12	Liberal feminist professors are decidedly illiberal with students whose opinion differs from theirs. OK, well, I'm not a feminist - by any means. But, most good jobs depend quite a bit on networking. It really doesn't matter what the pay scale is. Good networking = high end of the pay scale. So, I can see "boys club" being drawn from that. I disagree with almost all attempts to alleviate that, because - hell - what can you do?
