I’ll take a stab at actionable advice instead of mocking because it seems evident you’re trying to understand and rectify a genuine hindrance in a proper way but too many here are making fun of you. THANK YOU! finally someone who gets it 🙏 thanks for the advice, i will meditate on it. i have a couple of doubts about some of your points though. You need to learn how to do kino i read the glossary and i assume this means how to escalate touch with intent. could you share any resources on this? i a…

This is where many people run into a logical way citing the cliche that they don't want to change themselves for other people i know you said next that this isn't black and white, but i wrote an extensive reply about this to another commenter, so i will copy/paste it here you remember those 4 adjectives i used in the OP? "sensitive, huggy, artsy and introspective"? i like them. i have been a hateful, reclusive person for most of my life, and always had a sense of superiority, and i worked really…

You act as though all of these things about yourself were pre-destined to be, when in reality every decision and choice in your life has led you to be who you are. well, i didn't want to talk extensively about my life, as i don't think it would be necessary in this subreddit, but i think this comment merits it. you remember those 4 adjectives i used in the OP? "sensitive, huggy, artsy and introspective"? i like them. i have been a hateful, reclusive person for most of my life, and always had a s…

Women are used to being used and abused by heterosexual men so once in a while when a guy comes who treats a woman right is viewed as gay. sometimes i get this too with long-term friends. i talk about my expectations from a partner and they say "i've never met a guy that thinks like this before". i think it's an immature way of viewing the world though, a dude isn't gay just bc he doesn't want to fuck everything that moves

it is been on my mind, but more because the situation i describe is so common i just can't help but think about it. every time someone learns i'm straight tends to act surprised, can't really escape it. i don't think it's something explicitly bad or that will definitely close my doors at finding love, or anything like that. idk if thats insecurity about it

I believe there's a downloadable program by Roger Love that you can try i will look into this. i'm trying to work into my social skill and becoming more assertive, and seems like this author's work can help me through it

go from people assume your gay to, people are shocked that you sound the way you do instead this is a very smart way to look at it!

the guys who have that heteromasc energy? They think less about what's appropriate and more about their own desires. i actually thought about this while replying to you. "why care about what people think is appropiate or not?" but i still needed the clarification for some reason But if a girl is asking you to admit your gay, you're allowed to tell her you can prove it when she's not drunk. Even if you have no intention of doing so because she's a lesbian. okay! this kind of reply really helps. i…

she's asking you of you're gay, tell her you're happy to take her on a date romorrow to show her much you like women. i thought about this, but the drunk girl asking that is lesbian so i didn't think it was appropriate to flirt. and regarding to the girl i liked, she was taken so i thought it would be dickish to reply like that. do you think it would've been appropriate? (i would've done it if it were a straight single girl tho lol) but you need to have the energy that says, 'iif a sober attract…

yeah well, i'm not insecure about it. the thread wasn't me asking "how do i become more masculine?" but more of "how do i effectively flirt considering my personality and way of being? is there anything i should really really change? how do i take advantage of my personality in regards to flirting, without it becoming an obstacle?"

Hit the gym hard in process! i go 3-4 times a week (as most of the days i'm busy with college/work) and i'm on a diet with lots of protein. i do it mostly for my mental health but i don't complain about the gains lol Finally change the way you dress. Ditch the art major vibe. well i don't really care about dressing style, i just pick clothes i like without any purpose. i'm focusing more in fixing my personal issues and my emotional growth rather than fashion. plus, the girls i'm attracted to are…

Absolutely do not mention that you're a virgin. If they ask, lie. i think this would not be appropiate if you're looking for a serious relationship. if you grow closer to her, she will definitely find out about the lie, and that's not a good look

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
