"She doesn't love you, it's just your turn" Probably my favorite quote out of TRP.

Lifting is everything. I've been at it for over a decade now and I compete in powerlifting meets. I am pound for pound the strongest at my gym. I totaled 1168 at my last powerlifting meet in the 165 weight class (weighed in at 161 though) and put up a 303 on bench press. Check out my progress on IG: rbourque314 Keep lifting Bros.

Thanks for the response. We were only together officially for a couple months, so a lot of my frustration and losing frame came from what seemed to be a well off LTR (and someone with I thought had great qualities) like I said, I lost frame, went full beta, and with it being such a short relationship thus far, I treated it as such as totally let into her that I thought it was BS hearing shit like that this early on (with beta shit as well that was said)

All responses so far are correct. Stop texting her. You are not building any rapport with her by texting or even worse sexting. Like others have said, she's getting her validation boner sucked and you're not. Logistics logistics logistics. I have recently been applying these rules and I've had the most success I've ever had. Text to set up dates that's all.

There's no such thing as overtraining, just over reaching.

This is an asinine study and whoever thinks sugar, or any specific food source is the cause of problems is misinformed. Every single type of carbohydrate you ingest gets broken down into the same thing before entering into your blood stream: glucose. Refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, potatoes, rice, gummy bears, whatever, you name the carb source, it all gets utilized by the body in the same way (micronutrient density content aside, that's an argument for another day) What's the problem? …

I do agree with making statements rather than asking, however sometimes throwing a couple days/times allows a little more flexibility and makes her less likely to flake on you. If she makes excuses on a couple offers, you should probably just next her

I've been training for ten years now. Obviously not on IF the entire time but I use it when cutting

I've followed lean gains/IF for years. I also enjoy it because I prefer fasted training. Here is my transformation http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v471/ryan314/14865BEE-4305-4968-B962-F2331703DC8F_zps3hqwmt2y.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v471/ryan314/E9D4E6CB-063F-4509-8353-1AE63FF37399_zpsakmsfddk.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v471/ryan314/4F6DC1FD-CFD7-4A75-9A9C-43284EEB2655_zpsjwoh0pbc.jpg Not on gear so don't ask. I'm 5'7 about 160 lbs in the photos. At the current time I'…

This quote... So much truth it hurts. I think adapting this mindset would spare the troubles of many men.

Funny this topic comes up, just over the past few days I've been thinking a lot about how my desire to have a kid (singular) is something I do desire, but now after swallowing TRP, I view this desire and the decision to have kids it's extremely risky business in this world we live in. I see this as extremely unfortunate from a mans perspective. I don't view wanting or having kids as a beta trait (can be the result of one though), I would love to someday have a child I can teach how to be a prope…

Ironically I am right in the middle of Rollo's The Rational Male. Rollo states it perfectly in the chapter "Just Get It" which states how genuine desire cannot be negotiated. In other words, changing your behavior, "fighting for", or simply asking your SO/GF what you need to do in order for her to "love" you back is nothing but a black hole. You're doomed at this point. "Just Get It" simply states that if she has to rationally and overtly tell you what she desires, this negates her very own dyna…

Women are never to be trusted. EVER. This man speaks the truth.

So as I'm watching this report on TV with my dad, he shakes his head and walks by me. I'm anticipating a red pill comment from him, but instead he responds with "man women have it tough in this world" I about lost my shit.

This is true OP. In my last LTR, my now ex would lose it if she saw me checking out other women and even shit test me with it later on. It was harmless and meaningless but she went crazy hamster on it all the time. FWIW, we are no longer together.

So much truth. This is exactly what happened in my situation. Identity was lost by being a beta, respect was lost, relationship fails. But I've found TRP now so I'm working on making this never happen again.

Great post. I just fell out of a LTR and many of these reasons hit close to home with me as well. I didn't do these things enough which is why it ultimately failed. Thank you for this.

First ever post. I have to agree. I discovered TRP soon after breaking up with my LTR. The hardship of the break up and the desire to get my two feet back on the ground and get over my ex completely is what has led me to TRP. I am a long time BPer. It is the reason my LTR has failed (along with previous LTRs). I am in the process of swallowing TRP. I can 100% relate to the OPs comments on here. Thank you for making this connection /u/MightyFox

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
