i'm currently on Lexapro/escitalopram which is a relatively newer (but not new) SSRI it's ok, I feel like it works, we'll see how it goes not a fan of the side effects tho tried therapy but didn't stick with it remotely long enough to make a fair assessment

If difficulty reading social cues wasn't a key trait (allegedly?) of autism, I might think I'm borderline autistic myself. In reality I'm hyperaware of social cues and overthink everything in public. I observe interactions even between other people and begin to pick out or internalize what I feel is negative about those interactions or their personalities and that feeds into my fear and distrust of people. Lol it's great, do not recommend

ty, appreciate your comments too like how everyone will be fighting or pissed and you'll go "i'm drinking coffee"

you're right, it's not realistic, it's going to be pretty darn hard to find a woman who is okay with that which is why if i find a woman like that, it's more of a sure thing

5'11, half-asian, attractive face been told I could model but unfortunately 140 lbs, neurotic and anxious vibes but can fake NT and extroversion to become well-liked on days i force myself to be social i come home exhausted and feel like i could sleep for days actually i should probably stop commenting because even opening up and talking about this is putting me in a bad place lol, but at least you're one of the people I trust more on this sub if she says she likes short fat dudes i might just d…

i've been single for 2 years....the sad thing is before my anxiety and agoraphobia got worse i actually was pretty successful lol....but the past year or so i've become increasingly okay with being alone indefinitely i still have good circles of friends so I don't feel too bad in that regard also being alone doesn't sound too bad when you find yourself increasingly disappointed in humanity just by observing others

oh that's another thing, i'll say i'm an alcoholic but it's important she doesn't associate with any alcoholics like i said, it'll be hard to find a woman willing to put up with this bullshit, but if/when I find her, she's the one for sure
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 03:23 AM

she might be... it's a risk i've decided i'm okay with, can't eliminate risks entirely unfortunately
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 03:19 AM

i plan on doing what i said i was going to do lol sadly it started out as a joke but it very well might be my approach i'll take the risk there might be women out there who feel lied to or betrayed if they find out the guy isn't broke or short or an alcoholic or yada yada
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 03:17 AM

right, but if i find someone who is okay with all these things it feels like proof that they really truly like me for my personality

i mean i'm not going to lie and say it doesn't come from a place of some type of mental disorder it's an extreme way of minimizing risk and ensuring safety albeit to an unhealthy and unrealistic extent

I have trust issues to the point where I can't be okay with dating a woman anymore unless she meets me online and without pictures. I'll tell her I'm broke, 5'6", overweight and ugly with a drinking problem, but that I'm trying to improve. If she agrees to meet up with me and try despite this I might be able to trust she isn't shallow and that she likes me for my jokes and who I am.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 03:04 AM

we talk about how the aggressive asshole gets the girl here a lot in a dating context but it applies in all other aspects of life as well, in as broad/large of a context as presidential elections it says a lot about human nature when playing dirty works better

it just makes them look weak and when people are going through hard times - or even when they're not - they need a party or person that commands respect, that's the harsh reality regardless of morals

1 inch is overestimating the guys' honesty It's often 2 inches minimum like how for women it's 20 lbs minimum when lying about their weight

especially when you're younger so fame by being a musician, athlete or actor isn't possible, I don't see how you can separate popularity from status for those in school the only type of high status guy is a popular guy

Or a convenient symbolic bogeyman. His hands definitely were not free of blood but going by their logic he is one of many many people in the system. Otherwise he would have been in the public crosshairs all along. Most of his detractors - which is to say a shit-ton of people - had no idea who he was until he was shot.

The very visible effect high status men have on women, or how much status and popularity amplifies and bolsters a man's attractiveness, is proof enough to me The sheer amount of men who would be nobodies otherwise who have legions of fans because of their fame - not even on a large level but even very locally - is sufficient for me to arrive at my conclusions
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 09:05 PM
1

There's no official proof anywhere here we're just talking
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 09:02 PM
2

I think valuing status is at the very least subconsciously engrained in women when looking for partners and to a lesser extent in men and all humans. It's why a man becomes many times more attractive to women when they know he's taken or has other women around him who clearly already like him. I see this and have benefitted from this constantly IRL.

Just another example that debunks the silly idea that good genes hits all the areas. Some people literally think naturally intelligent or athletic people are also naturally better looking when any random google of even the top athletes disproves this immediately because Ronaldo and Tom Brady in a sea of hundreds doesn't count.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:39 PM

They aren't the same, but you also can't separate the two. Good social skills convey status via the results - present or future - gained by said skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:36 PM
2

Men who demonstrate social competence, awareness and intelligence eg someone who easily engages with others and navigates social situations with ease do very well and that's b/c women can sense [potential] social value. This counts toward status even if he's not a movie star, captain of the football team or class president.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:31 PM
1

very legit
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:27 PM
4

A lot of women put status almost last in their list of priorities when I know for a fact status matters a lot which is why preselection is so legit and works like a charm. I think it's b/c they are seeing status like "does he have to be famous". In reality status is involved and bleeds into every single other criteria. You can't separate it from conventional standards with respect to face, height, body, career, finances, and even personality.

Why is it that when men struggle it's "women aren't responsible for men's issues" but women can't stop telling men they need to be allies or hold other men accountable with respect to feminist narratives?

It probably depends. If you're shorter (not really short) you can probably get away with a leaner but still athletic build with some mass, some women like/prefer that. But yeah a benefit of being above six feet is you can go all out and it'll look good and you won't resemble a spark plug....but I wouldn't know unfortunately.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 07:00 PM

Face is important and a priority for everyone but the key is that the bar for the face isn't that high if everything else is decent A guy with decent height, finances, grooming and fitness and neurotypical sociability will always have a lot of options as long as his face is good enough
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 06:57 PM
2

Height and body halo the face hard Most of the tall athletic men women gravitate toward would be invisible if they were 5'7 with a whatever body, their faces alone would not cut it

1000 men in 24 hours she said. That's like a little over a minute per dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 06:45 PM
3

There comes a point when someone is attractive enough that there really isn't anyone you can say is "more attractive" without bringing in subjective points, say solid 7 or 8 territory. Truerate me standards aren't only subjective but also delusional in what a lot of people actually find attractive, and their charts reflect this. The chart for women is even worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 06:41 PM
2

Also people talking about how she was crying and looked traumatized after but now she wants to up her game and sleep with 1000 men?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 06:38 PM
1

Not all affluent women want a similarly affluent man just as not all short women really want a tall man but there are trends. You could be part of the affluent women who don't care about $ as much b/c it isn't or hasn't been something to struggle or strive for in your own life. Just like how tall women may not be as much of sticklers for height b/c it has never been a point of fixation for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 09:33 AM
1

$ probably matters more to class-conscious women or at the other far end women who come from impoverished backgrounds and one might ask if this actually counts. I guess I don't see it as that different from the other preferences based on all types of disadvantages or insecurities like shorter women especially hardlining on wanting men over six feet or some women wanting white men due to internalized hatred and such.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 09:03 AM
1

Maybe not the money itself but doesn't $ infer a better lifestyle and quality of living? It's not going to be as valuable as say goodlooks or charisma but surely that counts for a lot as long as the guy is pretty decent or not too shabby in other areas.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 07:17 AM
1

It's a thing because women make it a point to tell men what women want and society plays along by telling men how to be less problematic or better to be more successful with women. What a lot of men believe and have found is what women say they want isn't what they actually want. This aside, obviously everyone can be a hypocrite.

There's probably more going on than just a single hormone like testosterone, but I have noticed men with very soft or feminine features or smaller builds do tend to be more passive or caring. I'm sure it's not a one-way thing but from my observations it's hard to ignore.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 04:52 AM
2

I mean certain sexually dimorphic features are probably linked to masculine or feminine traits so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a huge grain of truth to it. A man with low-T and body fat distribution similar to a woman is probably going to have feminine traits or be more likely to be passive than someone with high-T male or female and this will be reflected in features eg brow ridge, body ratios, jaw size and prominence etc.

The Master's degree requirement is the dumbest one. So many broke people with postgraduate degrees scraping by b/c they bought into the lie that more education = superiority and higher returns.

It's all about the piece of paper at the end, you could learn and retain more knowledge and training with the right motivation by just surfing wikipedia while NEETing. There are people with a naturally aggressive temperament, but many who are outwardly antagonistic or bullies are already in a vulnerable state. They wouldn't feel the need to act the way they do if they weren't already feeling insecure or in a bad place.

Being rich will actually help, and he seems tall and goodlooking on top of it. Unless he's a complete spas he won't run into trouble even though that particular woman turned him down for reasons unbeknownst.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 01:36 AM

Because the heroic act he did in their eyes supercedes anything else about him. He's someone literally the entire common public in general has reason to cheer for, even if you disagree.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 01:29 AM

Personal opinions on whether what he did was right or not aside, he was branded a hero before anyone knew what he looked like. Maybe he's a dipshit, I'm just saying this isn't an example of women abandoning their principles.

If you're just talking pure weight technically you can maintain a low weight by eating shit, but in the case of most people eating clean is going to naturally reduce calories and increase satiety. In the long run it's better to worry about things like health and fitness anyway. Without fitness and just calorie counting you're just going to be soft and be that much more vulnerable to all sorts of things including weight gain when you backslide before we get into other detriments with mood and wel…

This Luigi guy isn't an example of dark-triad proof at all, he's literally a goodlooking hero in a lot of people's eyes, not a POS who won people over with his charisma and looks. If he was ugly he'd still be loved. Abandoning principles would be like if he raped someone and burnt down a village of innocent people and it turned women on b/c they thought he was hot.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 10:36 AM
1

i mean if there aren't enough men around to drive trucks, it's not like women aren't capable of driving trucks, specialized vehicles would also be re-designed to suit women more too i imagine there's nothing wrong with only the surviving men benefitting because the male population would be culled nonviolently it's not going to be low value men herded into concentration camps as the hypothetical goes anyway

"the bar is on the floor for men" implies all men are like that the sentiment you're asking about is saying women are only going for a select few attractive guys with many options so ofc they aren't going to put in as much effort, thus "the bar is on the floor for men" is an insulting generalization and not true that's what they're saying

...when did i say that? you asked what they were saying so i explained it if you disagree that's on you and another issue
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 10:15 AM

There have been radical feminists who unironically believe it would benefit society to cull the herd so there's less males. Their proposed methods are nonviolent and involve like selective breeding so eventually by birthing only so many men per so many women the ratio of women to men would be like 10:1. There is an argument that this would help everyone...men would no longer struggle to date and a woman's natural hypergamy would support at least a few women per man. Although it sounds like it wo…

/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 10:12 AM

The idea is women only consider men with many options and a greater likelihood for putting in less effort due to said options when saying "the bar is on the floor for men" as a sweeping statement toward all men, not taking into the account the many men she won't consider who would be willing to put in more effort for her.

from what i read he has a real physical abnormality or some type of misalignment in his back, but that doesn't explain his other symptoms. You don't get brain fog or lyme disease symptoms from that, it's a neurological effect and if you have actual physical existing injuries it can cause or exacerbate it an interesting thing is they did an experiment with people experiencing neck pain after car accidents and found the people with low levels of anxiety/stress actually had almost no pain and the o…

They don't do anything to help b/c they aren't trained to treat mental disorders and mental disorders cause a shit-ton of symptoms causing people to go to the regular doctor instead of a therapist or psychiatrist, not that therapy or psychiatry are exact sciences.

Right, I would not be surprised if that's what happened to him. Doesn't matter how rich or well-off he is, modern medicine just sucks in that sense.

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe he was fucked over by insurance more and it supplemented his already pre-existing perspectives on the system. You don't get brain fog and lyme disease symptoms from back pain or back injury. I'm extrapolating upon that, anything else isn't relevant to what I said.

The problem isn't money - at least in his case - it's the deterioration and spiraling of mental health b/c he was probably repeatedly told he was fine or that nothing could be done for him on a young and impressionable mind no less. All the money in the world can't get doctors to simply make a connection between mental and physical health and symptoms unless you're extremely proactive. It sounds like he had symptoms associated with lyme disease and brain fog which involve neurological symptoms associated with stress/anxiety that piggybacked on his existing physical/structural issues with his back. Modern medicine is notoriously bad with showing empathy and treating these types of things b/c nobody gives a shit about maintaining mental health bc nothing shows up physically on scans or tests, before we even get into insurance issues and predatory pharma.

You'd be surprised how convincing someone can be with shoes, maybe bigger hair, good posture, or a leaner build etc. But also if so many people are lying about it it becomes difficult to discern. I think men have been lying about their height as long as women have been lying about their weight. I'm only 5'11" and women constantly think I'm like 6'1", and I'm guessing it's b/c their idea of 6 feet in their head is actually more like 5'10 b/c of all the 5'10 dudes rounding up.

Not to sound like a pandering cuck to women but is it possible so many women feel entitled to men over 6 feet because there are tons of 5'9 men walking around claiming they're 6 feet? Is it just me or despite people agreeing 5'8 in this day and age is short, a man who is actually real 5'8 doesn't seem especially short to me.

A related topic is how people who are victims of sexual assault or rape are much more likely to be victims again. This also applies to other things like victims of car accidents. Women liking handsome killers, or even average-looking killers b/c they're into that sort of thing, has always been a trope, but this one isn't even a good example of that because even without his looks he was already garnering massive support and adoration from the common person based on motive alone. His looks are a bonus. He was going to be loved by the masses no matter what. The average man is chubby and gives zero fucks about skincare or style. Anyone who goes to the gym regularly to achieve decent muscle tone, healthy BMI, and puts in effort with clothing or grooming is going to automatically have a huge edge. Ofc if every man did this then the standards would just go up again, but as it is currently with the sheer amount of fat schlubby men we're a long long way from that and basically it won't ever happen. Bc most legal and moral systems place physical damage of property or person at the top/worst and men are more likely to demonstrate physical aggression and hostility. You'll get arrested for shoplifting or vandalism but not for emotionally manipulating anyone or cheating, but it's a no-brainer if you ask someone what they'd rather be the victim of.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:04 AM

Larger hands. I don't mean like man-size or manly hands. I just find women with larger than average hands sexier. I actually find smaller hands, esp those that lack definition, kinda creepy. I guess that doesn't qualify as non-sexual though, just that hands aren't traditionally seen as a point of sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 03:00 AM

I think the vast majority of men, if they looksmax, can find at least a decent amount of women physically attracted to them. Maybe not any or every woman, but you get my point. Then it's a matter of textbook definition vs actual practice. The majority of FDSers I've seen just keep going on about how horrible moids are and are every bit as woe-is-me and nihilist as blackpilled incels. What you describe as a pinkpiller seems a lot more in line with female redpillers in practice.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 05:34 PM
3

They don't go into those sorts of details because they don't care and it's not part of their agenda. Dead Asian men (or dead men), doesn't matter, it's about the hating women narrative. Even if misogyny was his largest problem internalized racism came in a not-too-distant second and you barely ever read about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 05:27 PM

Why would you not say the same about PinkPill content when they give you the same reasons as you would for removing incel or woe-is-me content? I guess we're arguing semantics, bc as I see it FDS and pinkpill are equivalent to femcels.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 05:25 PM

Interesting thing about Elliot Roger. He killed more men than he did women even though he injured more women as his target was sorority girls. He had a severe issue with self-hatred and saw Asian people (and men) as inferior. He stabbed and killed three and shot another man dead later on. But you were much less likely to hear about these details because it was all about his misogyny with little to anything about internalized racism or the dead men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 05:21 PM

I'm glad you agree PinkPill is FDS stuff - like I said they are often even more extreme and hateful than male blackpillers or incels. It wouldn't have made a difference if the CEO shooter was ugly, he was already loved esp on Reddit with all the left-leaning individuals. For many reasons he cannot be compared to the Trump shooter regardless of looks. But the looks-halo effect is still definitely true and works in reverse as well. That's why everyone assumes everyone here is ugly, because the views and comments are regarded by their respective detractors as deluded, incelly/femcelly, from shut-ins who don't touch enough grass -…

I've heard women say they prefer dark hair countless times and I think I might have heard one woman ever say they prefer blondes. Nevertheless it's probably a preference that doesn't hold too much weight b/c obviously being blonde as a guy hasn't proven to be a dealbreaker for many I imagine.

I would agree that what you're saying is factually true, but it's simply not recognized or appreciated as much conventionally in mainstream consciousness vs something like the power conveyed by successful masculinity. Americans or western countries especially seem to fixate on hard power even if they know in the back of their mind soft power is effective and important.

Femininity is associated with positive traits like beauty, nurturing etc but they aren't associated with power or strength in a culture that worships power, so I'm guessing emasculation is just seen as a bigger deal and loss.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/24 08:00 AM

....it doesn't matter what you or others think that was beside the point but for what it's worth i get it my point was just to bitch about redditors and conspiracy theorists and their quickness to pleasure themselves to any idea that something bigger is going on
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/24 07:50 AM
2

Also, in society masculinity is still seen as "powerful" or "more powerful" than femininity. To lose masculinity is to lose power or become weakened. That's not to say that femininity holds no social power though but there isn't a sense of being stripped of strength.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/24 07:44 AM

Unsurprisingly Redditors circle-jerking about conspiracy theories that they can't find the CEO shooter and have to pin it on someone else and then pointing out all the obvious differences. I dunno I just feel like if they wanted to they wouldn't leave obvious things like different color backpack out in the open - me thinks they'd figure something out - if they were to go all in despite their contempt of humanity and human intelligence.

just an "I'm Every Woman" joke yeah i walked it back I think just a lot of women who tend to be more liberal or adventurous - which may or may not translate to sex - are more likely to experiment with different colors it's different from the women who specifically cut all their hair off and dye it purple or pink as a social statement or to deal with trauma
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/24 02:43 AM

Yes, but it's social. I used to have great penmanship and then I stopped giving a shit. Women have better handwriting but it also tends to all look very similar. Men have shittier handwriting but more variation.

Celiac disease is real and serious, but as you say it's rare. I don't know how common gluten sensitivity is but it has become popular to identify with bc of health trends. A lot of elitist Democrats - not coincidentally redditors - with zero social awareness despite their "booksmarts" showed their true colors with racism (e.g. with latino voters) and just wanted to blame men, ignoring the fact that men and women vote fairly similarly with respect to issues like birth control and abortion or that nearly the same % of female voters selected Trump as male voters. I think the problem with #2 or what is the stereotype among some women isn't that they don't like each other it's the contrast between that and the extravagant or excessive outward displays of affection and affirmation.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/24 12:50 PM

The biggest problem with Reddit isn't the stupid or crazy-sounding people, those people are easily spotted and dismissed. It's the somewhat educated and knowledgeable shut-ins who know just enough to sound normal and convincing when for all their booksmarts they lack social awareness and are detached from reality. You see this all the time in political subs and the election was a great demonstration of this.

Nothing wrong with it at all but I think a lot of times women, for example voice their appreciation of say "femme men dressing up in skirts" as a way to make a point in challenging gender beauty norms but then later on you find out they are solidly bisexual or closeted lesbian. Which, again, nothing wrong with it but then the point becomes moot.

I've found if you're remotely active it's impossible to stick to any diet that remotely qualifies as low-carb. I was able to only cover half the distance and intensity during training or workouts when experimenting with just moderation of bread and pasta intake. I do agree that overall, western societies could do well to watch their refined carb intake as most people are in fact, sedentary. When you don't move around much yeah a lot more of the carbs you ingest are going to be excessive.

I'm inclined to agree but for some reason I also know some average guys who met their SO through dating apps. I don't know the details, it's possible he was like her last choice and things didn't work out with the others, but that's a worst case scenario.

From what I remember you are conventionally attractive but you had a dirty mirror lol.

I guess I kinda see it now. His nose is a bit larger than I noticed at first, but I'm not sure if that's a slavic trait. Also the hooded eyes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/24 04:14 AM

Am I blind, he doesn't even necessarily look slavic to me. Just a pleasant healthy young dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/24 02:34 AM

Yeah I get that I find for long-term maintenance eucerin or cerave is good but in a pinch if you need things to clear up fast 1% hydrocortisone is the way to go before you need to go to the derm for anything stronger This is what I've used in the past and it's great: <image>

/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/24 01:39 AM

Does OTC stuff not work? Thick creams with ceramides to stay moisturized or just 1% hydrocortisone works. Stress can cause a flare up and absolutely makes it worse, it's a common condition that can stay latent for long periods of time. It's genetic but can be activated by anxiety/stress, allergens, irritants, sweating, dryness or dry air.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/24 01:28 AM

He's goodlooking enough for most young women, he doesn't need chad features. I think it's interesting, maybe cool even that when I look at someone their appearance is very pleasant and other people will see a troll which speaks to the subjectivity.

I think the fact that women agree to go on multiple dates with you only to realize they still aren't feeling it shows it might be something awkward or off about you because of the autism, but it shows you are attractive and appealing enough that they want to make sure. Clearly they like other aspects of you.

/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/24 06:50 PM

It's not a coincidence 95% of people identifying as non-binary are traumatized leftist middle to upper middle-class white women. As is repeated from time to time, voting on things like abortion is fairly similar along gender lines. If a woman thinks abortion is wrong or murder, voting against it isn't voting against her rights. I don't know how "stupid" comes into play. Simply being able to jerk off doesn't satisfy men's desire for sex with real, even stranger random women. That's why they call it a drive.

I agree it's complicated for women lol. I've heard women tell me they get super horny during ovulation and I've heard women say it makes little to no difference. Also, there are so many women on birth control that it's hard to gauge, my friend went off birth control and was blown away how horny she suddenly felt and found herself suddenly being attracted to the men around her, and another friend has said she has felt zero drive for years but she has been going through other mental issues.

I think I'm weird or different in that my brain severely compartmentalizes things. I can feel love or strong emotional attachment to people without sex. I can even feel it toward men, but I am not sexually attracted to men. A lot of women I care a lot for I have no desire to fuck. Even if they are attractive, I can push it out of the way. That doesn't mean I don't like sex, it just exists separately from how much I like someone.

"Women want sex just as much as men" yet Many women will turn down a sexually and physically attractive man if he just wants sex or isn't commitment-minded. Even if she wants an LTR, what's the harm in casually fucking a hot guy in this day and age of birth control? There is an orgasm gap during sex even though women can just bring themselves off easily when alone but don't bother to during sex because everything isn't the right condition and it's on the man to perform Women use withholding sex …

Must be why americans have high BMI. Too much bodybuilding, too much lean mass.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 05:07 PM

Have you tried running or interval training. Revs up your metabolism and also builds and preserves new lean mass. I don't think I've ever not been physically active but I feel like diet/calorie control alone isn't a good way to live just to maintain weight b/c it leaves you soft and it just makes it easier to gain weight. It's a good idea to stay moving every day just for health irrespective of a number on a scale.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 05:03 PM

People forget weight gain is often very gradual which is why it happens so easily. You just need to eat slightly more than you need every day and then it just sneaks up. Then they look back and go "well see it must be out of my control bc it's not like I was overeating or anything". Sometimes people go from heavy overeating, try to diet but just go down to slightly overeating, find they are still gaining, and conclude dieting or lifestyle doesn't work.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 04:55 PM

5'4 165 is overweight/fat. By general BMI standards, and even for a man. The fact that this is normalized when you just travel back in time a couple decades and see just how not okay it is. Inb4 BMI isn't the end-all be-all, actually it's a pretty good gauge unless you're a bodybuilder or obviously heavily muscled.

depends on the reason why they haven't been having sex some men just stop pursuing sex or women because they are caught up in their own shit. I mean I don't just see this behavior in the work setting. I see it in real life too, in my peer and casual or social circles. Again I just think women operate more readily within a group and men alone. It's actually pretty hard for a lot of men to commit to congregating with other men for a cause b/c they are more likely to be programmed loners. This goes especially for those disenfranchised men with the biggest need to campaign for men's issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 04:18 AM
1

To me it's just common sense and also observation, although I don't have the tools really to quantify everything exactly and say men and women are equally competitive. It really depends on the angle. For instance I've worked with large groups of women and large groups of men and while it wasn't all one big happy family all the time the dichotomy of being fake in public while trashing each other behind their backs was only present amongst the women. That's not to say there weren't men who dislike…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 04:03 AM
1

They do compete. They just don't do it in the same way and it's more subtle. Similar to bullying or power play dynamics. When boys bully each other they shove each other into lockers or get physical. Girls will do more gossiping and simply exclude someone from events.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 03:48 AM
2

Women are equally competitive. I think men and women just operate differently, men more lone-wolf and women within the herd ie strength in numbers. Even then a lot of women talk the big talk on solidarity and just shit on each other behind their backs.

For many contexts, how temporary or easy to change something is shouldn't matter if we're talking about shaming. You can shame someone for something as simple as the shirt they choose to wear but why are you being an asshole about it? Maybe they really like the shirt. If it's easy to shave off there's a chance they like the neckbeard also or are fine with it. The difference and problem comes in when they insist other people like it.

Why are lesbians more likely to marry prematurely than straight women?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 07:23 PM

<image> Completely unrelated, but I figure now's as good a time as any.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 07:21 PM

Not always in reality...but isn't that certainly the hope and goal of women when they marry, date or fuck high status powerful men? Either consciously or subconsciously.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 07:18 PM

Google is telling me now that the higher divorce rates actually do just refer to divorces within their current sexual orientational context, i.e. a lesbian woman's divorce is only counted in these studies if the divorce was within a lesbian same-sex marriage, so I don't know what to believe honestly.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 07:16 PM

referring more to access to the amenities, accommodations and lifestyle afforded by powerful people
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 07:12 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 06:35 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 06:31 PM

Yea, but the OP is the same type of guy to post how they defended a woman's honor and "I would like to apologize for all men, we really suck" for reddit karma and borderline pornographic back-patting.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 06:27 PM

I might argue women desire power more than men, because sure men would not mind power for himself but it's not a priority when it comes to mate selection. Status and power matter a great deal to women in mate selection; even those who don't prioritize it know that it makes a man much more attractive if he has it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 06:22 PM

Piggybacking off of a thread just a bit ago. People explain that lesbian women are tied to higher divorce rate because many of them divorced a previous marriage with a man. Why don't you see the same with gay men divorcing previous marriages with women? Is part of it because on average lesbians don't realize or come to terms that they are lesbian until later in life and if so how come?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/24 06:17 PM

That's not what you said. You asked why not be the guy they end up with instead which is just an oversimplification or dismissal of the actual issues and concern at hand. You can say they're silly and dumb but you haven't provided any argument as to why you think so.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/24 11:34 PM
6

...I'm explaining to you why they think the way they do, and you saying "Don't you want to be the guy she choose to end up with?" is irrelevant and doesn't address the point.

It all comes down to the premise that she was genuinely attracted physically and sexually to the man she regrets being with and she isn't physically and sexually attracted to the man she eventually comes to love. Agree or disagree, that's the reason why a lot of men don't want to be the 2nd guy. You can argue that point but it's not as simple as "Why do you want to be the guy she regrets?"

CMV protruding or prominent chins are legit ugly and borderline inbred-looking to the point where I think the ideal is a chin that's slightly recessed. All the bestlooking Chads and most aesthetic men have recessed chins, even someone like Jeremy Meeks who is one of the blackpill's posterboys. When I say slightly recessed they obviously still need a defined jawline, it just can't really jut out too much.

Yes I think they would be mad b/c reddit is full of these types of people. But on that point of it not being cool to spam the comment section with "but she's not a stacy" I agree is rude. /r/PurplePillDebate23/11/24 04:54 PM
1

I believe it, I just can't see it as an issue that remotely compares to dating prospects. I've never looked at or met a short man and thought less of him b/c of his height.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/24 04:51 PM
1

If you're a 5'3-5'6 man, there's literally no other aspect of your life that would be affected negatively except for in dating. Mayyyybe in terms of being taken seriously by other men or when applying for job positions/promotions, but that would be a very distant second.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/24 04:43 PM

I mean their struggles revolve around dating because that's primarily how their lives are negatively affected. Being 5'5" isn't really going to hamper you any other way unless you're talking about reaching for things on the top shelf once in a while.

They're experiencing being single and lonely, which is likely among anyone with dating problems. Doesn't mean the problems that lead to said loneliness are the same. I don't know how to put it more simply than that. Do lonely men and lonely women face the same issues just b/c they're both lonely?

The same issues you keep talking about are them being single and lonely, which to me seems like a common naturally occurring result for anyone struggling with dating. That doesn't mean the problems and reasons for straight and gay men arriving at that result are the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/24 04:13 AM

....being single and lonely sounds like the default result for anyone or any group struggling with dating. You keep saying this and I don't see how this means the problems and reasons for arriving at this result are the same.

Most people are indifferent to most other people. The reason why you think what you said about women doesn't apply to men is b/c a man's purely sexual or physical interest in women in general is much higher due to sex drive differences. Even then, a man might want to fuck a lot of women but their genuine long-term interest is reserved for much less women and from that standpoint is very similar to how women view men in general as well. Being more risk-prone or aggressive are evolutionary advantages in men You and most people (myself included) simply happen to live during a time when impulsive violence is not required on an individual level because we rely on law enforcement or the state via armed forces to protect us from evil or those who would otherwise prefer us dead, gone or enslaved.

CMV women are not better than men b/c they are less violent. Propensity toward violence and aggression is higher inherently in males and evolutionarily designed to conquer or protect. Nothing will protect you from violent evil entities and nothing will prevent evil from existing. Nobody who doesn't do violence can claim to be above it. If you don't need to be violent it's b/c you benefit from those willing to do it on your behalf.

I recall studies being done that women off birth-control or short-term-minded do prefer more masculine-looking men, but the degree of masculinity and the difference has been overestimated. They do want masculinity but not anything like what is idolized and aspired to in media or within male circles. It's like women taking it too far with dieting. Many men do prefer thin women but what they are aiming for is a caricature of what men want.

There are some universal markers of attractiveness like relative youth, healthy skin or hair, symmetry. Aside from that there is extremely ample room for subjectivity based on environment, culture and exposure. The only trait I can think of that might be universally unattractive is big ears, but I would not be surprised if it was a desireable trait in an isolated or obscure society much like the tribe where women wear rings to elongate their necks. Even something as simple as crooked teeth can b…

I don't care much for football, nascar or country music but I could learn to put up with it whenever. But it's not so much the superficial aspects of southern culture but more like I assume they'd be more conservative about gender roles or relationships, but seeing the nature of what's involved in greek life I know it's just being naive.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/24 03:39 PM

i'm from CA sometimes i wonder if the southern conservative thing would work better i just can't deal with constant social events, mixers, always something to attend, always someone trying to get the perfect picture, making sure everyone looks like they're having the time of their life. Nothing is worth faking that it sounds exhausting, many friends in greek life confirmed this they savor every bit of time they have to themselves just to get away for a few moments

The blackpill incel standards are not reflective of what women find attractive, how do you not already know that by now. You've lurked these shitholes long enough just like some of us have. Truerate lists Summer Glau as a 5 and some no-name skinny bonyfaced model as a 9. I've never met a woman IRL who likes hunter eyes. It's peak autism and BDD.

Pure pseudo incel science just like mewing. It's all genetics. My brother and I both have features on the left, he grew up mouth-breathing from asthma and I have anxiety, both eating soft ass processed foods growing up. We also have prominent cheekbones and jaw although I have feminine eyes and lips and he's more archetype Chad. Both have small straight noses. Chad mouthbreathes and eats twinkies for 20 years and still looks like a nose breather. Also plenty of Chads have that bigger/longer nose…

The men most desperate for pussy aren't getting any and probably have not gotten any in a long time, so what's the point? How long are women in general, those who are on board anyway, planning to strike? A year? 2 years? The lives of these men literally would not change.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/24 11:16 PM

They think men would do anything to get sex so it will be the most effective incentive in hitting men hard. They just forget the sheer amount of men getting no sex, or men getting going-thru-the-motions starfish sex, or men too mentally ill to chase sex, or men actually craving genuine connection from someone they can trust over sex, so the stakes are much smaller than expected. Also the men good at getting sex know it won't put a dent in their prospects.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/24 11:30 PM

If you're just looking for sex the logic checks out...unfortunately it's hard to fill the void of something deeper with someone of the opp sex. Assuming LTR prospects Chad has to deal with the same issues as other men when it comes to high n-count women, the only difference is he'll have an easier time finding someone new if/when things so wrong. If he just wants to fuck then n-count isn't even a problem in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/24 09:17 PM

Chads may also find themselves competing with non-Chads in the case of high n-count women who are not as discretionary in addition to the tendency of becoming bored. If all he wants to do is fuck, that's fine, but a lot of Chads just like other men want more than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/24 09:02 PM

They'll trade up for LTR but they'll cheat with a lesser value man if they are bored. Even just a good enough man who will give her sufficient attention if she's feeling neglected and even if it's not her SO's fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/24 08:55 PM

Chads who want long-term connection and healthy relationships are not immune to high n-count partners being jaded and not as able to forge meaningful bonds and trust others, before we even get into the possibility of impulsive temperament, self-destructive behavior or deeply embedded issues. Chads still have to compete with other Chads. During an LTR bored women may flirt with even non-Chads for novelty if they have something different to offer; she sees other men in public at their best and mos…

Men and women want what the other sex is often valued for. Women don't want to just be valued for their looks or inherent worth as society dictates and want to be seen for their accomplishments and men the opposite because they aren't used to validation from the other angle. They're saying if you have other qualities being a misogynist doesn't hurt your chances.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/24 03:02 PM

I mean this is the norm in many relationships. There is no overt abuse, probably microaggressions from both parties. Just often a sad type of complacency, dissatisfaction, and acceptance because the alternative is to break up and start over, and even worse if there are kids involved. The women involved aren't "tolerators" of abuse, they're just people just like the men who also want a happy relationship and life. When you look at it this way, misogyny is by no means a dealbreaker for dating pros…

I'd elaborate and say a lot of relationships go south for many reasons, and the ones I'm referring to going south in this context are ones where the guy is clearly abusive or a complete shithead. Otherwise tons of relationships continue for long periods if not until death with misogynistic or resentful partners. Misogyny is very common and exists to varying degrees in many men. Whenever a man is disqualified from consideration in the eyes of women it is very much likely for a different reason(s)…

A lot of women who consciously know they don't like misogynistic or shitty men often fall for these men. Things might go south later, but for nuance I agree with OP being a misogynist doesn't affect your prospects because it doesn't really disqualify you even from the women who say they don't like misogynists. There's also a thing called benevolent sexism which many women are fine with. I think you have this idea of a misogynist as someone who is always outwardly abrasive and physically abusive …

You don't know what the weight class of the men are here. Also, weren't you the one saying you and women don't have a problem fucking (so I assume also dating) all types of men, including uglier men as long as they have other qualities, aka being kind, nice, good personality? Also, do you have evidence, screenshots, links of the men complaining here wanting or going only after these baddies?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 09:44 PM

Seems like you shouldn't use an example of one of the best looking men of all time in his youth who happened to age especially poorly even for men who gave up, plus he's like 60-70 in that older picture, and most women who say they like "older" men are talking 40s or 50s at most. Most men age like from 6 to 4 and Delon went from 10 to 3.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 08:27 PM

Agree. I don't understand people who just answered your question with "yes" with no further elaboration assuming they were being serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 08:18 PM

It could be projection on the part of a lot of men b/c they themselves would want to be told. But again I'm a dude and I just see much more potential complication that could come of it and almost zero good, and the only time I'd say you should tell him is if it's something esp bad or problematic.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 08:03 PM

I just don't feel like there's a reason or benefit, esp since people hit on other people all the time. If it's a thing that is potentially a problem, then I can see why you'd want to tell your partner. It's not worth the trouble otherwise because there will always be a risk of your partner feeling bad or uneasy.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 07:51 PM

Unless there is some aspect about it that makes it inherently problematic eg the guy was especially pushy, insistent, creepy or if it's a close mutual friend, I feel like it would just cause more potential harm or unease than good in the relationship. What they don't know won't hurt them and what they do know might. It also makes a difference if the person hitting on you knows you're in a relationship or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 07:46 PM

You can add me to that list. We often disagree but not on this point, when men say they like women better w/o makeup they'll show examples of attractive women with less makeup or light makeup. It's the same way when women say they don't like muscles. Their idea of a regular body is actually a decently athletic and toned body and their idea of muscled is a man definitely on roids.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 06:57 PM

It's interesting being brought up in current American society being taught to equate Christians with fundamentalist right-wing Christians or modern evangelical Christianity. It's true if you meet or talk to more Christians you'll find more variety, but the gun-rights yee haw type are definitely the most outspoken it seems.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 06:32 PM

Well there is a bit of hypocrisy. A lot of Christians will fixate or scream at people for abortion and the sanctity of life but it's clear they don't give a shit about people otherwise...it would be more respectable if they were equally fervent with helping people after birth. We are raised in our respected camps to fixate on certain issues. Like for example why is the religious right also just rabid for gun rights? It's not the actual gun rights that's weird/bad for me, it's how you go from gun…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/24 06:02 PM

As a Christian, isn't it also your concern/priority to keep other people from damnation or sinning or to promote a sin-free society and world? Or is that just a more modern evangelical approach. I imagine it's the same way with how you should make sure murder is illegal, provided you actually believe abortion is murder.

Absolutely not. A lot of these standards women blame the patriarchy for it's actually women holding other women to these stupid stringent criteria. Men are not going to give a fuck about a woman's outfit as long as she tries, or if she wore it already at another event or wears it two days in a row.

I've been to SF and Seattle. I can't say for Portland, but I have heard it's very dirty there. Like I said, I don't know what's going on, it's possible red cities are even worse and that's just America now.

There's this tendency for people to say blue cities/states are "nicer" than red states in terms of standard of living, crime rates, QOL and such. How is this reconciled with hyper blue cities like Portland, SanFrancisco, and Seattle struggling in the past decade or more with massive epidemics of homeless population, crime, vandalism, drug use, and businesses being driven out from said conditions? Not saying overall blue cities/states aren't "nicer", but I am just curious to know. Maybe there are…

we're selective about what predatory relationships are problematic and worth focusing on and which aren't is all i'm saying

When a young woman purposely seeks out a much older man due to wanting someone with more experience, purposely seeks out a man with means and resources, and purposely agrees to date him, these are all her choice. Yet this doesn't sit well with people. Again, the vulnerable party being conscious with their choices doesn't seem to be accepted ie people are selective with what type of predatory relationships they deem problematic or worth speaking up about.

People like Andrew Tate, people offering men guidance on how to be financially and sexually successful. My very point is that as awful as these people are, men still choose them because the alternative is the mainstream constantly reminding them to be less toxic or giving them generic PC feel-good advice that, in accordance with their trials and experiences, obviously does not work.

There's an increase of losers for a reason. When bad things start affecting people on a large scale you have to look beyond individual responsibility to address what's going on. You can do this while holding people accountable at the same time.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:55 PM
1

We spend a great deal of time here talking about the ill effects of feminism or feminist indoctrination. If these are noteworthy of addressing then so are other trends of socialization at least in that they are powerful and transcend individual decision-making to an extent.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:53 PM
1

Yes, that is ideal. But that's like saying there really isn't a mental health problem or loneliness among men because they are raised to keep things inside and ultimately it's up to them to take the initiative to seek help and establish/maintain social networks. It's just sheer oversimplification of things.

They don't, but porn does have potential detrimental effects. For example, porn does not replace real women even in the eyes of those who are addicted to porn, but they provide a false sense and cycle of sexual relief and complacency. /r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 08:30 AM

Seems to be a common sentiment, maybe 70/30 fem/masc the same way women want some femininity in men. Terminally online people trying to looks or personality maxx shoot for these hyperfem/hypermasc ideals nobody asked for. I will never understand the appeal of these waifus with their high-pitched squeaky ass voices aside from also looking like they are 11.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 08:21 AM

To a degree sex bots are objectively more weird or depraved but social acceptance has a lot to do with it. Men are a lot more open and comfortable talking about their porn-viewing habits today than they were just 10 years ago, even though supposedly pornography has always existed from the time of cave paintings.

I would argue a lot of the beta traits you describe are actually alpha traits or that at least there is a lot of overlap and nuance. Being responsible, having integrity and honor, lawfulness, even consideration and care for others in the community via leadership abilities, are all characteristic of a respected and known high status man with vast resources, strong social standing, capability and initiative. Since a beta man is seen as "weaker", he is less likely to be able to take the initiative …

If women do 4B the incels win. The incels are not the ones the women would be having sex with anyway, and incels know and like the fact that there will be all these women depriving themselves of sex or time with men they otherwise find attractive, feel conflicted, or wonder if they should break their rules just this once. It's just women making themselves unhappy and the incels are all for it. They say "it's not about getting back at men it's about self preservation" but let's be real here about…

I don't believe the "your league is what you can attract" thing. There are so many factors to consider. For example a lot of men online, average to even slightly above average, can't get hardly any matches. Their league isn't zero. So many things to think about in the context of online dating.

That's comforting but probably not true. I've been asked out by Stacies but it's more likely I fit their niche aka thin e-boy despite not being part of that lifestyle at all. A few of them were really into asian or half-asian guys and there were these tall blonde girls who seemed to go for stringbean dark-haired types. Nichemaxxing is key. A 6/10 guitarist will be an 8/10 in the eyes of women who really like guitarists.

I'm not shaming anyone for anything. I'm just explaining to you from a detached standpoint the train of logic that's necessary to understand if you're going to talk about women and commitment. It's not as simple as "women have a hard time getting commitment." That's all, take it or leave it.

The concept is that for example an average woman won't settle for an average guy even though she can get average guys easily. Goodlooking guy with a future, the guy she actually wants? It's listed as Crime/Thriller but it's kinda its own thing. Also the movie Prisoners. I guess I was just listing other Gyllenhaal movies that I watched just bc he was in it. It's kind of hard/weird to explain, Amy Addams' character reads her ex-husband (Gyllenhaal)'s manuscript outlining a horrible event with his family and it just kind of goes from there. asians just carry a higher level of collagen and body and facial fat overall proportionally which also lessens definition, which is why they seem to age better. This is true but I've also known some of these guys for a long ass time so our dynamic has transcended beyond just hobbies In basic psych I learned guys bond by doing things together, they tend to sit side by side, facing the same direction eg watching a football game, playing video games, shooting, fishing etc Women bond face-to-face and there's more physical touch here and there

there are women friends i know more about in many ways after a few months vs men i'm closer to and have known for over a decade b/c they won't ever let you know when something is wrong when they finally do let it out you have to pry it out of them in small increments and it's like pulling teeth

i've never met a woman without anxiety lol that's not a knock on women, my circles are mostly women so maybe that's why i say that with men it's more of a mix but it's possible they just aren't willing to admit it

For what it's worth I probably won't ever get married unless I'm ready to trust or value her as much as I do my mom or family. Not gonna say never but as it stands currently it's difficult to see it happening. People do change though so...
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/24 03:33 PM

Maybe it's a sign of the times, but whomever I date or marry I know my family is coming first due to my inherent trust of people. That might change in the future, or it might not.

If you're an actual 9 there's zero chance you're getting nothing unless you come across as a complete psycho. Simple as that. Just being a 9 walking around ensures men of all types will be giving you all sorts of unwanted attention. I don't know the extent of your bad social skills but women can basically just be a weirdo mute and still get men, much less a 9.

Exact same problem, thought it was acid reflux a lot of the time but I don't think it actually is because it lacks the burning aspect. Dry mouth can be due to anxiety, meds. Also had acid reflux ofc but it isn't quite as bad as it was a few months ago. I also brush floss and use mouthwash heavily every night. Ironically mouthwash can also dry your shit out.

I lost a friend to bipolar. I mean he didn't die as far as I know but we lost touched after he moved back home and his relationship fell apart. He would be completely fine/normal seeming and then all of a sudden it was absolutely impossible to get him out to do anything - this coming from someone like me who doesn't get out much. When I saw him in this state his eyes were despondent or dead like he was in shock someone close had passed away.

the people who are really offended are men who constantly have nothing but hate for women on their mind and it just triggers them to see these twox women becoming a caricature of themselves in the days following the election bc they already couldn't stand them before it's not b/c of any realistic fear that it will affect them just like women get very upset when men online talk shit about women in relationships, even though realistically they will never associate much less date or fuck these men …

It's funny just how much this mirrors the election. A lot of RP figures and grifters may be completely full of shit, but they are the ones reaching out to young impressionable boys and men and giving them an alternative besides calling them toxic problematic future rapists. The bluepill and mainstream currently offer men nothing and no positive sexually successful role models for masculinity or men aside from thinly veiled advice that ultimately serves their narrative to further feminist goals. …

Again, I agree the economy is #1 We'll have to agree to disagree, the right plays up how much it dislikes DEI or wokeness but absolutely pales in comparison to the left which has basically made it their entire identity Being a convicted felon and a rapist is obvi no good but I doubt it even registers in the minds of voters who assume most politicians have done war-criminal level shit and all they want to do is make their daily lives a little easier
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/24 06:40 PM

The right has anti-DEI go-woke-go-broke talking points in reaction to the left pushing culture wars and identity politics for years, they are simply responding, they aren't the ones insisting everyone adopt pronouns to be inclusive to 0.2% of the population and if you don't you're a nazi I'm not disagreeing a lot of people voted red b/c they are dissatisfied with their economic and financial situations and were looking for literally anything else - this is actually the main reason he won Once ag…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/24 06:23 PM

it's the opposite i believe economic issues matter a lot more to people than the left thinks...or at least in contrast to how they acted with their culture wars and identity politics and ignored the everyday needs and concerns of the american public. Regular Joe Schmoes chose putting food on the table and home ownership and cost of living over abortion or LGBT issues. that's why they lost, and this holds true even if you can say people are stupid for thinking Trump will be good for the economy b…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/24 06:16 PM

the common denominator is mental illness or neuroticism no matter how they look, these are not the type of women to have healthy functional relationships, casual/sexual or long-term with men in the first place, hence why if they went 4B it wouldn't really matter anyway

femcels can't lock down the men they want - is what they are saying they can get sex easily besides hating men or having many internal issues a talking point is they can never "have it bad" as male incels b/c they will always be able to get sex but refuse to settle for anything less than a relationship w/ a man out of their league

If watching other people suffer makes up for Trump winning because all it takes is a good dose of schadenfreude, it means the election didn't really matter to you in the first place and any stake or moral standing doesn't have any merit. I've seen a lot of it amongst so-called caring liberals and leftists the past few days. Why anyone would take them seriously again as the more compassionate party is beyond me. I'm sure mass messaging about health at any size and body positivity and every woman is a 10 make a big difference but it's also harder, sometimes a lot harder for women to lose weight than men. I stand by the fact that eating somewhat decently and staying active keeps someone at a healthy weight, but there are also societal pressures that make it discouraging...eg for some women a BMI of 24 is where they naturally sit when active and healthy but the imagery pushed onto them every day tells them…

Reaching out to men to tell them to think of their wives, gfs, daughters and friends. Admitting false rape accusations are damaging, but primarily to real future female victims. Talking about how war is hell and terrible, because "women have always been the primary victims of war" thank u Hillary. Talking about giving boys more attention to raise them better, so they won't be toxic to women as men.

I don't see Trump voters being mad for the most part. I didn't vote for Trump but it's my longtime beef with the left that they secretly aren't the good caring people they say they are - when they fuck you over it cuts deeper because they were the ones who said they would be by your side. Their unhinged reactions and lashing out have confirmed this to me.

People just don't like the way things are now. High cost of living, housing and grocery prices, traditionally dem voters watching their cities fall victim to rampant crime, drug use, homeless problems, their favorite businesses closing down. Desperate, unhappy, struggling, mundane lives at best. They were looking for anything else even if what they were being fed seemed dubious or vague.
