Fascinating. The Red Pill at its heart is not a cure that fixes any one relationship. It's more like a set of philosophies and steps to ensure that a guy doesn't enter into disadvantageous relationships, and to maximize satisfaction within relationships. That's why so much of the advice to guys is "improve yourself, guy/next her, guy/dump her, guy". Its like poker----some hands are unwinnable, but a good poker player can maximize his wins over time, and come out on to overall. So the theory goes…

I hear you. I just want you to remember that no one will know about this but you, if done right. Don't curse the rain; get an umbrella.

Stuttering and singing use different parts of the brain. This means that, for some people, they can avert a stutter by singing. Of course, you don't want to walk around Biebering, but you can simply practice adding a little melody to your voice, which accesses the other brain area and liberates you to speak. 2 famous people with stutters who use this technique: bob Dylan and James earl jones. Think about how Darth Vader's voice resonates----that's no coincidence. Good luck. May the force be with…

Some women are like this---a significant number actually. Don't express to her that it's a goal, don't put pressure on it, don't discuss it, don't ask if she came. Experiment and pay attention, try new things, but don't make it clear that you worry it's a failure of yours, or she will begin to see it that way, too.

Drake was a Canadian half Jewish tween soap actor. Then he became a pop rap hitmaker with commercial success, but a rep for being soft and emotional, with the street Cred of nick cannon. Then he hit the gym, beefed up, and annihilated a street dude who tried to bully him. Now he is the king of his domain.

Don't know, but the fact that you're asking this shows the value of that practice.

Reasons why LTR is RP on hard mode: *its so easy to next a plate, and they know it. Harder to next someone you live with, met your mom, share a phone plan, etc. *When you see someone more, they see more of you---see you when your hair isn't cut, when you have morning breath, when you got your ass kicked at work and feel like shit---so it saps your mystique. *Because women have a natural impulse to push your frame, whereas we're here because we have to intellectualize our strategy in order to res…

Gender numbers are roughly 50/50, so any story that resonates for generations probably has something in it for both genders. One such story is beauty and the beast: a beautiful woman meets a rich, rough, tough fearsome creature, but changes him with her love. It's clear what dudes have taken from it: who doesn't want a beautiful woman to see past your flaws and fuck with you anyway? So what do women get out of it? They get to use their desirability to do what had never been done before----Tame t…

playful joking is a good default. "I miss you baby xoxo" "woman I just gave you good lovin!" or "I'M NOT SENDING YOU ANY MORE NUDES!!!" or "oh, only two xo's??! Fuck you too" every once in a while you can respond with a sincere response, but even better is to never respond with one, BUT to someone spontaneously initiate a sincere romantic text. As a real man, you don't say what she wants to hear when she wants to hear it, but you're not afraid of your own feelings either. Tingles.

is it FOR other people? Do you lift for their benefit? or for the benefits they will bestow upon you (respect, admiration, and blowjobs)? Do you make money for their benefit? or in order to benefit yourself with status, goods and services, some of which also benefits other people? Society is a competition. TRP describes the actual scorecard used to assess the winners and losers. You have clearly decided you want to be a winner. There not for others. That's assessed by others. But that is for you…

can you read in dim light? Sure. You'll miss a lot of things you didn't have to, but you can strain and get something. Better than nothing I suppose. Or you can turn the lights on, and everything will be illuminated.

do what you've been doing, get what you have. Want a new job? try. Want a new body? try. Want to meet people? Try. If you REALLY we're apathetic, you wouldn't have written this. So I don't believe you. I believe you don't want to do the work, take the risk. If I were you, I would worry about the work it takes to live every day without getting the rewards you dream of, or the risk that you'll die never having come close because you never even tried. You want to be different? Be different. See you…

There are probably disabilities that greatly detract from smv, but I bet this is on the lower end. If a confident, funny, intelligent, fit, well-dressed guy has an eye that isn't perfectly oriented, I bet he still gets laid. that being said---you've already said medicine can't fix it, and you don't want or need an eye patch so you really have nothing to consider: make that eye contact, motherfucker! You can't display confidence and hide your eye simultaneously. not possible. and if you're a bada…

wouldn't it be awesome to have a wolf as a pet? Everyone else is walking their little dogs, but YOU have a badass wolf walking with you, protecting you, obeying you. But of course, wolves are dangerous, unpredictable. They snarl and snap and tear throats out. You have to train it first. So you feed it til it's eating out of your hand. You pet it, stroke it, til it's not so menacing anymore. now it let's you put the leash on it. and when you walk it, it doesn't snap or snarl. It's tame, just like…

haha no offense taken. I'm a month in. 10 lbs a session added to every lift. I've added around 100 lbs to everything. squat from 65 to 175. bench from 85 to 175. dead from 85 to 195. only the bench is getting too hard to add 10 (i will not be benching 195 x 3 x 5 by next Monday, but I will be deading 215). it said start low and build so I did. The noob gains are there. but cool, I'll incorporate your principles. I appreciate the knowledge.

So helpful. I went to write a long reply, but suffice to say that everything you've mentioned, from struggles with form to neglected minor muscle groups, rings true. With the fact that I'm "self taught", and the fact that I eat at a deficit, my form and consistency is not where I want it to be. going up 10 lbs every time is getting tough/impossible, and my form suffers because every day I'm lifting the most I've ever lifted. Incorporating your advice into SS, what do you think about this: day 1:…

@ OP: I appreciate you writing this. I long ago accepted the red pill philosophies about how male/female relationships work, but I've only recently decided to stop playing the game of life on hard mode, and thus started losing weight AND lifting. This is the red pill area in which I'm a novice. It's been hard trying to sort through the bro science, pseudo science, myths and wive's tales. I'm doing keto (30 lbs down in 2 months), and have been doing starting strength (the lift format not the calo…

men rationalize too. example, most people will say that they're generous, but when asked if they give to charity, or sacrifice in any significant way---they often lack recent examples. Dude emanates success, and has a lot of options, so he acts accordingly and doesn't overvalue any individual option. But he says bp shit because he believes it, in the sense that the unicorn women we were are promised are a reality for him---they DO rub his back, laugh at his jokes and fuck him when he wants becau…

after having read both of the "you knocked up a stranger" posts, and as a father of an accidental kid, I don't think either of these approaches are very solid. on one hand, you can abandon your child, because you don't want him. I know this is an amoral sub, but your child is owed something from you (as opposed to women, whom you owe nothing). I don't think abandoning a child is a defensive course of action. but more importantly----IT WON'T SAVE YOU. She can file any time. Her leverage has decad…

TRP is a crowdsourced collection of theories and tactics, gathered and organized in one place, so that a man can learn how to be better at being a man (notice I didn't say "be a good man", because that is more subjective, and entirely optional). There is a big emphasis on complete self interest in here, which is probably overemphasized in order to inoculate us from the constant drum beat of "a good man is thoughtlessly chivalrous, needlessly generous, and unreasonably servile to his(?) woman" th…

I do agree that, if they aren't feeling you, that's when they go silent. I'm not sure that, given a do-over, if you just said "Come to Mr. Bar tonight", they would've responded AND showed. The difference in our thinking is that I think your presentation and previous interaction is what holds the most weight-----it determines whether she's into you. Your way of thinking means that what matters most is the assertiveness of the way she's asked out. I think that's a little myopic. I've done it both …

it's important NOT to float an invitation. Don't say "you want to maybe go out some day this week?" What I'm recommending is "hey, [sly inside joke/nickname]" girl "responds positively, matches tone" "what's next week looking like?" girl "gives rundown, exposing opening" Then STRIKE "cool. drinks on exposed opening. be ready at 9." You were reasonable in asking her what worked in a cool way, but assertive in claiming her time and giving a specific plan (I actually never say where we're going, on…

sometimes, but not always. We reduce everything to the binary "alpha/beta", "she's on your dick/she thinks your a bitch", but people's feelings and behaviors are truly best measured on a spectrum. The girl can be really into you and busy. The girl can be into you and not in the mood to go out. The girl can be on her period, know she wants to fuck, and therefore not go BECAUSE she can't. The girl can be not into you and say yes because she's hungry, she wants to make somebody jealous, she made a …

a small alteration---if you just pick the time and place and she refuses, you won't be able to tell if she's dodging you because she hadn't bought in, or if she has a genuine conflict. I guess it doesn't matter if you have genuine double digit abundance, but if you actually want to maximize the chances of getting up with the girl in question: Float something like "what's this weekend/the next few days/whenever" looking like?" They know what you mean. If they're into you, they'll say "I'm busy Fr…
