The clitoral hood is not the foreskin. Women do not have a foreskin. The closest comparison would be the labia, as it exists mostly to protect the urethra, doing the same job as the foreskin. All that link says it that the circumcised glans is less sensitive to fine touch. Sex isn't exactly fine touch. That said, it's certainly something to consider. Personally, I don't believe that sensitivity directly translates to pleasure, so I don't put a lot of stock in "sensitivity".
