I don't even want to reply to this anymore, my intent was positive and empowering and it has been twisted by those that don't even know or have any idea of my capabilities into something negative. Like I said, I figured you were trying to be helpful, and yes, code automation is great and I have tools that I use every day, and on the surface your advice was good. As for your capabilities, you say you can code at a rapid clip, and that's fantastic, more power to you. I only called you out on the 2…

Sorry, you may have been trying to be helpful, but you came across completely differently and ultimately may be directing OP down an unhelpful path. Learn vim. Elevate yourself. It will take a while to learn how to properly use recording (q + # + repeatable actions + q to create, @# to activate) and autocomplete (control+p, defaults to last default match). Use long variable names with differentiated beginnings to maximize. Sure, macros, keyboard shortcuts, autocomplete are great things, but vim …

Pretty sure its this guy (instagram, Fakebook, and YouTube channels match up), so not sure where you got the member of parliament thing from, he's an Aussie Comedian: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-wBAxgUX9P0fXZ6-D0frRA There is a change.org petition to get him to run for parliament though.

Thats basically along the lines of what Google timeline does. Problem is, it only proves where your device was, not you, unless you have geotagged pictures of yourself at those locations at those times as well.

Some of the terminology they are now using 'Mo Bros' and 'Mo Sistas' is particularly cringe inducing, but its a good cause, so get behind it if you can.

I just say I'm focusing on my career and achieving financial independence which is the truth, just not all of it. No need to unnecessarily get into reasons that give people a reason to get upset, belittle, or try to find you a nice woman, its not worth the noise

Ok, I've had a quick poke around the search tools, but can someone explain to me exactly how they are getting these subs banned? Are they just raising enough noise that the reddit admins ban the sub, or are they coercing via some manner the mods of the subs to voluntary shut them down? Sounds like a bunch of high level admins on a serious power trip. From other articles it more appears that the depiction of Serena (dark skin, and in particular big lips) hearkens back to the old school depiction of African Americans is where the outrage seems to be coming from. Personally I think its an accurate depiction of someone throwing a tantrum (broken racket on the ground, dummy spat out on the ground as well), and there is nothing to see here, but people need to be professionally outraged for some reason.

No. Never believe that. Law can force anything at all, no matter how unjust. Oh sure, in most instance I would agree. This sort of thing though cuts directly to the heart of their Human Rights legislation. If they decide to legislate that companies MUST have 50% representation at high levels in companies, that is just ripe for endless high court challenges. The human rights legislation is already gender neutral, and reintroducing something like that would be dicey at best. As I mentioned in my f…

They can try and force all they want, however a private company is just that, private. What they will probably do is something along the lines of excluding those private companies from benefiting or receiving government contracts if they don't meet the gender distribution targets, and publicly shame those companies to try and bring them into line. I cant legally see how that would work since this effectively becomes a discrimination case against men, violating their own Human rights Act, Section…

I think in some countries paternity tests are actually illegal without court permission for this reason. Like France: DNA paternity testing is solely performed on decision of a judge in case of a judiciary procedure in order either to establish or contest paternity or to obtain or deny child support. Private DNA paternity testing is forbidden and punished by law. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNA_paternity_testing

probably not. If he gave her access (adding her as an approved operator, or gave her his login id and password), then any transactions she undertakes on the account, short of applying for / getting extra credit under his name, would be completely valid from the banks POV. Edit: Giving her his login ID and password would most likely violate the banks terms of service, but I'm guessing (IANAL) that the bank would be under no obligation to do anything because he basically kicked an own goal.

Oh I pity the guy for what happened, no-one should have that kind of shit happen to them, and for some people this could financially ruin them if the money wasn't swiftly returned. Periodic payments get denied, starts to affect credit scores etc, basically bad stuff, and depending on their mental fortitude, even worse things. Basically you don't fuck with people financially as a general rule, there are way too many downsides. Root of the the problem is that this is a self inflicted injury. Givin…

This is exactly how I read it. Women carrying a higher percentage of debt because they opt for low paying jobs (or have a useless degree that doesn't help in their career) whereas men are the opposite.
/r/MGTOW05/07/18 11:52 PM
2

Not really no. Presumably he had given her access to the account (either via adding her as an allowed person to operate, or given her his login id and password). At that point the bank washes their hands of it since you either a) meant to give her access, or b) violated their TOS by handing out your login ID and password to a third party. He gave her access to his bank accounts, so anything that happens then (short of taking out extra credit under his name) would be allowable.

Do you need to do anything insurance wise to be allowed to do that? Have heard of some insurance companies sending staff to track days to note down number plates of vehicles. They have had a number of incidents of cars "accidentially" crashing only a few km away from tracks.

the mythical wage gap Because that's ultimately not what the argument is about. Women's overriding view is that they should be earning as much, if not more than men regardless of the job they do, number of hours works, position in the company etc. Any man that earns more money, even if that additional money has been achieved by self sacrifice (working shitty jobs, extra hours, time away from family and friends) is completely the fault of the Patriarchy.

Exactly. Frozen made a ton for them and that was all about empowered females. Lets see what happens with Incredibles 2, but the previews I've seen they have done the same thing wrt empowered females, emasculated men. "Audiences don't know what they want. Most people don't want to go to movies every weekend, it's a once in a while thing Its not 100% that, I'm sure a large number of people would go every weekend if they could. Going to the movies has changed from what I would consider an 'impulse purchase' to something that is an actual budgeted exercise given how expensive it is, especially for families (Took 2 adult brothers to see DeadPool 2, cost about $110-120 bucks. Holy crap, you are lucky. I grew up in the 80's, and women were put on a pedestal and could do nothing wrong. After being the nice guy for close on 2 decades I finally realized exactly what women were and how that is completely toxic to a mans sanity and financial security. I avoided the whole kids trap (thank god, not for lack of women trying), but ended up many 10's of thousands of dollars in the hole which I am still recovering from.

How are they a threat when they are neighbors with a hostile Nuclear powered Israel? For this exact reason. Women thrive on conflict, and lose their minds when there are spaces that they aren't welcome in (like MGTOW). Why do they explicitly target Incels and MGTOWs? Because they cant target blue / red pillers as these make up their orbiters so cant muddy those waters, or are one BJ away from the plantation. Edit: MGTOW also don't buy into their games, and nothing drives a women crazier than ignoring them, or where their mind games don't work, so they double down on the shaming and projection.

Unfortunately I keep hearing about pushes for the next Bond to be female, which will absolutely kill the character. I’d be confident that the people in charge aren’t stupid enough to do that but after the Dr Who catastrophe I’m not so sure. If they decided to create a new female super-spy character under a new franchise and let it stand on its own, sure, go for it. But to co-opt a long standing franchise to meet some PC agenda will surely backfire.

Until such time as these #reeeeeeetoo women start filing charges directly and not shouting about it on social media, I don't believe a single word they say. You say you were sexually harassed? That shouldn't be happening, so file damn charges already and expect to have your allegations tested in a proper court, and not the court of public opinion. Of course there will be a backlash as these allegations get more and more ridiculous, what did they seriously expect was going to happen? That the mal…

It's not beside the point, you said paying for healthcare is an alien concept. It's not, it's a different way of attacking the same problem. Live in Australia and just like the UK, a portion of your income tax goes towards paying basic healthcare for all citizens. There is still a cost for providing the health care, just the vast majority is 'hidden' through your taxes. It's just a very different arrangement to the USA where a simple emergency visit can bankrupt you. Edit: just to be clear, univ…

Not to nitpick, but you are paying for healthcare, its just done as part of your income tax rather that a direct user-pays system.

I seriously hope (but don't expect) that this backfires on her. Nothing in the rulebook says that the appeals court can't re-instate or jack up the sentence. Like what happened to Oscar Pistorius when he appealed. sigh its nice to dream.

"The percentage of men who will be afraid to be alone with a female colleague has to be sky high right now. Doing right by women in the workplace does not just mean treating them with respect. It also means not isolating or ignoring them" This is not quite correct IMO, men are not afraid of being alone with a female, its that we simply can't trust them. Once the accusation has been made, fake or not, once the cat is out of the bag, that's your career / reputation gone forever.

I have had male friends pull this shit before during move time, it's not limited to gender. Generally though, when male friends have pulled this, a frank and meaningful discussion along the lines of "hey dickhead, I've got my own shit to do, game is on at 2pm, get your arse into gear" solves the problem. Could never do that with a female

And props to you for that, however the language you used, ie 'hovering' has negative connotations as it suggests not going up, down, forwards or backwards, ie just hanging in there and not going anywhere.

Interestingly, BuzzFeed (here in Aus at least) is being viewed more and more lately as an actual news agency and not just "you wont believe...no 10 will shock you" kind of stuff. Actually, just looking at the home page its about 50/50 between OMG, LOL stuff and news articles. The worlds gone upside down.

ENFJ-A (Protagonist), seems like an outlier here, but a lot of those questions would be determined by my current state of mind. After a shitty week at work, might be different. Protagonists are natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. Forming around two percent of the population, they are oftentimes our politicians, our coaches and our teachers, reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world. With a natural confidence that begets influence, Protagonists take …

This only happened because there was a woman in the car, and the two manginas had to jump in to be on her side to impress her. 1) If she wasn't in the car, the discussion wouldn't have happened in the first place 2) If she wasn't in the car, and the topic came up, I suspect the conversation would have gone more along the same lines as your best buddy. In my experience, guys don't typically shame guys like this unless there are women around. YMMV

same way that every other country did I'm sure. We maybe resisted it for a bit longer than most, but ultimately lobby groups, SJWs, FakeBook and general social media gave these sorts of people a disproportionately louder voice than those who werent out basically rioting in the media.

Jesus, not only that, all of the additional links are basically "you are a man and therefore abusing your family". Edit: you have got to be f'ing kidding me. Even the ONE link that seemed neutral has this in it (my emphasis) The simple answer is yes, unless your partner accepts responsibility for his behaviour and gets help to change. Generally speaking, your partner will not stop being abusive just because you want him to. If you don’t think he will take responsibility and change his attitudes …

(incoming wall of text) "Forced" is probably too strong a word, however in retrospect, the toxic nature of females required me to reevaluate my attitudes and relationships with women, and in a way "forced" me to seek an outcome that was more fulfilling and satisfying to me as a person, and not what someone else (either individually, or society) expected from me. I am somewhat unfortunate in that during my late teens and 20's social media as the construct we have today didn't exist (hell, the int…

This chick cant even get her story straight: All in all, I don’t think cheating back on a man is bad if: The woman wants to cheat It’s specifically in response to being cheated on, and thus checking a male ego is warranted Most importantly, if the person with whom you want to cheat is also single Errr, what ? This article is about "revenge cheating" by someone who is in a relationship. How the F can you do that if both the cheaters are single. WTF? If you "revenge cheat" on someone you aren't in…

honesty and trust are very different propositions. Can I trust a woman? Absolutely! I can trust her to look after her own self interests at the expense of everything and everyone around her. Can a woman be honest, especially to those around her? Absolutely not!

To be honest, I have had this question a number of times. All of my co-workers are married with kids, and there is a lot of discussion about what they got up to etc. Sooner or later the discussion turns to why I'm not hooked up / seeking a girlfriend. I've found rather than the stock answer of "I haven't found the right woman yet", which leads to them trying to set me up, the (more) honest answer is "I'm focussing on advancing my career, and achieving financial independence". Whilst it's not 100…

A staff member at the airport told reports that one of the reasons for opening the male-only channel is to respect the customs of foreign tourists and people from various ethnic groups. According to the airport's regulations, female passengers should only be checked by female security inspectors. Ahh, so only setting up 'Male Only' lines because you are specifically catering to women's needs...nice spin
