own complicated, busy lives just like you do. They want to be happy and not necessarily weighed down by suffering they didn't agree to take on.

Not surprised. I went to a Catholic high school where we had to wear white blouses buttoned all the way up and skirts that touched the floor when we kneeled. The one thing I appreciate about the harassment I experienced in that uniform is never buying into victim blamey bullshit concerning what women wear. I still dress conservatively, because it's what I feel comfortable wearing. It's not to stop unwanted attention from men. That happens regardless.

So yes, indeed a pretty neurotypical woman who doesn't make much money, dating a 6 figure making socially awkward less attractive older man has the advantage, yet the woman will never get called a "predator" like the man would An advantage in terms of what? A power imbalance occurs in a situation where one party's position provides an advantage over the other in terms of getting their wants and needs met. This is not exclusive to romantic/sexual relationships. It can happen in virtually any interpersonal relationship, whether that be between friends, coworkers, teacher-student, etc. I came from a wealthier background than my closest friend from high school. RP theories are vulnerable to individualistic propositions because they put the speaker into the position of being forced to defend absolutes such as AWALT. If one proposes that an event will always occur, with no exceptions, then the presentation of a single exception is not Motte and Bailey. Just gonna quote a user from the Catholic sub because I think they said it best Matrimony gives each spouse a monopoly on the provision to the other of something that a typical healthy person wants and needs, and just like any monopolist, an obligation arises in justice and charity not to abuse that monopoly. The trad Christians I interact with most often actually tend to be more liberal politically, outside of a handful of issues like abortion. Conservative evangelical Christians are an...interesting bunch. Very big on the "born again" stuff.

The connotation of "loner" is often someone who actively avoids other people due to disliking people in general. You seem to be using it more neutrally in the sense of someone who gets along all right with people but prefers to keep to himself. That wouldn't bother me much in terms of friendships, but not having a close relationship with his family either is a potential incompatibility. I am very close with my family and find that I am most compatible with men who are like that too.

The original comment was not talking about literally any woman who happens to be a virgin, it is about women who are actively holding off on sex. The number of people on this sub who think it's perfectly normal for people with completely opposite values and attitudes to look at each other and go "yep, a relationship with you is a great idea" is genuinely baffling.

Are you suggesting that it has become so overused that it’s lost its meaning? Yes that is correct There is a very clear, undeniable difference between what women claim and how they actually behave. My virgin boyfriend is in no way a secret and I talk about him on this sub all the time. Yet OP described my comment about preferring virgins as "virtue signaling" in a since removed comment. What if anything you expect as compensation for acts of kindness is definitely an element of an individual's personality and moral code. I have no idea to what extent your personality has anything to do with your ability to date. It could have zero relevance for all I know.

See this was never an issue for my BF because despite not getting romantic interest (that he knows of) until age 25 he was never told that being a good person has anything to do with being sexually attractive. Once we're dating seriously I do prefer to know whether a man has had sexual experience before me. Not an automatic dealbreaker, but I would have to take that into consideration in terms of vetting/compatibility. That said whether those encounters were with men, women, one-on-one, threesome, orgies, etc. doesn't matter to me and honestly it doesn't feel like my place to demand answers anyway. The most I'd feel comfortable requesting is that we both get tested for STD's.

I'm not looking for your respect or sympathy concerning my experiences. They do shape my reality, as experience does for all people. So that is why I talk about them. I always make clear from the start that I'm waiting until marriage. Yet there are still men who hope they can persuade me otherwise and score with the virgin. That is why I'm wary of guys who play the cuddle song and dance until they have absolutely earned my trust.

I mean this was kinda inevitable given the use of rhetoric such as "enjoy the decline" baked even into the "original spirit of Redpill." A "decline" is not a neutral stance on reality. "Men are logical, women are irrational" More often than not the perception is derived from circular reasoning in which rationality is assumed by default to be the source of a man's behavior while the opposite is true for women. There is essentially a spectrum of expectations of your partner in terms of trust/transparency ranging from reasonable expectations to what is unreasonable. If people are saying "you shouldn't be dating" that's generally a good indication that you have crossed into unreasonable territory.

She herself admits it's irrational. This is a paradox. You are essentially saying she is "rational" only when she agrees with you. If you truly believe her to be irrational, flip it. Maybe there is truth to what she's saying and she's learned to see her own wants and feelings as stupid, hopefully for reasons that have nothing to do with you.

As a 24-year-old grad student who occasionally comes into contact with freshman undergrads this isn't true at all ime. A freshman told me that something I did was "giving slay" and internally I was just like "what the fuck does that mean."

Over 25, whatever. Before 25? Not a fan. I'm 24 myself and have no desire to date more than 3 maybe 4 years older. But I do have more male friends/acquaintances in their 30s or older than I've ever had at any other point in my life so far and I can see why women become more open to it around my age.

OP it sounds like you have the hots for a fellow parishioner's wife and are lowkey hoping she'd cheat with you if given the opportunity. You're focusing on "female nature" and what her husband is or isn't doing instead of reflecting on your own struggles with temptation. As a fellow Christian, I'd recommend meditating on the commandments with particular emphasis on the part about not coveting your neighbor's wife.

Spoiler, but yes. At its core GoT is about dark fantasy political intrigue heavily based on actual historical figures and events that do happen to involve incest. The entire plot that drives Oreimo is a guy finding out his little sister is into incest media, keeping her secret, and ultimately having a romantic thing with her. I wouldn't say those two things are comparable. Tokyo Ghoul is an example of a trash adaptation of a manga that is supposedly actually pretty good.

If you wanted the dictionary definition I'm guessing you would've just looked it up yourself. In my view misogyny encompasses a range of actions, ideas, and behaviors that stem from negative feelings toward women solely for being women. Disliking a woman because she stole your lunch out of the fridge isn't misogynistic. Noticing that your lunch is missing and assuming it's the woman who did it because "women are thieves" would be misogynistic. It is important to distinguish misogyny from sexism …

/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 01:05 AM

BPers generally feel that individuals best learn from firsthand experience and the people closest to them. Learning isn't the problem. It's the method. You know yourself best, don't you? What has your life been like up until now? Were you ever the type to drink, go out to parties, concerts, etc.? To take risks? What about your friends?

So I guess it's time to get a bit deeper here. RP's "guidance" is based on a particular understanding of the world. Let's divide RP into three areas: philosophy, advice, outcome. RP and BP disagree the most strongly on underlying philosophy. RP has specific, highly controversial beliefs about male and female nature on which the other two areas build. Advice is a mixed bag. Obviously one of the major differences is the natural vs. normal distinction I mentioned earlier. BPers generally feel that …

It's not as simple as going to a bar and asking someone for sex, that's why there are guides. This is what I was replying to. The existence of a guide does not prove its necessity for all or even most people. You can probably find a guide to ordering from a drive-thru somewhere on the internet. Using that as evidence that people need a written guide in order to figure it out would be incorrect. For BPers, having casual sex is something like the drive-thru. People learn from observation, experien…

As an individual want not necessarily driven by religious belief, I get that. I mean more in terms of a secular reason for seeing casual sex as an inherently bad thing that should be discouraged for everyone. Is that a thing in western societies?

You can find a guide to pretty much anything somewhere on the internet. That does not necessarily mean that all or even most people will need it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/23 11:46 PM

There is a mainstream understanding of how casual sex happens. That includes going to clubs, bars, music festivals, parties...You know, places where people are generally down to hook up. It's not exactly a secret to anyone. Or at least not to bluepillers. Therefore having a "guide" on it would be redundant.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/23 11:34 PM

Okay. My tradcon/religious brain says that's a bad thing. But looking at it from a purely secular perspective I don't see a problem.

You're tired of being the man that women will only talk about their feelings or hobbies with. At best. You want to exude masculine sexuality. You want women to not waste time with small talk and see you purely for your sexual value and little else. All of this just sounds like a weird, loaded way to say "I want to have casual sex." From a purely secular worldview standpoint there is nothing odd or objectionable about that.

Plenty of dudes overtly express that their concern is not being able to compare to one or more of her previous partners. That is objectively an insecure notion. There has to be additional editing going on here. You don't go from that much acne to literally no texture to your skin by slapping on some concealer. Edited for clarity

I mean that all depends on their programming? Even virtual companions of various sorts show signs of wants, tastes, and preferences because they were designed to do so. They can act like they're mad at you, or move away if you don't touch them the right way. Why do we design them to do that? Because it makes them more "real" or "human" to us. A mindless companion that likes everything you do doesn't seem to be as popular a notion as it's made out to be here.

Not strictly religion. There's also the basic biological logistics like avoiding STD's and pregnancy. Abstinence is the only 100% and all that. Plus I know myself and my attachment style and I truly do think that having sex without the relative stability of marriage would cause me great anxiety.

There are definitely cultural confounders that go along with "basic white girl name" types. Take me for example. I'm pretty dark but my mom's side of the family has fairer skin. I was always expected to dress, style my hair, and behave in ways that some might say fall under "Western aesthetic/beauty preferences." Who said anything about anyone looking for a “tradcon” wife? I certainly didn’t, so that’s a random assumption you’ve made. Ohh so you're new here. That explains a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 04:34 PM
2

Yeah sure, you successfully wifed up a tradcon local woman and her family was 100% welcoming and okay with that. Wait? That didn't happen? Then you're the one who's missing the point. The ideal for them is to marry within the culture and produce kids who look and act like them. What is this country where conservative locals are throwing their women at Western dudes? I'm genuinely curious.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 04:08 PM
13

In most cultures, trad women don't look for foreigners. Women who are open to marrying outside the local culture are usually more liberal/independent/open-minded. When those traits inevitably surface she will be called "Americanized" when in reality she was like that all along.

Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if they wrote both around the same time but delayed the other one by about a day to make it less likely that people would notice. They might not have gotten the response they were expecting on 1 but decided to go ahead and do 2 anyway just to compare. With the result being that ironically more people are defending the dude and asking if he was raped. Wonder what OP thinks about that.

Machiavelli's methods are highly rational and calculated. One cannot accidentally stumble into Machievellianism by being emotional or something. Though it seems upon further reading that bastardizations of Machiavelli's writings are indeed prominent in the field of psychology. Oh goody.

Asian-american families are often rather traditional but aren't oppressive Bible thumpers about it like a traditional WASP family from Texas would be. Which Asian-Americans? Christianity is a very strong part of Korean-American culture ime, devout Catholicism is prevalent among Vietnamese-Americans and Filipino/a. Afaik the rest do tend to be more secular tradcon, or into Buddhism or something. Latino families, while being super Catholic, tend to be reasonable about it. Like yeah there's a Virgi…

Is "mail order bride" the word for any woman a dude meets abroad now? I don't think it's weird for a guy to connect better with people or women from other cultures. Hell basically all of my Japanese professors in undergrad were white guys married to Japanese women or Japanese women married to white guys. It was all based on mutual love and respect from what I could see. That said yeah not all dudes who seek women out from other countries have good intentions.

Only 1/3 of the US has a Bachelor’s and this includes non-traditional students who come back later in life or take 1-2 classes at a time while working. This 1/3 is not evenly distributed across the U.S. If you live in a high income area the number is likely well over 90%. I personally require it because education is a core value in my family probably second only to religion. I want to raise children with someone on the same page.

In the U.S. religious and tradcon culture are heavily intertwined. It is very rare for one to exist without the other, particularly among women. That's the simple reality. For men who aren't cut out for religion best bet is dating in another country that has a more secularized tradcon culture.

Pro tip: Reddit doesn't send notifications about edits. For this amount of clarification it's probably better to just add a new comment, like I'm doing right now. Do you dispute that women want equality of progressive times in many areas while maintaining the benefits of traditional dating? No the expectations of secular/liberal and tradcon women are entirely different in my experience. Same for the men. A lot of abusers start by isolating their victim from friends and family precisely because they don't want this to happen unfortunately. When I was trying to get my best friend away from her abusive ex I called the DV hotline and was explicitly told not to tell her to leave for multiple reasons. Victims are often drawn to taking orders from other people. If they get out just because "someone told me to" that isn't addressing the root problem and there is a high chance they'll go back. If the abu…

This is what happens when humans treat "happiness" as the end-all be-all of everything. Becoming a fully realized human being requires some degree of discomfort and pain. The funny part is that they mostly have long/happy marriages, they just think a lot of the early mistakes and hardships could've been avoided if they waited until they were more mature and established to marry. Now in my family the norm is getting married in your late 20's/early 30's.

Depending on how you define "long" anywhere from 0 to 3. Approaching one year the guy I'm with currently has been my longest. I've dated pretty steadily throughout my life but the logistics of going to college out of state kinda made it difficult to sustain anything long-term. Now that I'm in grad school and have a better idea of where I want to settle down it's been so much easier.

If you've been on planet PPD long enough the "every woman I've ever fucked has liked rough kinky degrading sex" along with the accompanying barely suppressed contempt is a recurring thing. After a certain point you might want to ask how you keep ending up with women who can only get off when the man is dressed as Pennywise the clown and chasing her around with a knife. Because that sure as hell isn't all women. Maybe you have a type.

By what ethical framework? Utilitarianism? Deontology? Relativism? All I can speak for is the Cruel Angel Grad Thesis line of ethics, which says that "yes that is an extremely shitty thing to do and the kind of people who do it are repulsive." Though my perspective is heavily biased because as some of you may know a relative lost his life because of a woman who thought this way. So if you're looking for objectivity, you've come to the wrong place.

The disagreement isn't so much "being in control over our instincts" as not really knowing the full extent of our instincts begin with. I don't think that's it. A lot of the traits that make dating difficult for autistic men seem to be specific to those with sheltered middle class upbringings. My dad grew up in the hood and his possibly undiagnosed autism manifested in him coming off as emotionless, rude, and getting into a lot of fights as a child. When people who knew him back then tell stories they say the weirdest thing about him was that you couldn't really tell by his face or his actions that he was getting ready to fight …

That may be true. And yet they have an equally weird way of making me fall in love with them. I have considered that I may also be autistic but learned to mask it as a child and barely register that I do it.

One of the most underrated qualities of autistic men is their ability to perfectly recite dialogue from entire movies. Like with accurate voices and everything. I'm not saying that only autistic men can do it but there seems to be a weirdly high correlation.

In the early stages of falling in love I'm like a woman possessed. It's not exactly a secret or something I have to consciously do. Lots of calls/texts, intense interest and curiosity in literally anything he cares about. Gifts. Physical affection like clinging and cuddling.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/22 01:43 AM

Putting the morbid anecdote aside, my family structures retirement decisions so that young women don't have to make that choice. My siblings and I are very close with my grandparents because they actively participated in raising us for a lot of our early childhood. My parents definitely had their own sacrifices to make in terms of friends/social life but they knew that was part of the deal before they got married in their early 20's.

I mean, numbers are a part of it Take me as an ADOS female who has lived in majority white places all my life. Yes the majority of my friends/guys I've dated have been white, because much of the time that's literally all I had access to. A white person who conveniently always end up with POC, much less a particular group, is probably actively seeking that out.

I'm claiming that "knowing what you're doing" is irrelevant to whether or not age gap relationships are "valid." Plenty of people get into shit not knowing what they're getting into, particularly at that age. But just like an infant has to learn by burning themselves on a hot stove sometimes part of growing into adulthood is making mistakes. In my opinion and based on my observations, dating significantly older people at that age is one of them.

That depends on the "it." Humans are weird. It's hard to quantify all of the things that makes a person who they are. Is it their religion? Their education? Their upbringing? Their nature? The number of siblings? The traumas they've faced? Their personality? So many confounders. It's quite a puzzle.

Most age gap relationships are between adults and both parties know damn well what they're getting out of it. You only have to spend like 5 minutes around freshmen to know that the vast majority at that age have no idea what they want out of life or what they're getting into. Does that mean they can't or shouldn't date older people? Not necessarily. Is a good reason for it being justified "they know what they're getting into?" No. Have you never listened to an 18-year-old talk about their plans …

"High N women don't make good partners" I may be a virgin but there are plenty of women in my life who give their spouse everything they have and more despite not having a squeaky clean past. And plenty of virgin/low N women who are nut cases. "I want a virgin/low N partner" is a different stance and totally acceptable in my opinion. Men who are agreeable and passive are very much attracted to women who are stronger and more assertive than them ime. There are also men who are drawn to strength and independence in women because they get off on commanding submission from a tougher target. In my view, a reward has two parts: the intent of the giver as well as the recipient's perception of it as such. Let's say you send a person a literal pile of shit. Turns out that person is a shit enthusiast and takes your shipment as a reward for something nice they did for you. What then? Who gets to define the exchange that has happened here? Because if you ask the giver and receiver they sure as hell aren't going to agree on it. Flip it, shit enthusiast decides to reward your kindness toward…

One of the most important lessons the women in my family taught me when it comes to dating: "you're the one who has to go to bed with him." As in, the approval or interest of others is irrelevant if all it gets you is someone you're not attracted to and can't stand to look at, much less have sex with.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/22 10:25 PM

If a dude is committed enough to concealing his preference that he literally never speaks on it and his dating choices do not reflect it, Occam's razor would suggest that he doesn't actually have that preference. Not that he's secretly playing 2D chess to make sure that the women around him don't get mad or something.

I think it's more related to what a particular woman is socialized to see as taboo or shameful. The fastest way to get people to fantasize about a thing is to tell them it's bad or off-limits. I grew up in a religion with almost exclusively male leadership and continue to accept the nature of its hierarchy.
