A person can commit rape while drunk. Being drunk or otherwise chemically imparied does not excuse a crime. The whole thing is a bucket of worms. You can't excuse a person for drinking themselves dumb and making a bad decision, but it happens. That certainly doesn't excuse the fact that he had sex, but clearly did not want to. He did, and maybe he did consent, but probably only because he was impaired. Again, doesn't make it right, but it happened. Turn it around and what have you got? A guy goe…

If he's drunk enough to suppress memory he was probably too drunk to properly consent. Based on the information that he was a virgin and in a previously faithful relationship with another person I'm going to go out on a limb and say yeah, he was.

Then it becomes an issue of communication between partners. I think as long as both parties express their feelings about money early and often then those kinds of issues can be avoided (which is what my SO and I do). I can't help but respond with "Why would I, or should I, feel in such a way?" I don't feel emasculated with the possibility that she has greater earning p…

The points that hit home are the greater number of homeless men, radical differences in criminal sentencing, and suicide rates. I want to know why there is such an imbalance and why men are treated so differently than women..why some deadly (and curable) cancers in men don't receive as much attention as women.. It's terrible that these statistics are so ignored in our society and that, as a man, I feel li…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
