I'd laugh more if this weren't indicative of the downward spiral of our society. Gotta give points to OP there for completely destroying people in the comments though. Lays down the facts and the discrepancies, and even tries to keep them from going off on tangents from their FEEEEELINGS.

be a boisterous asshole in public It’s your job to make women feel entertained. I don't believe either of these statements are meant to be taken to the extreme. I didn't take them as such. be a boisterous asshole in public When you have the choice between sulking in the corner at a party or function where you don't know many people, and bouncing around from group to group chatting people up... you should choose the latter. If your girl wants to tag along, so be it. Take her hand or put yours on …

Strong post, actual specific to the situation action items. If I could give ♂ for even such a short post, I would. As someone visiting TRP and MRP (since I am, after all, married) - I can second this advice. We just purchased our first home and if things were in any way like what you describe, I'd have noped the fuck out of that transaction. Your good faith deposit or whatever you want to call it is chump change compared to being stuck in a joint mortgage with a woman who doesn't make you happy.…

Just because people notice something doesn't imply someone's motivations for doing it. Prime example is the "lift, lift, lift" mantra. People are surely going to notice that after a few months or a year, but plenty of people training are doing it for themselves. Back to MMA though, does anyone know what class prices are like? I tried looking to BJJ but it seems expensive.

All them cigarettes. Naw, I actually read a bit about France a while back and I believe the naturally thin people of France are that way because they just don't eat much. Cue gasp of shock and awe. The French eat very slowly and take the time to enjoy their meals. They also allegedly rarely snack between meals. This combination leads to naturally lower calories throughout the day, while the availability of (and cultural demand for) fresh produce, breads, and meats ensures the quality of food is …

Good write up, but Rip gives 5 reasons your squat might be higher than your deadlift at this point: 1) You aren't squatting deep enough 2) You aren't squatting deep enough 3) You aren't squatting deep enough 4) You aren't squatting deep enough 5) You aren't squatting deep enough Maybe you are though, and your body's ratios just heavily favor squats. IMO you need to read heavily for about a year straight before you should even consider taking a simple cycle (and tren/clen/anavar aren't usually in a simple cycle). Check out the steroids subreddit and read through the FAQ a few hundred times. Also don't discuss sources there, that's a big no-no.

Just had something similar happen last night so these comments are helping me out too. Essentially wife was pissed that "you always do whatever you want to do" and "we never spend any time together" (based on her very specific definition of spending time together). I acknowledged she was upset but I told her that I wasn't going to ask her permission to see friends or go do something for an hour or two.

Watch the 30 For 30 "Broke". Some plan well and are set up great financially for the next chapter in their life, but others don't understand that it's going to end and drop tens of thousands on a night out at the club, never fully comprehending that they need to find out what they'll do after football.

Get an estimate of your BF% at /r/BulkOrCut or using calipers (properly) and put the info into a Katch-McCardle formula calculator online. My current nutrition breaks down to 40/30/30 percentages for protein, carbs, and fat. If you're severely overweight a low carb diet might help you out, though I'd recommend getting some carbs from yams or the like if you're working out hard. Because most of the "homemaker" wife examples from new subscribers are the wives who have gained 50+ pounds, outsource some of the housework, and throw some sort of frozen meal in the oven 10 minutes before their husband gets home (if they do anything at all). The homemaker wife who stays fit, keeps the house clean, doesn't spend 95% of the paycheck the second it's in the account, and keeps things fresh and spicy in the kitchen and the bedroom, well that's just a winning combination.

Eh, if I were a woman who had some ONS I wasn't proud of, I'd probably skim some off my number / experiences as well. You're right that not every women has casual sex, nor lies about it. We're not blind to the continued stigma against anything that society blankets under "PUA". Obviously we know it's much deeper than a PUA community, but no one else will understand that. RP truths are routinely touted even by the most vehemently anti-RP posters in AskMen or relationships. The principles are most definitely out in the open. However, a certain glossary has been developed to efficiently discuss them, and that is what is associated with these negative stereotypes. There's nothing to…

I know those feels, it's natural to feel guilty in certain situations, it's how we were raised. My wife will come home sometimes after a bad day and vent or even bring it home and be a total bitch that evening. I ice her out if she's being bitchy and remind her that I don't stand for being an emotional tampon. She then settles down. How does your LTR see this? Does she make an issue of it? If so, you need to ask yourself whether you want to be with someone who judges you based off whether you believe in the bearded man in the sky. Another question to bring up (as was pointed out by /u/Broseidon241) is, if you want kids, how they'll be raised. If she wants to fully indoctrinate them into Jesus-camp-going super Christians, and you want them to grow up and make their own decision, that's going to make both of you pretty salty …

The daddy issue seems like a larger fish to fry. That's up to you if you want to have that sort of decision making solely on your shoulders. If that kind of expectation doesn't make you happy, consider plating her and trying to find someone with less baggage. Ruling out marriage in general isn't a terrible idea, however there was an interesting post recently about hedging against this power imbalance through early planning and the use of some LLCs (after speaking with an attorney, of course). Anyone being very bitter about it is either still in that anger stage, or is probably the provider who she settled for. It's the fact that it's the same women flocking to them that's the problem. Those men who got fitter, wiser, and richer are now at a high SMV. Those women who are used up and showing signs of aging are low SMV. The women still feel entitled to any man they want because that's what they experienced in their 20s. Then they hit the wall and realize that they can't exactly have the…

It sounds like you're referring to women hitting The Wall, which is when a woman who was probably very attractive in her early 20s spends her prime years riding the carousel and then when she turns 30, panics and tries to find a mate to "settle down" with. She tries to get in with alpha males who are around the same age, but they know better and are approaching women who are in their prime. So she eventually settles for a provider who she's not that attracted to, but who will keep a roof over he…

TRP has grown faster than anyone really anticipated. There have been a few posts lately about not just reading a few articles and then jumping in the new queue and starting to give advice. You need to be walking the walk, so to say, which takes a lot more time. Some women are just prone to cheating, just as some men are. Many posts will talk about red flags that are raised with plates looking to move to LTRs. If she has a history of cheating, that's a major one.

Solid reminder post. Sometimes I catch myself drifting over into PPD to read something or looking at articles on here shaking my fist in the air. Not to say there isn't "fluff" content that makes me happy. I could watch Russell Brand take over interviews all day with a smile on my face. The most productive use of my time? No, but that's not the point I'm trying to make. Take notes, readers, work on yourself and work past your initial anger and hatred. It will only drag you down.

I read a similar article that gave a qualitative overview of the whole situation where children A and B are gifted. A gets told "you're so smart" when they get a good mark on an exam. B gets told "you must have worked hard" when they get a good mark. B grows up much more capable of hard work and with much more will to use their abilities. A grows up afraid to fail. When I went to comfort him he told me to die. Am I the only one who nearly died laughing at this part?

Gotta love the replies. Girl you need a man not a child. Christ, go back to your steamy romance novels written by a 350 pound whale where a billionaire with a chiseled jaw and washboard abs abandons his playboy ways, charmed by your greasy hair and stained baggy T shirt. Guy had it right, girls just playing the victim as usual.

Yeah and I'd even argue that prime for men is a bit later than 25-35. Doesn't SMV normally peak at like 35-38 or so for men? Meanwhile for women it's around 21-24 or so.

Toasting some roll bread. If you think you can tell whether someone is "RP" by a picture of them holding a slip of paper standing in front of some wood and nails, you've got a long ways to go.

Well yeah, you can get what you might consider too bulky, but for 99% of people that point won't come for at least a few years of consistent hard work.

ITT: Excuses. You're not going to get "too bulky" from lifting for 3-5 days per week. Look at Zyzz, god of aesthetics. Girls 'mirin everywhere. Guy was on massive amounts of test, tren, clen, t3 for years (not even cycling just blasting and cruising on it) and still had an aesthetic physique with just enough size. And he was doing some high volume shit. So that should take care of the "lol look what women are gushing over" argument. If you don't have access to a gym, look up bodyweight fitness r…

I would pay for this to be a book series.

For 0-4 months lifting, run starting strength. For 5-9 months lifting, do Texas method or a similar intermediate strength program. After that, reassess where you're at and what your goals are. I've moved to a 5 day split (chest/bis, legs, back, shoulders/tris, full body) with higher overall volume to try to induce some additional growth, especially in my upper body since Ss and tm are lower body focused. But for now, eat a lot of clean quality food (and track it), hit your protein macro (~1g/lb …

Good point, we'd like to shake our fists and stamp our feet but we can't really ignore the current status of most households in the United States. RP is the exception right now, not the norm whatsoever. If I could give a point I would.

You don't know much, do you? Lawyers are a dime a dozen. Law school is infinitely easier than bodybuilding.

For nutrition info I always refer to this post by Greg Nuckols (WR holding powerlifter). I'm on around 350g carbs, 260g protein, 115g fat right now on my cut. You just need to monitor yourself via scale or pictures and make adjustments as needed.
