Come on, you're better than that... You can chose whoever the fuck you want but that's not the point. You claimed that men were asking women to lower their moral standard, I said that I seriously doubt that and so far, you were unable to support that claim. There is no need to derail the debate like you are trying to do.

For example men complaining that they have to approach and that women should instead. That's not looks. And that's the standard many women put in a place for a reason. That's not a moral standard, unless you consider that approaching someone is immoral for a reason. Men saying that women should approach more doesn't mean that they should approach anyone, regardless of any moral standard. I'm curious to know what is the "reason" behind that standard. I would say that the only reason women don't a…

Any example of men telling women to lower any moral standard? "I feel like everything women want is simply wrong in men's opinion, because every standard will discard someone." Well that exactly what a standard does... But the vast majority of men are totaly ok with moral standards.

The poins is that vulnerabilty isn't what women wants. Its a weakness and it's definitely not "sexy" or anything. What's women trully admire is resilience and stoicism, just like you point out.

I really don't get the hype around the swatch royal pop. That thing has nothing from AP, colorways are awfull and the thing looks like a chronogragh for gym teachers.

Then it seems that she targeting a specific type of woman, right? Half of American women are legally married or living with a partner by 26. It’s almost 2/3 by 30. Seems like she’s French, so maybe it’s different there. There isn't much to say about people who are in an happy relationship Most people consider themselves single unless they’re in an exclusive relationship. Having casual sex doesn’t mean that you’re not single. I’ve been single for at least half my adult life, but I haven’t gone wi…

I spend some times listening to Leslye Granaud's podcast "C'est pas toi, c'est moi" (Litteral translation "it's not you, it's me). For a bit of context, Leslye is a french journalist, she is far left leaning, and feminist. This podcast is like a side project she have where she interview single people (almost exclusively women) to talk about their dating lives. Leslye is also a long time single and speak regularly about her personal situation. What's interesting about it is that she's smart, is s…

/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/26 04:23 PM

For example wade wilson the deadpool killer had a prior rape accusation, the case never went to court and he said he’s innocent. So in a way he’s falsely accused. Should’ve women dated him or not? Yeah, nothing screams "totally not a bad boy" like nazi face tatoos"...

I think the same, most of it sounds like denial. It's obvious about the first one: She's not that young, had numerous relationship but she never managed to get one of those top men to commit. She's not unattractive at all, you can't tell me that at 37, she never met a man that would be more than ok to marry her, but she probably never even consider those guys.

Listened a fun french podcast this weekend where 3 women (on the feminist side) were talking about there love life. -Number one: The older one (37), spoke about how she had been riding the dick carroussel and was now looking for something serious. -number Two: The more interesting case; She is in a "relationship" since 3 month with someone she's trully attracted to. They start as "non exclusive" for two month (well, She was exclusive, he was not...) and they are exclusive since 1 month but he do…

I have the same questions. It's not like she can even argue any of her stances (more rants than stances to be honest), she's just madly agressive and dismiss any argument that makes her look bad. At this point, I can't believe that any of this is healthy and it's kind of disturbing.

All 3 options are fine. My favourite is cyberpunk but if you want to go medieval, KCD 2 is amazing. I like Crimson Desert so far but there is a few things that are a bit rough, so waiting for a few patches can be an option. If you're really into massive open world, this is a solid choice: there is so much things to do and the map feel gigantic.

I spoke a few days ago about a woman and her son that went missing in France. Her body was found in Portugal yesterday, with the body of the current girlfriend of her ex-husband. So this asshole killed those two women and confessed those murders. As dreadfull this story is, at least the two kids involved are all right and this man will rot in prison for the rest of his life. But why even mention her? Why would it be a problem to mention her? As far as the missing family are concerned, her only involvement in this is as proof that he moved in from ex wife. I ignore the violent man? Most of the post is about him, only the last sentence is about his current girlfriend. The main point of my post is to try to understand what makes him a "manosphere dudes" (I even mentioned that it was the interesting part). It's really you who is focusing on the last sentence of my post which is about his current girlfriend.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/26 09:32 AM

Yeah it does look like one but I wonder what makes it an automatic "manosphere dude". If shirtless pics and ranting about your wife is all it takes, then the manosphere is way bigger than what I thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/26 09:22 AM

If that all you get from my post, then I'll have to clarify my point: First of all, we have no news on his ex-wife and, even if it doesn't look good, I serously hope that she's allright. I also think that this man is a serious asshole and I hope they'll catch him, but so far, his current girlfriend is suspected to be with him, if that's the case, that would make her an accomplice (at best) and also an asshole in my book. So I do think that this man is an asshole and I'm also dumbfounded that a w…

A woman and her 13 years old son are missing in France. Her ex-husband is the prime suspect, he's also missing. His current girlfriend and the kid they got together are also yet to be found. This dude and his ex-wife both had been condemned for violence against each other, she stabbed him, he tried to strangle her. Yes, the whole thing is a shitshow. Your comment doesn't make sense I'm sorry. Well I'm genuinely struggling to understand where you want to go with your messages If all of them thought they weren't committing rape then all of them were clueless and were mostly bad people, the Africans, the Arabs and yes, the French too but most importantly, the husband which is French. Did the non Arab and African people knew they were committing rape then? Well, I'm not in their head but according to the judgement, none of them was acquitted so the rape or "atteinte sexuel" had been materialised for all cases. in that case, if they knew it means they still did it and if they didn't then in both case Again, I'm not in their head, most of the accused claimed that they didn't know they were rapping her, that was their whole defense (and the whole point of the trial since it was …

No, the husband is fucked up. He's probably also a murderer, there is a strange case of a disapearing women a few decades ago where he is highly suspected. wouldn't you also say France's culture treats their women like second class citizens in that case? Because a drink is the best first date. It's in a public place so it's safe. You can easily wrap it up in half an hour if there is no attraction but you can easily turn it into more with a "wanna eat something?" If things goes right. I would say that it's superior to coffee, because it's easier to be a little bit more dressed up in a fancy bar, it's easier to follow up with food if you want to. Plus coffee is more of a "serious" beverage, it's like the number one corporate beverage, a drink in a…

One step at the time, you are almost there: Let's replace the attractive trait "blue eyes" with the attractive trait "being tall": -I think that being tall is an attractive traits. -I think that you can be attractive without being tall. You are arguing that victims know who most of the offenders are. That they're choosing offenders intentionally. And that they're therefore responsible for their own harm. I'm saying that nobody knows who most of the offenders are. It's unrealistic to expect. It's cruel to accuse victims of choosing offenders intentionally. This is just another example that women are actively trying to shame men into doing things that only benefit women. A side piece of information, this is not the case in every country. In France for example. A woman can decide to "give birth under secret". In that case, she's letting her child into the responsibility of social services, her anonymity is guaranteed and she can't be held legally or financially for the child. Other european countries have similar law, like Italy or Germany. Two interesting point: -A jurist once tried to change the law to include the same right for the father, with the argument th…

Really interesting study. Men tend to have unhealthier way of grieving and don't receive as much social support. I wonder if this is a cause/consequence thing: Men are getting less support so they turn to those unhealthy grieving ways. The studie seem to conclude that way but it would be an interesting thing to test. I hope their will be some follow up, that's an interesting find.

In other words, you’re trying to say abuse victims are dumber than an eight year-old if they don't. I dont know why you're arguing with me and then prove I was right. I didn’t, so I know that’s not what this argument is about. I think you misunderstood what I said. The narrative is that women should ignore the red flags they see. They cannot ignore the red flags, while also leaving/rejecting bc of those red flags. What? Fuck no, that the complete opposite, WOMEN SHOULD NOT IGNORE RED FLAGS. I can't be more clear than that... The process of creating and revising maps of ppl and situations never stops. This means that they view relationships as obstacles and burdens. I'm questionning your logic. There are different requirements for LTR and hookups. Here is the thing: Most men understand that. We know that being attractive is the main thing driving a ONS for women. We also know that for a long term relationship, women are seeking investment from men (energy, time, money and so on). Smocking is indeed obvious and can be spoted on the first date. But they are other things that couldn't be spoted right away: For example, I have a strict moral code, I couldn't date someone if she has ever dated a drug dealer or a thief. The fact that she was ok with dating this kind of person with low moral value (imo) is a sign that we simply don't have the same value. And then there's the disparity in the way we perceive red flags. Women are more likely to see nonverbal cues, and less likely to identify specific lies. Not necessarily maliciously. They're just more likely to think it won't matter in the end.) I'm particularly interested in that part since I was looking for a wa…

I did get that but there is something that don't quite make sens in your reasoning: -In one hand, you tend to say that people shouldn't care about someone's past (Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that's the premise of your first post). -Then you said that you can predict than an abusive man "is not going to be honest or he’s going to downplay it massively, and he probably going to act offended if (you did ask him about abuse in his past). So you don't care about someone past. Thanks for the precision. I believe that this is a rather peculiar behavior. May I ask is you are applying this logic to every aspect of your life? Even in that situation no one is stoping you from ending your relationship then starting the next one instead of cheating. I don't really see anything unrealistic in that. We do expect the majority to follow social rules which are way more restrictive than that.

The mere difficulty of an act does not determine whether it’s worthy of praise or shame. Not always, I've never said it was automatic, but I think it does apply in the case of the perseption of high body count between men and women. and lol, it’s not even hard at all for hot looking men, yet you still praise them! The fact of being hot looking and being part of the most attractive dude is the difficult part. Sure, some gets it mostly by the luck of a good genetic. I also do thing that being a ma…

If you’re about to try to draw some equivalence between incest and women having casual sex that’s not happening. What the fuck. My point is the total opposite. Incest is not "normal" sex because we put a different values to it. Incest is not OK because no one trully think that sex is sex and assigning valor to it is weird. Sex is a social interaction and we collectively and individualy put value to it the same way that we do for every other social interactions. My point is, if a man and a woman …

It’s seen as something commendable if you’re a man that has a lot of sex because it’s harder to get laid. Whereas it’s deemed bad if you’re a woman who does the same. Exactly, we agree on that. The reality is, it doesn’t matter if it’s impossible or if it’s easily available. Sex is sex. People have it. To assign valor to it is weird and obsessive. Let's put your reasoning to a test. Do you think that most women would be ok with dating a man who regularly have sex with his mother?

Is it a double standard when sex doesn't cary the sale value for both sex? Let's take one average men and one average women and ask them to find 10 persons, of the opposite sex, willing to have sex with them right away. The woman will win like 99.9% of the time. Racking up an high body count as a woman isn't something difficult, doing it as a man is an "achievement". No man end up with an high bodycount by accident. Now, those men with High bodycount could also be frowned upon but it turns out t…

I'm confused, what are you trying to say? that women in general don't enjoy sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 03:53 PM

You don't get it. People (women or men) who are having one night stand or hook up do it because they want to have sex, I highly doubt that they are trying to get any benefit from it except, well, sex. So I do agree that it's not "beneficial" because that's not the point of it. Same as most recreational activities, we don't do it for any benefit but because we are having fun doing it.

The important part is "unfortunately it was just sexual" confirming that she would still be with him if he was ok for a ltr with her. Wow, that's crazy. It's almost like the one complaining about their lack of options and the one complaining about the lack of quality of their options were different persons.

Yes, it's not that common, most people are just ok but the outliers are frightening.

Because as much as people claim to be sex positive they still are beholden to purity culture. When they hear casual sex, they don’t think “Yeah, I wanna fuck, so what?” They hear “You’re a filthy slut with no standards”. It’s the problem of self image. This is an interesting point. Do you think that "purity culture" will end someday?

need you to really gather your thoughts and focus on you're actually trying to communicate, because your writing has alot of contradictions, lies, and sometimes doesn't connect well with you point. Lol, you're the one going everywhere. You can't contradict me so you're going sideways and now you're making personal attack. I ask several questions you didn't answer a single one. I'll will gladly have a debate with you the moment you start acting like you can debate like an adult. No, you outright …

What does it do for me? I genuinely don't understand I mean, this is textbook mid for me. Not horrible, not great, simply mid. I don't get what's controvertial about that (again, nothing wrong with finding it attractive). <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/26 01:37 PM

It’s like you’re calling him mid for yourself lol What does that even mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/26 12:32 PM

Mid ln a sens that he's body he's average. I think he's trolling about spending 8 years training with lifting "being a part of his personality". It's totaly normal to be attracted to relatively common feature, if we were only attracted by the top, life would be hell.

This shit happened to me once. Was at a club and met a beautiful blond girl, we talked a bit and we started to be a little bit physical then I saw a guy who was looking at us with that mean face. -"Hey, do you know that guy over there? he keeps looking at us" -"Yeah, that's my boyfriend" I was like "Bitch what the fuck you're doing with me here".
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/26 07:58 AM

6'2 guy. I've been with women from 5" to 6"1. I don't care about height like at all. I would be ok dating a woman taller than me but I never met a single one in a dating mindset.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/26 07:49 AM
1

No I'm genuinely curious. I think there is a difference between participating and making the same thread again and again. Pardon my curiosity but I've got another questions: If all off this is redpill and most men think redpill is shit, why do women don't want to disclose their sexual past? It seems like a good way to draw away those redpill men and keep the ones who don't care about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 07:02 PM
2

Ah my bad, you missunderstood what I was trying to say. In that situation the woman AND the man are both in the optic of waiting to have sex. So he's not rejecting quick sex, it was never on the table. In that situation, what the man is looking for in that woman is purity and a modest sexual past. The day he learn that she had some hook up, he's out of this relationship. This is why it's not completely independant from what his girlfriend has done, it's never the case, past always matter. As sai…

Serious question: If this is redpill and if most men think that red pill is trash. Why are you so obsessed with it that you feel the need to create several tread a week on that subject? Isn't that a massive waste of time if this is a minor opinions among men?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 05:09 PM

"Are you sure about that?" is not phrased as rhetorical question in this context. It comes off more that you're backtracking after I caught the contradiction. Lol, absolutely not. What contradiction? "but learn afterward that she didn't wait with some other dudes." if he doesn't want quick sex, why would that matter? That has nothing to do with his own priorities. It matters because it means that 1- She may not be that attracted to him 2-She hide a important information about her past and he can…

Yeah, the chance isn't zero, but most people aren't great deceivers if you know what you're looking for. I totally agree with you on that one. Most people aren't great deceivers, most of the time, people are showing their true color early in the relationship (including violent or manipulative men).
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 01:52 PM

What was the point of asking "Are you sure about that?" Oh, you're not familiar with the concept of rethorical question? my bad. Here's a link where you can learn more about it. confirming that I'm right. You do know that "No, I'm right!" is the kind of answer that doesn't fly past middle school, right? (that's also a rethorical question, don't answer it). Then they dont have to. It's that simple. That doesn't make any sens. Also, most men dont go around talking about consistency, so I dont know…

Because most men here are adverse to asking women for a hookup, Are you sure about that? I definitely think that men who want "hook ups" would be very pleased if that was so simple as "Just ask and I'll get an answer", I know it would have made things much easier. Hook ups are about vibes, asking for it and making it "official" is killing the vibe and women hate that. Most of them would even find it insulting because deep down, they know that being "hook up material" isn't flattering for a woman…

This result after "making lifting his entire personality" and "start going 3-6 times a week" for 8 YEARS??? it's totaly normal that everyone is shitting on him, this morron is treading water and is blaming everything on his poor genetic and how instragram is lying. "I have a better physique than the general population", man you're mid as fuck and spent countless hours on it. he's the one who doesn't have realistic expectation, he should start lifting seriously instead of swinging 4 lb dumbells.

I saw that movie, it's awful, really. There is a musical part in the middle which came out of nowhere and is trully terrible. It is written and directed by a woman, which is very obvious in the way the main character is always the one in control and how men character are so badly written. At the end of the movie, she came back to her husband and there sex life is better than ever because she "own her sexuality" now. I kid you not, this is that dumb.

A guy who isn't filled with jealousy would be like "I want a woman who has morals and likes to time her time knowing a guy before sleeping him. I'm not a super sexual person, so I prefer if she's also a prude like me". That's a totaly valid answer, except the super sexual part. Physical initiation is the same as asking for casual sex, it's just the non verbal from. The type of sex being had is still casual, a hook up, because it's not happening in the context of a committed LTR. I believe that OP means verbal demand, otherwise her post doesnt make sens imo. Both the man and the woman were interested in a hook up with each other, because they literally agreed to have sex without commitment, that's what a hook up is. The fact that besides this both of them claims that th…

Having sex early in a relationship is having sex in a committed LTR, it has nothing to do with hookups Totally, that's what OP doesn't understand. That's only possible if people approached you for casual sex, evidently then you never had to ask for it. Not really, as I said, It happened naturally. You start making out and one thing lead to another. Nah this is interesting. Continue what? Lets take a situation that happened to me a few time: meet a girl, she's looking for LTR, I'm looking for LTR…

The truth of the matter, that you kept ignoring throughout this nonsensical wall of text, is that non of the men who fucked Lilly Philips approached her on the premise of an LTR. Exactly and probably none of them was interested in a LTR with her. The situational reality is that you have to ask someone for a hook up in order to have sex with them prior to a relationship. Asking for a hook up doesn't imply interest in commitment therefore, evidently no one who agrees to casual sex wants a relation…

You're the one saying they where struggling... I guess I don't really understand what you mean. If they are attractive to some women and are in situation of hook up, I wouldn't call them struggling.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 06:25 PM

And OP agree to this
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 06:22 PM
7

OP is backing it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 06:22 PM
13

Difference is that I don't recall any men saying that "rejection is hot".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 04:37 PM
12

I love the fact that OP try to gaslight men into thinking that what's hot is the rejection which is plainly wrong and she knows that. What's hot for woman is the approach, with the condition that the man is attractive and doing it wright. The failure in that exercise isn't hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 04:31 PM
2

To be in situation of hook up, you have to be somehow attractive so I doubt that struggling guys have those kind of issues. But I do agree with you, my point was more against OP position who see men/women dating relationships as strictly hook up VS Long time relationship which doesn't make sens imo.

Have you play the video game "discord"? If not, you should, it's quite fun. There is a bit of romance in it and this is an interesting thing to analyse of it. In the game, the main character can romance one of two girls. The game gets some success and a female streamer makes a very good analogy by calling it a "twilight for dudes". I think she is right, there is a lot of element that are making both of those romance options a fantasy for dudes: -Both girls are really attractive. -Both are flirty…

/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 10:12 AM

Yeah clearly not normal, I can't really see how you can encounter that many out of the ordinary dates except if she's dating a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 10:05 AM

You are probably right, I only know a bunch of extrem feminists IRL.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 09:37 AM

You are right and I should have been clearer. I was speaking about what I call "extrem feminists", the one who are framing a narrative where eerything bad is caused by men and patriarchy while women are no responsiblity. I agree with "classic feminism": Seeking equality between men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 09:28 AM

This is a hilarious take. I’ve met more female feminists who are against porn, than men who are the primary consumers of it. Personaly, all of the feminist I know are on a shrodinger situation on porn and sex work. On one hand porn is bad, prostitution is bad and men should be banned for using them. On the other hand, women can do wathever they want, owning your sexuality is empowering and sex workers should be glorified, not ostracised. As you can tell, this double standard doesn't make sens.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 09:16 AM

There is a little bit of variation from one person to another but it's far from 100% subjective. Also, I hate to break that to you but women saying that they are surprised that you have no girlfriend are probably just being polite. Saying something different would be rude.

There are hot men who are good men, I think most of them are good. But you rarely ear of them: Most of them are dating great girls and are in an happy relationship. /r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 04:52 AM

Being close to someone from a significant period of time is a natural way to create link, I would argue that it's even one of the most effective way to pair bond. Never been working with a girl for a while whitout feeling any attraction to her and someday telling yourself that she definitely have something? Women in particular are very sensitive to that but this is something that can't be achieved with OLD. Once this factor us gone, what's left is only primary attraction.

"Lilith is a breath of fresh air" Honey, are you high?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 04:27 AM

To be honest, some are suspicious but may I ask why this one makes you think it was written by a guy? The litle "sidenotes" that doesn't had anything to the point ("shocker, I know" ; "Drumroll") are very feminine. Some of the one he posted sounds like a man writting but I can't see anything that makes me raise an eyebrow on that one.

Enough with the strawman, I never claimed that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 04:03 AM

I'm not denying that those position exist as individual, but most of your post are just multiple positions that you agglomerate into one giant strawman that you call "the red pill" then you probably say "See! There is no consistency!" If you know a official redpill organisation or even a user around her inconsistent, call them out. Otherwise just stop, you keep getting hammered in those thread and it's painful to see.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 09:58 PM

It's not a single entity though.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 09:48 PM

Did you ask for a hookup? I said I was ok to wait, why would it matter? They're in the redpill. So it's the same group. I'm starting to see what's your problem. You can't understand nuance and since you are fusioning everything you read into one interlocutor named "The red pill", none of it make sens any more and you see discrepancy where there is simply multiple people with different ideas (Like you are doing with this post). With all due respect, are you on the spectrum? It woud explain why yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 07:27 PM

It’s so funny watching guys here and in the red pill blame victims of abuse for not choosing better and how a lot of single moms didn’t choose better. But as soon as relationship minded women realize they should make sure the guy they’re dating is not a piece of shit before having sex with him, suddenly women are the bad guys, they’re accused of using men for their money, “they want beta bucks”, “they must not actually desire the guy”. Once again, it feels like you are forging an argument out of…

See this is why this is particularly painfull to "debate" with you. Saying that I lie make no fucking sens , I said "I don't think" THINK I'm not sure, I'm not stating anything I may be wrong, this is something I can't prove and neither do you, but we can discusse it in good faith. Instead, your acting like a 10 years old. If you can't discuss anything without being overly agressive for no reason, then maybe you should stop posting around here. I mean do you take any satisfaction in any of this?…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 01:32 PM

The "ugly" version look more like the other picture we have of him. He always have that long face, the "good looking" picture is the only one where he has that kind of jaw. Plus the air on the good looking one look unatural, if I have to bet, I would say that the altered version is the good looking one. I seriously doubt both are manipulated otherwise, we would have a third version in between. Plus his smile in the ugly version match the one he has on other pictures, his perfect smile in the goo…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 01:18 PM

I do agree that selecting the best picture to convoy the message is common. For example most media use an old picture of Renee Nicole good, one where she had air, not a recent one where she was objectively really unattractive. But altering pictures is a line crossed imo

Is there something you don't understand when I write "In a general situation"? Is it something lost in translation?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 12:17 PM
1

In a situation where a woman has sex right away with a crazy dude. She met a great guy bur refuse to make him wait for sex. Don't you fill that the great guy can feel like he's treated worse that the crazy guy? Or start to question what the crazy guy had that he hismelf doesn't?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 12:10 PM
1

The question was: As an individual, don't you think that it's kind of insulting being treated with more caution that someone described as crazy? Your hability to detect that he's crazy is irrelevant, I was more talking in a general situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:59 AM

For what it worth, I don't think there is any problem with your actions. But as I said, you are an outlier, it's interesting to analyse your action as an individual but there are any generalisation that can be made out of it. I'm pretty sure that situation with the crazy guy was dreadful but you get carried away and forgot to answer my question.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:54 AM

I'm asking you because that's the kind of thing that rub men the wrong way. If on one hand you're claiming that hook up are terrible but on the other hand, you keep doing it, that doesn't make much sens. You can try to gaslight men into "don't worry being husband material is better than being hook up material. If you can't have hook up, you should be proud to be only the safe option. Hook up are bad but women keep doing it because fuck logic!". But you can't really blame men for not buying it be…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:29 AM

So you only had 1 hook up in your life?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:16 AM

Ok as far as Im concerned there is no passing from hookup material to relationship. For me anyway. You are the exception here. Nah I regret the hookups because they were bad at sex and came too fast. May I ask why you was still doing hook up then? I don't want to be in a relationship with hookup guys. Totaly fair and I encourage a lot more people to do the same. Men or women, if he/she's into hook up, you shouldn't date him/her.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 10:59 AM

There is the obvious point that people claiming that "being only hook up material" is a good thing. Most of the "qualities" needed to pass from the Hookup to relationship material are variation of "Don't be an asshole". Basicaly a fuckboy is someone with attractive traits, staying a fuckboy or being the "whole package" (an attractive guy investing in the relationship) are basically his choice to make. IRL, probably all fuck boys end up in LTR once they find the one they really like. Both men and…

I think both statement aren't contradictory. Being successful on OLD require a large net. Anything to specific will limits your dating pool. Joining an hobby group can be effective IRL by putting guys in contact with women sharing the same interest and (more importantly) having close values.

The real dating issues, from the Redpill POV, is basically “We want women who ignore red flags, but sadly, those women still have standards when it comes to sex”. I got to tell tou, your threads would be much more interesting if you could post some exampld of that mindset instead of forging them. It looks like you have a deep knowledge of the redpill so I assume you are reading a lot of red pill rethoric, if you have link or example to share, that would make your post more consistant. You are giving me two great example: it’s simply everyone underestimates how much having children adds to the domestic responsibilities and how difficult it can be to keep up with it when your constantly interrupted by a baby. My guess is that those men were allready man-child before being dad. The one being off and dumping their kids on you is an obvious one, for the other I can only guess but I would be very surprised if they were functioning adults and somehow became man-child the moment they get a kid, it probably never happens this way. My point is that expecting that a man will somehow become an adult the moment he become a father is a very risky strategy. Instead of hoping that the guy will step up, a more effe…

I don't think women says think that aren't true. What they do is saying out loud the socially acceptable part and keep the secret one for themselves (The secret one being the most important in the attraction process). this video is a good explanation of that By the way, I see that you have conceded that women do say that they want good men. There is no need to answer on our other discussion, I accept your apologies here.

My god, this is painfull, I asked you many times but you still refuse to explain anything. I gave you a link that is proving my point and you're flat out denying the obvious. About the man executed in Minnesota: The fact that the DHS try to play the "He wasn't doing any of it at that moment but we know he WANTED to massacre those ICE agents" card is another proof that this whole government can't be trusted for shit. If after all off that, you still take anything going out of this administration's mouth at face value, you might want to pass an IQ test, just in case.

He's not that attractive. He's all right but lack A LOT of masculine attractive features: bad eyes, no chin or jaw. He has "boy facial features", not "men facial features". (Boys facial features tend to work more with gays but most women aren't attracted to them by the way). He also weirdly look way older than 28 which, combined with those boys features makes for a kind of bad combination. The more I look at him, the more it weird me out. These same guys hyperfocus on certain women, particularly the more sexually active one’s whose sex drive matches that of the stereotypical man and/or chases felons I don't think that men focus on that women particularly. No difference during the early dating stage since I usualy don't know how it will end up at this point. I have no magic solution, all I know is the scumbag who tried to rape one of my friend is behind bars because she get to the police right away, they find the dude easily and there was still evidence to exploit (like CCTV). Was it pleasant? I sure it wasn't but this is the best decision she ever made.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:16 PM
1

And unfortunately, not going to the police right away is the best thing you can do to help a rapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:10 PM
1

I already respond to that, because rape is, by nature, a difficult crime to prove. The only difference between a sexual relationship (legal) and a rape (illegal) is that both people are ok with it in the first place and one of them is not (or not in the position to be ok with it) in the second. This is a major point of complexity, really hard to prove, that you rarely have in any other crime.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:07 PM
1

Which is a very different statement that I can support. Most alleged rape cases don't go to court, I agree with that. Being retraumatised by the police is probably one of the reason but the main one is the absence of proofs. This is the reason why we should encourage victim to go to the police the sooner they can (While demanding higher standards from the police forces of course, In my country, things are going significantly better on that aspect).
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 02:02 PM

Again, that's not the question, I'm fully aware that the defense would play every card they get, but that's not the point we are discussing since I'm not denying that. You made the claim that was a reason why rape conviction are so low, this is the point I'm disagreeing with.

"a lawyer told one woman who had been raped (who also asked for anonymity) that they would not be pursuing her case, "particularly bearing in mind the type of underwear that you had on at the time"." I'm sorry but this is not a rape case being dropped, this is a lawyer refusing a client (for a shitty reason if you ask me). Then women should collectively stop to have ONS with guys with that mindset. Why are women expecting good men to wait for those bad men to get what they want and then accept to be treated like a less attractive option? Why women aren't going after women who entertain those bad men?

Being OK being rejected is a good thing. Keep pursuing after being rejected is not, no one should do that and you should never entertain a woman who is playing hard to get. It's as simple as that.

retarded men hate waiting tho and demand raw attraction and sex out the gate otherwise they think they are being beta buxxed. if women took it slow they're users and if they don't they deserve abuse and should've seen it coming? truth is there is no blueprint. No one told men this. I can assure you that any men had been told that many time while growing up. Mothers tell this to their little boys. Men who complain about women wanting terrible men also complain about women who actually want good men. Hardly disagree on that. Women who want good men tend to find them, stay with them and (most of the time) are in an happy relationship. They aren't around here complaining about men, so there isn't anything to discusse about. How does that make sense? Because these men think being good means “not committing crimes and doing what is expected of the average man/person”. Neither type of woman is …

Totally agree with that. I would had that this also extend to the way "performance" in sex is treated: Sexuality is male oriented, therefore men are the one being held accountable for the quality of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/26 09:26 AM

You are raising an important point. Good sex has a lot to do with communication and knowing each other. Getting good sex from a ONS isn't that easy ( for both men and women)
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/26 05:48 AM
2

I think it’s not that simple. The orgasm gap comes from the way society centers piv and men’s pleasure / orgasm while looking at more female focused sex as something “extra” or a bonus. How is society centered on piv and men's pleasure? Is it by making sex a taboo subject and leaving this field to porn ( which is really male pleasure centered) ? Paradoxically, outside of porn I feel that society is evolving on that: I feel that variation on "men can't find the clit" jokes are trending.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/26 05:41 AM

1) I don't really understand what you mean. 2)I think men are totally right for refusing to be settling with. To the same logic, women should refuse to be treated as cum dumpster and avoid those ONS situations.

Before I reply to the other things, I want to make this clear. I first stumbled across MGTOW around 2006, seeing Paul Elam's video "Where Have They Gone". He proceeds to basically say "YOU WOMEN are the reason men are no longer good" and then proceeds to blame women for a bunch of typical MRA talking points. They were bitter unhinged misogynists back then too. I also found throughout the years Turd Flinging Monkey and Sandman. They were popular... and they were assholes. This is not new. I don't…

They're a minority but they're not tiny. This is really the problem not just for nice guys but for the manosphere too. They only see assholes as dangerous felons or cheaters. They don't even see rude behavior or bigotry as a problem, such as men here not seeing the issue with this guy's behavior in the video. It's very telling that they tell women to 'Choose better' and then see women as unreasonable when they do choose better. To them, as long as a guy isn't the most obvious red flag, he's okay. "we know there is a chopped epidemic around there" this is the main point. That famous chopped epidemic video where that unattractive girl was complaining about chopped men is the ultimate proof that women in the western world are inflating themselves and deflating men's attractiveness. Now, he's dating an attractive woman, good for him, is he supposed to stay single for the rest of his life. It reminds me of the Shakira-Piqué situation, women were mad that Piqué dumped her "How can he divorce one of the richest/popular woman in the world" , forgeting that men, especially that rich, don't care about women'…

What's your point? You think that Tinder didn't have an impact on the dating landscape?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/26 05:17 AM

Those are some solid advices.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/26 05:10 AM

What you have in mind is brand awareness. Or maybe what you meant in your first post was "there was some dating app before tinder but most people weren't using them. Tinder is the first dating app being massively adopted by the public". But it that case, I'm very confused that you worded it the way you did.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/26 04:55 AM

had stigma but it was still mainstream No it wasn't. Mainstream meaning people knew about the idea, the concept, etc. Mainstream doesn't always mean everyone is doing that thing. Just that they know about that thing. Everybody knows that Ferrari exist, that doesn't make Ferrari mainstream. Being notorious and being mainstream are two different things. Suggesting that Tinder couldn't have happened without the ground laid by Match, EHarmony, Meetic is delusional. You are moving the goalpost there,…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/26 04:45 AM

I'm in France. Meetic was the first dating app back then but never been mainstream. Online dating still had some stigmatas back then and it never really catch with the younger generation. Putting it on the same level as tinder would be delusional. Iykyk That's what I thought.

Mostly agree with OP. Except for the "women are complex" part. They are a bit more complex than men but nothing really that complicated. What OP describe is what hoe_math theorized in his relationship zone chart, with the "attractive traits" VS "Securing traits". This chart is the most accurate representation of men VS women relationship dynamics.

True. It's all about getting dudes they are attracted to invest in the relationship.

I guess it's a bit of an age things. Before 30, having kids might significantly reduce the dating pool of single moms. After 30, it become quite common and it doesn't matter as much, especially for guys who also have kids. There are other factors comming in, like number of kids, ages, that kind of thing, but it's more situational than a general rule at this point.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/25 10:20 AM

The fact that one of the richest man in the world married a plain girl kind of prove the opposite. I seriously doubt that the women equivalent of Mark Zuckerberg would do the same.

There is a lot of good men, I don't know if there in overabundance or not but I would say that the point doesn't really matter. Disagree on that, 30s is like the best age to date. You're prime target for 30s women but can also go with the younger girl digging the older guys. If you took care of yourself: good career, athletic body, know how to dress. You're doing a killing with women who are getting divorced/going out of a long relationship with a dude who spend the last decade coasting and getting fat. On the other hand, if you were unattractive in your 20s, the 30s won't change much.

Eyes are an important vector of non verbal communication, that's a fact. But an "half a second eye contact without a smile" is an very weak sign of attraction. I don't even see why you are denying that. There is nothing about being autistic or anything else, It's just the weakest attraction signal you can display. Because it is a death penalty. It's basically saying to women "if you get pregnant, you're as good as dead" So it is a death penalty of sorts now. Pregnancy complications are very high here. And the mother mortality rate has skyrocketed over the last two years Then say that, which are valid points, instead of the fake infos of your OG message

Death penalty is reserved for women who are caught trying to leave the state to another state for an abortion. That's my question... Which states are we talking about? What law is it? How many women get the death penalty? I'm in Europe but I'm surprised I never heard of that until now. "Because Texas doctors aren't legally allowed to save her life over the life of the fetus." When men says they don't like make up, what they have in mind is a 19th century prostitute trash make up. Elegant make up is quite the opposite, it's a massive attractive boost. When women says they don't like muscular men, what they have in mind is the mister olympia on steroid body type. "Regular" muscular and athletic body type are a massive attractive boost.

>But also, there is no virtue in obeying fake unstated societal boundaries, and believe me you won't ever be rewarded by anyone for following these rules. Thanks for the link. That's a valid point, except we are talking about "giving a half second eye contact without smilling" (from the video) aka the weakest signal of attraction you can display. Real live grown men knows that this is a weak signal and will wait for more before engaging, respecting boundaries being a major point of being a grown up man. Fuckboys will jump on that no matter what. So if a woman want to avoid a fuckboy, using that strategy is basically shooting yourself in the foot.

I know you are obviously trolling but lets reflect on it for a minute because there is something interesting behind that: Women reward men that know how to read women (basically the point of your video). Guys who can read women are way more pron of being fuckboys (1- because they can 2-because that's a very effective way to learn how to read women). Women complain that all men are fuckboy, failing to realise that they are actively selecting men displaying this kind of behaviors.

Men dont put labels in dating, its usually always the women asking and making the decesions from the beginning of the interaction till the end. It's a little bit more complicated than that: The one who is the more attracted is the one pushing for a serious relationship. Put a sweet supermodel into any random dude and you'll see that he won't be affraid of commitment any more.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 07:40 AM

I think you are missing the point here, you are almost there but you're making a mistake: it's not men who enjoy you VS men who hate women. It's men who enjoy you VS men who aren't commiting because they think they can do better. Let's be real for a minute. Men who hate women aren't dating.

I have to say, we totally agree on this point. I believe that no break up comes from nowhere. heterosexual men are just really bad at getting the signs that the relationship is going south and tend to minimise any point of friction they have in their relationship. First of all, sorry that something like this happened to you. I didn't said that only good looking men can act like asshole, what I said was that attractive men (good looking men, men with status, men with money,...) don't face much repercussion when treating women like shit, therefore show a tendency to be more assholish than regular dudes on average. Can't agree more. Hypergamous women wouldn't be that much of the problem if most of them didn't ends up bitter and blasting "all men are assholes" around here. All men aren't assholes, hypergamous women simply tend to aim for a specific category of men who can act like assholes (and sometimes even benefit from it) cause women won't penalize them for that.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 07:31 AM

Why would I have to since it doesn't affect my dating life?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 07:14 AM

You know what? i actually agree with you: Men don't carr about their virtue, because they don't have to. My high N-count had never been an issue while dating. I don't know a single man who ever had an issue with that. To the opposite, virgin men can get rejected for that. I trully believe that women should be more selective than that on that aspect: high N count men should be way more of a red flag for women, not a reason for pride because "he can have every girls but he chose me".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 07:06 AM

Well you can try and you can actually succeed at that. But ut will be more difficult for you to achieve that than for a man: turns out that on average men cares about their partners N-count way more than women.

Serious question: what's exactly a pick me? What behavior define a woman as pick me? In France, I only heard it used as a derogatory term by hardcore feminist and adressed to any woman who weren't into the "men bad, women amazing" mantra. I guess it's more subtle than that in the US.

She's doing that all the time: taking a dumb as shit video and using it as "proof" for basicaly whatever cross her mind. It was that morronic "pop the balloon" video before that. At least we don't have to bear it anymore now that she's focused on that totaly random danish thing.

So, everybody, as you can see, I'm not making this up: this is the sorority effect in action.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 05:02 PM

Well it's not made up, I'm not losing my time doing that. I only post things that happened to me and that I find interesting. I have some friends who own bar or restaurant so I'm going out a lot and, since I'm interested in men/women relationship, I like to spy on those interactions. I asked the question cause some women take the "women are wonderfull" bullshit a little bit too seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 04:56 PM

I would not be mad about it but it show me that she's not as physicaly attracted to me that she was to those guys. As someone who value physical attraction, that's not the type of relationship I want. Waiting for sex can however be ok if her intention is to makes it even better and if she's struggling to keep her hand out of me in the meantime. If she do it to "make sure I'm the one" aka trying to see if my securing qualities can overcome the lack of excitement or she gives me nonsens like "you …

A man being a deadbeat is not the woman's fault, a woman dating a guys that have signs that he will be a deadbeat dad has some responsibility in it. I trully think that any man who had walked away from his children should be an automatic incel for the rest of his life, no women should ever allow him to touch her. We both know that it's not how it works.

We don't think men are blameless, most men are not ok with other men leaving their family behind. But as dudes, what can we do? There are guys out there who have abandoned there former wife and kids and are still having relationships and they are not dating men... Again, we know that the vast majority of criminals are men (that's a fact), but what can we do? They are allready laws to punish them, police forces to arrest them... I don't know if that indefensible, Youtube is ok with that and you didn't get ban so far so looks like it's not that indefensible But, let's try to analyse it. You post something you are not supporting in a effort to show people that this thing exist and to make them unconfortable, am I right? A little bit like a director making a movie against child's sexualisation by filming child twerking to make spectators unconfortable?

If you want to quote someone, you'll have to put something he/she really says, otherwise that doesn't work. Also, why did you put a video of child twerking in there? You're into that? After all that braging about being moraly superior to me? That's disgusting.

AIDS isn’t the same as being trans. Nope but you can be prosecuted for that. Where did you put the line? What other things people lie about should be prosecuted for because I don’t think it’s fair to put being trans in the same bracket as having aids. I'm not putting it in the same bracket, I do think both should be prosecuted. In the same way, I think that a dude grabing a woman boobs in the subway and a dude raping a women should both be prosecuted, but not face the same punishement. If a man …

Puting both situation as similar doesn't make sens to me. I would put lying about your gender a lot of ladder above lying about your possession. Is it a rape if a trans person don't disclose it? The reason why we don't talk about women who make good choices is because there is nothing much to say about her. The women who choose awful men typically have a lower standards. They have lower moral standards, I totally agree with that, Once again, they have all the tools they need t…

We had that situation in France a few days ago: A female streamer posted a long letter on X where she accused her ex-boyfriend, also a streamer, of a few horrible things (Manipulation, violence, rape, threat, the whole package...), without any proof backing it. Two days later, the ex-boyfriend posted a video, with a lot of evidences (text messages, audio conversation, people backing him) that this was a toxic as fuck…

Lying about your sexual past? Women does that all the time... Problem is I don't see how it's possible to keep it a secret indefinitely, situation will occures, friends will slip some hints during some drunk nights... The day he knows, the relationship is probably over. Be promiscuous if you want to, just assume the consequences of your past choices and date men/women who are ok with that. Leave men/women who don't want any of this alone.

I'm not familiar with this whole streamer bullshit but does OP seriously try to say that a woman crying is a equivocal situation where she might be hinting that she wants things to escalate? If you think that going from kissing to sticking your hand in a crying woman pants, if you think that cuddling can't be without sexual correlation, then you're probably going to jail. It's as simple as that.

To be fair, I'm ok with someone being charged for murder even without a body IF there are enough evidences. But this whole trial, "we don't have much on him and we did screw up the investigation big time, so please forget that we have neglect everything that didn't lead to him. Cedric Jubillar has been condamned to 30 years in prison for the murder of his wife. As I said earlier, this was the most plausible outcome. I feel like it's a valid point if you are dating someone you allready know. In that case, i don't really see a coffee date as a good first date. But, when it come to dating someone you never met and just had a few chat on OLD, i feel that coffee date is the best thing to do. In this situation, It's about getting to know someone, not evaluating how much this person is into you or how much tought they put into it. It's to early for that imo.

It is totaly normal that it doesn't match what you are witnessing: there is a whole part of the hook up world that happens in the shadow.
