I don’t think kids are capable of having meaningful romantic relationships. It’s questionable whether they’re capable of learning from them, either; so many adults don’t even learn from their relationships, and they’re supposed to have a greater ability to reflect and learn.

Stats show that 72-92% of men who actually fight for custody of their children in court are awarded at least 50/50 custody. A Massachusetts study examined 2,100 fathers who asked for custody and pushed aggressively to win it. Of those 2,100, 92 percent either received full or joint custody, with mothers receiving full custody only 7 percent of the time. Another study where 8 percent of fathers asked for custody showed that of that 8 percent, 79 percent received either sole or joint custody (in o…

I think that people should only do it if they’re married or permanently partners. Parenting alone seems like it’s hell; children deserve at least two consistent primary caregivers. (Nannies don’t count; they can go home at the end of the day, be fired, quit, etc.)

Women do not benefit from divorce. Both men and women walk away poorer overall than when they were married, because now each of them have 50% of the marital assets, instead of 100% being jointly owned.

Grass touching life update: -Mission 74 is underway, with 2 out of 24 charity 5ks completed. This is to keep me in shape and to donate to good causes. im not sure, but I think the only instances where T causes emotionality is during puberty, and when men are abusing steroids, in which cases T levels are exceptionally high... Side note: women actually have higher T levels than estrogen levels, and at our Max T levels, we tend to be happier and experience higher libido.

I'm pretty sure female hormone fluctuation have been scientifically established to cause emotional instability/volatility in women who menstruate. Emotional instability/volatility decreases people's ability to make rational decisions. You're responding to things with a different, more primitive part of the brain when you feel intense emotions than when you respond when calm (the amygdala vs the prefrontal cortex) this is also why advertisers appeal to our emotions when marketing products; they w…

you keep going wah wah it's so much harder for men to even get a partner, but again, *that doesn't matter.* 1) men must make themselves attractive to women 2) men must approach women 3) men must choose a partner from the pool of women that accept their advances. so. Back to our homeboy. He does this process with three women. The three his 1) is attractive to, 2) approached, and 3) chose as partners had serious issues, and instead of going "What's wrong with me that I only attracted flawed women?…

... or a normal/average frame, and still be heavier, and not be fat
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:34 PM

the key word is 'attract' here. Meaning, a person has access to all these people, but what good qualities does that person have that results in interest from potential partners? So, like I said before, a man has to both attract and choose a good partner. If one or both of those things are not happening for him, even with the ability to meet a shit ton of people, he needs to adjust himself. That doesn't change even if women select from a pool of men that approach them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:30 PM

picking an arbitrary weight that all women, regardless of height or body composition, 'should' stay under is stupid. Most of the time men suck at guessing women's weights anyway. (I'm 5'5 and ~140 lbs, not fat, and people think I look like a teenager at age 27, inb4 the "you must be fat/old looking/bitter" comments roll in.)

are you unsure about her virginity, or the likelihood of dating her? Are you virginal?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:02 PM

why don't you just ask the women you're considering dating what their thoughts on casual sex are, and not date the casual sex havers?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 07:57 PM

and there are still men who fantasize that such women will be so overcome with lust for them that they'll have enthusiastic, shameless sex within the firSt three dates, and the sex will just automatically be amazing despite the woman's inexperience, and ten years later they'll get married and still have sex 8+ times a week, even while she's popping out their multiple kids.

Absolutely not the same as women as I've said and demonstrated earlier. So to repeat myself: How is it not the same? Do men and women not have an equal ability to go to college, into cities, join hobbies and clubs, travel all over the world, use the internet and online dating services, etc.? We all have access to more people than we could ever meet; it's just a matter of what kind of people are mutually interested in you (which we have some degree of control over.) even if 1% of the world's women were suitable for this man in , that would be 39,500,000 -- more people than you can meet in a lifetime. In the age of airplanes and the internet, men are swimming in potential partners, the same as women. The difference between men and women is that men typically do the approaching, and select between those who accept their advances, and women select between those who approach them. So, as I said before, out of this large number of women, is it really that this i…

it is a bit of a hyperbole, but I just mean there are more women out there than you have time to meet in a lifetime. Even if you're a small town country bumpkin, there are cities all over, and we're all connected by the internet... The point stand either way-- if you're selecting from the women you attract, and you're only getting ones with bad traits, you ought to look at yourself and your selection process, not just assume AWALT.

Then I make this thread here, emphasizing he should pick better partners because no, not every woman is like that. you've never had a romantic partner apologize to you? Maybe you just have a bad picker. And your sample size is 3? That's not enough to generalize to a whole gender. Also, if you always hold in your feelings and constructive criticisms, why would you expect your partners to change or understand how you're feeling? Nobody is going to read your mind.

A man really just said to me that he’d let his teen son have sex in his house but not his daughter because boys are more likely to insist on condoms, but also girls are “easily convinced” to have sex without one… by boys. personality is definitely not the same as moral character. Moral character carries a judgement value, where the traits make someone 'good' or 'bad.' Personality includes things like introversion vs extraversion, for example, and it's not inherently good or bad to be introverted or extraverted.

I found sex work to be very empowerimg. I paid for two years of college that way. It was fun and easy and exciting. The men I picked as clients and sugar daddies were very kind to me. I didnt see it as men using or objectifying my body, but instead as me providing them a service. everything was on my terms, not theirs. I had them provide STD results and use condoms every time, and so I never caught anything or had to deal with unwanted pregnancy. It's not like it used to be, where women had no c…

the 'rate at which we break down food' is not the same as the sum of the energy expended during basic metabolic processes. (BMR.) That's just digestion. If it takes you 12 hours to digest 2000 calories instead of 8 hours, you're still processing the same number of calories. Really, testosterone begins to gradually decline in both men and women in the mid twenties, and this contributes to lower energy levels (which produces lower NEAT) and decreasing muscle mass (which lowers BMR). Eventually, th…

Abstinence is hard when you're a teenager full of hormones and often the desire to rebel against authority (especially when said authority is pushing abstinence on you.) Arguably, proper sex Ed teaches young people what the risks consequences of sex (both protected and unprotected) are. You can still choose abstinence even after you've learned about other methods of barrier protection and contraception. If you want to reduce teen pregnancies, the best way of doing that is teaching comprehensive …

Do they want teachers to demonstrate how to put a condom on? Yes, I think that's helpful. Better yet, bring in cucumbers or bananas and allow students to put condoms on those, if they want to. The problem with abstinence only sex ed is that abstinence is hard, and so when teenagers inevitably end up having sex, they're less likely to properly prevent pregnancies and STDs, as they weren't taught how. There's a reason why it ravaged the homosexual community, but it's barely touched the heterosexual community despite the HIV epidemic being over 40 years old now. Again, that's not true. Millions of people have HIV, and the number of them who are straight is not small, even if the transmission rate is slightly lower. Furthermore, bisexuals exist, lots of straight people have anal sex, and lots of gay people do not have anal sex. HIV is not a gay issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 09:09 PM

that difference is marginal. 0.0004% vs 0.0138%. please don't talk about it like it rarely happens to straight people, cuz people here will take that as a pass to have all the straight unprotected sex they want, and then more people will end up with STDs.

Most people kinda start taking out what they are into before they go deep into a relationship (that’s what all that talking and texting on dates is all about- figure if things out That's what I'm talking about; dudes assuming the women they are dating aren't into them when they decline kinky things instead of that the women just aren't into the kinks. And you really want to be with a guy who is so insecure he’s thinking about what other men have done sexually with you and getting jealous? Of cou…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:40 PM

what I'm saying is that it goes 'she doesn't want to do this sex act with me' --> 'shes not that into me, Not "shes not that into me" --> she doesn't want to do this sex act with me' The latter makes sense in most situations. The former is illogical to me
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:34 PM

idk, I'm just imagining a couple who has been dating for a while and the dude suggests something kinky and the woman declines and doesn't automatically say that she's just not adventurous, and the dude doesn't ask, and then he breaks up with her because he thinks "she'd do it for Chad" or something
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:29 PM

>It's just that when a woman is more into you the more she's willing to try things out that she might be a little "ehh I don't know" about because she wants to please him. Yeah, that's the assumption I'm talking about. It's not 'oh, she just knows what she likes/dislikes,' or 'she has firm sexual boundaries and isn't adventurous,' it's 'she isn't into me.' and I dont get it
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:20 PM

So if a woman only wanted vanilla sex with you, but you learn she's done kinkythings with previous partners, you would assume she likes you less than them... Instead of, idk, that she didn't enjoy the kinky things, or perhaps, that her preferences just changed over time?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:08 PM

It seems like men often believe that the more into a man a woman is, the more likely she is to do kinkier things with him… Why?

there is no consensus. People are all different from one another. I think about sex often, and i like it very much, regardless of my relationship . But other women may only think about it in response to something or someone who turns them on, or only when theyre being intimate with someone for whom they have feelings for. Others, never (asexuality.)

Nope. The divorce rate is 45%-- that means that 45% of marriages end in divorce. That doesn't mean a given couple has a 45% *chance* of divorcing. They might have a 0.01% chance, and they most likely end up as part of the 55% of marriages that don't end in divorce. Whereas another couple might have a 98% chance of divorce, and end up as part of the 45% of marriages that do end in divorce. HOCK
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 11:06 PM

Population level statistics don’t apply to individual scenarios. The risk of my marriage ending in divorce is not the same as every other marriage, because there are a ton of other factors that go into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:54 PM

Staying married to a wealthier man is always more financially beneficial than divorcing him. When married, all of the assets are owned by both spouses (unless otherwise specified in a signed and notarized legal document.) When divorced, the most you can get is 50% of the assets.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:50 PM

The surviving spouse gets 50% in absence of a will if the couple has children
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 10:28 PM

I don’t know what that means in the context of this conversation. You seem to be implying that people are getting married with the intention of making it difficult for their partners to leave, and I was positing that the thought process amongst couples who get married, rather, is that it’s already easy to stay together, and so they want to receive the benefits of marriage
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 10:24 PM

I don’t think it’s a “good” statistic at all; but it’s definitely better than 70% Marriage has always meant lifelong commitment to me, at least on my part. Either way, even if you get divorced, you benefit from marriage during the marriage.

Even if it seemed convincing to the man, I still think men are easily convinced… outside of personal experience, when do men ever experience women having great sex and orgasming? And how many men have lots of that experience? Most of men’s idea of what the female orgasm looks like comes from porn, which is all fake. That’s why it’s easy for women to fake it, because we just replicate men’s expectations. Maybe she just stopped faking it, and her real orgasms were less theatric. >No guy could deal…

/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 04:00 PM

Maybe she was acting. Lots of women fake orgasms all the time. And there is such a thing as being too big. Even if it was true that their sex is not as good, a secure man would try to figure out how he can be better, not become so… down trodden that he leaves her and cant fuck her anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 03:57 PM

Regardless, you could still say “I’m not the kind of person who has sex with other people when I’m talking to someone. Are you the same way? Can you be that way with me?” It’s not that hard to just be transparent and communicate about your expectations. And if you don’t do that— which, it’s fine if you don’t, but like I said, I think you’re wasting your own time—other people aren’t “lying” to you. That’s ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 10:00 PM

Honestly, I think you’re just wasting your own time and hurting your own feelings by not being upfront with your expectations. You can just say “I just wanna let you know from the get-go, that I’m not a person who talks to, dates, or sleeps with multiple people at once. If you’re not the same way, we probably shouldn’t be talking.” The vast majority of people will either understand and end the relationship there, or they’ll feel the same way and you’ll have no issues. I’m a woman who believes in submitting to her husband. I do, in fact, consider him superior to me in those ways [hello, hypergamy ;)] I like that I can trust his judgement. I don’t think he’s always right, but I know if we disagree on a matter, there’s a good chance that I may be wrong as well. To me, “fidelity” means being loyal to your partner, supporting them, and acting in a way to preserve their trust and happiness, because when you love someone, you’re made happier when they’re happy. With that in mind, fidelity looks different from couple to couple, because different people are made unhappy by different acts/scenarios. For example, some heterosexual people are uncomfortable with their partners having opposite-sex friendships, and/or spending time alone together, and have their p…

I don’t think anyone should enter into any kind of committed relationship, let alone marriage, if they can’t be faithful to their partner. Even if “fidelity” for you looks like non monogamy within relationships, that still means agreeing to it ahead of time as a means of avoiding hurting people. The way I see it is that men do have to put in more work than women, so for that reason we should be able to fuck around more. Everyone should be allowed to have as many partners as they want without societal shame. More sex for all. But intentionally deceiving others, and not making good on your promises to be monogamous, are just shitty things to do regardless of gender. What’s a cop out about it? The same advice doesn’t work for every individual in their individual situations. You wouldn’t tell the dude with great hair to shave his head, just because some other guy has male patterned baldness and looks better without. You wouldn’t tell a guy in high school to get as muscular as he possibly can, because the girls around him probably prefer more slender builds at their age. But you could give that advice to someone in their late 30s or 40s, because women in that …

It’s okay for your therapist to see you stim, you know. They’re supposed to be able to read your body language and ask you why you’re feeling what you’re feeling when you’re talking about certain topics, so they can help you navigate those feelings. S/he isn’t going to go “look at this weirdo stimming; I don’t want to hang out with him anymore.” That’s not their purpose. They don’t judge.

The original comment said “You can give incels a list of things they need to do to get sex and/or relationships” Yes, such a list needs to be tailored to each individual who receives it. The point is not that you can make a generalize list and expect every incel ever to follow it. The point is that you could make a personalized list and the likelihood of the incel for whom it was made doing everything on it is extremely slim. Are we on the same page now? Cuz I’m getting irritated with the obtuse…

I think a lot of celebrities get a fame and make up halo, at least facially. If I saw a (barefaced Zendaya){https://www.pinterest.com/pin/775815473306060310/} and I didn’t know who she was, I’d probably give her a 5 or a 6. She is slender though, so that probably ups the overall rating. Same way with like, Jason Momoa. I don’t think his face is actually all that attractive, although he has a hot body.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 06:54 PM

I like it when my husband has his glasses on. They make him look cute and nerdy. For some people, glasses really make them more attractive. But for most, they’re going to be more widely marketable without glasses.

There are probably fewer men who are low libido than women who are low libido, but maybe that’s because women are on hormonal BC and shamed into sexual repression so much

There’s not enough time in a lifetime to try literally everything when it comes to the factors that influence attractiveness. You say you’ve tried a lot of things, but to say that you’ve tried “everything” is just incorrect.

In order for only 40% of men to reproduce and 95% of women to reproduce, .95 x .60 = 0.57 or 57% of women have to reproduce with men who have more than one baby mama. That’s just not happening these days. So either most women are making babies (which requires having sex) with men they find to be unattractive, or there’s something wrong with the two studies.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 05:14 PM

The only thing you can do if you were given crappy circumstances is work hard to get out of them. The world isn’t fair and it’s never going to be, no matter how much complaining anyone does about the unfairness. We don’t know the circumstances of anyone who posts here saying they can’t get sex or relationships. You have to think about geographic location with universities though, and how that affects attractiveness. You’ll get a high percentage of people who are relatively local to the school who attend because of cost/convenience, and then a certain percentage of people who are high socioeconomic status who can afford to travel and pay higher tuition. (Although not sure if they have free education vs tuition in italy… i should look that up too, but I’m lazy and I need to go bake my husband a birthday …

Is it wasting time to improve yourself and to remain open to human interaction in your everyday life? It doesn’t “end” until you get the thing that you want. Otherwise your options are : a) give up and be miserable without the thing, or b) continue trying different things to get the thing. Lots of men try, but they try only a few times or a few specific things, and then they give up.

Why does the overall history of humanity matter in the context of the lives of men who are alive presently? I don't care because the average man still find the average woman attractive enough, those women don't have to improve lol. Women can just exist and get partners, but that doesn’t mean they’re getting high quality partners. If you’re a 500lb woman who can’t leave her house, you’re gonna attract men with feeder fetishes who are going to make you fatter and completely dependent on them until…

Having sex with other people before entering into a monogamous relationship with your partner isn’t infidelity. There’s no standardized list that works for everyone. Like if a dude is physically attractive and has good game, but for whatever reason he just has terrible body odor, then seeing a doctor about it and/or practicing better hygiene is gonna be his “list.” But another dude who dresses like a homeless man and doesn’t know how to talk to people, let al…

Does the “least fat” country in Europe still have a high percentage of overweight and obese people? googles As of 2022, 46.4% of Italy’s population is overweight or obese. https://www.statista.com/statistics/727968/distribution-of-body-mass-index-bmi-italy/#:~:text=Notably%2C%2011.4%20percent%20of%20Italian,while%2035%20percent%20were%20overweight. Statistical average is not the same thing as average attractiveness. Women’s biological attraction is still set to a time when most people were a healthy weight. If “5” means “the minimal threshold after which I consider someone attractive,” and most men are fat, which renders them unattractive to women, then a man rated 5 is going to be above statistical average, but still not be considered above average in attractiveness. Men will fuck anything they can get because they’re horny, so their stat…

/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:38 PM

No? Why would anyone do that?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:34 PM

Good body
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:33 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:32 PM

Trapezoid is the best
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:29 PM

Heavily muscled, 12-15% body fat. Thicc midsection (not Dorito shaped). Proportionate legs Something like this, but with slightly bigger legs https://imgur.com/a/3EyZJPx ETA: bad body: fat or too skinny, too roided (bubble gut, looking inhuman, paper cut could take you out, etc)
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:27 PM

Just ask him why he’s letting the kid boss him around. See what he says
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:23 PM

Most women picked the option with the best body. (It’s probably the not best polling practice, but.) Further, most women would prefer an above average face AND above average body, but that wasn’t the point of the question. Also, are women able to see your body, or are you only around them when you’re clothed?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:22 PM

I feel like those are the women who like their men better with clothes on
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:46 PM

Fair enough
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:40 PM

So either the slut or the one that treats you right
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:39 PM

My little polls confirm my hypothesis that body is the most important aspect of men’s appearance, and all men really want is for women to be nice to them
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:38 PM

That’s unfortunate. I’d love it if my husband got hit on in front of me. I like when others confirm that I got a good one
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:36 PM

I definitely am. I suck at drinking water
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:27 PM

Oh
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:23 PM

He keeps popping out babies
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:20 PM

But if you had to pick?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:19 PM

This is why I specified that you have to pick between A, B, or C. Obviously none of them are ideal, but I want to know which of these aspects are most important to you
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:17 PM

Q4M: If you had to pick between the following women, which would you choose? A) high n count, above average looks, treats you moderately well, B) low n count, average looks, treats you moderately well, C) medium n count, average looks, treats you exceptionally well (Whatever those terms mean to you personally (with “average looks” being your personal 5), and for the sake of the hypothetical, she can’t improve on looks)
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 09:05 PM

How old are you now? And how many kids are you supporting?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:58 PM

Whichever body type gives you the most ick, and it can’t be fixed for whatever reason
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:56 PM

So you’d go with B then, probably
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:55 PM

By your standards. Bad body in a way that can’t be fixed with the gym or diet
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:53 PM

I’d pick B personally
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:52 PM
1

Good to hear. Good luck the next go around
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:24 PM

Q4W: If you had to pick one of the following men to date, which would you choose? A) Tall man, but bad body, mid face B) Short man, good body, mid face C) Mid height man, bad body, good face ETA: all of them are slangin’
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:22 PM
1

Because if you really like hanging out with the first person and want to extend the date, you have to cancel with the second person, and that’s not respectful of the second person’s time. At least put your dates on separate days
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:18 PM
1

How was that?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 08:17 PM
1

This is exhausting. You don’t know whether you’re going to harm a drunk person by having sex with them until they’re sober. Not reading the rest cuz I don’t wanna know if you’re a pedo or not
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 07:08 PM
1

I don’t think you’re really avoiding anything, is the thing. Entitled men are gonna push for sex no matter what, and if you’re not down, you have to tell them no.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 07:07 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 06:49 PM
1

Yes you can still grow your muscles after 3 years of weightlifting but the effect will be very minimal That’s what I said— muscle growth slows significantly, but you can still progress at a crawl. That’s why it takes so many years to reach full natty potential. Most people don’t figure out and do the best things to do to maximize their progress for the first few years anyway. I don’t think as many women are juicing as men, because it’s much easier for women to get to a level of fitness that men …
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 06:28 PM
1

after a couple of years A “couple” of years is not enough. It’s more like 7-10 years. Yes, there are men who are doing that, but I am alarmed by the number of men who are immediately jumping to roids.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:47 PM
1

Yea, I’m not observing that That’s what I’m saying; we could probably look at the same group of women and I would observe skin saggy that you would not.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:45 PM
1

Believe me, I know huuuge percentage of men are juicing. I wish more of them would put in the time and effort to see how big they can get with consistent diet and training before they go on drugs that have negative health effects. If they want to be supra-phyisiologically big
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:40 PM
1

Well, you don’t have the same body as every other male, and you can only ever be natty or not. So how can anybody ever speak about male muscle potential?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:22 PM
1

When you harm yourself, you’ve made a bad decision. The morally superior thing to do is to help prevent people from harming themselves where possible. Therefore you should just not fuck drunk people. There’s no western country where the AOC is 14, and in the US, where the AOC is 15 or 16, it’s Romeo and Juliet laws (the older person can be no more than 3-4 years older than the younger person). Either way, I hope to god you don’t think fucking 14yos is okay
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:19 PM
1

Again, not every dude on TRT is massive, and not every very well developed dude is on TRT. I’m super tired of men thinking that they’ll never be big because all of the big guys are on TRT, and then never even trying, or never figuring out what their natty potential is because they go right to roids. (Yes, many men are juicing, but not all of them.)
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 05:12 PM

I said “natty achievable,” not “natty”

It’s easy to get huge traps because many exercises, when executed properly, activate the traps. They are a muscle with a higher number of androgen receptors, so they do get disproportionally bigger with steroid use… but those ones aren’t so ridiculously huge that you couldn’t achieve them naturally.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:47 PM

Exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:44 PM

If they are an active participant in sexual activity, or they have implicitly or explicitly verbally consented, then what is not "clear"? That’s enthusiasm, not clarity. You don’t know how drunk they actually are because you’re not them. Again, whether something is a "good" decision or not("good" is entirely a value judgement) is irrelevant to whether it was consensual. Not really. It’s objectively a bad decision to fuck somebody with HIV without a condom when you’re ovulating. But when you’re d…

/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:23 PM

It’s a roll of the dice. Some women look almost exactly the same after having kids— no boob sag, no stretch marks, no ab separation nothing— and others get completely fucked. But the good news is, you get kids out of the deal, and that’s pretty worth it. And as long as you eat well and exercise, it’s relatively easy to get over the loose skin and droopier tits… I actually like and accept my post-baby body better than I did my pre-baby body.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:21 PM
1

That has no bearing on the fundamental question of whether the act was consensual or not. The point is that sex is something you should have under the condition of clear, enthusiastic consent, because of the serious nature of sex, and someone who is not in their right mind— such as when they’re drunk—has decreased capacity to make good decisions for themselves. It’s the same logic behind children not being able to consent. The level of drunkenness is hard to discern, and therefore consent from d…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:16 PM
1

That’s not really a good analogy. Sex has long term effects— you can get STDs or pregnant from it. There’s also a psychological aspect of somebody taking what is regarded as intimate access to your physical body when you’re inebriated and potentially unable to say no. It’s not exactly freely given or exchanged. A better analogy would be like, tattoo artists giving extremely drunk people tattoos. Some of them do that, but many won’t, because it’s kind of unethical to benefit from someone’s drunke…

Well yeah, Derek’s juiced to the gills and he’s got boulder shoulders. That one’s very obvious. Anyone can be juicing and just not working very hard, tbf. That’s why there’s controversy about who’s juicing and who’s not. It’s harder to spot on certain bodies than others. I just don’t think the guy in the original picture’s delts are particularly rounded. A man can have delts like his if he has a dedicated shoulder day in his routine.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:46 PM

We’re not exaggerating. Giving birth can be really dangerous. (Although labor can certainly be much easier under the right conditions.)
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:40 PM

Muscles are so hot. Men are so lucky that muscularity is a beauty standard, cuz they can just build a masculine body in the gym. I had to push a 10lb kid out of my hoo ha just to get feminine hips, and I’m back to having no boobs
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:39 PM
1

I think men are very clueless about make up. The make up style that’s currently popular is very natural looking. They’re bad at guessing which boobs are fake too; a lot of times you can see the edge of the implant and men will still be surprised when you tell them they’re fake. Fake lips, I think, are easier to tell (the area around the lips are puffy); however, I have naturally full lips and people tell me often that they thought I had lip filler. So people are all confused
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:31 PM

His delts aren’t particularly large, or at least they don’t look particularly large in that photograph. You can get shoulders like that naturally.

Natty achieveable
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:23 PM

It’s not. I’m sort of living in that situation, where my stepkids refuse to hang out with me or their half-sibling, and they get mad when their dad is hanging out with our family “instead” of them. (The toddler is too young to know better, for now.)

/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 02:53 PM
1

Right. Most sex workers in the US are doing it by choice because it’s easy and profitable.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 02:51 PM
1

Bro. Women are the ones who carry and birth the children. If a man wants kids, he wants at least one woman to “bear him kids.” Ignoring the work that women have to do and the biological processes doesn’t make it different in reality.

All things being equal, a tall male is more physically imposing and would make for a less appealing target than a short male, which is all our lizard brains care about. Human evolution has not caught up with the advances in technological/mechanical weaponry.

Like my husband gets accused of roiding all the time just cuz he’s middle aged, but the reality is that he’s careful with his caloric and protein intake, his T levels aren’t in the toilet, and he’s been lifting for two hours almost every day for decades.

I’m fairly certain the majority of men like big boobs, don’t they? Only real wackos are criticizing men for that. The ones that criticize men liking younger (adult) women are infantilizing women and projecting, because they find older men sexually unattractive/found them unattractive when they were the age the older men like. It’s like homophobic people’s disgust reaction to the idea of gay sex; they don’t want it, so nobody else should either. Virgin preferences will always be creepy if the dud…

I definitely think it starts earlier. Hormone levels and collagen production begin decreasing at age 25 for women… I look back at pictures and my skin looked so tight and smooth as a an adult teenager/20-22 yo, and now, at 27, it’s looser and lumpier. And I’m a person who takes like really good care of herself, and my body composition hasn’t changed much. I did have a kid at 24, but my skin was already going downhill before that. I think only Asian women escape that

If a man is really worried about wasting money on a date that doesn’t go anywhere, he should make the first date or two something that doesn’t cost anything. If he offers to pay for anything, it should be out of kindness and generosity and because he wants to, not because he expects sex. I don’t see how making things transactional is ever the woman’s fault in that situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 05:39 PM

Not really so much a problem for the face, but definitely for the rest of the body. And who can afford the actually effective skin care products for their whole body?

I have never been asked to split the bill ETA: I was reading over the comments and the whole “I pay half so he doesn’t expect sex” is so… strange to me? Firstly because had sex with most people who took me on dates just because I liked sex, but secondly because… if you don’t want to fuck him, just don’t fuck him ?

It’s much easier to enjoy dates with unattractive people if you try to find the best in everyone. Everyone has something going for them, and almost everyone is interesting as a person

Are you expecting the women who get it to go crusading for sexless men in attempt to explain it to more women, or…?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:22 PM

That can happen to men, too. Men get raped less often, but beat up and robbed more
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:21 PM

I see some penises and I think they’re really aesthetic and sexually attractive, but most of them aren’t. I see some very neat looking vaginas and I think “that one doesn’t inspire disgust”
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:18 PM

I don’t think it’s really healthy for people under 18 to be having sex either way, if that’s any consolation to you. But I know what you mean by feeling like you missed out; I’m still going on certain dates with my husband currently in order to make up for what I missed as a young teen.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:17 PM

It’s just a fact of life. You either cash in on your maximum SMV and youth early, or you trade it for other things and just do the best you can. It’s not worth crying over if you’ve unknowingly or accidentally chosen the latter.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:14 PM

What an evil person
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:12 PM

Oof
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:11 PM

My definition of broke is like, living paycheck to paycheck, having to budget everything, not being able to just do something you want to do or buy something you really want occasionally. You know, struggling. It strange that you consider letting others provide for you “slavery,” but not working for strangers who give you a lot less choice and freedom and have you do much less pleasant things for a much longer period of time. I’ve had shitty minimum wage jobs, and I’ve gone on dates with men who…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:10 PM

I don’t really think that’s true. Everyone wants love and connection, regardless of gender. Most people want sex too. This painting of women craving commitment but not sex and men wanting the opposite is not that accurate in reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:04 PM

It’s more taking advantage of an opportunity, rather than a person. If men are wanting and willing to give you nice things, sometimes even insistent upon it, why is it wrong to accept them? Imma let people be nice to me
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:03 PM

My claim was never that I saved enough money for this lifestyle by not paying for dinner; it was that avoiding paying for dinner is how you avoid being broke. My lifestyle is just an example of “work smarter, not harder.” I don’t have much money and I don’t work. But these things are provided to me, so what reason is there to “work more hours?” And, despite what women will try to tell you, it doesn’t take that much effort to arrange and get ready for dates. You just pull up your app, swipe on a …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 03:19 PM

Not really. There are lots of women who are feminists and egalitarians who are willing to go 50/50. If enough men decided not to pay for dinner dates, that would stop being the expectation. Women would have to go 50/50, or they would be the ones going without.

Again, I doubt it
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:52 PM

I live in a million dollar home in a similarly wealthy neighborhood that’s has like, everything you could want within a 20 minutes drive, but is simultaneously surrounded by natural lands. I drive a new Tesla, and I have no grocery budget. We could eat out (or order in) whenever we want. We go on trips and vacations a few times a year. My child will go to one of the highest rated school districts in the country. That kind of thing. Not elite, but extremely comfortable.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:51 PM

Nah. There were hundreds of people in line; they were just looking at the cards, stamping passports, and shuffling people through.

Can’t be used for your body if you only have sex that for the sex itself, or after the other person has actually demonstrated commitment.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:45 PM

Men are reducing their fertility by checks notes strapping their balls to their body. Other men are simply refusing to ejaculate, many of them only for the month of November, however. People’s parents are having sex. Old lonely people are reluctantly agreeing to sex with catfish. Women are dangling the false promise of sex to men who will feed them, and there is outrage over it. Also, if you feel anxious or like something might be wrong, apparently you should just ignore it and manifest happines…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:42 PM

(or they are being obviously hypocritical). That’s what I’m getting at
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:34 PM

I’m not arguing this further with you. I don’t ever “think I might be unhappy.” I’m either happy or unhappy. If I’m feeling unhappy, I’m gonna figure out why, whether the source of that unhappiness is internal or external, and I’m gonna fix it. I’m not just gonna gaslight myself into ignoring it. You’re on some weird shit, dude
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:33 PM

I just don’t think it makes sense for men to be angry about women taking advantage of it. If men were in women’s shoes, they’d do the exact same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:30 PM

Have you ever heard the phrase, “work smarter, not harder?” If you go on a different date every night, that’s one less meal you have to pay for yourself. If you eat 3 meals a day, that’s cutting your grocery bill by a third. If you’re smart, you can invest those savings and multiply them. I don’t have a job, and yet, all my needs are provided to me. My life is extremely comfortable, and I didn’t have to “work more hours” to finance it all. Why should I, when I have the option not to?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:29 PM

Healthy people in healthy relationships are capable of self-reflection, effective communication, and peaceful conflict resolution. Constantly telling yourself “there’s nothing wrong and all relationships are imperfect and I should just shut up and be happy” is a recipe for misery, not happiness.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:24 PM

Like I said, you should seek to collect objective data about whether the alarm bells are true or false, when they start going off. If you go looking for something wrong and you can’t find anything, then you know you’re just being anxious. (But also, that’s a sign that something deeper is going on inside of yourself that could use some fixing. Why are you anxious for no discernible reason?)
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:18 PM

I’m talking about things like foodie calls. Men will buy women dinner on dates because that’s just what kind of culture we’ve built. And if someone’s willing to do that for you, why wouldn’t you take advantage of it? Men are mad about women just being humans, when their gender is the source of the privilege in the first place. And yeah, the underlying biological mechanism is that men want to reproduce with women, and by buying her dinner it signals to her lizard brain that he can provide for her…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:16 PM

Yes, if you had bad feelings about anything, you ought to figure out the source of those bad feelings, or something bad can happen to you. If you’re happy in your relationship but you get a bad feeling, maybe you’re more observant, and you notice something like your partner putting their phone face down on the table instead of face up, putting it on silent/turning off banner notification, tilting it away from you when they’re looking at it, etc., that’s cause to think they’re hiding something fr…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:09 PM

The “wage gap” is a direct result of women working less as a result of being the childbearers and primary childcare providers (which, in reality, is a natural, biological privilege.)
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:01 PM

Ignoring an “off” feeling is how bad shit happens to you. When it happens, you gotta keep your eyes peeled for an opportunity to address it
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 01:57 PM

This does happen, but on the other hand, women also do things like bake men birthday cakes and sit on their lap and such and men still think they’re just being friendly
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 01:56 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 01:55 PM

A lot of men are very bitter about women taking advantage of female privilege. But what they fail to consider is that men are the ones who give us female privilege in the first place

Women who want to have the least amount of sex possible are just a vocal minority, leftover from the repressed boomer and elder gen x generations. Most people of sex-having age want to be having sex at least a couple times a week. There are a significant number of women who are conditioned to want the fewest number of sexual partners possible, though.

So I left that blank, which caus…

Regardless of whether she was sex trafficked, she was still a victim of kidnapping and murder (not sure if she was raped or if her abductor was intent on raping her; that’s unclear from the story) but like… does it matter? Nobody wants that to happen to them. There is still reason to be vigilant and contact authorities if your car’s been tampered with. Somebody can do whatever they want with you after you’re abducted

I’m not sure how reputable of a source this is, but this one mentions “experts” explaining how burglars mark houses: https://www.ladbible.com/news/woman-warning-x-marked-c…

Q4W: Say you meet a handsome man with an attractive personality, and you start dating. About three months into the relationship, you found out he’s been wearing a (very realistic and virtually undetectable) hair piece, and his real hairline is receding/exhibiting male pattern baldness. /r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 03:01 AM

It’s hard to get good studies and data on this kind of thing. Very few report how long the studies run, or report the findings in a neutral way, or take into account that every time someone cheats, their n count goes up. They also don’t ask people why they cheat, and can’t establish a causal relationship between n count and cheating, even though people love to make that assumption. For example, the most commonly cited one here (the one done by The Family Institute) spaces out people with n count…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:54 AM

Finally, a study not from The Family Institute

/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:35 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:33 AM

Oh, do you have that kink too?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:32 AM

I don’t think that makes people more likely to cheat, tbh. At some point, casual sex becomes boring, and isn’t as good as intimate sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:32 AM

Obviously not every woman who ever goes out alone becomes a victim, but that’s a risky thing to do because you don’t have someone to immediately notice your absence. Someone could drug you and wait for you to pass out and pretend to be your friend taking you home, or catch you as you’re leaving and shove you in their vehicle, and then you’re just gone. Disappeared. Completely at their mercy
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:31 AM

People who aren’t alert make for easy targets. That includes drunk women. This is why women tend not to go out alone, and don’t like it when their friends disappear from the venue, alone or with strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:25 AM

What is sociosexuality?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:23 AM

I think hot people are actually less likely to cheat because they probably have less of a scarcity mindset, less Fomo, and probably end up with more attractive partners. I do think some people have poor impulse control, high sex drives, and/or place high value on new partners and experiences, and low value on fidelity.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 02:22 AM

Yes, I do. Why else would people put shit on your car?

If your gf leaves you over mourning the loss of your friend like a normal human being, you’re dodging a bullet. A skydiving company can do everything right and someone can still land wrong and hurt themselves. I think you’re just full of shit
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 10:30 PM

So what you’re saying is, if I go skydiving and I break my leg, I can have the injury waiver completely disregarded, and still win the lawsuit against the skydiving company?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:57 PM
1

I mean, suit yourself. If you don’t have FOMO to begin with, great. But what this guys is assuming is that I think women should go hoe around while men shouldn’t, and that’s not the case. You (in the general sense, not you personally) shouldn’t settle down with somebody whose past you envy, because if you still have FOMO, you’re not gonna be happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:56 PM
1

Why would they be a thing if they’re meaningless
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:54 PM
1

I’m pretty sure you can knowingly waive your claim to future assets, and knowingly agree to a fixed amount of assets following a divorce. It’s like, you don’t know whether you’ll be physically injured when you do something like skydiving, but you still sign a waiver to waive responsibility from the skydiving company. As long as the agreement doesn’t leave anybody impoverished, and not made under duress, the agreement is legally enforceable. It can also be amended after marriage, if both parties …

Are you saying that guy is big-eyed?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:26 PM

Well, clearly you’re not interested in being in relationships then. Which is fine, but like… it’s weird to be a male, non-fuck-zoned, non Chad who’s assuming women are being constantly fuckzoned by Chad. That’s why it’s considered a revenge fantasy

They could have ENM too, if they wanted
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:11 PM

That’s a weird way of looking at it. I think everyone should “have their fun” before choosing a forever partner, regardless of gender. Get all the FOMO out.

I mean, I’m almost 30, and I’m living the way modern 35 yos are… I’m just kind of thinking about experiences that other people have had that I skipped. I’m always scheming about ways to have it all without really exerting myself
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:08 PM

Most Chads are good enough for sex, but aren’t relationship material. Once you grasp that, it’s easier to understand that most women aren’t longing for the chads they’ve slept with after they’ve settled down.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:03 PM
2

Elaborate? Legitimate prenups can determine the division of assets in the case of divorce, provided they don’t leave one person impoverished.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:02 PM
2

Thanks for confirming that it’s normal
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:00 PM

It’s not really the same… my husband kind of ruined the desire for sex with other men for me, and he doesn’t like to dance, so we don’t go to nightclubs together. I don’t really have time to go out on dates with other women, either; I have a family to look after and responsibilities now. And it’s much harder to even make friends
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:57 PM

Maybe
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:54 PM

Yeah, almost 27 now. Been in the same relationship since 19. Never really partied in college, and I didn’t make friends (though I did date around a lot from 17-19).

Sometimes I (briefly) long to go back to being young and in college and casually dating hot, interesting people without any expectations, while making airheaded friends easily, and the days being filled with classes and schoolwork and going out on the weekends to get moderately drunk and dancing with said friends… But, I cashed in on my maximum SMV value early, and made it so that I could have my child young within a stable family environment and have lots of energy with which to keep up with he…

The point of a prenup is spouses waiving their right to the claim
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:31 PM
1

Because women who make you wait for sex a) don’t find you all that sexually desireable, and b) have complexes regarding sex— maybe they have internalized sexual shame and don’t want to be “that kind of girl” who sleeps with men “too early,” or they have a mindset that will cause them to wield sex as a currency (“if I hold out on him, he’ll commit to me, and then I’ll give him the sex in exchange” [as opposed to simply wanting to have sex with you in the first place])
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:29 PM
1

Or for people who plan on being rich in the future.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:26 PM

I just explained to you why that’s a misinterpretation of what I said
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:25 PM

They’re links to information about how the courts work, which makes sense considering the courts don’t gaf about much with regards to the division of assets other than reducing the amount of people who end up on welfare, because then there are fewer tax dollars going into the judges’ pockets.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:25 PM
2

Lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:22 PM
1

Are you not understanding the “if not” part? The whole sentence is “There’s very few women who can’t get commitment from any decently attractive men, if not from the top 20% of men.” Meaning that most women can get commitment from some decently attractive men, such that they won’t be dissatisfied when they pick one with whom to settle down. There are obviously some women who can bag the men in the top 20% (notably not “all”) as well. Hence, “if not”
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:21 PM
1

Somebody who is married is never able to truly commit to a girlfriend, unless he’s in a position to have multiple wives. By “commit” I mean like, date exclusively with the intention of making it last. Like being officially boyfriend and girlfriend and not cheating on one another
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:16 PM
1

I would advise staying away from women who intentionally make you wait for sex
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:13 PM
1

I said “if not the top 20% of men.”
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:11 PM
1

Putting a timeline on it is a little strange and will probably scare a lot of women off… you can just say that you’re the kind of person who dates one person at a time and you’re looking for the same thing
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:10 PM
1

I was more responding to you saying “they have time until 40” Also, it’s easy to think that people seem fine if you don’t have kids and you haven’t experienced having kids when you’re younger to be able to notice a difference. Like my mum had kids at 20, 33, and 36, and she says it’s much harder in your 30s. That’s what I’m getting at. You can wait that long, but it’s probably not ideal.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:08 PM
1

Considering this status quo how is women sharing the most physically attractive guys an "incel fantasy?" I think the point of contention is the “incel” side insisting that all the women sharing the hottest guys want committed relationships with these men and they’re not getting them. While that definitely happens sometimes, there’s also a lot of women who just want casual sex with Chads while they’re looking for somebody relationship-minded and relationship-worthy. There’s really very few women …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:01 PM

I’m confused. Why would you want to be a single mum with many kids to love instead of a coupled or married mum with many kids to love?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 07:56 PM

It just seems like being that old and pregnant/chasing after a toddler would be really miserable. I’m 27 with a 2.5 year old and she’s exhausting. Can’t imagine if I was 10 years older and doing this

I was looking up how often legitimate prenups actually get thrown out, and found this site that basically said “prenups are only thrown out if they render one spouse so impoverished as to be dependent on the state.” So that’s good news.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 06:58 PM
1

That’s a reasonable explanation. Thanks for taking the time to write it out
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 06:52 PM

Not really. If a woman loves you and she’s not planning on divorcing you to make off with half of your assets, she’ll hear you out. If she doesn’t, she’s not the one.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 06:44 PM

It’s because they want to feed the low income students, and the kids whose parents leave for work too early to feed them breakfast. Supposedly there was some study like a decade ago that showed when children eat breakfast, their standardized test scores go up. So schools jumped on that

If you have to issue a marriage ultimatum, your relationship is doomed. If a man really loves you, he’ll marry you. If he has financial-based hesitations, and your relationship is healthy, you’ll be able to talk it through with him and find a solution that makes him comfortable.

The biggest thing that I see here, is that he’s not viewing you as a team, financially. He’s still keeping score of the petty stuff. Like, surely you’ll pay $1.25 for something for him somewhere down the line? It shouldn’t matter, when it’s that little.

The way people act when they’re single is different from how they act in a relationship. Before you commit to someone, you’re allowed to sleep with whomever you want. After you commit, sleeping around is wrong, unless you’re ENM. However, no woman who actually sexually desires a man is gonna make him wait six months for sex

That’s an entirely different tangent, and I am not an anti natalist. Someone could make an argument about population replacement and keeping the world going or whatever, but that’s not a conversation I’m interesting in having. The point is that bringing kids into the world you don’t want and/or aren’t prepared to care for, which is what you’re risking when you ejaculate sperm into women is selfish and wrong, which you evidently agree with. So don’t do that, dumby
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 04:22 PM

Once again “it feels better raw” is shitty reasoning for risking becoming a parent and bringing unwanted children into the world. Don’t be stupid and selfish.

We’ve been through this. I’ll break it down one more time: Infertility is not sterility. Sperm + egg = pregnancy Therefore, injecting sperm into women, however few, still incurs the possibility of pregnancy. The smarter thing to do would be to assure zero sperm go into the women you’re trying not to impregnate, which can be done through sterilization surgery, abstinence, or quite simply, using a condom correctly. Condoms have the added benefit of protection against some STDs, and being time and …

It’s men’s fault if they’re using shitty contraceptive methods, or not implementing good methods properly. I.E., nutting inside women when you’re not sterile because it FeEls BetTeR, and going “oh well, she’ll just get an abortion if she gets pregnant. YOLO.” And then being all suprised pikachu face when they end up as dads. It is still both parents’ fault if they create unwanted children, BUT the fact of the matter is that men have zero control over whether a pregnancy they caused is carried to…

Pickmes are not pleasant to be around. They’re annoying to everyone, that’s why they started being pickmes in the first place. Normal, likeable, and pleasant women get enough attention from men and don’t have to resort pickme behaviors. The unpleasant non-pickme women just end up alone, or in relationships with beta men who they resent
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 03:01 PM
1

The same men that are like “raw sex is worth the risk of unplanned pregnancy” are the ones who bitch and moan when they have to do dad duties or pay child support. Plus, you’re not considering the immorality of creating unwanted children in the first place. Kids deserve better.

PSA: a “pickme” is NOT simply “a woman whose personality is pleasing to men.” A “pickme” is a woman who is pretending to like what men like, or pretending to like doing what men like, in order to get male attention. She thinks of herself as better than other women and often explicitly says so, because she pretends these things. She often inserts herself into men’s spaces where she’s not welcome and tries to be “one of the guys,” but the guys find her annoying. They found her annoying to begin wi…

Pickmes are disliked because they have no self respect, not because they’re gender traitors. They’re seen as pathetic. Nobody gives a shit if you’re genuinely one of the boys and like masculine things and do things that men like. I think men’s concept of “pickme” is much different from women’s.

Give me the studies on this that show a 99.9% effective rate, and long term ones that show no ill effect on long term health and fertility. Because I would bet money on it that if we’re talking about the same population of men who can fuck up something as simple as using a condom, there’s going to be just as many, if not more, men fucking up with this method, and spurting their baby batter directly into women’s bodies. Logic clearly escapes you

I’m not arguing with you because this is dumb. An unnecessary sperm count rest is gonna run you like $400 a pop because insurance isn’t going to cover it. You could buy like 30 boxes of condoms with that money and providing you’re not a dumbass, that’s gonna be a better bet.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 01:21 PM
1

Obviously we’re talking about using condoms correctly. Let’s compare apples to apples. If you’re gonna take the rate of people using condoms wrong, you have to also take the rate of people not doing heat-sperm-reduction correctly. Also, who tf is paying to get their sperm count tested every time time they suspect they’re going to have sex? You think that’s more likely than someone using a condom correctly?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 01:15 PM

Adults are adults. While I think older woman-younger man combos are strange and probably work out less often than OM-YW combos, there’s nothing wrong with it. I always say, if you’re too young and naive to date someone older than you, you’re too young and naive to be dating at all, because your age peers are equally capable of taking advantage of you.

Even if a dude does verbally say “we’re in a committed relationship now” before having sex and then immediately dumping a woman, why tf would she even be sad about that? Who wants a man that’s playing games? And she certainly wanted the sex, otherwise she wouldn’t have had it with him. There’s no point in retroactively regretting the sex that you wanted and had. Women should just be like men and celebrate that they got in an attractive guy’s pants. Flip the script, y’know? And why would anyone a…

If a woman slept around a lot she is more likely to have experienced a big dick so she cannot be satisfied anymore by anything smaller. Bigger isn’t better past a certain point. The vagina is only so long. I’ve found that anything much longer than 7 inches is painful, and therefore my husband is ideal for me. But it took going through a LOT of partners to find someone as compatible for me as he is, and now he knows he is the best of many, as opposed to the best of one/a few, or simply “the first…

The providers at Asian massage parlors tend to be very mechanical and passionless about their work. They do like 20 men a day and would much rather provide “full service” in order to extract the most money from patrons per session as possible. It would be better to seek an independent provider (someone who’s not attached to a parlor), or to seek an unpaid handjob from someone who desires to please you.

It is actually illegal to commit fraud, at least in the United States, and you can seek legal recourse if it’s committed against you. However, lots of “grifters” are not actually committing fraud; they’re just selling a shitty service to vulnerable populations.

Again: Cuckholdry -> degree of humilitation Compersion -> lack of humiliation; joy/pleasure at your partner’s joy/pleasure Apathy -> not caring what your partner does with others. Labeling all poly people as cuckholds is like calling all dancers “strippers,” just because some dancers are strippers.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/23 06:13 PM

You ought to expect people to correct you when you use words wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/23 05:57 PM

Cuckholdry involves a degree of humiliation, as in, the partner having sex is enjoying the dis-enjoyment/envy of the non-sex-having partner. That’s different from compersion or apathy with regards to your partner having sex with other people.

I do think that men have dating and relationships harder in general. But I also hypothesize that girls are more pressured to fit in and be normal and feminine from a young age (from parents and peers, mostly. Girls are so mean to each other!), whereas society sorta lets boys do their own thing. So maybe that’s why female autists tend to go undetected more often… I still don’t think men are less capable of adapting and masking successfully than women, though. You seem to think different and attri…

I’ve never been officially diagnosed as being on the spectrum, but I highly suspect I am. You say that if I was a man, my experience would be radically different. Why? What makes males unable to adapt to social expectations, or unable to conform to beauty standards? Your situation with your work is a sum of all your choices. You didn’t have to do your homework or attend your classes, but you did. Sure, school doesn’t come easily to everyone, and some people have to study harder than others. But …

I mean, for someone like me, every single interaction, and every time I go out in public, I have to actively and consciously monitor my body language and movements, my facial expressions, and my words, just to appear “normal.” I feel like an alien trying to blend in with the humans in a body that’s not mine, or like I’m playing a game where everyone else knows the rules except for me. It took a lot of observation and practice to get there, and I’m continually refining those rules and observation…

God, the forces of the universe, the powers that be, whatever higher power you believe in… It sees us all as we are. Sexual depravity and all. It just wants us to do the best we can to be good. I don’t believe anything is morally wrong unless it harms other people… and of course, I don’t go to church to run my mouth about what I did the night before, either. It’s a time for introspection, connection, and community outreach.

above average intelligence Aww thank you 😊 that you will never struggle when it comes to dating I actually really struggled as a young teenager to get anyone to date me. But that’s because I was spergy and had no social skills and failed to interact with people “correctly.” I had to learn how to do that, style myself better, and gain some self confidence, and then… well, when it rains, it pours. My husband is 25 years older than me. On weekdays, he gets up early and goes to the gym. I wake up when our two year old does. We eat breakfast and either prep for my workout or for her school day. Hubby comes home around 9am and I basically sexually harass him while he showers and gets ready for work. Then he goes off to work, and I drop the kid off at school or gym day care, and go exercise. The rest of the day looks like housework, time spent with the toddler, and cooking lunch and dinner. Hu…

Sometimes I can’t believe I’m existing in the same world as some of the posters here, that’s how different my experiences and perceptions of it are from theirs. I seem to want sex just as much as men do, and men seemed to want relationships just as much as most women do. My history was never a problem in securing LTRs. Hi there. Just wanted to submit my experience with dating/sex/relationships: I dated a lot, and had many sexual partners, but I rarely ever caught feelings. I’d say I’ve felt love for three men in my lifetime, and been in love with one (my husband.) I don’t think that “pumping and dumping” is really even a thing— that’s just women trying to use sex to get relationships instead of having sex because they want sex, which is dumb. Well, you usually have to pay for drinks if you’re bringing/ordering those, too. Single men tend to get less action. They’re most likely to get in on a train, gangbang or an orgy where the female participant(s) are open to everyone. Men who come with women are more successful at getting one-on-one or small group (4 or less) interactions than the single men. For us personally? We’ve always had our pick of participants because we’ve been the most attractive ones there.

Q4W 1) I would notice that he’s dressed well, but not be attracted to him Q4A 1) Men have a lot longer to settle down than women do. I think probably before age 45, if they want children. After that, they start to get into too-old-to-be-having-kids territory

I don’t think the average person encounters situations which require hand to hand combat very often, but it’s hard to extinguish that basic female instinct of wanting to feel protected. It probably comes from cave man times, when men had to protect their families and resources from competing/warring tribes.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/23 07:58 PM

Coloring the white parts will make it look more like his hair did when he was younger. It will look less grey and more youthful, even if we’re technically adding more gray. We can’t go in with solid black or dark brown because that will definitely look unnatural
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/23 07:53 PM
1

It’s a perception of how much protection a man can give you. If you perceive him as a peer or near-peer to you because of his height (even though men are much stronger than women of the same size,) you’ll feel less protected from danger than you would if you were with a man who is taller than you. I don’t disagree that women’s insecurities often go unscrutinized.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/23 07:50 PM
1

He dislikes the grey, yeah.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/23 07:43 PM

Wanting someone who can protect you from things in the outside world is an external source of insecurity— those are often out of our control. Whereas an internal source of insecurity might be feeling like you’re not feminine enough, such that you need someone bigger than you as a partner in order to feel feminine. The control we have over that is to reflect on the gender roles we’ve internalized, and how we’ve connected those to our gender identities. It’s possible to get rid of that insecurity.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/23 07:41 PM
