No - you're attributing logic to a fantasy and that's not accurate at all. It's more about chemistry. Testosterone is a VERY powerful hormone and it floods boys bodies around puberty. Makes us think about sex all the damned time and causes boners at the most inappropriate and random times.

For me - I still hold doors open for women regardless of how they react because the act itself is for me. I'm a mod on another log in and I would never allow my sub to ban anyone for their participation in another sub. That's anti-Reddit at it's core. I've never seen the show but it seems to me that hypergamy attitudes are practically baked into so many young girls from very early on they don't even realize it.
