To make yourself approachable, keep an eye contact and smile for 3-4 seconds to let your suitor know you're interested. Be sweet and look relaxed. I can't say much about plastic surgery. Research extensively before taking a decision. Good luck!

Are you thin? Do you have long hair? Do you wear skirts & dresses that accentuate your figure? Makeup anyone? You should make yourself pretty & attractive. You should be an eye candy so you can attract hot men. If you're 20-21, you're in your prime. Use your young age to your advantage. Your best bet will be finding an older, established man, perhaps 4-5 years older than you who has a stable job and is looking for a long-term relationship. Where you can meet men; Online dating, Gym, Hobby-based …

Because you're still attracted to him, you should cut the contact cold turkey. Right now, you're addicted to him. That's why you need to wean yourself off of him. To do that, don't read any of his texts, don't listen to his voicemails, don't read his emails, and for God's sake don't look at his photos or stalk him online. For you, he don't exist anymore. It shouldn't matter to you what he thinks. He's in your past, leave him in your past and don't look back. Don't even hope that he'll come looki…

I completely agree with everything you said. Many women make the mistake of pursuing men while they should just live their own lives and let the men do the pursuing. The OP will never know if he's genuinely into her or he's just being polite for accepting her suggestions to meet. When a man wants a woman, he'll pursue her and let her know he's interested. If he's not calling, texting, planning dates, then it's time to move on. Plain and simple.

I second the wrong sub. A man sharing his wife with several other men while having only one other woman in the past year has nothing to do with the red pill.

Just from reading your post, he sounds beta and you're afraid of being alone without a man taking care of you financially and emotionally. You want a man physically active and attractive, a man who is successful, strong, emotionally stable and has his life sorted out. We all want that kind of men, but chances are, such men don't want overweight single mothers. You can't change him. You can't make him an alpha man. He has to want it and work for it. You can either accept him as he is and give him…

Ideally she shouldn't badmouth her husband, yes, but how else is she going to look for help without mentioning the details of her trouble? It's not like she's revealing her husband's true identity here.

Congratulations on your success but this rule you posted on your blog makes me cringe. "Iron Rule of Tomassi #3 Any woman who makes you wait for sex, or by her actions implies she is making you wait for sex; the sex is NEVER worth the wait."

My BMI is 19 (105 lbs at 5'2"). I've never been overweight in my life. I do yoga once a week and walk everyday. I'm lucky to live within walking distance to a beautiful creek and lots of hiking trails. I eat 3 meals a day between 10 am and 6 pm and absolutely nothing else outside those hours. I eat until I feel full and stop eating even if I still have food on my plate. But, I don't limit the type of food I eat, lots of butter, meat, hamburgers, pizzas, cakes, anything and everything. I love foo…

For the majority of men, their career is what defines them. He might want to first have a good feeling about the direction of his career before anything else. That might be the reason why he doesn't want to define your relationship just yet, although everything you described in your post screams LTR to me. I'd suggest, open up to him about your feelings, not what your friends think about him, because that's annoying as hell even for the most understanding guy. Guys can relate to women's feelings…

The same goes for you. You'll only message the hottest girls, ignoring the ones who don't reveal half their bodies on their profile pictures out of modesty, but who keep their houses spotless, can cook delicious food, who get their men's shoes at the door...etc. You won't give a change to get to know such women because there are so many easy booties to chase and enjoy. Not taking responsibility, running for the hills at the first mentioning of commitment, too politically correct to even open up …

There's also the other side of the story. Women's side. Most women try online dating to secure a boyfriend/husband, not to hop on d..k after d..k. We doll up, put on best dress, do our hair and makeup with the expectation to finally meet the one. But what usually happens is that after 4-5 dates (maybe even sooner!), if we're not already putting it out, the date will move on to the next target. If god forbid, we have sex, we'll never hear from him again. It's not one way street; men hurt women as…

The best thing you can do is to look your best. Your appearance is your single most effective asset that'll keep men interested in you. Be flirty with him without sounding/looking cheap. Men love compliments, so compliment him but don't go overboard. Tell him you like his shirt, his hair style and laugh at his jokes. Let him talk and lead the conversation, but also ask questions to find out what kind of man he is. As much as you might want him to be your boyfriend, first find out if you two are …

I'm with Nadya here. RPW principles are against having sex before getting commitment. Your opinion/suggestion leads to pump and dump Alpha men are so good at.

If this guy isn't seeking you out/flirting with you/running game, he's probably not interested. This sums it up. If he wants you, he'll make a move. All you need to do at this point is being sweet and at your best appearance-wise. Also it helps if you don't bore him with the depressive details of your life. Make the talk about him. If you'll talk about yourself, make it short and light. Don't complain. Don't gossip.

In my (humble!!!) opinion, you should let him initiate contact. This way, you'll know he's genuinely interested in you and not merely responding to your texts. According to the Rules Revisited blogger, "If a guy is genuinely interested in you, he will crave interaction with you. As long as you are giving him positive feedback when he contacts you, he will maintain or even escalate the amount of contact." therulesrevisited.com/2012/12/fifteen-red-flags-in-dating-world.html So, if he goes days wit…

Her mentality is far too common... It is. She has the textbook example of a narcissistic personality. She can't see other people's point of view or needs. Her own happiness is the only thing that matters. Some narcissists go into extremes and become sociopaths down the road. The Sociopath Next Door by Martha Stout is a great book on this topic. But, luckily they're not hard to spot. The poor husband didn't choose wisely.

I'm not sure if you're talking about Chinese women specifically, but I've heard China's one child policy is the primary reason for that. Several families chose to abort when they found out they'd have a girl. Now boys outnumber girls by the highest proportion on earth. Girls get to be picky and also bitchy without having to face any real consequences for their actions. Besides, they still attract white men but Chinese men aren't that attractive to white women. It's really sad what the Chinese go…

Nope. Not necessarily so. Sometimes the sex drive in women goes up. Even if it goes down, I think it'll be around menopause.

if you do ever want to get into a committed relationship with a woman, let HER bring it up first, then say No, then say No again, and then eventually let her win you over. I agree with this wholeheartedly. Women should be pushing for commitment while men should be pushing for sex. A man offering commitment without any request from the woman is just as bad as a woman offering sex without the man demanding it first.

Keep your weight steady. Avoid gaining or losing weight too quickly. It's bad for your skin and breasts and promotes quick sagging of your breasts. Also wear a bra every time, even for sleeping. Your boyfriend/husband will thank you for it when you're in your forties. Avoid sugar altogether. It's bad for your skin and everything else in your body. Drink a glass of lukewarm water every day as the first thing in the morning. Don't eat unless you're very hungry. Don't fill yourself up. Keep at leas…

Not sure I feel about something like mint. It's just one more way to expose yourself and your information to cyber attacks. I'd carefully monitor what the magazines say though. It's foolish to share the secrets to money making with everyone maybe unless sharing that info brings lots of money. I find, especially in stock market, following the news then coming up with your own conclusions as to where to invest works better than buying the stocks recommended by the money magazines.

Do people not have enough examples of healthy relationships in their lives to see how warped this viewpoint is? To see how fundamentally different the selfish desire to fuck someone tonight is from the true passion and commitment that comes from marriage? This might not be the right subreddit for your post. Most folks here aren't that much into the true passion that comes from marriage. /r/RedPillWomen/ would be more fitting in my opinion.

You want to be chased, not be chasing. A woman who chases a man is essentially a masculine one. A real feminine woman is passive yet still receptive to the masculine energy.

My official position is and always be, don't marry. I'll probably get banned for my comment but I think the better way for men would be "Don't marry up." If there's a huge discrepancy in terms of attractiveness as in this case, the woman won't have any reason to stay attractive. She must have lost the little sexual attraction she'd felt for him earlier in the relationship, so what's the point of trying hard to stay sexy if she doesn't want to get laid? She would have more motivation to stay fit …

My main concern with the Polygamous approach is that "quality women" will refuse to become a part of it. This is very true. The word Harem comes from Ottoman Empire. The concubines held in the emperor's harem were mostly slaves sold or gifted to him. They were kept in the part of the palace where there was only one access to it and it was very well protected by soldiers who were castrated. That was the only way to ensure the paternity of the offspring. As you can imagine, rape wasn't the only co…

A wife is a hookup that you want to "hook up" with for the rest of your life. A relationship is a series of days that go by where each day you decide, dependant on the previous days, whether the idea of seeing someone again is a pleasant idea. A "wife" happens when one person has been a part of your life for so long, that the idea of being without them is something you can't envision, and don't want. One point from me, too. I love the entire comment.

I'd advice against taking psychiatric medication. I'm a psychologist, although I don't practice anymore, and one thing I remember from the pharma/physiology classes I took was the side effects of such medications. It might be good for the moment but the chemicals will build up in your liver and other organs and come back to bother you later in your life. And as RPSigmaStigma pointed out, they're habit forming too. Your hormones must be unbalanced after the recent births of your children, which m…

Women have always known. Yes, we have. Only the last 2 generations seem to have forgotten its existence. Getting to 'I Do' by Patricia Allen is a great book that's all about red pill and it's published in 1995. Look your best and dress as if you want to get laid but don't have sex until you get him to be exclusive with you. Don't move in with him until you're engaged. Spend at least 4 seasons together before marrying to get to know each other better. Let him lead and be sweet to him and supporti…
