My self esteem comes from the inside . And doesn’t change . I’ve seen all these lifters go on steroids and buy expensive shit to impress women and feel good . It’s all a consumerism trap/scam. I lift personally . But even when I didn’t my self esteem was the same . I used to have no job no car no hot body and got laid with women just fine .
