The only reason why women are free from their gender roles, is because they’re perfectly fine not dating. If women needed or desired men as much as they did in the past, they’d be beholden to men’s whims and gender roles just like they were in the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 10:38 PM

Maybe because a lot of men and women have vastly different understandings of “mutual respect”
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 12:05 AM

Are women’s bodies a lab? It wouldn’t hurt the scientist to leave that human in the lab so it can grow, it’s not a sentient being. The woman has control over her body and regardless of if she “caused” the fetus to exist or not, women do not lose human rights by having consensual sex, as sex is not a crime.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 05:16 PM

Are we going to take down all the manosphere videos like fresh and fit, the men who say women expire after 30 or refer to older women as cat ladies? Are we going to acknowledge how awkward and sometimes scary it truly is for women to be approached by random men, so that men will have the grace to understand and accept that there are situations when it is socially acceptable to approach and some when it is not? And to accept that respectfully and walk away?

Birthed everyone into existence. Arguably much more valuable than anything men have done and why countries are starting to flip out about the birth rate.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 11:22 PM

When you start talking about giving men vasectomies their misogyny really starts to show.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 05:40 PM

Obesity and overweight percentages are basically the same in the US. Men are not more physically active. Young women in their 20s are making more than their male counterparts.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:19 PM

A woman can also choose not to have a family. She can choose not to have a husband and have kids by herself. She does it because she believes in a higher purpose, often love. Men choose to work hard labor. Women choose to go through the hard labor of birth, for their husbands. They even give the fruits of their labor, their children, their husbands last name. If that isn’t loving I don’t know what is.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:15 PM

Men willingly chose to put their lives on the line for their families as well. They willingly choose to work dangerous jobs. So if someone willingly chooses to do something risky/dangerous, that makes the risk worthless? And if so, women don’t have to appreciate men doing any of the things you listed.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 03:48 PM
12

Then a man working for his family also isn’t a show of love. Especially since most people have to work regardless.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 03:44 PM

So one man is having sex with thousands or even millions of women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 03:43 PM

As a woman this is one of the worst things for me. Women who know/knew that a boyfriend or stepfather or even father is abusing their children and do absolutely nothing to protect them deserve a prison sentence almost on the same level as the man. Women who put their children in dangerous situations because of their selfish desires for a man/boyfriend disgust me. Like if you want to date, then date. But why do you have to bring these men around your children? Like you said, everyone knows that a…

If they aren’t attracted to those men what does being good have to do with it. Would you also shame those women if that relationship ended up in a dead bedroom a free years down the line?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/24 07:34 PM
5

Let’s use this logic. Men’s income is their primary asset, and the average man’s income is only $75,000, which is being pushed up by the minority of men making above 6 figures. Only 32% of working age men make above $75,000. Meaning most men aren’t making enough to afford to take care of a family, and therefore the women they deserve are the fat, older woman. Not the woman in her prime and skinny.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/24 04:02 PM
2

For the 33% that “had sex with a fat woman” the overweight/obesity statistics in the US are very similar for men and women therefore that’s their match.

As long as your consistent
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 09:17 PM

Is a man who is ok with some women being sluts and actively sleeps with sluts a hypocrite if he doesn’t want to date a slut?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 08:05 PM
3

Lots of people do though. Especially when it’s an easy way to make money. Money talks.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 08:02 PM
5

Excuse for what? I thought men were the logical gender that takes accountability. But you guys can’t even acknowledge your part in this.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 07:06 PM

They are though. They encourage them with money and validation. Onlyfans is a multi billion dollar industry, strippers can make bank and marry rappers and basketball players. Insta thots. Porn stars. All encouraged by men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 06:56 PM

They don’t like it when women have the same mindset as them. They’ll fuck a sexworker but won’t date one. But they don’t think that’s hypocritical of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 06:48 PM
1

I get that. I’m saying they sound stupid when they go on and on about them hating sluts and finding them “viscerally disgusting” lol. Obviously they don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 10:27 PM
3

As a teacher, trust me. The ones who can’t read are less intelligent. Some of them it isn’t their fault, but regardless, intelligence is definitely correlated with reading comprehension.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 06:21 PM
1

Right so you’re doubling down that men are beholden to their hormones and emotions, something they claim is a woman only trait. I thought men were the smarter and logical gender? But the smart and logical, and non-emotional gender can’t just you know, watch free porn and jack off? But then you’re gonna go back to they pay for only fans because they want a parasocial relationship with these women, which is very emotional of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 06:15 PM
1

We’re not talking about drugs lmao. Unless you’re claiming that men are so weak and beholden to their emotions/hormones that they’re virtually crackheads and will waste their own money on a random woman’s feet pics. That’s on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:57 PM
1

You said daily and/or monthly. So I provided monthly. Just take the L lmao. A lot of men, in the millions are paying for and using only fans.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:55 PM
1

You don’t resent something you spend copious amounts of money and time on. That’s a cope. You could argue that they are using it in the absence of a real relationship. But they do not hate or resent these women. No one is throwing their money away on someone they hate/resent.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:53 PM
0

Those statictics are even more damning, as the average monthly active users is higher, at 420 million
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:51 PM
2

I get that. I’m trying to make it clear that men are causing some of their own problems, similar to how this post is trying to claim that women are.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:50 PM
2

So they want a “simulated personal relationship” with someone they hate
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:47 PM
1

I’ve done the research and in the United States alone almost 50 million men are registered only fans users. It’s not some small minority of men doing this as you guys want to falsely insinuate.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:46 PM
3

You could only make this argument if we were talking about men pumping and dumping women. But in the case of only fans, these men aren’t even fucking them, but they sure a making a lot of them rich.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:42 PM
1

But you aren’t just sleeping with them. In the case of onlyfans and strip clubs. Men are actively rewarding these women with money. You guys are so focused on hur dur we’ll fuck but won’t date/marry these women, while actively making these women rich lmao.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:41 PM
4

This makes no sense as we are looking at this from men’s perspective. If men want chaste women, why are they rewarding promiscuous women and incentivizing them to be more promiscuous. The reason why women were so chaste in the past is because men actually held firm to their chastity standards and there were social consequences if women weren’t chaste.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:37 PM
2

According to my research, only fans has almost 120 million users as of this year. 87% of them are male, and around 45% of users are in the United States alone. That’s almost 50 million men in the United States lmao. That’s not a small amount of men
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:33 PM
11

Ahh so you’re biased lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:15 PM
4

If the men here believe that women’s actions within the dating/sexual market can impact how men act, then why isn’t it the same in reverse. If a man doesn’t want a promiscuous woman, but is rewarding promiscuous women with attention, money and validation, you don’t think that that can impact how women act/the dating marketplace?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:14 PM
10

How do you know that this isn’t the same men, but you believe that these are the same women?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:11 PM
7

According to the men here they do. Of course men don’t really. Why would they hate them when they need them for hedonistic sexual gratification.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:07 PM
9

If men actually hated these women and their promiscuous behavior, they wouldn’t throw their hard earned money at them. That’s not hate lol. They’re rewarding these women with monetary compensation. Strip clubs are another example.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 05:04 PM
33

If the majority of men “hate” sluts and promiscuous women, why is only fans a billion dollar industry?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/24 04:49 PM
1

That’s not very smart though is it? Seems like men are still controlled by their animalistic basic instincts, and don’t understand that they have to work together to get what they want/need.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/24 12:58 PM

Then why can’t you guys fix the problem? It should be easy for men to find a solution. What do you guys need women for exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/24 12:46 AM

Do men actually find obese women attractive? You could argue that women were upset about men’s standards and started the body positivity movement, but did it actually do anything? I’d argue it hasn’t

Men have got to understand that women’s libido is much lower than men’s. Men have got to understand that women’s sexuality is different. A woman’s libido is closely tied to her emotions. Women start to feel like a sex doll when most of the physical touch in a relationship leads to the man wanting to stick his dick inside of her. Women like it when men can kiss them, hold them, cuddle with them and just be romantic and provide emotional support through touch without expecting sex. It’s not about …
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 03:56 PM

We don’t. She’s just on some other shit lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 08:20 PM

How is the nurturing valued by men when nurturing encompass cooking and cleaning. The United States has a major obesity epidemic among children. Providing children with healthy and nutritious food is an essential part of being a caretaker. Most children are not cooking their own meals and I would argue that making a child be in charge of their own meals or doing the majority of the cooking for their own meals at such a young age is rather….unacceptable. They are not developmental ready to be doi…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 06:17 PM

The thing is, after having so many conversations with the men on this sub, others, the internet and real life, the culture surrounding this will be extremely hard to change because men don’t value being a caretaker of children, or anyone really. Men don’t value women’s traditional contribution of nurturing, cooking and cleaning for their children/family, and because of this they would never value it in themselves. They only value the financial contribution because these men believe that only job…

Most of those “steps” necessary to become a chef, and pursue a lot of careers are rather meaningless and unnecessary. They are arbitrary social constructs created in the pursuit of “certification”. Most college degrees are a waste of time. I’m a teacher with a masters and only around 25% of the things I learned in college are used on a day to day basis in my classroom. For most of history, college was never necessary to pursue most the careers we believe now need an extensive and long certificat…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 02:18 PM

Are chefs valued in society? How much does it cost to hire a personal chef? When a woman is doing the same exact thing for her family, it doesn’t have to be valued and she isn’t putting in/hasn’t put in the work anymore? The work isn’t the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 01:47 PM
28

I also just love it when you guys say the quiet part out loud. For all the men whining about the birth rate and women not wanting to be mothers and SAHM, why would they when men clearly believe all of that has little to no value and means nothing in comparison to the work men do. If the only value in society is derived from having a job, no one can blame women for being “childless career women”.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 12:04 PM

What hobbies did the op list? Did they identify what the women were shopping for? How is it a hobby for the woman to do the grocery shopping for the family lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 11:59 AM
22

Men like you believe that men deserve to be paid for the work that they do and they’re contributions to society and their family, while believing that women are naturally more inclined to like and do household tasks, and therefore their labor should be unpaid. They should labor for their family out the graciousness of their own hearts. When a man knows how to cook food, he’s a chef that gets paid. When a woman knows how to cook, she has a preference and it isn’t worth compensation. Men want to t…

Always. Apparently women just sat back and did absolutely nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 01:07 AM

The contradiction or hypocrisy is that these men will claim that they’re going to these countries because they want traditional women who they can start a family with. They claim these women are better because they’re traditional and feminine. But they’re mostly going down there fucking prostitutes or having one night stands and fwbs. They’re going down there to be fuck boys with promiscuous women while demonizing western women for being “modern and promiscuous”.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 12:28 AM
8

What do you mean by easy sex? A traditional woman isnt going to have sex before marriage, after marriage sure you’ll have “easy” access to sex. The contradiction is if you desire premarital sex but want a “traditional woman”. That is inherently contradictory
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 11:38 PM
10

Of course they’re mad they can’t get Chad treatment. They’ll settle down with a traditional woman after they get to sow their wild oats like they believe Chad gets too. they wanna have their cake and eat. They’re just mad that they can’t be sexually promiscuous like they believe most western women are and Chad, and so they go over there so that they can almost exploit these women by waving their American dollars in their face. and then they claim that these women are traditional when these women…

So men can take credit for the good things men have done, but not the bad? Why should women be thankful that men arent oppressing, raping and killing them anymore? Were justified in blaming modern men right?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 03:05 PM
31

If women have it so much better now than they did in the past, then men do too. Do y’all not remember that just a few generations ago you would’ve been 12 years old working in the mines dying at 30 from lung disease? Do y’all not remember the fact that y’all would’ve been drafted in some war to go die? Do you not remember the fact that alcoholism was so high back then because men were struggling with being the sole provider of a household? Individual men sacrificed their lives so modern men can …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 03:03 PM

So modern individual men created modern society lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 02:57 PM

I’d argue men do hate men, they just don’t talk about it. Men have a much lower in group bias and prefer/care more about women for a reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 11:01 AM
1

Another man going on about women being intellectually inferior to men, but he can’t even do a simple google search, which would tell him that more men are idiots than women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 05:53 PM

Who controls the porn industry, films and edits the videos, and chooses the actors/actresses? Hint, it’s not women. So what are you blaming women for? Participating? Porn was made for men by men.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/24 10:29 AM

Thank God for no fault divorce and thank God women can financially support themselves now so that they don’t have to be a sexual slave and fleshlight for their sex obsessed husbands.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 04:04 PM
6

Yea. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it. The men here mistake indifference for hatred or dislike. Even though men aren’t paying attention or care about random women they don’t know, and no, possibly wanting to fuck them doesn’t you mean you care about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 01:11 PM
2

Id argue strict monogamy isn’t fair to women at all. It evens the plaything field for men, and men benefit from it more than women do. If women truly only find a small portion of men sexually attractive, women are forfeiting sexual attraction, pleasure and possibly even bodily autonomy to keep society stable and men docile. Only women are forfeiting here, and what do they get in return? A safe society sure, but men benefit from that too. What are men forfeiting or trading in strict monogamy?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/08/24 11:13 PM

The mass abortion is a little too extreme for me, but I can see this having some merits
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 04:57 PM

How don’t they if society will collapse if they don’t? I mean sure women could let society collapse, and it seems like that’s what women are choosing, but how much will that negatively impact them in the end?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 04:28 PM

When a large portion of men check out of society it does cause societal problems and sometimes outright collapse, but is there any data on what that specific number/percentage is? It has yet to be seen what the relationship and pairing rates will be for gen z, as the oldest is only 27/28. And again, this goes back to the zero sum game. If men not having a partner causes societal collapse, the implication is that women have to give up their freedom of choice, freedom of sexuality and possibly eve…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 04:15 PM

What kinds of structural changes would make women more willingly to be with men? What kind fo strategies are you referring to? I see strategies get posted here all the time, by red and blue pill men. Strategies on what they should do to get women, and unless it’s blatantly sexist I don’t see any push back, so what are you proposing that hasn’t already been said?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 04:09 PM
6

I agree this is the problem. Men can say women’s standards are too high, maybe they are, but regardless of the why, the fact is that women don’t want to date those men. While we can acknowledge that them being lonely is hard and we can sympathize with them, should women be forced to date them at their own expense? As much as people don’t want to admit it, dating is a zero sum game, and the sexes are on the opposite team. Men’s desires contradict women’s and vice versa. We can try to find a happy…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 02:56 PM

But women’s interest in this discussion kind of have to be brought up when discussing this specific interest of men, as men and women enter relationships together. I can emphasize that men are lonely and desire romantic connections, but those connections rely on the willingness of women, and if women aren’t willing, since they are people with the freedom of choice, then where do we stand? Women are rightfully nervous that when men have these conversations it slowly turns into a sense of entitlem…

He’s not higher value than her. Men value youth more than woman. Both value beauty/looks. Is this woman going to give him children and sex? The man is still getting more out of this transaction than she is
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/24 07:12 PM
1

How is that a 50/50 transaction? Is the man young and handsome? How much money are we talking about? Who’s being loyal, the man, woman or both?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/24 06:43 PM
1

What do you consider 50/50. You just said women don’t want men to have any advantages, and we’re talking about women’s youth and beauty so what advantages should me have exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/24 05:30 PM
1

You’re acting like women wanting to have power over their most sought after “asset” is illogical lol. Why would women want men to have control over their youth and beauty? And if it’s going to be transactional, of course women want to benefit more. That’s human nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/24 05:00 PM
2

If this was in the reverse would you say that woman was using him, or is a gold digger?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/24 04:58 PM

Being single and being in a relationship have different positives and negatives. I love my husband and we’re starting a family, but sometimes I look back to my single days fondly. Where I could be lazy, make girl dinner, and enjoy my solitude. But I’m also a very introverted person. For me, I was definitely happy being single. I don’t know if I’d say I was happier, but that there were certain positives that I tend to miss, but the new positives of being in a relationship, someone to talk to, som…

They want women to be men and be constantly aroused or at least open to sex, even though a normal woman’s libido is only around 1-3 times a week on average.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/24 10:38 PM

What deeper bonding do you get out of sex as a man? Have you engaged in casual sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/24 12:08 PM
1

What do you get out of sex, besides getting your dick wet and an orgasm, that you cannot get through other forms of physical and/or emotional intimacy
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/24 01:39 AM
-2

Right. But the distinction was sexual. You can still have emotional intimacy with this girlfriend. So all the cuddling, and holding wouldn’t be enough to make them feel satisfied? Because if so, then yea it seems like it all goes back to these men wanting to get their dicks wet. And I wouldn’t even say that there’s anything wrong with that, just that these men need to stop being disingenuous
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/24 08:28 PM

Right so the original commenter was right. That it all goes back to getting your dick wet
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/24 08:26 PM

If those men could find a girlfriend that loves them, but doesn’t want to be sexual with them, would that fix this supposed “different kind” of loneliness?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/24 06:43 PM

If she has to use the vibrator anyway, what is the point of the man? Especially if it’s a causal link, why should she risk stds, violence?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:58 AM

Then the “vast majority” of men get no play. You used the word entitled, don’t you think it’s entitled for men to believe that women’s standards have to include them? If women think most men are undateable, which they don’t, then it is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:56 AM
3

It’s not entitlement because relationships are a choice. Either you offer what the other party wants or you get no play. Simple
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 05:04 PM

I think it’s because most works that cater to the female gaze aren’t exactly mainstream. Women aren’t the ones pushing unrealistic body standards in mainstream superhero movies, that’s men. A man wrote the notebook, dear John, titanic, and honestly most of the top romance movies/novels.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 03:23 PM

I would argue men’s 2nd bucket isn’t something to be proud of, and when some women categorize men into 3 buckets like this, men cry foul, state it’s the downfall of civilization, and that women are immoral for acting this way. I’ve never had causal sex and while people are free to do that, I don’t see anything glamorous about fucking and having sex with someone you wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with. Idc if the man is average or high value I don’t think it’s a good mindset.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 03:04 PM

Functionality in terms of what though? Again men and women are not the same, they have different roles and “purposes” in a relationship. Some women do because those men are offering sexual attraction, while some other men don’t. It all comes back to values and what some men can offer a woman, which was my initial point. If an average man doesn’t have enough sexual appeal, then they need to offer something else. It doesn’t matter if they are “looks matched” because after looks (which both men and…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 02:46 PM

I don’t think anyone should be body shamed but the reality is a lot of people are bullies and will always go for the low blow. People know men are sensitive about this so it’s easy pickings.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 02:37 PM

Well that’s what some of the men here imply. They say men don’t have any options so they take whatever they can get. They’ll say men have to cast a wide net to even get one option. Or they’ll say that men desire sex so much that they’ll even have sex with women they don’t find attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 02:20 PM

Well it depends on how small we’re talking about here. And if he is small, is he willing to do other sexual acts to get her off?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 02:11 PM

Indiscriminate doesn’t automatically mean less shallow, just as discriminate doesn’t automatically mean shallow. I would argue that being indiscriminate can imply that one is more desperate. It can also mean that those people see other humans as interchangeable, which can be dehumanizing.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 01:50 PM

So some men do in fact only want sex from certain woman. So women are not wrong for looking at men’s sexuality as indiscriminate. It doesn’t matter if those men who do that are average or high value, because as you said, the only reason average men are not using certain women for just sex, is because they can’t. Average men are not morally superior to high value men, they just can’t act on their desired immoral behavior as easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 01:14 PM
1

They’re not though. Men and women are not the same as men here love to state all the time. A man cannot offer the same exact things as a woman and assume that they are equally yoked, as men and women value different things. Yes I am implying that. A lot of women are there for their partners in ways that a lot of men are not because they don’t have the same levels of emotional intelligence.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 01:08 PM

Lmao. Is this supposed to be a discription of me. You guys are seething and it’s hilarious.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 12:59 PM

What are their “matches” offering? Do they have what those women value? Are they emotionally available?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 12:48 PM

Lmao I’ll let my husband know
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 12:44 PM

Men are made to feel dirty because their sexual attraction is rather indiscriminate. A man’s sexual attraction doesn’t mean much when some men claim that they would have sex with almost any woman. Plus, a lot of men place such an emphasis on sex, that yes a lot of women have been conditioned into believing that that is all men want. How men express their sexuality devalues their attraction. It also makes their attraction more of a threat.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 11:45 AM
5

All the studies on promiscuity and pair bonding and cheating show that men are also negatively impacted by having too many sexual partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 11:38 AM
6

The type of romanticism people were fed is based on fairytales. Unconditional love should not the basis for a relationship and usually isn’t. Both peoples needs should be met and if they aren’t, people shouldn’t stay in bad or negative relationships because of “love”.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 11:26 AM
15

Well they have to understand that if they can’t provide in the traditional sense, then they have to have something else to offer. Just like men will say some women only offer/can provide sex, well some men only provide/offer money, and some men don’t really have much to offer at all. Relationships are not unconditional.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 11:15 AM

Agree to disagree
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 08:16 PM

So you’re arguing that parents don’t have an obligation to provide their children with what they need? Children need love as you stated.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 07:52 PM

No one is entitled to love except children No one is entitled to friendship No one is entitled to sex No one is entitled to effort Respect is earned The only thing people are entitled to is basic decency Children are entitled to certain things, but even those entitlements are limited.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 07:43 PM

Some men cannot comprehend that a lot of woman’s sex drives are closely connected to their emotions and mental state. They think women are mischievous plotters who “withhold” sex from them because they’ll have sex under almost any circumstance

You benefit from being able to drive in a multitude of different ways. Please list the ways women benefit from the ability to get sex and please explain how those benefits outweigh the negatives to make it a privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 09:20 PM
10

A privilege means that you mostly benefit from something. It is overall positive for you. Men have only been able to list one benefit and that one benefit does not negate the disadvantages enough to deem sex a privilege for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 09:17 PM
2

Some women pursue casual sex despite the negative consequences. That does not mean that sex is a privilege for women as a whole, or that overall, even for those women, sex is a privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 09:12 PM
3

I have listed a lot of the negatives. Please list the positive. The only one I have gotten from men is that it feels good. Having access to sex for women is not a privilege because overall it does not benefit women.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 09:09 PM
3

Women can like sex and seek sex. That does not make sex a privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 08:35 PM
8

It’s hilarious. Because it’s male projection. They want sex so to them it’s a privilege. And it helps that they face barely any social and physical consequences from having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 08:25 PM
-1

That one positive does not negate the many negatives and make sex a privilege. The only thing men have is “ohh well sex feels good” like that’s supposed to be the end all be all. It’s not.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 08:22 PM
12

Women can engage in sex and believe sex is worth it despite the negatives, but that does not make sex a privilege which is the point being argued. Can sex have positives for women, obviously.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 08:11 PM
9

The only perceived benefit that men are able to state women get out of sex is that it feels good, which for a large portion of women it doesn’t. But men are not explaining how this one aspect makes the ability to get sex a privilege for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 08:08 PM
7

I have listed the negatives and the consequences. What are the benefits that women get out of sex, and how do they negate the negatives enough to make sex a privilege?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:55 PM
3

How does some women not caring about the negative consequences mean that sex is a privilege for women as a whole?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:52 PM
5

I’d argue this article doesn’t prove much. What counts as usually? 50% of the time? 2/3 of the time? And so a third of all women have orgasms way less than that, are we just supposed to write them off?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:50 PM
3

No I’m stating that by the definition of the word, it cannot be a privilege for women as there are not enough benefits and advantages
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:47 PM
10

That does not say that heterosexual women orgasm 65% of the time. It states that 65% of heterosexual women state that they usually have an orgasm.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:45 PM
5

A lot of women don’t get much pleasure. Men here (and a lot of men in real life) state that men will have sex with a woman regardless if she is attractive or not so women don’t really feel attractive just because a man wants to have sex with her. And men do not equate sex with love. Most of those are not actually a benefit for women because men themselves don’t perceive sex that way. And none of those would make sex a privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:42 PM
12

The reality is is that that’s what happen a lot of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:39 PM

Right. Benefits to you as a man lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:34 PM
7

What are the benefits?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:32 PM
6

What are the benefits? Lots of women don’t orgasm. And women don’t need to have constant sex to have children.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:30 PM
9

I’d argue the attention isnt a privilege either. There’s positives and negatives to sexual attention from men, I don’t think there’s enough positives to make it a privilege
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:28 PM

Until men accept a bad relationship is worse than no relationship they will continue to lose out in the dating market
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 06:16 PM

Men perpetuate this harmful narrative (especially on this sub) and as the men here say, it’s in men’s nature to have an ick towards promiscuous women. Women cannot change this and it is in women’s best interest that they understand and accept that this is how men see them.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 06:14 PM
10

Women fuck hot men to their detriment, as every man lowers her value. It’s not a privilege for women to have endless sexual options when they are socially barred from taking those options or else they face negative social consequences. It’s male projection that sex is a privilege for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 03:41 PM

Sex isn’t a privilege for women. According to the men here it lowers our value.

Men can try to virtue signal all they want. But if a child is defined as anyone being under the age of 18, then there is a large, large, large portion of men who have pedo tendencies. Most men would sleep with a 16-18 year old if there were no consequences, and a lot would go way lower than that.

Women are literally killing themselves getting bbls. I’m not saying men should do this as well, but women are willingly to go to great lengths to become desirable to the men they want. There’s leg lengthening surgery now, lots of products for hair loss (maybe men should seek wigs like women lol)

I didn’t downvote you. None of those are examples of oppression, besides selective service, and women are not the ones who implemented that or maintain it. Some of those are examples of discrimination. Oppression means arbitrary and cruel excercises of power, being prevented from having opportunities and freedoms. What opportunities have women legally barred men from taking? Women have never oppressed men.

Women wanted the opportunity to earn their own income. Men seem to want…sex and romance. I’m sorry but, I can sympathize that men are lonely, but men and women are not asking for the same things here. Women’s problems can be tackled pretty easily. Men’s cannot without negative consequences for women in aggregate.

Women appreciate men, the individual men in their lives. Their fathers, brothers, friends and spouses. I’m tired of the men here acting like men appreciate women as a whole. You don’t. You appreciate the individual women in your life and that’s it.

Women tried to change the culture with the fat acceptance movement, and if we go off of what the men here say, it hasn’t worked, as men are still not attracted to fat women. So even if women tried to change the culture, whos to say it would be successful and do women owe it to men to try and attempt this cultural shift? Women didn’t say men owed women a fat acceptance movement. Sure a man started it, but women took the reigns and advocated for themselves. Men are going to have to be a part of th…

Men would be fine with a pussy pic because they’re attracted to random vaginas. Women are not attracted to random dicks. Women’s sexuality is not solely visual like men’s, and men refuse to acknowledge this. Women use a homosexual situations to try to get obtuse men to imagine a scenario where you are not attracted to someone. And yes for women, we are as attracted to a strange random man’s dick just as much as a straight man is attracted to a man’s dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/24 03:51 PM

So individual men don’t benefit from hospitals, the police force, housing, electricity?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 07:35 PM

My point was in reference to the deteriorate and break down of society as men walk away. If women are losing their jobs to ai and start relying on men again for resources, society won’t break down. If men all stopped working, society more than likely would. So in terms of men walking away and society breaking, once we have enough technology to replace those men it won’t matter anymore
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 07:11 PM

A lot of people are more promiscuous than the past generations. That doesn’t mean everyone is. It also doesn’t mean that the men who want to be promiscuous but can’t, are morally better than the woman being promiscuous.

Umm. If you read my comment and the comment I replied too, women aren’t being shallow. They aren’t requiring men to have a lot of money. Women are seeking men who are emotionally available and can be a good partner. Women are wrong for seeking this?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 07:00 PM

They did not. In 1920s who was a young boy getting experience with and how was he getting that experience? Young boys were having causal sex with the girl across the road in the village? Young boys were “dating” and had girlfriends?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:54 PM

A large portion of men have never even reproduced. Even today, almost 40% of men older than 15 have not fathered any children. And that’s after decades of monogamy. https://www.census.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2019/mens-fertility.html I would argue even less men reproduced in the past due to there being more female dna in our genes. And due to the propensity for kings to have harams.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:49 PM

I clearly said that men and women are following this ideology. It’s bad for everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:41 PM

Thank you. It’s so weird the revisionist history. Only the elite royals got married super early. The average age of marriage for the poor was still in the mid twenties. And people weren’t having casual sex then. This idea that your teenage years are supposed to be a bastion of sexual and romantic experience is a new harmful thought process.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:40 PM

Men get offended when some women are honest in that they’re only interested in a man’s money or his height lol. Everyone get offended when other people are shallow or are trying to use them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:38 PM

It implies men are uncivilized and destructive in their nature
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:28 PM

If anything, hypothetically the impact men checking out will have in the future could be minimal. Prior to the 21st century we didn’t have modern technology. If we can build enough machines to replace those men that opt out, maybe it won’t matter eventually. Men love to state that ai and other advanced technology would replace women, but I’d argue men would be replaced way before women are replaced.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:28 PM

Don’t studies show that girls do in fact mature faster than boys
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:25 PM

Every woman isn’t going to pick you. Find a woman that does. Do men believe that every single man a woman interacts with wants to have a long term relationship with her?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:25 PM

Who is society lol. It’s society and women’s fault, so men are not a part of society? Men don’t reap the benefits of society?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:14 PM

I want concrete examples instead of pseudoscience and evolutionary biology. What does sex motivate men to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:12 PM

Find a woman who also doesn’t have experience, if you’re in gen z, there’s a lot of them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:10 PM
2

I’m making sure I clearly understand the thought process before I make an assumptions or opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:09 PM

So basically. Men deteriorate and/or cannot be civilized if they do not have a woman to have sex with. How is that not misandry. You’re implying men are uncivilized and women are the civilizing force.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 06:01 PM

What does cumming motivate men to do exactly and what does that have to do with men feeling disconnected from society? Again, it appears as if men require a woman to have sex with or he will feel “outcasted” from “society”, where society is really a euphemism for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:58 PM

Exactly. What it really sounds like is that he’s saying that teenage boys require starter girlfriends who can teach them experience and then be dumped later. It really is interesting though that for the majority of human history there was no such thing as experience in the first place. The first person you dated and/or had sex with was usually the person you married. I think this whole experience idea, which both men and women are subscribing too, is a harmful ideology.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:56 PM

Which is why I proposed more third spaces and open spaces where people of different ages and genders can mingle in my other comment. That’s how men get experience and it would probably lead to more relationships. Do you have other ideas or solutions?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:52 PM

Give examples.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:44 PM

If anything. Shouldn’t this motivate young men? Women are basically saying young men need to grow up, learn to communicate, and learn social and emotional cues. Those are all things young men can work on. Would it be better if women actually focused heavily on money?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:43 PM

Well that’s what I assumed as well but OP is trying to argue that that assumption is not correct, but he will not provide any sources
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:39 PM

Motivation for what?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:38 PM

It really seems like men believe that women are society. That without women there is no society, or there is no point for men to be a part of society. It has to be, because how else can men state that men are being disconnected from society just because they haven’t had any relationship experience. Men don’t have parents, siblings, or extended family. Men don’t go to school to make friends and integrate into society? Men don’t have jobs? That is all apart of society. The only way for a man to be…

/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 05:29 PM

I’d argue this a good and bad thing. The reality is that teenagers are irresponsible and a lot of them are not ready to be having sexual relationships. Teen pregnancy leads to a lot of negative consequences for those parents and society. The teenage pregnancy rate has dropped substantially which is a good thing. However, this is also a result of young people lacking social networks and lacking meaningful friendships. People are lonelier than ever. I do believe that as a society we need to foster…

/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/24 04:28 PM

It obliviously doesn’t or there would be no such thing as a pump and dump, and most casual sexual interactions would lead to a relationship. If you’re gonna say you wouldn’t do that, well how is a woman supposed to know? It’s better if she just doesn’t take that chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/24 09:03 PM

Men can believe it’s disrespectful, but until the whole notion that a woman who has sex quickly is a hoe or isn’t ltr worthy, then some women will continue to do this.

He said women are putting bait on a hook, insinuating that they are tempting men to look and comment on their bodies. That is victim blaming as men would do that regardless of what a woman is wearing. And we all know this.

I hate this thought process. As if a woman covering up completely stops men from commenting on women’s bodies or assaulting women. It’s pure victim blaming
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/24 05:15 PM

Right. What he said is only being seen negatively because he decided to single women out. However, the Christian fundamentalist worldview cannot exist without men being wage slaves. Men lowered their standards because men’s biological makeup allows them to. Men don’t care about this and that. As long as a woman is fertile, will give him sex, and isn’t a bitch (and even some men like bitchy women) men don’t care. They dont face any consequences for sex. Women do. Women have been bred to heavily consider a man’s fitness and productivity because they have more to lose. However, women have been lowering their standards. Ripping her genitalia is a physical injury. No one is required to use their body to sustain the life of another. No one is required to allow another human to physically harm them, no matter the circumstances.

The best part is you’re so focused on hookup culture that you aren’t realizing that even married women would have to abstain from sex. We all know married men wouldn’t like that
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:44 PM

You can try to use shaming language all you want. But obviously a large portion of women feel this way and men shouldn’t be focused on shaming but on figuring out why and how they can get ahead of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 07:54 PM

Most of the men here are coming from the position of them being able to defend themselves against another man. They’re on equal footing. For men, the bear is a challenge and a fight they wouldn’t win, so of course they think it’s idiotic to choose the bear. They aren’t taking into consideration that for women, her chances are slim for both the man and the bear. Her chances of winning are shit in both cases, so for women the answer isn’t so cut and dry. Plus, most women don’t really know or can v…

Do those men have a sign above their head, or a mark so we can identify them?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 06:58 PM

Lmao if this isn’t justification for some women choosing the bear.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 06:08 PM

Because men know that a large percentage of men are dangerous. They know that they have to walk on eggshells around other men or risk being in a fight. They know they can’t trust random men. But they hate it when women acknowledge how dangerous men can be and move accordingly.

What. The man actively puts his penis into a vagina and then thrusts to release his semen. Actively putting sperm into a woman’s vagina. A woman has absolutely no control over her uterus, its cycles, an egg, an egg being released or an egg being fertilized. The woman allows the man to put his penis inside of her, but every other step is outside of her control.

Umm. She gives the guy an orgasm by letting him use her as a visual aid and letting him use her warm pussy, plus he’ll orgasm 99% of the time. I’ve been thinking about this too. A lot of men don’t really grasp the concept that in the past, cold approaching wasn’t really a thing. Most people lived in smaller towns/villages, you knew everyone, and even if you didn’t know a woman directly, you knew her family, so most approaches were warm. Add in to the fact that the human population has skyrocketed, and women are being approached by random men at random times, multiple times throughout their life, and that is unsettling for the majority …

Which area has the higher likelihood of you being robbed? We both know which one. It is acceptable to be prejudiced if the intention is to protect your life or property. It’s not a double standard and I say this as a black woman. Race is not a determining factor for the propensity for violence. Poverty is. However, gender is a determining factor for the propensity for violence, as men commit way more violence than women. It’s not a double standard for women as a group to be afraid of men as a group.

Men are the ones who created that dynamic, it benefited them by making women reliant on them. Men don’t get props or respect when they oppressed women to the point that they couldn’t obtain their own food, house or clothes. Now that women can, men are upset they don’t have an unfair advantage anymore.

Whenever women express that they have the right to not have sexual relationships with men, even if that means some men don’t get to marry/reproduce. Men love to bring up murder or rape, as if the right to bodily autonomy can be compared to…. The right to murder (which doesn’t exist). Our ancestors married people who also weren’t hooking up beforehand And? Find a woman who hasn’t had causal sex. We exist. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Stop crying and whining and appreciate what you have and what you can get. If you can find a nice girl who wants to be in a monogamous relationship. Accept it. Be happy. Have sex. So you don’t get to fuck a dozen women, guess what, your ancestors didn’t get to either. It’s not an injustice towards…

I’m not confused at all. An individual women shouldn’t risk her genes on a short man. Society isn’t going to change

Men fight constantly and there’s a social and dominance hierarchy that impacts men on a daily basis. Men complain about it here all the time. Short men experience more negative social interactions, have higher rates of depression and have issues with finding a partner and therefore making offspring. Men who are taller have higher incomes. It’s counterproductive for a woman to choose a short man. It puts her male children at a disadvantage
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 05:01 PM

Men always want a top woman but they refuse to acknowledge that. They want a young attractive women with a low body count. Thats a top woman. Getting with a short partner is a risk to a woman’s genes

Telling them to get good at oral and their hands IS telling them to accept what they have and their situation. And to accept that if they want a sexual relationship they are going to have to learn how to please their partner (which should be a normal part of any relationship). For them they’ll just have to focus more on other parts. That doesn’t mean their partner shouldn’t ignore their pleasure, as I said the point of a relationship is to try and please each other.

Female preferences are almost always based on what that woman wants. Women are attracted to men with status, it’s built into biology. Why do men get mad at women for their biological imperative but they see nothing wrong with theirs. It doesn’t suck that women seek status. Status means leadership, resources, and superiority. All things beneficial for a woman’s offspring
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 01:46 AM

Where are you getting your numbers from. 84% of us women are childless 20-24, 61% 25-29. 82% of men are childless 20-29. 39% percent of women are obese 20-30, while 40% of men 20-30. Only about 30% of women 25-29 are married….how are you getting 15%
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 01:27 AM

Spains obesity statistics for females is 25%.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 01:17 AM

Puerto rica has female obesity at 29%, Dominica at 37%, Dominica republic at 35%….the obesity rate for America is 36% for females. I thought men didn’t have high standards but a woman having an extra 20lbs and being overweight, not obese, is a dealbreaker.

Girls can and will “avoid responsibility” and “play victim and double down” because it is men who have to hold them accountable and uphold their standards. Men refuse to accept this. So women will continue because men are too desperate and horny to do anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 07:46 AM

Why do women have unlimited options. Because men are horny, desperate and afraid to be alone. It always comes back to being men’s problem. Men are causing this problem because they refuse to be alone when they don’t find a woman who meets their standards. Nope, the woman is inherently viewed as inferior and therefore her opinions are inferior, that’s why they always default to their husband. In traditional relationships it doesn’t matter if the woman is more competent than the man. Because she is a woman she is deemed less competent.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 02:21 PM
7

In one situation your opinion is deemed inferior and you hold less weight. In a healthy relationship sometimes you’ll win sometimes you won’t. That was my point. You shouldn’t default to one person/gender every time.

Children are viewed as dependent, naive etc. Inferior doesn’t have to mean lower quality, but in this case lower rank/status
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 01:55 PM

Your boss is your authority because they are deemed to be more competent/knowledgeable. Teachers have authority over students. Power is given based on competency and knowledge. Yes, it is saying implicitly that you are inferior to this person, that’s why you default to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 01:48 PM
18

It does if you always default to their opinion. If I am always following someone else’s opinions it means I don’t believe in/trust my own, therefore I am giving the authority/responsibility/protection of myself unto someone I view as more capable/intelligent/trustworthy In normal healthy relationships it should be a give and take imo
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 01:31 PM
20

On a personal level there is no problem with a couple trusting each others opinions. As you said, it is fine for women to trust their own opinions, and they should. Men are not naturally smarter and more capable than women. The problem with submission is some men think that they alone deserve it because they were born a male. If a woman wants that, go for it. But it shouldn’t be seen as the default, as it teaches women they cannot trust themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 01:25 PM

Yea but no one says that the customer is submissive to the cashier. That word is only used for intimate relationships between men and women, and for a reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 01:04 PM

I’ve tried to explain this to the men here, but they literally tried to argue with the damn dictionary. Words have meaning. Submissive is an intense word that men through around because that’s literally what they want, but then once you break it down it sounds bad so they try to say they only mean agreeable
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 12:58 PM

They say that because they don’t believe staying single is an option, so they’d rather grovel and get into relationships out of desperation that don’t make them happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 08:34 PM

You don’t really deserve anything tbh. You can have standards and expectations and if your partner isn’t giving you what you need, then you leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 08:18 PM

Seems like a lot of men here do though, they just don’t want women to act like they’re settling, they don’t want to feel like they’re being settled for, but they’re perfectly fine with telling women to lower their standards and date average guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 07:32 PM

Exactly. Men are mad that some women have a lot of options and they can pick the best that they can get, because they can’t do the same thing. It’s jealousy. They’d do the same thing if they had the opportunity

Why should a woman waste her virginity on a man who doesn’t want to make her wife? You know boyfriends and girlfriends aren’t supposed to be sexual right? Are you willing to wait until marriage to have sex, if not, why should a woman take the gamble on you and hope you marry her?

/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/24 01:04 PM
1

What you wrote doesn’t prove your point. Women are thinking logically by making sure the man is worth her biological investment. She is right to ask what a man can do for her and her offspring. The only reason why men don’t hold women to a higher standard is because of their lust and their lower biological investment. As long as a woman can produce offspring she meets the base standard, so men indiscriminately choose women based on lust/sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/24 09:12 PM

We don’t really have any evidence for how much women naturally want to be mothers besides the very recent current environment/birth rate. Regardless of money, housing, etc. if women really wanted to have babies they wouldn’t let any of that stop them. Birth control is used by the majority of women for a reason. Abortions happen in the millions. I don’t think women want babies as much as people think they do, as once they were given a choice, the birth rate dropped.

Sorry but your opinion doesn’t go against the definition of the word. Multiple dictionaries state submission is giving up power and authority, obedience, meek, yeilding. The word you are looking for is literally just trust…the obligation of having confidence, belief that someone is good and won’t harm you. There is no softer version of submission. Men could use deference, appease, or just obedient. They use submissive for a reason. Sorry, words have meaning
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 10:55 PM

The definition of submission of what I wrote. There is no “extreme view”. It means to meekly obey
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 10:44 PM
1

I asked what do mean specifically want empathy for. That’s not a deflection
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 10:42 PM
3

Well this is the perfect example of what I meant in my comment. A lot of men say they want a submissive woman, a woman who defers to his wants and needs. Submissive means meekly obedient and passive. But when a woman does this, and just so happens to get taken advantage of. It’s a problem on her part for “being a pushover”. That’s why you shouldn’t be submissive ladies. @u/jodiebysza

I agree with you. Men say that women are wrong because they’ll go for the asshole chad who treats her like shit, but men have the exact same tendency to go for the hot bitchy Stacy who treats them like shit. I’ve found that the actually homely women, especially if she is more “submissive” and/or weak willed, some men will walk all over her if they can. They will take her for granted and try to push her down. A part of it I think is human tendency, where we can’t control ourselves when we’re in a…

You said I haven’t considered men’s issues and then brought up issues that are irrelevant to what I mentioned, but thank you for finally giving some examples for what men want empathy for. I won’t be asking men anymore because after trying to have a genuine discussion all I’ve been met with his belittling and condemnation
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 08:20 PM
3

How am I deflecting when I’m explicitly asking and no one has given me an answer and then claim I’m gaslighting. Seems like you guys don’t want to have a genuine discussion. I could have just assumed what he meant and generalized but I decided to ask him specifically and I’m being demonized
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 07:56 PM

Women complain about filtering, protection, pump and dumping. I don’t necessarily see men complaining about that. I’m not saying it’s unique, I’m saying it’s not exactly the same
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 07:55 PM
2

Of course everyone should have empathy for others, but I don’t think women’s dating struggles are exactly the same as men so men need to be explicit about what they want empathy for
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 06:16 PM
1

What would you like women to be empathetic towards
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 04:17 PM
4

I don’t think women are necessarily offended by a man wondering how “valuable” a woman is or what she can offer a man in a relationship. IMO, women get offended because this question is too explicit and rather rude in a way. It goes against social norms. You don’t have to ask a woman “what do you bring to the table”, as I would never ask a man that. You ask questions on their job, values, goals etc and judge them as you get to know them. I don’t think anyone likes that question, it’s borderline …

It depends. If for some reason I couldn’t find a husband what would happen to me? I’d starve? Then naw I’d pass. How high is the chance that the husband will be abusive, alcoholic etc. 50% or higher, then nope not doing it. I’d rather rely on myself and work if that’s the case. If not, then I’d love to be a housewife

People are doing that in this thread? Are we blaming them or merely acknowledging that it happens and that causes some people to be weary.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:54 AM

I don’t know. I think it’s dumb too but after that guy today I get it
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:50 AM

If we followed your illogical thought process. That would be indirect or secondary. The man is the direct cause. But we don’t blame women for their offsprings actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:49 AM
3

And your point is?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:46 AM

Lmao. The sad part is being here makes me wanna make some crazy ass posts too just to f with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:43 AM

Lmao it’s like I hate you guys and I love you guys. You’re annoyingly fucking hilarious
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:42 AM
2

Yea lmao that guy and the guy on the entitlement post
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:41 AM
2

When you actually take a dick I’ll take your opinions more seriously lol. You have no idea how vaginas work
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:25 AM
2

So you don’t think stretching to accommodate that part hurts
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:22 AM
5

It’s just so funny how you think I look stupid when you believe a woman’s vagina is stretched and open 4cm like a gaping hole and then you have the audacity to try and tell me what a dick feels like.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:21 AM
2

So a woman’s vagina is open 4cm at all time
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:17 AM
1

I wouldn’t assume a man would understand what a dick hitting a cervix feels like
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:17 AM
9

Lmao at a man still trying to act like he knows what a dick feels like. Why are you going on about diameter when it’s about diameter and length. A man’s penis is longer than a woman vagina. Thats what hurts
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:16 AM
1

And so you going on and on about men’s penis breaking is what exactly. The worst thing that can happen to a man is that. Most women will experience tearing, ripping, bruising, burning and cramping from sexual activity at some point
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:10 AM
1

So wishing you were dead is worse than being actually dead
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:08 AM
4

Seriously like I have men arguing with me about this like it isn’t fucking reality. They’re acting so dense
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:07 AM
1

The average depth of a vagina is 2-5 inches. The average penis is 5 inches long. Wtf are you on about lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:06 AM
2

Seriously like why are men acting so dense right now. They act like they can’t understand this simple concept
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:05 AM

You can think what you want. It’s not true. Women, girls specifically can die from being penetrated. A man’s broken penis will not kill him.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:03 AM
1

It is not lmao. I don’t have to prove anything to a man lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:01 AM
4

How does that negate my point. You know you lost so you go to some women liking oversized dildos. The vagina can stretch when a woman is turned on. Just like a man’s penis will engorge. What does that have to do with the reality that a man’s penis can cause more damage and does so more often
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 02:00 AM
3

I’m not wrong at all actually. I have acknowledged a woman can do that. It is not common at all. Not even close to what happens to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:54 AM
2

It’s not impossible. You aren’t a woman and haven’t been penetrated you’re thoughts are irrelevant tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:54 AM
4

They cannot. Penis fractors are not more common then the things I mentioned happening to women. Most women bleed the first time they have sex. You’re trying to compare the physical toll when they are not the same
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:52 AM
6

And I mentioned that in my comment omg you guys get really offended about the reality that men’s penis can cause more damage. And I get why but cmon
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:50 AM
3

Shrug lol. My statements are clear and concise
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:48 AM
4

I didn’t say seeing it was more damaging. I am explaining why people subconsciously see it differently
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:47 AM
8

As a grown woman who has sex. That shit still hurts. You aren’t a woman you I’m assuming so you have no idea what it feels like to be penetrated
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:46 AM
6

Never said women were harmless. Though I do wonder why men refuse to acknowledge that their member can and does hurt women. Even grown women have to be warmed up to have sex. Why do men ignore this and get offended when this is mentioned.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:45 AM
3

Yea. This does not negate or go against what I said. Should women be jailed and shamed just much as men? Yea. Especially when it’s masturbation. Is sex and rape the same depending not the gender of the perpetrator. No
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:43 AM
3

Quote “It’s not fair, it’s disgusting and they should be jailed and shamed just as much as men” End quote
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:39 AM
7

I did. You obviously didn’t read my comment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:36 AM

I didn’t want to keep saying the names for genitalia and being explicit. I know the words are dehumanizing
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:31 AM
3

And I agree they should be punished the same. And I said so in my first comment. I’m merely pointing out where the discrepancy comes from.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:29 AM
8

I hope you aren’t calling me a sympathizer. That shit is disgusting and I said so in my first comment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:27 AM
2

Im not justifying. I’m explaining. People are more afraid of a pit bull than a chihuahua. It’s logical. One can cause more damage
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:25 AM
5

No. You’re assigning morality to this when it’s merely science and reality. You are putting an object into something
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:19 AM
4

Things that can and does actually happen to women is hentai
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:14 AM
10

I know we aren’t talking about rape. I’ve explained people subconsciously know men’s bodies can do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:14 AM
13

With their bodies alone. A man’s penis can cause ripping, tearing, organ damage, bruising, incontinence, infertility. Plus with his physical strength he can easily beat and harm the woman. A woman can beat a man if she’s strong (unlikely as even the weakest of men are stronger than the majority of women), she might bruise his penis. Could break his penis as that is possible. But the physical damage is not the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:08 AM
3

Based off the parameters of who can cause the most physical damage, they aren’t wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 01:03 AM
4

I’m saying that people judging it differently is based off of what I said. Some People see men’s genitalia and sexuality as damaging, scary and disgusting
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 12:56 AM
2

Finalllly lmao he went that long smh
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 12:53 AM
11

While it’s not fair. I think that some men here forget that a penis can do more damage than a vagina. I think that’s the major discrepancy and what causes society to take female predators less seriously. And again, this is not fair, it’s disgusting and they should be jailed and shamed just as much as men for doing nasty stuff in front of children. But it’s just the reality that if a man does nasty things it can leave physical and mental damage, while a woman is usually just mental damage.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 12:50 AM
2

I know how animals are tortured. I was vegan for a while. It’s horrible. And you’re right the comparison isn’t right since cows are treated way worse. I just mean that a lot of men see women as semi sentient animals that they can use for their benefit to fuck and bread
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 12:32 AM
3

You don’t know the difference between not existing at all and having no experiences and actually passing away?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 12:07 AM

So the mods are literally going to let people post a thread and then block multiple people for not following….rule number 11 lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:45 PM

Lmao just block me dude. Dont care about your “threats”. I responded the way I did because you and a lot of the men here will compare women’s completely legal, and sometimes innocent actions with illegal, violent and immoral activities. Why? Judging someone is on the same level as enslavement? The comparison is illogical and a poor reflection on you and men.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:36 PM

You can stop people from enslaving others by making it illegal. You gonna make people expressing their thoughts/beliefs illegal? You gonna make people judging people illegal?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:23 PM
4

Women control the taxes of this country? Women don’t pay taxes?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:22 PM

No spark = not attracted to
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:23 PM

Men are free to do that. Women have to learn to protect themselves from this.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:07 PM
3

It is. They aren’t attracted to him
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:05 PM
3

So beta bux. As I said. Men are fine with women dating men they are not attracted to
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:04 PM
4

Doesn’t matter. They aren’t attracted to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:01 PM
6

Obviously they don’t have too much value to women sexually or they would date them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 09:00 PM
6

Men feel entitled to women’s attention, validation and their labor. And they’re willing to enslave them through economic, religious, and cultural means to get it. Women have never done that. Even if they are entitled. Men are worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:59 PM
11

My guy. These arbitrary numbers you’re throwing around means literally nothing. I repeat. If a woman wanted to date a man, she would date him. If a woman is attracted to a man, she will date him. Potential or none. Rich or poor, ugly or hot, good or evil. It does not matter. Those women do not think those men are attractive. And when woman do ignore sexual attraction and judges/looks at a man’s potential and says well I don’t find him sexually attractive but he has good qualities and could be a …
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:54 PM

I literally do not care if the whole human race did not exist lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:46 PM

I don’t care if I wouldn’t exist. Id have no knowledge of anything. Nothing gained nothing lost
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:43 PM

So keep going. What is the solution to the “problem”. Women do not find those men attractive. You can go on and on about 6s and 7s it doesn’t matter. If they wanted to date them. They would. Trust me. He could be a 1. I’ve seen it. The men here whining about women having high standards. What is that going to do you are not going to change them. Society is not going to change them. So if this is a problem. There is only one solution. Force women to date, marry and have sex with men they are not a…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:39 PM
9

I did read it. It’s the same whining about women undervaluing men and women have more value or are overvaluing themselves leading to them being “delusional” and ignoring certain men for relationships and sex. I’m asking, why is this a problem. Who cares if the dating market implodes. How do you not see what you’re implicitly saying about women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:32 PM
7

I read you talking about women dismissing low value men. Why is that a problem. Why is that a mistake?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:30 PM
18

Here we have it again. Women are not allowed to be sexually free because the way men built society requires women to be sexual slaves and breeder cows to men they don’t find attractive. Men are ok with women being forced into these relationships. They feel entitled to a woman and entitled to that woman having sex with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:27 PM
3

The last part is the key. Not only are they extremely narcissistic, their narcissism causes them to be extremely judgmental and territorial. Wanting a partner with a low b count is fine. But they take it so far.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:09 PM

Yea I was gonna say where are the mods here. He’s giving “warnings” that he’s gonna block people for posting comments
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 08:04 PM

Humans have shamed and explained away things they don’t like since the dawn of time and they will continue to do it no matter how much people complain. It’s pretty much human nature to belittle and shame things that go against what they believe. People are going to have to accept that if you make your opinions known publicly, you are agreeing to have your opinions weighed/judged. Doesn’t matter if it’s standards, whatever. You are entitled to your beliefs and others are entitled to challenge the…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 07:24 PM

The first part of your comment is a lie and a victim mentality mindset. I see men saying the stuff they say on here on YouTube, twitter, Tik tok etc. Men are talking about it. Did some of the men’s subs get banned, yes. But that has not stopped men from expressing their frustrations. Of course men face challenges. I never said they didn’t. The reality though, is a lot of (not all) men’s problems are caused because they believe women are “society” and the things they do to protect and uplift them…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 06:22 PM
2

They are and I’ve been on this sub for a long time but it’s starting to get really irritating. Women do this women do that, y’all do the same shit
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 05:34 PM
3

Praised and shamed are too different things. You have to look at who is praising and who is shaming. Women praise women for having standards. Men shame women. Men don’t necessarily praise other men for having standards. That’s where the difference is. Once again, men are complaining because they don’t have the same sense of gender solidarity that women have and they’re mad about it and blame it on “society”
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 05:32 PM
5

The aren’t shamed by only the manosphere. They are shamed by men in general. I see men shaming women everywhere, it’s not a minority
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 05:20 PM
21

Omg. Women’s selectivity is shamed too. Literally this sub is all about shaming women and their standards being too high and “delusional”. Why do men keep acting like they aren’t doing the same damn thing. Everyone is shamed
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 05:03 PM
2

Yup. If society cannot function without women having sexual freedom then society is broken. And if we are going to go back to enforced monogamy, men have got to understand they aren’t going to get the enthusiastic sex that they want. I want to make a post highlighting men’s entitlement here. Men go to war by force. Men fight because they basically have to or the other side will kill you. Without men constantly fighting they’d never have to risk their lives smh. Women suffer and sometimes die for…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 04:25 PM
2

You aren’t free if you’re forced to fuck and marry someone you don’t like to keep society from collapsing
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:51 PM
3

It doesn’t have to be a fight. Just a break down of society as men here claim all the time. Men stop participating because they can’t get pussy then when a new society starts they enforce monogamy. Monogamy wasn’t always a thing it was created by men. You’ve even said that men created monogamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:50 PM
3

Because the risk of men taking away women’s rights is the price women are willing to pay for our current freedom. If it gets to that point, well at least we had a chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:43 PM
3

Women started getting rights before they started crying. WWI is the catalyst for women’s rights. It was not out of sympathy. A lot of men fought against women’s rights. It was only allowed because of capitalism
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:42 PM
2

Everyone can get love for free lol. Thats doesn’t mean you aren’t entitled to it. Attraction still matters. You aren’t required to marry the first man or woman you want to have sex with. You aren’t required to marry for financial stability. You are allowed to date around. That’s free love. The movement is apparently going to happen again soon. As the men here call it, the incel revolt lol. It’s not a war
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:41 PM
2

Men didn’t give women rights out of sympathy. Women got rights because it benefited society ironically enough. Capitalism cannot exist in this form without women having rights and working. That’s not sympathy. And the moment women’s right stop being beneficial to society, especially the men at the top, they won’t have rights anymore
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:38 PM
5

They over powered them through numbers alone. High value men are a minority. Just like in monkeys the lower class men will gang together to beat up the “alpha” From what I’ve seen here, I stand by my statement. Men here are jealous. I’ve seen them state multiple times they want to be chad and they’re mad that they aren’t. Men at the top don’t give a shit about men at the bottom, they go around pumping and dumping and having multiple baby mamas. They aren’t thinking about the fact every woman the…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:37 PM
2

You don’t have sympathy for women lol or men in fact. Or else you would advocate for women to ignore sexual attraction and marry men they don’t like for money and stability at the expense of the man.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:33 PM
5

The pussy tingles is called sexual attraction. Again, the more I hear from men here the less sympathy I have for men in dead bedroom situations. And thank God marital rape is illegal now so women aren’t forced to have sex with husbands they aren’t attracted to
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 03:30 PM
3

This is bs. Men have always been controlled by their instincts and acted “uncivilized”. The difference is that only some of them actually could (in terms of sex and mating). The only people who truly have a major problem with the new dating market is “low value” men. They’re the ones who created and enforced the system of monogamy because without it, they lose. They probably wouldn’t get a partner, therefore can’t have sex and can’t make a family. if men here could be the player pumping and dumb…

I have Asperger’s so I kind of understand where you’re coming from and I can sympathize. All I can say is you have to work on understanding when to talk and when to be quiet. Work on identifying facial cues and when people aren’t feeling you or are. Work on accepting that you’re weird and acknowledging it to yourself and others. I straight up tell people when I meet them that I’m awkward. Sometimes it sadly comes down to luck and finding people who accept you for you (again within reason). But t…

As someone who was and still is weird. Sometimes you gotta accept that you’ll have to actively try/learn to be less weird. Still be yourself, within reason
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 09:23 PM

And again, you’re criticizing women for having the exact same mindset you have. Women value their suffering over men’s. You do want women to suffer, you have said this word for word. There probably are some women who want men to suffer unjustly, but it’s very disturbing for you to say your thought process/belief is better than those women, when it’s not. You believe the suffering of another group will benefit you, and that makes it justified/moral. That’s a psychopathic thought process
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 10:57 PM
0

From your comments I’m assuming that you believe that it’s either men will suffer or women. You said you prefer a patriarchy, so you think women’s suffering is justified. Which means you can’t have much empathy for women. So again I ask, what’s the problem with women having the same mindset. You said you value peace. How? When you believe it’s fine for women to suffer under men’s control. That’s not peace. You can’t have peace without freedom.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 10:41 PM
0

So in your view the women that have to suffer are just shit out of luck. And you’re ok with that. Then why are women hypothetically wrong for having that same mindset for the men here?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 10:13 PM
4

No fault divorce is fluffy language for trapped. Why does an adult need permission from the government to leave a romantic relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/23 04:46 PM
46

I love when men take off the mask and let us know that they’re in favor of women being forced to stay/trapped in relationships lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 11:53 PM
43

Of course families didn’t fall apart. Men made it so that women couldn’t leave lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 11:37 PM

I mean. It is the older generations fault that society is the way it is. People are a byproduct of their environment. It’s not about giving women credit. It’s about acknowledging that culture/beliefs/ideas are hard to shake once people l/society have been learned/exposed to them. Especially when they aren’t exposed to other narratives. It’s not really about independence though. And it’s not obvious, because if it was obvious, we wouldn’t be having that conversation. Again, most peoples understan…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 07:03 PM
1

And how are you gonna do that? You’d have to slowly keep arguing your position. This is going to take years and generations to change if it ever does. And your position is a minority one. So it’s going to take even longer. The people in power are ok with the system as it benefits them in some way. And as you said they’re selfish and manipulative.

Yea but you’re kind of going around the issue. An entire generation of kids were told that women were and still are being oppressed. Most young adults don’t have a good understanding of history. A lot of Americans don’t even read above a middle school grade level. The average person isn’t really thinking about peasants in the 1200s because they don’t really relate to them. They don’t care. But women relate to being women and men relate to being men. So if girls are told that women as a group are…

Also, I just want to say that’s it’s human nature to hold a grudge against groups that you feel have done you wrong. Men as a group do the same thing. Countries continue to war with each other, groups of people hate others for past transgressions. Certain religious groups hate other groups. I’m not saying women are justified in continuing to bash men, but it’s understandable that women have a chip on their shoulder after being told that men oppressed and violated them since the dawn of time

I’ve never said that all of mens struggles are a personal problem. I know that there are systemic issues that are harming men, such as education, wealth inequality, mental health etc. In regards to therapy, well that is a personal problem in the sense that therapy is how society is dealing with mental problems collectively. But individually, you have to take the offer. The reality though, is that a lot of women and young girls don’t feel like that oppressive society/system was in the past. They …

But if you’re talking about the younger generation, it seems like you’re kind of blaming them for growing up in a feminist culture and being influenced by it. In your opinion it’s a disproportionate response. I’d say those women are within their rights. Men don’t have a right to be comfortable, men don’t have a right to not be recorded. Whatever happens after the women posts the video is a consequence of the men’s actions. If society didn’t think he was wrong, he wouldn’t be shamed.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 02:44 PM

Jaywalking and stealing are illegal. Staring and recording people (non sexually, in public) aren’t. That comparison doesn’t work. It’s your opinion that recording people is worse than staring at people. Others don’t agree. Sorry if it offends you that people are free to record others in public.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 04:12 AM
3

I don’t. Both are legal activities. If you don’t have a right to privacy in public or a “right” to not feel uncomfortable in public then there’s no difference. Either we take people’s feelings into consideration or we don’t. If it’s legal it’s legal.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 02:21 AM

But if you don’t owe anything to women in terms of their comfort. Then women don’t owe you either. It isn’t illegal for women to record men and post it. Who cares if men feel uncomfortable about it

I’m not making any suggestion. I’m merely wondering what we will choose to do. If the population/birth rate issue causes there to be too many older people for the younger generations to take care off, are we as a society going to hinder the younger generations and therefore the future, and force them to take care of the older generations at their expense. Or are we going to let the older generations fend for themselves, kind of like in Asian countries. Taking care of the older generation is goin…

Yes. A small small amount. You cant take 0.1 percent of men and say that because of them, men are more intelligent than women. Cause if that’s the case, why can’t you say men are less intelligent than women, since more men are at the low end.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/23 01:06 PM

Lmao at men have the agency of intelligence. Only around 0.1% of the population have an IQ above 145. That’s not men having the agency of intelligence. Some men, a small small group, are super intelligent. In fact, more men are at the low ends of the bell curve than women smh.

A lot of Boys aren’t taught that though and don’t believe that. I’m a teacher at an all boys high school. These boys do not feel threatened by girls, they do not feel like they aren’t allowed to proposition girls. There definitely might be boys who feel that way, and for the ones that do, we need to give them some form of counseling and change the narrative so that boys don’t feel demonized. /r/PurplePillDebate25/11/23 05:40 PM

Because imo that is the main reason, all those others are irrelevant. If we still had socially enforced monogamy and religious beliefs that you must pair up and have kids, then regardless of schooling, economics, housing etc., women would be forced to pair up and men wouldn’t be in this lonliness predicament. And while creating third spaces could definitely improve things, I still don’t see the lonliness epidemic really changing, as this is happening in almost every country in the world. All at …

/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/23 11:07 PM

As another commenter said yes that can be solved through social programs. Ie, women’s shelters and domestic violence support. What social programs can we make for lonely men, when they state their loneliness is specifically caused due to their lack of romantic options. You want state sanctioned brothels? We can go the Japanese route and have girls be paid to talk to lonely men
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/23 06:56 PM

Is the average woman treating men like potential rapists and murderers? Or Is women’s acknowledgement that a large minority of men are doing bad things treating men badly? I’ve always thought it was a little weird how some men who are hyper focused on being “leaders” and being dominate with women, act shocked at the recent wave of “independent and masculine” women. These men want society to teach and almost coerce women to be meek and submissive so that it’s easier for men to dominate/control them. And they think this is the natural order of things. In “normal” society men aren’t upholding their end of the deal either, as the average male salary is 45k. Being tall, strong etc wasn’t men’s primary role, it was being a provider.

It’s all projection. They don’t know what they want. They’ll belittle women for being “emotional” and focusing on the spark but then they’ll say that if a woman doesn’t experience a spark then she’s incapable of loving him and she’ll be emotionless lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 05:42 PM
4

That dude and I don’t agree. There’s a chicken and egg situation here. Were women already “slaves to their immediate emotions” and men are reacting to it, or are men misinterpreting how women work and are creating falsehoods based on their experiences.

Shit probably not and I don’t really care too lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 04:25 PM

A lot of men here want women to be “slaves to their immediate emotions” that’s why they tell other men if she’s not fucking you on the first date or wants to, then she doesn’t really like you. That’s why men here are pushing the belief that there has to be an initial spark because if she has to develop feelings you’ll be a “beta bux”
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 04:15 PM
27

Men here have to make up their minds. Either they want a woman to have “primal” lust and desire/infatuation for her partner the moment she sees him (ie the spark or the vibe). Or she has to build that connection/desire through time and getting to know you.

Sex starts to feel like a chore when there is a libido mismatch, men and women can experience this, though it’s usually women. I don’t think men fundamentally understand or care to understand that even good sex can be uncomfortable for women at the start. Sex when she isn’t arosed can be uncomfortable to downright painful. Men don’t experience this. They take it for granted that sex is always pleasurable for them. So the libido mismatch means men want more sex than women, weekly, when a lot of w…

/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/23 03:27 AM

He’s trying to explain it’s not surface level for women when the man’s penis size is directly correlated to their sexual pleasure. They aren’t requiring larger penises for no reason, it’s about utility, which means women aren’t shallow as it’s not a superficial requirement.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/23 02:03 AM
1

I mean one could argue that the having sex a few times a week part is already asking too much, as most men here believe in the 80/20 rule. If that rule is true, the woman is sacrificing sexually to be intimate with you at all, let alone multiple times a week.

Who’s angry? Sure, you can argue that men are trying to counteract women’s statements/womens hypo-agency, but regardless, it comes off as men are doing the same thing women are doing. Blaming/dehumanizing a group of people. You can believe that men have justifications for why they’re doing it, but that’s kind of irrelevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 12:22 AM
1

Well it does happen to women. Again, I think it’s both sides trying to demonize groups that they don’t like. Men choose to demonize “chads” as morally inferior. Additionally, they then paint the women who choose to date chads as also being morally inferior. Men blame single mothers for their predicament, blame abused women for their predicament, and claim that because they “chose” bad men, “they are morally inferior and undeserving of compassion and human regard.”
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 12:13 AM

Right. So I won’t argue against that, as I have seen women say that. But men say the same thing in reverse. Seems like people want to demonize people that they don’t like
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 11:44 PM

Can you give some examples. I’ve definitely seen women say short men are inferior but morally inferior. What does that even mean? That they’re bad people? Because if so, then the exact opposite happens here, where men talk about how bad “Chad” is
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 11:02 PM

I can agree that some women are definitely being dehumanizing with how they talk about shorter men. However, I’d argue that even if women didn’t belittle short men, if women still didn’t want to date them, men would still think women are treating them badly and as subhuman.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 10:43 PM

So men are damaging women. And therefore women are logical in refusing to date/engage with a lot of men.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 10:41 PM

Escorts, whatever else is an open relationship. A man can feel like it’s purely business, most people don’t feel that way. It’s on him to establish and communicate that’s how he feels about sex so a woman know what’s she getting into to. Communication is the standard here
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 09:27 PM
1

Because everyone doesn’t want an open relationship, this advice is for those people. Society shouldn’t push for open relationships as the standard. Doesn’t work for proper family formation
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:42 PM
1

I did suggest this in the thread
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:41 PM
1

It should teach men and women they have to sacrifice to meet a happy medium if they want a monogamous long term marriage. Men, you might have to have less sex than you want. Women, you might have to have more sex than you want. If you don’t want to adhere to this, seek open/poly relationships. Everyone should be happy with this.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:40 PM
1

Yes. Libido will change over time. My point still stands. Communicate. Try to negotiate. If the ll partner is ok with an open relationship, do that. If they aren’t and neither of you are willing to sacrifice, and the relationship. Everyone doesn’t see sex as purely a physical act and there’s no reason for people to change their morals around sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:22 PM
1

If both people in that relationship agree to that dynamic they are free to do that. Open relationships are already a thing. Men and women need to communicate what they need and try to meet each other in the middle as I already said
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:18 PM
1

I wouldn’t say an Ll women shouldn’t expect monogamy from an hl. I’d say they shouldn’t date in the first place as they would be incompatible and both would suffer. But monogamy and marriage was never truly about sex. It was about money, children, family and property. If anything the culture has already changed to be too focused on sex, and I’d argue that’s where the problems are coming in.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:17 PM
1

In reality, this is what a lot of men want. This is what the men who tell women to settle want. This is what the men who say we need socially enforced monogamy want. The reality is that women don’t want sex as much as men. Women can only use sex as “leverage” because men are sex obsessed and women aren’t. Women sacrifice sexually under socially enforced monogamy and men are going to have to come to terms with this if they want a high sexual pairing rate.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 08:05 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 06:12 PM

I think it’s wrong that low libido men don’t get any sympathy. But I’d say the same thing in that situation. Each couple has to find a happy medium and should sacrifice a little to meet it. If you aren’t willing to sacrifice or your needs still aren’t being met. Then end the relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 05:52 PM

Even if it’s not always enthusiastic, men should see and appreciate that she is still sacrificing for him
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 05:49 PM

As a woman, a lot of us don’t necessarily view sex as a stress reliever. While it can be, for a lot of women our libidos are connected closely to our emotions. If I’m sad, angry, or stressed, I can’t get in the mood and sex is the last thing on my mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 05:15 PM

Women also have to sacrifice here, as a lot of women would be having more sex than they want by adhering to this 2-3 times a week rule. The priority should be the family and keeping it together. Men need to control their desires and women need to pacify them a little. Find a happy medium. It’s not about deciding what’s right for anyone. We’ve already established you can leave if your needs aren’t being met. But on a societal wide scale, we need to encourage that there should be sacrifices from b…

/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 05:00 PM
2

You said the culture needs to evolve. I explained how the culture can handle this. By telling men they need to control and learn to mitigate their sexual desires. Sex 2-3 times a week should be enough for men to feel satisfied
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 03:01 PM
11

Men need to realize sex isn’t more important than their families/kids. Everyone needs to change their priorities. Masturbating should be enough for men to scratch the itch in between sex. As long as they aren’t in dead bedroom situations, they should learn to live with what they have imo. But if they can’t, then end the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 01:19 PM

If men feel like they aren’t getting what they need out of their relationships, it is on them to end the relationship. They could also try counseling or try to open the relationship.

Him approaching her isn’t creepy. Approaching others for conversation is normal. And yet, it is also normal for her to feel nervous when a strange man is approaching her. He is creepy because he cannot read social cues. It is not her issue, it is his issue because he is missing key social intelligence to tell that she was not receptive to his offer for communication
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:43 PM

The reality is the comments are like that because it’s creepy. The men here can disagree if they want. But the general consensus among women and even a large portion of men, see this interaction as weird and off putting
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:28 PM
1

The lesson is. Men, women will be nervous if you approach her and she does not know you. That’s normal, she’s justified in being nervous. Therefore, if you are going to approach, be aware of body language and social/emotional cues so you can leave if she is not up to the interaction.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:25 PM

Did she criticize the man in her post? She said she was nervous, which again is a normal and natural response for a young woman being approached by a strange man.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:16 PM

She was uncomfortable. She communicated. Told him she was live so he would leave. Said bye nice to meet you. Seems like she handled the situation well considering she was nervous
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:08 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:05 PM
3

It is normal to feel nervous when a strange man is approaching you as a woman. Who said she feels like he was going to kill her? This man was over the line by not being able to see she is clearly uncomfortable. If a man is unable to read social and emotional cues, or he ignores the social cues, then that is justification enough for the woman to put him in the creepy category.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:01 PM
4

The problem isn’t hers though. She was approached. It’s normal for women to feel nervous or slightly uncomfortable when a strange man is approaching them. It has nothing to do with extroverted or introverted. Add on to that the man’s social awkwardness and the situation was just creepy. Men need to understand almost all women slightly fear strange men, even if it’s subconsciously . If you are going to approach you need to have good social and emotional skills so you can clearly tell when a woman…

People expect other humans to learn how to interact and socialize at a young age. Some people are introverts. That’s normal so there’s nothing wrong with her. The man however, you can tell he is socially awkward and cannot read body language and social cues. And it creeps people out. Most people, this girl included, are not prepared to deal with someone who is socially maladjusted like that man

There is no jealousy. I’m a young woman. We legitimately find it creepy. Icky. Just like men find promiscuous women icky
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 06:45 PM

Women do believe that yes, when they are trying to be with women much younger than them. If they aren’t, then there fine
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 06:53 AM
1

Sure. It’s, not the majority of women and I edited my comment to say a lot. But my initial statement is not wrong. A lot of men are pedos and a lot of women have been hurt. So
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:41 PM
1

Guess what. Women can try to warn young women but at the end of the day, it’s legal. Women will continue to warn women whether men like it or not. Women know what it is
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:40 PM
1

Who said most dude. Do those millions of boys and girls mean nothing to you? Aye. As long as women can see how the men here view pedophillia. You’re more upset about me saying a lot of men are predators than the actual fact that girls and boys are being hurt by the millions
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:10 PM
1

So you’re going to compare using a car to get to work/school to men being nasty and hurting girls and boys due to their own depravity?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:06 PM
1

https://www.unicef.org/protection/sexual-violence-against-children https://www.nsvrc.org/sites/default/files/publications/2019-02/Teenagers_508.pdf Even boys are victims of predators so maybe men should be worried about this as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:05 PM
1

It’s relevant because men like op don’t want to acknowledge that the majority of women have had bad experiences with men while under age. Women protect each other. We know a lot of men are predators whether society wants to admit this or not. Could some women be jealous, maybe. But this is mostly about protection
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:01 PM
1

Never said most either. But, a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:53 PM

I never called you a pedo. I said a lot of men are pedos
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:49 PM

Aye the truth hurts sometimes
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:47 PM

Right. Even in countries with laws it doesn’t go below 16 and then it’s iffy. My point is we have laws against it. Without those laws men would date young girls. In traditional countries, girls as young as 12 get married often to older men. The only countries where young girls aren’t with older men are the countries with laws explicitly prohibiting it or where society/social norms shame it. Without laws/shame men would do it all the time and have throughout most of history.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:38 PM

A lot of men are pedos. If the legal age was below 18 they’d go for young girls all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 12:29 PM

Yes. Weaponizing sex is the only way for some men to realize there are issues in their relationship. For most men, as long as they’re getting sex they will be oblivious to the woman’s needs. It’s the easiest way for a women to communicate with her man
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/23 11:51 PM
2

If you take care of the man’s needs first he has no reason to take care of the woman’s needs as he’s satisfied. Additionally, he’ll think the relationship is fine because she’s still having sex with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/23 11:42 PM

The men here want to be the one she did the degrading, uncomfortable and painful stuff with. They see it as, she was willing to sacrifice for him but not for me so she sees me as less than

Men say they find average women attractive though so even if they’re settling it’s not as much. Women settle much more and then she has to have possibly unsatisfying sex with that man for her whole life

Under strict monogamy men didn’t have to have multiple dangerous pregnancies with a partner they found disgusting/unattractive. Men say all the time they find most women attractive. So men and women were not making the same sexual, emotional, and physical sacrifices
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 07:55 PM

There’s no logical reason for someone to stay married for life to someone they don’t like. The most is until all the children are grown.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 07:44 PM
6

It’s not about blame really. It’s about pointing out that there is in a fact a large amount of men who don’t want relationships anymore, which you’ve acknowledged. And for those men who say they only want sex. The op is pointing out that a woman’s body count or “morals” shouldn’t matter to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 02:00 PM
7

Do men in red-pill spaces actually want a relationship? Spinning plates is the gold standard, marriage is a horrible institution and harmful for men. Doesn’t seem like a relationship is the end goal for these men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 01:53 PM
10

The point is why do you care about this “willpower” when all you want is sex, not a relationship. And according to the men here, sex with multiple different women. If anything, that willpower goes against men’s interest in having an endless rotation of women to have sex with. A woman’s personality and “morals” shouldn’t matter if all men want is a body to masturbate in.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 01:37 PM

If men were emotionally mature they wouldn’t be involved in so many violent crimes lol. Men let their emotional egos compel them to do stupid violent shit. I roll my eyes all the time at the stupid shit men do. Women literally live longer than men because we have self preservation, due to our emotional maturity

Only 3% of countries in the world have positive pairing and birth rates. That means even in collectivist, traditional and patriarchal societies where women have less “freedom to lived hedonistic lives” women are still revolting against their enslavement. /r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 02:31 PM

Women don’t want to be a reward for men en mass anymore. Women don’t want to be forced to birth and raise children. Thankfully we aren’t anymore
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 02:04 PM
3

Women aren’t confused. We know a lot of men only want sex. Some of us are saying we’re fine with that, some of us are choosing to be single, some of us are choosing to be with the men who want more than sex (there’s a lot). Some of us are choosing to chase chads. The only ones who need to “improve” are the latter. Either way, the average women doesn’t have to improve because men won’t raise their standards. The average woman can find an average man to marry her. It’s not hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 01:37 PM
5

Women don’t have to “improve” though. Average men want them already, and chads are not really messing with average women like that anyway. Chads go for Stacie’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 01:28 PM
1

I know it’ll happen slowly. I just think enforced monogamy will be one of the last things to happen. Because imo for that to happen, like legit women start pairing up with men they don’t like, is for women’s income to be completely taken away. Lots of country with socially enforced monogamy are still seeing low pairing and birth rates. Women will just move in together or stay with their parents. I don’t see it happening without the complete enslavement of women
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 11:02 AM
1

I’m only worried about enforced monogamy. The United States collapsing I already know that’s happening there’s nothing I can do about it. The us collapsing affects everyone. Enforced monogamy is the enslavement of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:49 AM
1

Once china starts enforcing monogamy then I’ll get worried lol
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:42 AM
1

We’ll see. I don’t see that happening for a lonnnng time due to the capitalistic system. The men at the top need women to work. And unless they completely take a way a women’s ability to earn an income. I don’t see anything forcing them to pair up with men they don’t like. I know I wouldn’t
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:35 AM
3

If that’s what men want. Men keep whining about beta bux and not wanting to be women’s last option. That’s exactly what enforced monogamy is. There’s no attraction there.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:30 AM
4

Let men get angry. I encourage all women to strap up and defend themselves and their autonomy
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:22 AM
9

Ironically this is exactly how the men on this sub sound. Complaining and whining endlessly about average women not wanting them and them not meeting average woman’s standards and average women not being willing to settle for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:17 AM
13

Men don’t want to accept the fact that beta bux and having a wife who isn’t particularly attracted to her husband is what the “average” man has ALWAYS gotten. Enforced monogamy is beta bux. A high heterosexual pairing rate is beta bux. That’s just reality. Sure, even less average men could be attractive to the average woman, but that’s just a consequence of social media. A consequence of social media for men, is that they don’t know their place, and their lamenting about something they never had…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:14 AM
11

Women don’t care. We’ve had to sacrifice sexually for all of human history by being with men we don’t find attractive. And a lot of men on this sub lament at how they don’t want to be women’s last option or beta bux. So men don’t want women to settle either. Let the birth rate go down.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 10:06 AM
6

This is how most of the men on this sub see the situation. So why do men cry and whine about them not having any “reproductive” rights? What rights do they need when pregnancy isn’t their responsibility and isn’t happening in their bodies.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 09:33 PM
1

I’ll end this here because we won’t agree. Just nexuses people believe red is the best color does not make it an objective fact. A scientific fact. Morals cannot be objective because peoples morals can changed based on the situation, culture, feelings. Which is why some believe it is ok to murder when you are being threatened but not ok when you are not being threatened. The morality changes based on subjective feelings of self preservation. There is no objective fact of right or wrong in this w…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:40 PM

I wrote a comment, and thought about it more. And no. That wouldn’t make red objectively the better color as that is still based on subjective feeling
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:34 PM
1

In that hypothetical instance yes. But I’m of the belief that if you had a vote on if murder was right or wrong, you would not get an objective vote.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:33 PM
1

Because we don’t even agree lmao. We don’t even agree morals are subjective. I don’t agree with Islamic cultural. I’d assume you don’t agree with liberal culture. There is no consensus
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:29 PM
1

There is no unified decision on what is right or wrong or what is not right or wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:27 PM
1

Yea there is no objective right or wrong. It is all subjective. Of course I would feel she was wronged. I would never want anything to happen to my family. Its still subjective. The man who did the act probably wouldn’t feel like he did anything wrong. Morals are not universal. Everyone doesn’t feel the same way
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:22 PM
1

Objectively no it’s not. Just because “most” people think it’s wrong to steal doesn’t mean it’s objectively a bad thing to do. Objectively means not influenced by personal feelings or opinions. Laws are made up. Based off of peoples feelings or opinions. They are inherently subjective.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:15 PM
1

Right or wrong is subjective, morality is subjective. so yes you’re indoctrinating then into your beliefs
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:09 PM
1

It is all grooming, pressure and indoctrination. That’s literally what raising a child is and that’s why most people want children. To indoctrinate them into their lifestyle/beliefs. I wasn’t arguing about the morality of this fact, just that it exists, which you denied in the beginning.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 09:03 PM
1

Yes they should and yes that is grooming, indoctrination and pressure. My argument is consistent
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:58 PM
1

Yes it most definitely is. It is grooming and pressure to follow along with the traditional view of masculinity. If as you say, women are nurturers by nature and you probably believe men are stoic or strong willed by nature, why do we as a society have to instill this into them at very young ages?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:53 PM
2

They are. The pressure doesn’t have to be verbal. It is through persuasion. Again. Girls are primed and groomed into this before they can talk or walk. It’s a societal pressure and expectation that is put on them early. Unlike boys
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:48 PM
2

No one was talking about equality but about little girls being pressured/persuaded to have babies. And that starts early. The majority of society, and you, believe that because females are “nurtures” that they should be taught, primed and pressured into that role early on in life. Which is why girls are given baby dolls, kitchen play sets and cleaning sets by the time they’re 1 years old. While boys are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:46 PM
1

It is. Why aren’t boys given baby dolls then? Because people don’t equate little boys with fatherhood and parenting like they do with girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:33 PM
2

Umm. Society lol. Little baby girls are literally given other babies to play with and take “care of”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 08:28 PM
2

I read the thread. You must not know what disdain means. Words have meaning lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 03:10 PM

For some reason you’re saying that indifference or disinterest is the same as disdain. It’s not.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/23 03:02 PM
1

Men do not have a seed. They have a fertilizer
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/23 05:22 PM
3

Of course hypergamy and women’s education are correlated. As women learn about pregnancy/motherhood and learn how unequal the burden of reproduction is, they seek men who bring more to the table to “equalize” the burden. They want men with more status or money. Why should women go through childbirth for a man who isn’t worth it in their eyes? Women have a choice now
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/23 08:47 PM
2

Men say this and understand the concept. And yet they will still tell women to lower than standards and settle for men they aren’t physically attracted too.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/23 12:56 AM
1

Then the men on this sub whine about women initiating 70% of divorces lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/23 12:47 AM
1

Then don’t. At the end of the day it’s the men that looks immoral. It’s the gross belief that his pleasure trumps her physical pain.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 06:47 PM
1

Breaking up is perfect and I always advocate for women to put their physical discomfort/pain over a man’s pleasure every time. They aren’t even comparable
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 06:44 PM
1

So she has to suffer for your pleasure. I love when men show how entitled they are to use a woman’s body even when unwanted sex hurts physically and emotionally for women
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 06:39 PM
1

Yea but you have to look at what they say the chad treatment is. They don’t merely mention being respectful towards your partner, which should be a given. They want intense lust or sexual desire. They want her to possibly drop her boundaries or allow him to do things she doesn’t like, like they feel she would do/did do for chad. They want her to accept being used or cheated on, again like they feel she would allow if he was a chad.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:34 PM
1

Right so her point is, if women aren’t going to treat the average man, her potential partner, like a chad, then men here get mad. So women shouldn’t settle for average men because she isn’t going to treat them “right”. It’s harmful for both.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 11:42 AM
3

If she finds him unattractive/ ugly, yes. Yes, most women would react/feel the same way as a straight man would to a gay man hitting on him. Gives you the ick. The disgust and repulsion is exactly the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/23 06:23 PM
4

I thought it was already established on this sub that women are not attracted to the majority of men. Therefore, there’s really no difference between the two scenarios. The chances she’s attracted to him and would do anything sexual with a man catcalling her is slim.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/23 05:38 PM
1

She is reciprocating. They have sex 70 times a year which is more than once a week. Pretty average and healthy sex life
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/23 11:33 PM

Yes. They’re chad lol. Stay in your lane.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/23 07:25 PM

There’s nothing to concede to. My original comment was clear. It’s not natural to force two adults to stay together. You argued couples should stay together for the children, I agree. That doesn’t mean it’s natural to force them
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/23 02:25 PM
1

Maybe maybe not. Regardless, once the children are grown there’s no reason for a couple to stay together if they are unhappy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/23 02:21 PM
1

If the focus is on the children. Couples only need to stay together for 2 decades at most. Why the push for lifelong commitment, there’s no reason for it and you know this, which is why you focused on the children.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/23 01:40 PM

Forcing grown adults to stay together for decades is not natural either. And lots of people were unhappy in those marriages

It’s not a social or economic “problem” because dating and finding a partner isn’t a right and you aren’t being oppressed because you can’t find one. In regards to men being economically oppressed because they don’t have the same help/support that women get, they aren’t really connected. Even rich men are saying they’re struggling in the dating realm. And men receiving less help then women isn’t oppression, thats a form of discrimination. There are no structural institutions holding men back as …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/23 03:52 PM

We needed feminism because there was structural institutions keeping women as second class citizens and oppressed. It was an economic and political problem. Dating isn’t. Sure you can say men are objectified, but they aren’t being oppressed economically. No one is forcing them to date those women, unlike when women were forced to date those men
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/23 03:16 PM

Yes. Women’s freedom trumps men’s feelings. Full stop lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 08:23 PM

Rape is rape. It’s bad and traumatic. We’re never going to stop rape, and men will have to be careful just like women. That doesn’t negate the fact a child being conceived is caused by the man’s sperm
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 02:16 PM
2

Poking holes in condoms or lying about bc is rape, and doesn’t apply here. Yes, women are in control of a baby being birthed. Men control the baby being conceived, women control the baby being birthed.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 02:10 PM
1

Yea they do. If you say men don’t have a choice in abortion, I’d agree. But I have already established men are in 100% control of a child being conceived.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 02:06 PM
1

You’re the one who put the onus on one person (the woman), and now your trying to flip your stance.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 02:04 PM
3

Men get the ultimate say. A woman cannot impregnate herself. No sperm. No baby. The woman cannot make the choice without the man making his choice first, to deposit his sperm. The child conceived is his fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/23 01:56 PM
1

And realistically. What are women supposed to do about this? A woman can’t stop people from bullying you, they can’t fix your family. If they don’t want to be friends with you or have an intimate relationship with you, then what. What is the solution
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:27 PM
4

They really do tell on themselves everyday and then act stupid when you call them out
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:23 PM
1

I laugh at them too. Some I do genuinely feel bad for. But most of these men are crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:23 PM
6

Then men should be seeking committed relationships, which a lot of men in red pill spaces are not. If men want love, romance and connection, all things they say they don’t get from sex. Then why do they advocate for causal sex so much. Spinning plates. It’s counterproductive. They should be seeking one woman to grow with and love.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:09 PM

To me, there are no solutions. There are no solutions for the match making problem, that don’t involve taking away woman’s rights. It all comes down to luck, and circumstance. So why don’t you provide some solutions?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:06 PM

Could it be a matching problem, sure. And yes, both men and women do want partners, as a collective. Individually, though, it just won’t happen for some people. And if no women want to be that man’s romantic partner, then what? He needs to find a way to deal with it. Nothing is going to change in the immediate when it comes to match making. People are very introverted and reclusive now, in all aspects of society. Everyone is lonely. Either try to form connections or deal with it
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:00 PM
9

Friends. Family. Again. Men say all the time sex has nothing to do with love so they need to stop bringing it up when they talk about love and romance. Those are two separate things. As for romance. That can’t be solved. You aren’t guaranteed or obligated a romantic partner. Gonna have to make do.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 10:52 PM
7

What. Do you want from us. No seriously. Men are speaking out of both sides of their mouth. Men: we can disconnect love/intimacy from sex. We Don’t have access to casual sex. Men are becoming sexless. Men are lonely because they don’t get any validation from women. Sex is the most important part of a relationship and without it it’s meaningless or just a friendship. Men don’t want to be friends with women, we have our male friends. We believe you. You mainly care about sex. You don’t care about …

They don’t. Marriage is about want. You should want to provide, love, care for, have sex with, grow a family with your significant other. The second you don’t want to do that anymore, the relationship is on shaky ground. And you shouldn’t be expected to suffer your whole life feeling obligated to do things you don’t want to do. In reality, a lot of men value sex above everything else, and men here have said that most men find the majority of women attractive. Most women do not value sex about everything else, and they don’t find the majority of men attractive. Therefore, a woman lowering her standards does not benefit her. A man will still get what he desires if he lowers his standards. A woman is stuck having unfullfing, possibly painful and icky sex for the rest of her life. A lot of women are not sexually attracted …

Women aren’t owed that stuff lol. Yes, if your significant other is not providing you with what you want, you leave. There are very limited situations where you could owe someone something
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 06:00 PM

Then divorce her. She still isn’t obligated to have sex with you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 04:46 PM

A lot of women tolerate sex. They want it sparingly, if it’s good. Men love it and want it constantly
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 04:42 PM
2

You don’t owe them and men believing they are owed sex in any way is male entitlement and how they get dead bedrooms and duty sex. If a man is unhappy with the quantity or quality of the sex he is having, it’s on him to decide if he can accept this or not. The woman is not obligated to give up her body for him. A woman is not obligated to have sex with her partner, not even in a marriage. Is it expected, sure. Is it required, no.

Ok but, I asked another man this. If women wanted to talk to/interact with/have platonic or intimate relationships with these men, then they would be doing that already right. So how, systemically, are you going to solve men’s lonliness epidemic, when those women obviously don’t want to interact with those men?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 12:55 AM
2

I think women respond in a rather “unempathetic” way, because at the end of the day the only way women could fix the “unfair” treatment of men is to either A) interact with men they don’t want to interact with B)Have intimate/ platonic relationships with men they don’t want to have intimate relationships with If women wanted to talk to these men, be with these men (platonically or intimately), then they’d be doing that already. Women can give men empathy all day long and say that it sucks men ar…

How are you going to negotiate a sex act that you don’t want to do, either because you find it painful or humiliating. And why should someone do that. You don’t owe your partner anything in regards to sexual acts and intimacy. You don’t have to tolerate anything that is painful or humiliating and no one who truly loves you, would want you to.

Poor living conditions don’t negatively affect the birth rate. Poorer countries have more children than richer countries. And removing birth control takes away peoples choice. There’s no “want” without birth control, a baby is just a given. And no matter how much men opt out, even in Japan. If a woman wanted to have a child, she would. Sperm banks, one night stands, sex tourism. Men aren’t the bottleneck for reproduction and they have no real impact on the birth rate imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/23 11:50 AM
3

How are men determining the birth rate. Men aren’t opting out of parenthood since men aren’t opting out of sex. It only takes one time. And even if more men do opt out, a lot of women obviously have no problem sharing a man. Women can stop birth control at any time if they wanted to have a child, most don’t, because they don’t want one.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/23 11:37 AM
4

The benefit of being close to your child and the joy a child can bring can only do so much. From what parents around me and parents online have said, the joyful moments are just a drop in a bucket of annoyance and exhaustion. Women can see how other women react and talk about pregnancy and child rearing, and they’ll say one positive thing out of 10 negatives. So no matter how much you push the love and joy that a child can bring, that doesn’t get rid of the multitude of negatives that no one wan…

Obviously a baby isn’t enough “compensation” for women when the birth rate in the majority of countries, even more third world traditional countries, is below the replacement rate (2.1) lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/23 11:18 AM
14

I’ve tried to talk about this here and people scoff at the idea. One commenter on your post said that the compensation a woman gets for pregnancy is a baby. lol. Well, what if a lot of women don’t actually want a baby? Or they only want one. That’s the point that we’re getting to. The amount of childfree women and women who only want one child is increasing, and a country needs 2.1 children per couple to maintain itself. The American birthrate has been below this number or decades, so obviously …

What do normal men do that’s honorable? Women can give life and birth new humans which is valuable/honorable. What do men do? A man providing and protecting is honorable but most normal men can’t even do that anymore.

She feels empowered because of the men at the top pumping and dumping and some men at the bottom simping. The cause for the decline of society is multifaceted and you can’t put the blame on one group.

Certain men should raise their standards. The men at the top. Their the ones screwing the dating market up for men at the bottom. Regular men at the bottom, need to lower their standards. They aren’t going to get their early 20s dream girl and they should be happy dating a lizzo, since men and women’s obesity rates are almost the same
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 11:20 PM

Let’s do a gender flip. Men on this sub say that all men want skinny women in their 20s, preferably the early twenties. A woman in her twenties is at her peak they say, that’s when she has the most value. So she’s a high value woman. A truly high value woman will never settle for a low value man because she doesn’t have to. It’s a mathematical impossibility for ALL men (low, middle and high) to have access to a high value woman in our current dating market. Men are just as much to blame for the …

Evidence is showing that women hunted along side the men. https://www.nationalgeographic.com/science/article/prehistoric-female-hunter-discovery-upends-gender-role-assumptions https://phys.org/news/2021-03-prehistoric-women-successful-big-game-hunters.html Yes, the research shows it was a minority of women. But women were able to hunt and gather for food. They were not useless and food gathering was not completely gendered. So women could have survived yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:36 PM

I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:31 PM

Are men grateful for what other men do? I mean men might acknowledge the sacrifice some men make. But the men here only recognize that men do those things because they use it to boost their own egos/accomplishments, in my opinion. They use it to gloat. Men don’t care about other men, they don’t try to help other men and they don’t respect other men, generally, as a group. Men don’t have a positive bias for men. If men were grateful for other men they’d work together more and acknowledge they all…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:31 PM

Well I hope you’re not referring to me because I know I haven’t done anything significant for society. From what I’ve seen here it’s mostly men doing that and I’ve also wondered why. I’m thinking they’re trying to use it to boost themselves up by claiming others accomplishments. But I think a lot of people are guilty of this in one way or another
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 10:26 PM

People survived before modern technology. Prior to modern farming, the majority of men and women were farmers. Before the Neolithic revolution, men and women worked together hunting and gathering as nomads. Women were never just sitting around doing nothing. You can’t say that humanities survival is attributed solely because of men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:56 PM

I don’t even think you read my post as I said obviously we can’t survive without either gender
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:42 PM

Humans have survived for most of our history without modern technology.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:40 PM

Of course it’s speculation. How isn’t it though. That’s the whole point. Women as a group could survive without men.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:34 PM

I’ve acknowledged it’s mostly men who maintain society. However, hundreds of millions of humans are surviving without modern technology, electricity, water sanitation, etc. Women wouldn’t thrive, they probably wouldn’t be able to keep the lights on like men here claim, but they could survive is all I’m arguing.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:32 PM

I’d argue that’s because women don’t want to live/try to survive by themselves. Just like men wouldn’t either. But if it was a necessity, all I’m arguing is that women could survive. A lot of the men here believe they can’t
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:30 PM

Yea. I agree women would be less efficient at farming etc. I can acknowledge that men make up the majority of people who maintain society and that men on average are better suited to survival than women. But a lot of men here are claiming that women wouldn’t be able to survive at all. Like extinction level. When that isn’t true.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:28 PM

I’m arguing they could survive. That’s it. A lot of men here don’t even believe they could survive
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:24 PM

To me it’s the men here taking all the credit for holding society together by lumping themselves in with the minority of farmers and tradespeople
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 09:04 PM

Well. When I try to argue this the men here basically scoff and act like women would just lie on the ground and die if they disappeared
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:57 PM

Honestly, I’m just tired of the men here acting like women are like incapable toddlers who can’t do anything and would just lay on the ground and die if all the men disappeared lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:57 PM

I’m not trying to flex really. I’m just debating that yes. Women could survive without men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:56 PM

Probably lol. But my point is they could survive
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:52 PM

Cause thats basically what the men here are trying to claim in other posts. That women, as a group, are wholly incapable of survival without men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:50 PM

I agree civilization would take a hit. It would probably end. But the species wouldn’t go extinct. I know women would struggle without men. I’m just arguing that women wouldn’t instantly die off and that women are not incapable of surviving like a lot of the men here try to claim they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:49 PM

Do you know how to do those things? I know very little men who can hunt, or farm, or build a fire, or build a shelter. Seems like the average man is just as useless as the average woman. And again, I never said woman would thrive. I said they wouldn’t instantly die off
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:47 PM

Do you? You’re talking about Americans. My family is Haitian. Most still live there and I know plenty of Africans on the continent. I know personally, women who farm, gather resources like water, sew clothes. Are there women in undeveloped countries who don’t work. Sure. Do most work. Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:45 PM

Women are able to thrive and live better in todays world yes because of modern technology. And yes men invented the majority of it. You could argue women are spoiled and don’t maintain society because we don’t have to. However, without modern luxuries, men and women would and could still survive
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:42 PM

It’s not 2%. It’s almost 15% which is hundreds of millions of people
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:40 PM

Are they thriving. Absolutely not. Is there poverty and destitution. Yes. I never argued women would be sitting pretty drinking margaritas. I’m saying they wouldn’t instantly die off. That they could survive without all the modern luxuries men here claim they “need”
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:39 PM

I ignored the rest of your comment because I’ve already acknowledged that men maintain the majority of those services. That’s not the point of my post. The point is that those are luxuries that humans do not need to survive as evidence by the millions of people living without them. And women could live without them too
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:35 PM

And hundreds of millions don’t. That’s my point. Yea. The population boomed once we had access to modern luxuries. But they are not required for the species survival
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:33 PM

Do humans need a roof over there heads to survive? Again. All the things you believe women need to survive are luxuries. From what you’re saying modern humans shouldn’t even exists since our ancestors wouldn’t have been able to survive in the caves they were living in.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:31 PM

They’re alive. They’re surviving. That’s my point. People in undeveloped countries don’t have the things men here claim are essential to women’s survival.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:29 PM

So women in African and Asian counties just sit around all day? They don’t farm and gather water and resources?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:27 PM

Hundreds of millions of people are living without any of the things men here say women “need” to survive (electricity and proper water sanitation). So how are they alive?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:26 PM

Right. So my whole point is. Millions, hundreds of millions, of people survive without all of these luxuries likes sewers, buildings, electricity. Women do not need those things to survive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/23 08:24 PM
2

Please don’t fall into their trap. They feel worthless and tossed to the side and they want women to feel that way too (some are hoping you’ll become desperate so you’ll date them). It’s a misery loves company thing, they’re trying to hurt you.

Sure we have an idea of what each sex generally likes. But are you saying that individual men are being shamed or are you referring to men as a whole? Because if you are referring to men as a whole, then men and women as a group are both being shamed for their preference. Women aren’t really succumbing to men’s shaming so why are men? As long as an individual man isn’t making his preference known, he as an individual shouldn’t face any shame and he can live his life doing what he pleases. Learn …

How are women even finding out about men’s preferences? If you mean men are talking about their preferences online and then being shamed. Sure, men get shamed for that. It’s not right, as no one should really be shamed for their preferences, as long as they’re legal. But men don’t have to post their preferences online. Men can openly…

You painted yourself as a “creep” by using the phrase sexually neglected. And I never said men who feel sexually frustrated are bad people. Their feelings are valid and it’s understandable to feel frustrated
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 07:21 PM

Words have meaning lol. You can use whatever words you want and people will correct you
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:59 PM
7

Neglected isn’t the right word to use though because it implies that women have a duty to and should care for men’s sexual needs when they shouldn’t It’s not about the emotions. It’s the entitlement that men have for sexual access and sexual experiences with women. Women are not neglecting men’s sexual needs because they are not required to care for or accommodate those needs If you want to use the phrase sexually frustrated, that is an emotion
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:46 PM
5

But men do feel entitled. You used the phrase “sexually neglected” as if women have a duty to “care properly” for the sexual needs of men and we don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:38 PM
19

The thing is that most men were able to have casual sex and still can now. That’s what prostitution is. Sex with no strings attached, pay and go. You get sex and you don’t have to commit. But a lot of men are entitled now. Men in the past understood that if they wanted some side action they’d have to pay. Nowadays, a lot of men want casual, no strings attached sex, for free. And they feel like they are owed it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 08:38 PM

Either way you put it. The average person is fat lol. So there’s two options lol. Either the majority is fat and therefore average since they’re the largest group Or The majority is fat and therefore most people are below average You either base this off of numbers or attractiveness
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 04:07 PM

I mean you can believe whatever you want but the statistical data says the majority of men and women are fat
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 03:53 PM

If she has a butter face some would put her at average. But for a bland or plain face, if she’s skinny, she’s automatically above average Men care about a woman’s face, but they’ll let a lot of stuff pass if her body is attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:30 AM

In todays world, yes. 70%+ of American women are overweight or obese and other countries are slowly catching up. Men here constantly say they don’t like fat women

Men and women’s happiness might be at odds then. Hopefully not but. If men are unhappy they should change what they can in their lives. I don’t condone or like violence but I’m not in control of men so they will do what they’ve always done lol

If that happens, it happens. I understand that societies change over time and more than likely we’ll return to a period of enforced monogamy. But for now. I think women are just trying to live lives that makes them happy

Stats are showing that women will just be single if they can’t find a man that will provide them with what they want. Which again, is the reasonable choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 09:42 PM

I think if men aren’t willingly to put in more work to compensate women for pregnancy damage than it’s perfectly reasonable and logical for women to exclude “lower tier” men from the dating pool. At that point, those men aren’t providing those women with anything meaningful so they can’t be mad if women don’t want them.

I don’t think it’s against the rules. Im saying a lot of the men here are unhinged. I would do what makes you happy and comfortable. Don’t have sex purely for someone else, the sex won’t make him love you. I understand your Demi and don’t get a lot of out of sexual encounters, but it should still be positive. To your edit. It’s not about choosing between their family and slavery though. It’s between the individual choice of do I have kids or not. Gen z and millennials don’t care about the “future of humanity” because they have no future themselves. Instead of trying to look at why they feel this way. You demean them and call them evil and selfish.

The bar for men is on the floor. Woman. Do extra unpaid work while your husband seeks a promotion. Men. Just try to control yourself and don’t be selfish for a few weeks so you don’t hurt your wife. Why can’t the man hold down the domestic load for a few weeks while she heals? It’s these little nuances that are pushing women away from relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/23 12:31 PM
1

If you believe that’s true. It makes my first point even more relevant. Women can’t even work together to keep and fight for our own rights. So how do you expect women to fight for men’s? Especially when men aren’t fighting themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 05:31 PM
1

Clearly your last paragraph isn’t the case since roe v Wade was abolished and some republicans are trying to ban other reproductive rights. The people at the bottom have little to no power. If they did, society wouldn’t be the way it is now.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 05:07 PM
1

Well. It makes sense that men changed it. Men have the power. How are men going to ask women to change their situation when women don’t have the power? The only reason why women have rights is because it is currently beneficial to the men at the top. Once it’s not women’s right will go away.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 04:56 PM
1

I get what you’re trying to say. That men created things to make women’s domestic role easier. But that’s basically saying that men decided to upgrade women’s cage. So that they don’t think it’s so bad to be a slave
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/23 07:37 PM
1

I mean let’s be honest here. Most of red pills ideals are taken from and molded off of what black men have been doing. That’s why the white community is starting to go down the same path. White men spinning plates, never getting married and leaving women single mothers.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 09:01 PM
1

Yea I’ve seen them say the craziest things here. When as you’ve said, they have little to no empathy but expect it from women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 08:52 PM
1

Yes lol. The men here. I’ve been here a while lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 08:49 PM
1

Well I think op was looking at it from women’s perspective. Men say that women should get with men who are caring, providers who will love them. And in return she should love him. But love doesn’t automatically equal sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 08:43 PM
1

But you can love someone and not want to have sex with them. As the OP said a man can be caring and loving but that doesn’t mean a woman will be sexually attracted to him
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 08:38 PM
1

A lot of the men here aren’t getting any action, and those are the men I was referring to. The same men who want women to settle and be in relationships with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 07:38 PM
1

Men here don’t care if women actually enjoy sex or not. Then they cry about dead bedrooms

I’ve been here long enough to know.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/23 03:20 AM

Men on this sub don’t really care about any of that. They want sex
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/23 02:57 AM

Once again men are threatening that if they can’t get a woman society will be destroyed
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/23 08:22 PM

Are they still together?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 05:13 PM

Slutty women are getting the short end of the stick. Studies say most women don’t cum from causal sex. I see nothing wrong with prostitutes getting money out of the situation since most women who have causal sex aren’t getting anything tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 07:17 PM
1

Everyone gets bored. Not worthy of empathy. It’s truly ironic you think prostitutes are disgusting when they’re doing the same thing you want to do. Having sex with random men for their own gratification. Theirs is just money. Yours is getting your dick wet. What’s the difference lol
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 07:12 PM
1

Why should it? You’re not dying or suffering by not having it. You said it was an adventure which if anything means it’s an optional “fun activity” or “privilege”. You don’t need casual sex and the ultimate casual sex is seeing a prostitute so if you really want it any man can have it
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 07:06 PM
1

My original statement was that if you want to have casual sex go for it. But women aren’t going to have empathy for men who aren’t getting it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 07:01 PM
1

Ok. If the woman you’re having sex with are enjoying it and getting an orgasm as well it’s not as bad. Technically you’re using each other. But if you’re the only one walking away with an orgasm then I don’t understand what the woman is getting out of the situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:53 PM
2

I’d say if you’re both leaving sexually satisfied you’re technically both using each other. To me causal sex and ons (which is different from fwbs, where you can talk and hang out outside of sex) are yea pretty bad and dehumanizing in a way.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:51 PM
2

The way you’re describing it is absolutely is using. You don’t care about her at all. Not her feelings and probably not even her own sexual pleasure. What would a woman get out of having sex with you? Do you eat her out? Make her cum?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:50 PM
2

And any woman who allows a man like you, no offense, to use them as a cum rag doesn’t have any dignity. You don’t even want to have a fwb situation you just want to cum and throw her in the garbage. At least the prostitute gets something out of you using her
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:47 PM
1

But you said making money feels better than having a relationship. Seems like the prostitutes have the same mindset as you yet you look down on them. You want casual sex. You don’t want to have to care about the person or get to know them. You just want their body. That’s the same as women marrying for money. You’re “marrying” or looking around for pussy
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:41 PM
1

But you’re not a decent human being if you just want to use women for their bodies. Therefore a prostitute is perfect for you. You get your Dick wet and women don’t have to be used by you for your sexual gratification
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:37 PM
1

It’s not a crime but why should women have empathy’s for men who just want to get their dicks wet? Then men here start talking about how they need “intimacy”. Go see a prostitute and you’ll be satisfied
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:33 PM
8

Literally though lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 10:31 PM
5

Then what are you whining about? The “bad selfish women” you’re talking about won’t get into relationships by your logic
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 10:27 PM
6

Well seems like most men don’t have any self respect then
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 10:24 PM
8

Women aren’t gonna live their lives worrying about men’s desires or molding themselves to fit what random men want. Her hypothetical husband will accept her as she is or she’ll be content single
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 10:22 PM
2

Says the man who believes men should cheat on a woman he decided to commit to because of consensual acts she did before she even knew him lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 10:06 PM
2

If it’s temporary women are gonna enjoy it while it lasts. Enjoy the decline as they say
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 03:36 PM
3

Well. If we get to that point I wouldn’t blame men for having their caking and eating it too, they’ve been doing that for thousands of years. Women finally got that power and men stay whining about it
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 03:33 PM
7

Go smoke crack. Ignore your kids. That’s your life. A man can cheat. Any man will cheat. So women are already prepared for this and will move accordingly. Divorce, cheat as well, or leave
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:58 PM
3

Women don’t have to do anything and you and the men like you sound pathetic tbh whining about women living their lives how they chose. They can cheat. And the woman can leave
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:55 PM
3

Maybe later on. But then you guys will whine about BB, when those 30% of men should be grateful they can finally get a woman
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:52 PM
3

Then don’t lol who is stressed about what the obviously irrelevant 30% of sexless men want lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:39 PM
1

So men are impure and evil
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/22 12:36 PM
1

Maybe you as a man would see it that way but women understand exactly what I wrote and agree with it. Not here to please the crazies lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/22 05:58 PM
1

I’m engaged. My comments are to protect orher women
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/22 12:23 PM
1

You triggered them with this comment lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/22 07:32 PM
1

I don’t see how that’s relevant. I do what’s best for me. I don’t care about what he thinks or likes in regards to my body or comfort level. Especially in the early dating phase
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/22 06:14 PM
1

I have every right to expect that and I do. The man is the one who has to decide he if can accept it or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/22 06:11 PM
1

How is he her meal ticket when she’s still making her own money. What is she getting out of this relationship dynamic? More chores for what exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/22 05:36 PM
1

Any man that thinks you’re not into them because you made them wait till you are comfortable is a red flag and bullet dodged
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/22 10:37 AM
1

I’m honestly not angry. Just tired. And it’s funny how much men try to downplay what I’m saying by bringing up my emotional state, as if that negates what I’m saying. I’m tired because what the men here say can and has negatively impacted me, my friends and the women I know personal lives. Having older men hit on us while young can be traumatic
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 10:14 PM
1

Ok yea I concede on that 51% is single
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 09:08 PM
1

51% of men 20 to 30 are not single lmao. Where’d you get that from? I can’t trust any of your other numbers
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 09:02 PM
1

It’s not the majority that’s all I care about. We can change the percentage from 10 to 25 if you want. My point still stands
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:58 PM
1

I don’t care about the n thing. I want men to stop saying young women like older man as a young women. It’s scary and delusional
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:55 PM
1

I’ve been cat called and everyone woman I know has been. I can find data but I don’t have time for you to stick your head in the sand and hand wave away women’s experiences
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:55 PM
1

It’s not due to proximity. Once again. Y’all are delusional. Where is the data. The evidence. That says young women find older men attractive. The average young woman has a high chance of being cat called and hit on by older men every day. Young women interact with older men, everyday. They can find an older man with the flick of a finger. If they wanted to date then. They would.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:50 PM
1

https://reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/comments/y1bxcr/older_men_hitting_on_younger_women_is_not/ This man said plenty of young women. It’s not plenty. It’s less than 10%.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:45 PM
1

Ok so please provide your evidence that says women 20-25 are sleeping with 30+ men
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:37 PM
1

So you’re telling me. The average young women who has a high chance of being catcalled and hit on by old men on the daily. Don’t have the chance or “exposure” to date old men. Whatever let’s you sleep at night bud. If young women wanted to date old men. They would. They’re easy to find
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:33 PM
1

It’s not about aiming for anything. It’s about men constantly saying young women like significantly older men. When the majority don’t. If women gotta accept what ppd men say about promiscuity (which isn’t based on data). Then men on ppd gotta accept this fact
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:30 PM
1

So where exactly are you getting the data that says women in their 30s are dating 40+ year old men insignificant numbers? There are only 5% of 10+ year age gap relationships. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/soloish/wp/2018/03/20/can-someone-in-their-50s-date-someone-in-their-20s-heres-what-experts-say/ https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/12/04/tying-the-knot-again-chances-are-theres-a-bigger-age-gap-than-the-first-time-around/
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:29 PM
1

I brought that up because your saying that because I’m on ppd what I said doesn’t matter. When me being on ppd is irrelevant when the data backs up what I’m saying. Unlike the men on here
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:24 PM
1

Lol. Listen. The data says otherwise so you can hamster wheel all you want. If young women thought old men were attractive they would date them. They don’t
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:22 PM
1

No I’m not making anything up. Men on ppd claim everyday the majority of men hate promiscuous women. While using no data to back that up. There is data saying that women do not get into relationships with men who are a lot older than them. If women found men 10+ years older then then attractive. Why wouldn’t they date them?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:20 PM
1

If they did. They would. They don’t. Only 8% (some say 5%) are dating men 10+ years older. There’s no shortage of old men for women to date. They don’t. They don’t find them attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:17 PM
1

Yet men on ppd who say men care about n count speak for all men?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:14 PM
1

Then the “14 out of 100” or however many men that are fine with promiscuous women is plenty and women should (we already are) ignore all the men who complain about virginity and low n count. She’ll find a man regardless
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:09 PM
1

Here men go. Refusing to accept it. Young women are telling you. They don’t find old men attractive. Why can’t you accept it?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:06 PM
1

Actually pew research says it’s only 5% for 10+ and 10% for 6 to 9 years. So as I said. If women found those men attractive they would date them. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/soloish/wp/2018/03/20/can-someone-in-their-50s-date-someone-in-their-20s-heres-what-experts-say/
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:04 PM
1

We’re talking the majority. Just like men say the majority of men get the ick. The majority of women get the ick from old men
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:02 PM
1

Only 8% of relationships have a 10+ year age gap. If women wanted to date older men they would
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/22 08:01 PM
1

A lot women do get triggered when men mentioned it. A comment in this thread some man is saying that there’s a double standard and women have to accept it. But women don’t have to and don’t want to accept it so they get upset when men mention it. Women think it’s unfair men can do whatever they want, sleep with as many people as they want, without any “consequences”. Anyone would be mad about an obvious double standard

Men get women pregnant. Men have the seed right? Don’t implant your seed and there’s no baby. It’s men’s fault if a baby is conceived. Unless men aren’t in control of their sperm and where they deposit it?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 03:46 PM
1

I understand what you mean about social media and I agree. It’s toxic on an individual basis and a societal one. But I don’t know. I get it. We’re a social species. But this goes back to my original point. When you said that what do men have to life for. You’re basically saying that women is men’s whole life. That once again a man relies on an woman for purpose. And I understand that almost everyone wants a family and to be loved. But from a woman’s perspective. If I don’t get those things, I wo…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:45 PM
1

Saying women are like literal water for men goes beyond just desire don’t you think? Isn’t that borderline obsession and pedalization. That’s my point
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:31 PM
1

Women should stop sexualizing themselves, for themselves, because it doesn’t benefit women. That’s women’s responsibility/accountability. Men’s responsibility/accountability is to not be basically brainwashed or easily swayed by women sexualizing themselves. Men have to have self control just like women do
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:55 PM
1

Interesting perspective. Hadn’t thought about that. So you think if men had some sort of conquest or contest they wouldn’t want women as much?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:52 PM
1

Ok. So teach women to desire males physique and mental traits. Do you think women don’t desire these things? Or is it just that women are significantly less horny than men so the desire isn’t as strong. Can women be taught to desire men more, is it all biologically based. As for men’s standards. Wanting a woman with an hour glass figure in American in itself is a high standard. Add in smart when the average American is not smart and yea those are kind of some high standards. And about women bein…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:50 PM
1

Ok. In your opinion. What can be realistically done so that men aren’t getting so desperate?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:24 PM
1

I’m not saying it’s a defect. I’m saying that while horniness is normal. Men are bombarded with sexual images daily. Add in social media and men have an intense fixation on sex. Men should not be saying that sex is like water to them. Even if it is. That’s very off putting and uncomfortable for women when men say this, constantly. I bet the horniness can be /is overwhelming and I understand it’s in male nature. But men are doing more than just being horny. They are putting women on a pedestal by…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 11:17 AM
1

For me personally I’m not expecting men to not complain. I’m merely saying that this hyper fixation is off putting to women when men constantly say they need women to breathe basically
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:57 AM
1

To me. You can’t use the bank as a good analogy because sex involves bodily autonomy and two consenting adults. The man robbing the bank, most people would say he was wrong and the real analogy would be that the man wants to know how he can rob a bank too. Men are trying to figure out how to get sex just like other men are. They want the same thing. And bad conclusions do come from it imo. Men say that sex is a need. It’s not just something they would like to do. And if sex is a need, men feel l…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:38 AM
1

But see. When men say that sex or a romantic relationship is a need they are 100% saying that they are entitled to it. Are they not?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:31 AM
1

Ok. Honest question. Masturbating isn’t enough to satisfy the itch?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:19 AM
1

No I don’t think expressing it in itself looks desperate. I think the hyper fixation on it is what comes off as desperate
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:08 AM
1

Feelings is not the same as desperation
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 02:04 AM
1

Yea. That’s my point. And that men are simping and expressing their intense desire which is making women “walk away”
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:57 AM
1

Of course not. When I say it’s a problem I mean a societal problem for men. If they can’t move as a collective then they Connor advocate for themselves and men end up in the problem their in now. Lacking support
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:49 AM
1

For a lot of men. Romance and sex are the same thing. A men told me today men use love and sex interchangeably
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:35 AM
1

They do love romance. But I still think it’s different because women aren’t saying that romance is the air that they breathe or the water they need to survive
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:32 AM
1

Prioritize yea. Make it the center of the world and the source of their happiness. I don’t think a lot of women are doing that
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:29 AM
1

Look up what the definition of an analogy is. A comparison is literally in the definition
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:09 AM
1

Right so men’s desire for a relationship is the same as a homeless man’s desire for food and shelter. Imo. That’s simping. That’s putting women on an extremely high pedestal because men believe the desire and therefore suffering due to the lack thereof. The same
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:06 AM
1

I don’t think homelessness and the lack of a romantic relationship should be in the same analogy is my point. They shouldn’t be compared at all. But it seems to me. That men view starving on the streets and being cold and homeless the same as not having a romantic partner. And that was kind of the point of my post. That this is extremely unhealthy
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 01:00 AM
1

I agree. A lot of women, imo, don’t derive all of their happiness from their romantic relationships like a lot of men do. I don’t know what can be done for men (if something can be done) so that they can find another means of fulfillment
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:57 AM
1

I agree and that’s also a big problem
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:54 AM
1

Ok. I can understand that. I don’t know what men should do then. I really think they should be shaming men who literally say women is like air or water to them. I don’t think it’s helping men as a collect
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:45 AM
1

On an individual basic yea I can agree with that. But men as a collective are simping and putting women on a pedestal even when they don’t realize it. And imo. That’s hurting them in the saying market
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:44 AM
1

And I understand that. As much as I can because I’m a woman. I try to have empathy here. I’m just trying to connect the dots and understand why men dont see this intense focus and desire as a form of simping. Even if men really want sex. Do they have to tell women this every day and make it such a huge issue? They don’t see that this might be pushing women away
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:43 AM
1

That’s fine. I’m not trying to belittle anyone. I’m just confused as to how men don’t see this as simping and putting women on a pedestal
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:40 AM
1

But we aren’t talking about survival, We’re not talking about food water and shelter. We’re talking specifically about romantic connections. We’re a social species, so yes, everyone needs to have emotional connections and relationships. But for men to believe that women are the be all end all and their only purpose for, well basically anything. Is simping. And it’s uncomfortable for women
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 12:33 AM
1

For most people it’s about morality. Saying you went a relationship is better than saying you just want to get laid in most peoples opinion. Probably because if you say you want a relationship you’re looking for something other than just sex (hypothetically). When some men say that they are lonely, they also say that friendships and family don’t cure their loneliness or cannot fill the void. That means a woman must fill it and therefore women are the cure for men’s loneliness. That’s uncomfortab…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/22 09:31 PM
1

The man asking why he can’t get laid instead of asking why he can’t find a relationship is the reason why women believe that men only want sex and that’s where the entitlement stuff comes from.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/22 07:43 PM
1

Aren’t men the rational gender?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/22 12:42 PM
1

I can tell. A lot of people aren’t good people. But the way the men are replying to me here is very telling. Men here have a vendetta against women and are very vengeful. Even to innocent women
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 03:46 PM
1

Him literally not telling a lady he’s been and is still presumably having a relationship with that he is now married. Why is he keeping this a secret? How is this not deceitful?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 03:43 PM
1

So that excuses this man from also being deceitful? He can lie and manipulate a woman that has done nothing to him?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 03:42 PM
1

How is he not? The lady said that he hasn’t even told the lady he’s been messing with for 10 years that he just got married. Why? Because he wants to spin plates and keep this lady on the back burner. That’s messed up. I’m faulting him for not telling her that he’s literally getting married and still messing with her
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 03:39 PM
1

She’s not entitled to a relationship, but why does he have to be deceitful?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 03:31 PM

I think built to give birth is kind of semantics im general because it reality both men and women were built to give birth. Men get women pregnant. Men’s semen is needed so a woman can give birth. the only goal in life is to procreate so everyone is built to give birth
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 05:01 PM
1

The human female body technically isn’t built for birth. It’s why there was a such a high death rate before modern technology and a lot of women pass from it even today. Humans and maybe 3 other animals are the only ones where giving birth can be a traumatic experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 04:38 PM
1

I mean maybe men can start trying to stop it by complaining about it like they do everything else lol. But I don’t think young men believe it’s a problem
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:23 PM
1

If men are too busy focusing and chasing women they why are they constantly complaining about womens “high” standards and options. Shouldn’t they just accept it like they do with older men and focus on finding a women they want?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:19 PM
1

People are going to chases whoever they’re attracted to im not negating or doubting that. I’m wondering why young men don’t care about the fact that older men 30+ make it harder for them to date because they’re going after one pool small pool of women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:13 PM
1

Yea but they could basically limit womens pool to select from if they removed older men from that pool
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:06 PM
1

So it is what I thought then. Men don’t want to limit there options once there the old ones. But they’re ok with being limited in their 20s. I get it I guess
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:04 PM
1

I’m wondering when young men don’t bring it up or complain about it like they do everything else regardless if they can change it
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 04:00 PM
1

I don’t agree with the wall theory. I’m just wondering why young men aren’t complaining about older men trying to get young women. When this makes dating harder for them
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 03:58 PM
1

Most people are paired up before 30. And I’m not negative talking about what’s normal. I’m talking about young men complaining about womens options and standards. But young women have lots of options because all ages of men want that small pool of women. Which makes it harder for young men to date. So I’m wondering why men don’t complain about older men making it harder for them. Since they complain about everything else
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 03:57 PM
1

I’m saying they still complain about it though. I agree it’s not going to change anything. But men don’t complain about this issue I brought up. And I think it’s because of the fact that they focus on when they’re older and the options they want to have once they’re 30+
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 03:55 PM
1

I mean that doesn’t stop the men here from shunning women on the things they don’t like
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 03:51 PM
1

Naw people getting mad snappy in the comments so I’m kind of done now. I’ve formed my conclusions lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:52 PM
1

People want to act like sex doesn’t mean anything. People want to act like the reason why they’re horny isnt because they have a primal need to procreate And they want to ignore these things and therefore devalue the importance or significance of sex, mostly because it’s pleasurable and they don’t want to be shamed for wanting it. Which I understand. But this is my conclusion. To many people have commented saying sex is special and helps couples bond. While simultaneously saying sex isn’t being …
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:52 PM
1

Idk. I think humans want to delude themselves into believing that their hormones/chemical makeup doesn’t control them
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:44 PM
1

Right. But you still want to procreate. Monkey brain wants kids that’s why you get horny in the first place. Asexual people don’t want kids. You do.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:36 PM
1

I agree with most of your points. And I do think that people are snappy because I said masturbation lol. But I just mean that, I think people are devaluing sex so much (which could be good or bad, I think it’s bad) that it’s basically becoming a form of glorified masturbation. Sex was never for recreation as you said. Especially for women. And I think that’s partly why women are pushing this narrative. It’s a form of independence for women and I understand. But women are also impacted the most, …

Early twenties
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:20 PM
1

Is early twenties too young lol. It’s how it’s a debate sub and we’re supposed to challenge views. But it seems like if you have “conservative” views you’re kind of shamed and ostracized. And I don’t think my views are conservation, I’m just interested in sociology and I like to question things.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:20 PM
1

No I think people assume I’m judging when honestly I’m just a young woman who is now looking at our society and the beliefs that we are pushing and I’m questioning them. Is there something wrong with that? People get very offended about this topic, like I’m telling them to stop having sex, and if I was, who cares lol? I’m not read the rest of your comment because dang people are getting snappy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:16 PM
1

I’m a woman lmao but go off
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:07 PM
1

I only mentioned the children because detaching children from sex is a part of societies overall devaluing of sex imo. Or if not devaluing, society wants to ignore the “primary” purpose of sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 07:05 PM
1

I also think it’s ironic that you believe I didn’t have good sex or any sex. It seems like when you have more “conservative” views around sex you get belittled or shamed. I guess I understand what men are saying about the virginity thing. It’s interesting
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:50 PM
1

I mentioned birth control and kids because due to contraceptives, people are able to completely detach sex from bonding and children. Women especially detach sex from children because it gives them independence
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:46 PM
1

Just a young woman who is looking at the values society is pushing or lacking and trying to form my own views/opinions. I’ve had great sex. I’ve also had sex bond me to my partner. And as a woman, it’s becoming clear to me that’s societies push for meaningless no strings attached sex can be very damaging for women
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:42 PM
1

But people don’t see sex like that anymore. A lot of people. That’s why so many are pushing for casual sex

It’s less dangerous now and that’s why people are devaluing it so much
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:18 PM
1

Because humans are a little more conscious and pleasure seekers as a species, we can seek sex for pleasure. I’m not saying that like people who are 50 don’t have sex. But I’m saying that people are trying to detach sex from its primary purpose. That’s what you’re doing right now. You’re ignoring what sex is for and how sex can really impact a person or create an emotional bond between a couple. A lot of people who want sex to just be a glorified from of masturbation. Especially casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:14 PM
1

The purpose of sex is to procreate though. I get it that people can expand it to be for entertainment/pleasure. Imo, at that point it’s just a form of masturbation. But people are completely trying to remove and separate sex from bonding and children. And to me, that is seriously causing people to devalue sex. People don’t respect relationships or sex like they used to imo, because we have forgot it’s “primaryl purpose
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:05 PM
1

I think I mentioned kids because due to modern contraceptives. People really really want to completely separate sex from children. Especially women. I think it’s a form of independence. That is still the “primary” purpose of sex and when you add in that people are also trying to ignore the bond it creates. It just seems like people want sex to be a form of glorified masturbation
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:00 PM
1

The fact you still want sex means subconsciously or “biologically” you still want children. Asexual people who never has sex are the only ones who don’t want children Sex might not be “spiritual” to you. I can drop that. But studies state that sex does create and emotional bond due to the chemicals that get released Marriage doesn’t connect to the emotional bond in the sense that it can impact it. I’m saying that because sex can create an emotional bond, we should treat sex and relationships wit…

The last part of your post is the key here. People have gotten pretty offended by my post it seems. But that’s my point. Everyone wants to have their cake and eat it to. And society is trying to brainwash women in particular (since sex seems to have a bigger impact on us then men, emotionally). I think this is all damaging to women and society
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:51 PM
1

It may or may not be. People love to talk about long term relationships. But peoples idea of a long term relationship can mean honestly anything. And that’s fine I guess. To me. Any sex outside of marriage is technically devaluing the act. That my belief The people who have lots of casual sex believe that sex has no value beyond the pleasure they can get from it. So I’m saying it’s a spectrum. Some people sex is super valuable, some don’t. The ones who don’t imo, are ignoring how spiritual sex c…

But people having causal sex is acting like the bond it creates doesn’t exist. There ignoring it’s importance. And by doing that, they are essentially devaluing sex to nothing more than glorified masturbation is my point
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:42 PM
1

Does it make it meaningless no. The fact that you believe it has meaning, shows that sex can be an important, emotional thing and people should stop devaluing it by having casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:40 PM
1

I’m a woman
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:35 PM
1

You have sex in a relationship to create and or enhance your bond right? So if society is pushing for casual sex, isn’t that devaluing the importance of sex. People are trying to ignore that sex is about procreation and creating a bond between too people I believe in God but I don’t follow a particular religion. And I’ve had sex before marriage. But now that I’m mid twenties. I’m starting to look at sex differently, especially how society is pushing sex to young woman
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:33 PM
1

Thannnk you I’ve thought I was spelling it wrong And I edited my comment. I’m saying I think it’s one of the many issues causing people in general to be less satisfied with relationships. On a societal level
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:21 PM
1

Yup. Just pointing out that that could be detrimental to society. As the men here say, unironically, enjoy the decline lol Honestly I can’t believe I said that lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:18 PM
1

Words have connotations, I think the term for masterbation needs to be expanded. People who have casual sex are basically just masterbating Did I say it makes them less satisfied?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:07 PM
1

I’m a whole woman with a boyfriend lol. I’m saying sex is being devalued.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:04 PM
1

I can see you’re triggered
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:57 PM
1

Exit stage left lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:55 PM
1

I get it’s technically not. But if you’re having casual sex and don’t intend to form a bond with that person, which is what sex does, I still see it as a form of devaluing sex and trying to turn it into masterbation. I’d say the connotation for masterbation needs to be expanded
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:55 PM
1

Asexuals are people who don’t want sex correct? Or don’t like it very much. If they do have sex, then they’d only have it specifically for procreation if they wanted kids? I’d say that fits my paradigm And I’m not saying what you did was wrong. I wasn’t trying to offend you. But you saying that sex creates an emotional bond is going to my point that people are devaluing sex but trying to act like casual isn’t a big deal. Maybe it isn’t to some people. But as a collective cultural, I think the th…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:53 PM
1

But if the sex is exclusively about pleasure, isn’t it just masturbation? You can masturbate someone else? If you give your bf/gf a hand job or whatever. Isn’t that just helping them masterbate?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:51 PM
1

It’s a debate post. Merely trying to see what people think. And clearly, people want to have their cake and eat it to
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:49 PM
1

Technically. You sterilized yourself so that sex was 100% only a form of masterbation for you? You had to remove it’s intended purpose
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:47 PM
1

Honestly, who knows how much those people who had one night stands connected. From the data I’ve seen, most women get an emotional connection to their partner very quickly, men take a little more time. But regardless of time, if sex has the ability to make you bond with someone, why is the general society pushing for sex to be casual and negate that bond?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:43 PM
1

I would say the masterbation thing is more of a metaphor. My main point is that sex is being devalued
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:39 PM
1

Everyone is saying that sex creates an emotional and physical bond. Then when I say that by people having casual no strings attached sex, it’s devaluing or ignoring that emotional bond, people don’t agree. Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:26 PM
1

But you saying that people have sex because they are physically and emotionally attracted to them means that they have or want to form an emotional bond? Why are we forming bonds with people in a casual manner? Why are we devaluing that bond that we can create with others through sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:25 PM
1

Yes it was more of a metaphor. I’m saying sex isn’t being devalued so much. It’s becoming gloried masturbation. Imo. The comments are proving my point
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:23 PM
1

When did I say it does? I’m saying that it has been proven that it creates an emotional bond to try and keep them together. Does it not?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:22 PM
1

Maybe. I haven’t fully fleshed out the semantics, I just think that sex is being devalued and the comments I’ve gotten are kind of supporting this imo
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:21 PM
1

I wouldn’t say it’s unreasonable. I just think that sex is losing too much value and people are forgetting the emotional and spiritual aspect of it
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:19 PM
1

No. I’m merely trying to say. My wording isn’t perfect. That people are devaluing sex by forgetting it’s true purpose. To procreate and create an emotional bond. And that sex has been lowered to basically masterbation with extra steps imo
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:16 PM
1

The primary purpose of sex is procreation. I’m merely saying anything outside of that like causal sex is technically devaluing it’s importance. And I’ve had people say that sex creates an emotional bond. Shouldn’t we take that into consideration. Instead. It seems like everyone is upset like I’m trying to tell them what to do lol. Sex is being devalued and a lot of people are showing that with their responses
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:14 PM
1

Sterile people wouldn’t technically fit this paradigm because they can’t have children so there is nothing being “devalued”. All sex would technically be masterbation in this secenario And you’d be 100% that that’s what I should do
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:11 PM
1

Yes you have a sex drive because you want to procreate
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:10 PM
1

I’d say people who can’t have kids doesn’t count. People who can’t have kids but don’t want technically would count. If you didn’t want kids, why do you still want sex? As much as people won’t to ignore the fact that humans are animals. I feel like the only people who wouldn’t fit this paradigm are actual asexual people. Those people don’t want kids. Everyone else subconsciously wants kids or their bodies want kids. Or they wouldn’t be having sex right?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:07 PM
1

The “primary” purpose of sex was fulfilled so I’d say no
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:05 PM
1

Is this not a debate sub?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:04 PM
1

They can do whatever they want, I’m saying imo it’s a sign that society just sees sex as different and less “special”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:04 PM
1

Yes obviously it’s only in my eyes. People are getting really offended by this post. Im not trying to force anyone to do anything. It’s a debate lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:03 PM
1

It’s a debate and it’s interesting that people appear to be a little offended by this post. People can do whatever they want I explicitly stated I’m not here to tell people what to do. I think people are a little offended by the post because it might touch on peoples morals
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:02 PM
1

But if sex is a way to connect with your partner. That means sex has a primal purpose to bring a man and woman together to raise a child. The emotional bond created through sex is important. And we’re devaluing it or trying to minimize it by making sex a casual act where we ignore it’s intended purpose. To create a bond
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 03:00 PM
1

Would you say that sex creates a physical bond between partners because it is needed to form a connect between the man and woman so they’ll stay together to raise a child? And that ignoring this aspect of sex is us devaluing it?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 02:58 PM
1

I’m not saying love isn’t a good thing or that sex can’t enhance an emotional bond. But that’s kind of supporting my point. Sex has value because it can create an emotional bond. Because the purpose of sex is to bond the parents so they’ll stay together to parent a child. We are devaluing sex now
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 02:56 PM
1

It’s a debate. I’m arguing that having sex without wanting children is devaluing sex to nothing more than masterbation with extra steps. Might be causing some of the relationship “issues”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 02:53 PM
1

I’m saying the act of having sex without wanting a child is basically just devaluing sex to masterbation. You’re just pleasuring yourself, but you’re adding someone to the equation. Like adding a dildo. It enhances how you masterbate. While I mentioned love, it’s kind of irrelevant imo
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 02:52 PM
1

Why should women encourage prostitution when it’s a net negative for 95% of women? Even prostitutes. Lower yourself for men who thinks you’re revolting and would never marry you? Why should women do this or encourage it. Plus, I’m places where prostitution is legal, people say it doesn’t change much. Men don’t like prostitutes
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:03 AM

And how is it logical to enter a relationship with someone you don’t like?

Oh it doesn’t hurt my feelings. I don’t care what men on Reddit say. But this thought processes is harmful to men as well as women. Which is ironic since men complain about being valued less then women constantly
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 11:58 PM

But why suffer when we don’t have to? Why do humans keep perpetuating the suffering?

According to…what exactly? Genuinely curious
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 11:23 PM

This is a really sad thought process
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 09:00 PM
1

You’re the one saying that men have to build their value. You’re saying that society, and your parents. Did not even value you when you were born.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 08:54 PM
1

If men start with no value as a teen it means they had no value as a baby as well. You don’t think it’s weird you believe you are literally born less to an a woman? And that you have internalized this thought process?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 08:50 PM
1

It’s pathetic honestly how they try to rationalize the fact they’re a loser
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 08:31 PM
1

This thought process is so dehumanizing to women. It’s also dehumanizing to men. So female babies have more value than man babies is basically what you’re saying. And as a girl grows into a woman she slowly loses her value while men can gain value because they start at 0. Do you not see how that devalues men and women?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 08:07 PM

Thankfully child support is a thing
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/22 10:46 PM

You can have a casual long term relationship as well. Basically I’m saying that there’s no real commitment in an LTR. I had a man here admit that ltrs are casual and he liked that because he can walk away at any time. Of course you can do that in a marriage, but there’s more hurdles. If you don’t tie the knot. All your saying is I’m with you right now, but I don’t particularly see myself being with you forever. If I did, I’d marry you. It’s a causal relationship with no strings attached. An ltr …

When did I say you have to pay for anything. If you don’t want to pay don’t. I’m just advising women to disqualify a man who doesn’t pay
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 04:59 PM

I’m just asking women if they knew abortion wasn’t an anymore option. Would they limit how much sex they have
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:17 PM
0

It’s a different climate tho. Gen Z isn’t having sex like that. Casual or not
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:16 PM
7

Yup. Don’t let the men here fool you. The men saying they don’t want to pay are the men hopping from tinder date to tinder date. He doesn’t think those dates will amount to anything so he doesn’t pay. But if a man believes he can invest/really wants that women. He’ll definitely fork over some money. If he doesn’t. He doesn’t want you like that
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:25 PM
5

If that works for you do you. I was talking to women. A man who won’t pay isn’t a man you want
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:58 PM

Who is trying to shame or control them. People jump to so many conclusions. I’m asking as a woman. Would you limit sex if you couldn’t have an abortion. That’s it

Technology changed the social landscape in a unique way
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:15 PM

Most women know that if a guy really wants you, he’ll pay. That’s how guys show interests/investment. Any man that wont pay for a $20-50 meal is not a man you want ladies.

And what strings are attached when you’re in an ltr? How do you confirm commitment in an ltr?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 04:08 AM

👌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 04:04 AM

I’ve had plenty of Ltrs that’s why I know how, imo, a lot of people my age see them. As a casual short term relationship. Most people bounce from relationship to relationship hoping they’ll finally tie the knot in their late 20s early 30s. An ltr can be a 3 month or 2 year relationship. Is that not casual? Casual as in, recreational, impermanent. Can be short term or long term
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:58 AM
0

Ok so I’m ignorant to the struggles of women and abortion. I knew women would do anything to have them. Ie coat hangers. But i didn’t realize how creative women were. Give me a break lol damn
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:54 AM
1

I understand that. It’s just interesting hearing a “first hand account” of what it was like for women in the past. And, I’m assuming, a woman from a third world country. My bad that I’m a modern western woman who has never heard of things like this lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:46 AM
10

Wow. That’s really wild. Would you mind telling me what country she’s from? Some of the other women posted stuff about tea leaves that caused women to abort. It’s crazy the lengths women went through to get rid of unwanted pregnancies. It’s actually creepy and really makes me appreciate that we have modern contraceptives.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 03:25 AM

I’m not saying it’s universal. I’m saying that, I guess objectively speaking, you have to trust that that person is committed to you instead of getting that commitment recognized in a legal manner. If you aren’t willing to tie your assets, are you really committed? Then some people add religion to it. Committing to each other in front of God. Ltr seems like a long term fwb, in both a financial and spiritual sense. Whether an ltr counts as a casual sexual relationship is debatable, we’d have to a…

But you can have a casual long term relationship. Imo if it’s not written on paper, it’s just a casual relationship. They didn’t get married so they could stay casual
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:43 AM
2

Yes I was wrong about married women having the most abortions lol. I was right about repeated abortions and unmarried millennials
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:39 AM
3

Well I just looked up the data and most abortions are had by unmarried women. What’s the difference between an ltr and casual sex? Genuine question. They’re both casual/short term. That’s what girlfriend/boyfriend means, or at least used to mean. Short term relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:36 AM
1

Mmmm. I agree men really like raw dogging their girlfriends. Especially if they want to tie you down. Men mark their territory when they cum in you. Unpopular opinion I know lol. Now if your friends didn’t have access to abortions anymore. Do you think they would stop having sex with their boyfriends?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:25 AM
1

But what is an ltr really? The person can walk away at any time. You can walk away from a marriage as well, but there’s a few more hurdles. Besides the other persons word, what differentiates an ltr and casual sex with an fwb? Or just casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:20 AM
4

Yea I was wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 02:18 AM

Lol, that’s exactly my stance. But, imo, a good amount of women would still have an abortion at that point. Not judging. Just my perspective

Dannng. I’m sorry this comment is a little funny lol. They tried so hard smh. I’m happy you found someone good and left those weirdos.

Mmm. And women would still drink it. That’s crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:58 AM

Id have to look for hard numbers. I could be wrong but I’ve read studies that state around 40~50% of women who were having an abortion had already had one. If you have counter data or numbers that’d be great https://www.guttmacher.org/sites/default/files/report_pdf/or29.pdf
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:50 AM
2

I can’t change the title or I would add or while in an ltr. But even if I only focused on casual sex, why are you implying that I’m disrespecting/ridiculing women who have had casual sex? Why do you perceive the title as negative? Edit: grammar
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:35 AM
3

Of course not. I’m presenting an argument I’ve seen on this sub, I wanted to see what women would say. I think married women still have the most abortions, and there’s also health, economic, personal etc reasons as to why women have them. I’m asking women if they would keep having sex either casually or in an ltr at the same rate if they knew they couldn’t have an abortion anymore. I don’t know why you’re jumping to conclusions about my beliefs lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:17 AM
0

Interesting, I’ve never heard of this
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:13 AM
-1

Ok. Even with your boyfriend. Would you keep having sex/as much sex if you couldn’t have an abortion anymore?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:13 AM
1

What about in a long term relationship? Would you keep having sex/as much sex with a boyfriend?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:11 AM

I’m sorry but LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:07 AM

Ok, then my statement wasn’t completely incorrect lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:03 AM

I admitted that pro lifers want to punish women for having sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:01 AM
1

I think you’re right that there would still be a lot of pregnancies. But idk. I think most women. Especially Genz and millennials. Would do the same thing you said in the first paragraph. Abstain because they don’t want to risk a pregnancy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 01:00 AM
-3

Yes it’s an inconvenience but a lot of women are doing it. I don’t think it’s unemployed women. I think a lot of them are married or millennial women Edit: nope. It’s unmarried women having the most abortions
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:55 AM
1

There’s also data stating a lot of people aren’t having sex. People aren’t in relationships like that. Maybe they’re having little flings but a large group of people my age are alone
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:54 AM
7

I’m in America. Why don’t you look up the data lol. Most Gen Z girls and boys are not having sex. I think half/more than half were/will be virgins till about 21
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:53 AM
-7

I definitely think there’s a large group of women who use abortion as birth control. And for another group of women, abortion is there safety net. They can have casual sex or sex in long term relationships without the fear of pregnancy. She can keep it or not. Without that safety net, imo, a lot more women will wait till marriage or be celibate if they don’t want marriage or kids
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:48 AM
8

Women aren’t doing that though. Even with abortion. Most people my age are single. And most women don’t even have sex until they hit like 21
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:47 AM
8

I definitely agree with the part about men using pregnancy to trap women. I think a lot of them are not happy that they’ve lost control of women in that sense. I’ll have to look into abortion history more, thanks
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:46 AM
0

Obviously not since most people my age are single lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:45 AM
7

Considering most millennials and Gen Z are single I don’t think women have to break up with anyone. They just won’t get with a man
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:44 AM
1

I know women were having abortion since the dawn of time. But I’m referring to our modern sense of abortion. Pills, removal of the baby. You said that started around the 60s right. So I’m not too far off that that’s when abortions got normalized and was mainstream
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:43 AM
1

I guess easily and accessible should be added to my post. Abortion wasn’t as normalized back then as it is now
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:38 AM
2

Gen Z and millennials aren’t getting married and a lot of them don’t want kids and this number is rising. Like I said, it’s a totally different environment.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:36 AM

Those women were forced into marriages they couldn’t leave. The entire situation is different. And modern women have a modern perspective
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:34 AM

They didn’t before because they were forced into relationships with men. They aren’t now
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:31 AM
1

Ok. Let’s change it to an ltr. Do you think women would stop having sex in an ltr if abortion wasn’t available?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/22 12:19 AM
2

She doesn’t. Women have options. Men don’t. That’s the reality right now and men should move accordingly until (if) financial abortions are implemented
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 07:34 PM
12

Yes women have this option. Men don’t. The reality is men will never have equal reproductive rights with women. The only thing that can help men is financial abortion
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 05:36 PM
2

Then that man shouldn’t whine about child support correct? Who forced that man to sleep with and ejaculate inside a woman he doesn’t want to be with? Men know women can get abortions. So they should be more careful
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 05:21 PM
2

Women are the gatekeepers of sex. Men are the gatekeepers of pregnancy. A man controls who he ejaculates in. A woman has no power over that. No semen, no baby. And sounds like the guys you know where trash as well. Since the majority of child support payments are around $100-300 a month. Your friend couldnt pay that?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 04:01 PM
5

“Many”, please provide data to back that claim. And yes. If a man put his semen in a woman he consented to parenthood. Men know they have no back up options. Why don’t men accept this is the way it is right now and move accordingly?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:56 PM
3

Besides financial abortion evening the playing field a little, men will never have equal reproductive rights to women. Because it would infringe on women’s bodily autonomy. There’s always going to be a problem. Men should move accordingly
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:54 PM
-1

If anything that says more about American/western men. If women would rather be under welfare and have child support instead of a man….then idk. Especially since welfare and child support pays the women pennies in most cases
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:51 PM
0

I’d assume that’s very rare
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:48 PM
9

Men set up welfare. Obviously men understand that men will leave their kids high and dry whether welfare exists or not. Welfare and child support was a response.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:38 PM
5

I guess. But the example you gave of those women who didn’t take their birth control is a poor one. If you know that women have all the power in this situation, isn’t it then on you to protect yourself? Why are you giving those women power over your reproductive and financial rights? You can’t wear a condom?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:36 PM
7

His input is him ejaculating inside her lol. That’s his choice. Sure he only gets one choice. But it’s his choice. No sperm. No baby. No child support.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:27 PM
22

The system to support those bastard children is child support
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:24 PM
16

He made his choice when he ejaculated inside the woman. Do women have more options to absolve themselves of responsibility after getting pregnant, yes. That’s the reality we live in. And until men have laws like financial abortion. It’s on men to protect their resources. So men should marry before they let a woman carry. It’s on the man at the end of the day
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 03:21 PM
213

Because at the end of the day, whether it’s fair or not, society doesn’t want a whole bunch of bastard kids running around starving in the streets causing chaos. Somebody has to pay for the kids. The mother is already paying since she’s the primary caregiver. So the father also has to pay. That’s child support
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 01:50 PM

Men are the ones that desire that “human fleshlight”, so I’d say it would make more sense to ask men why they value it so much. Men put women on a pedestal due to that “fleshlight”.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/22 10:54 PM
0

But it does. Mens desire for women makes women valuable.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/22 09:40 PM
8

Edited my comment just for you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 12:52 PM
21

Just like how a lot of men treat women. Seems like you guys can’t take your own medicine
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/22 11:35 AM
2

It’s not happening in large amounts lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:56 PM
2

So you’d cheat on your postpartum gf/wife after one month?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 02:26 PM
3

Not my fault your girlfriend is sensitive. And it’s different than telling someone to their face that they’re average and saying your man is the average man in terms of income…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 12:35 PM
2

Most people are average. Is average now a diss? It’s not ok to be average?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 12:30 PM
6

Lmao I can’t. Not ED. Literally though a lot of the men here are a little off. You just gotta treat it as entertainment lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 04:57 AM
12

Literally. They’re delusional. We don’t wanna be with geriatric old men unless you’re buying me a new house lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 04:52 AM
-9

I’d say they aren’t doing that either lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 04:01 AM
2

Are you an old man or a Gen Z woman? Did I judge either side for being in a consensual large age gap relationship? I never said anything about people being in those relationships. I stated gen Z women, the majority, see old men as gross. It’s the truth and the data backs this up lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:19 AM
4

When did I? Sounds like you got triggered and are now projecting
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:15 AM
0

The majority then. Most girls. Especially Gen Z. We don’t really do the older guy thing
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:12 AM
-8

I don’t have to speak for them. The data speaks for itself. Large age gaps are the minority
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 03:05 AM
12

Mmm that’s a lie lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 02:50 AM
21

I hope the ladies on this sub see this lol. Men on ppd complain that women don’t want to date the average man. And then when one says she’s dating one, she’s literally mocked for it and told she should be dating a richer man. A man encouraging hypergamy. Ironic
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 02:48 AM
11

The average man is making around 50k. That’s what my boyfriend makes. I’m not ashamed to be an average woman with an average man lol. Do you guys not say this is what women should do? Or should I leave him and find me a sugar daddy?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 02:45 AM
-5

Gen Z woman here. We think it’s gross. You don’t speak for us sorry. Old men are gross, you guys aren’t going to change this no matter how many times you talk about old women being jealous. Large age gap relationships are not the norm
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 02:28 AM
0

Why would I do that lol? I can be equal to a man that doesn’t mean I have to imitate any interest. Men will always have a higher sex drive. If he wants me he’ll make it known
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 01:14 AM
6

Men do not restrain their anger though. Maybe. Possibly a hundred years ago. But the men of today are emotional and they will definitely have an aggressive outburst. Modern men cry on tv. How are they not emotional? Men think they’re not emotional
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 12:54 AM
1

That’s exactly what I’m saying. That women of today are trying to redefine feminine in a way that fits them and our modern life/views. Femininity and it’s definition/traits are changing
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 12:48 AM
2

The feminine traits also useful to the man?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 09:55 PM
6

I don’t know if I agree with the traits you’ve assigned men. Both men and women can be self sacrificing. I would argue women are a little more self sacrificing just because we’re usually mothers and caregivers. Emotional stability. Women are only viewed as emotional because they cry. But from what I’ve experienced personally and seen on social media. Men are not emotionally stable. If men were. A lot of these crimes wouldn’t be happening. Men show their emotions as anger Women are not supportive…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 09:54 PM
1

Personally I don’t see how toxic masculinity benefits men. So how does toxic masculinity benefit men? I have to understand that part before I can comment on the rest
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 09:46 PM
0

Doesn’t matter. Women birth you not the other way around. If mens bodies are so superior why can’t men create themselves? Men are physically bigger because they need to protect the important sex. The women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 08:26 PM
1

Hmmm. I think all of this hypergamy can be related to (some) women seeing men as superior and men seeing women as inferior. Women want a better man to compliment her “inferiority”. Men don’t really care cause they already see themselves as better than women inherently. Maybe? Or maybe this is a stretch. Just throwing out ideas lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 08:25 PM
1

If women were biologically submissive what is happening in our modern era? How are women able to ignore biology?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 08:22 PM
4

I said a lot. Which from my perspective is true
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 08:21 PM
3

Do you boo boo. Never said you couldn’t adhere to traditional gender norms I don’t know what this comment is
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 08:18 PM
2

Psh. Gen Z men are the real ones crying and whining. A lot of them are more “feminine” than the “masculine” Gen Z women. Ironic isn’t it
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:49 PM
2

Don’t worry about me boo boo. Living my best life. And my boyfriend wants cats too lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:43 PM
2

Lol those countries are also seeing their birth rates decline and feminism is slowly but surely growing in those countries. Won’t be too long now. Globalization is making this a global thing
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:34 PM
4

But if you’re saying that women have to be physically strong to go though childbirth. Why do women have the trait of being weaker? It’s mostly because men perceive their physical strength as being the only type of strength that matters imo. Even though, I’d say women are physically stronger than men since they give birth. But men wouldn’t agree. I’ve said that I believe women are mentally and emotionally stronger than men in general. But that doesn’t stop women from being the “weak” gender
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:31 PM
2

That’s news to me. And I know I’m privileged. Never said I was a victim. But I can acknowledge how men as a whole see me as a woman
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:14 PM
2

Nurturing to men, imo, means the women puts her family’s needs before her own. That’s being inferior to me. This is all my perspective. A lot of feminine traits has the women putting others thoughts and feelings above her own
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:13 PM
2

Who’s crying lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:09 PM
2

More and more women are choosing to not have kids
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:07 PM
1

Right. That’s why men provide for the mother of their child. Cause it’s not free to have a baby
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 07:01 PM
2

A lot of women are doing it and being boss babes and boss moms lol. Not me though. I ain’t giving a man a baby for free.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 06:57 PM
2

Women didn’t really have a choice until now. Now that we have a choice, well you can see what women are doing. Rejecting it. Or at least questioning it
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 06:46 PM
2

I like this. Everyone should start at the same point and be judged as such. I think women are starting with a disadvantage though, because a lot of men see women as inherently less than
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 06:32 PM
2

How are women not held responsible for the choices they make?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 06:30 PM
1

That is a very interesting thought. Imma have to think about this one
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 06:26 PM
1

You’re right it’s not. I was researching what femininity means and most of the sites said vulnerable and docile. My mistake
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:44 PM
6

Women are fine with most feminine traits men seek like being caring and warm. Women have a problem with men seeing them as inferior because they’re caring. As well as feminine meaning vulnerable. Womens feminine traits are seen as inferior. That’s the problem
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:39 PM
4

Do you boo boo
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:32 PM
1

Women are the employers. Men the employees
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:27 PM
2

But a lot of men aren’t strong. Physical strength sure. Mentally and spiritually. Nope. And lots of men are vulnerable too. Is vulnerability only related to physical vulnerability? Not mental and emotional? I think that’s why most traditional genders traits are wrong. By your logic. A physically weak man is not a man, but a woman. Since he doesn’t have strength
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:16 PM
3

If feminine means docile and vulnerable I would definitely say that’s a bad thing. Would you not? And those are the words that come up when you search for the definition of feminine. I don’t want to be vulnerable. Does anyone?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:11 PM
5

What’s wrong with telling women to have a spine? And I don’t consider myself a feminist even though all the men here went to label me as one
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:10 PM
0

The men on this sub keep telling me to stop focusing on the past. So let’s focus on the present lol. Yup. We are in a position where we can redefine femininity
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:05 PM
2

Giving. That’s the key word ladies lol. She’s in a position beneath you that benefits you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 05:03 PM
3

Gen Z girls are questioning this stuff and even questioning if they want to be with men. Your generation is out of the loop
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:59 PM
2

That’s fine. Women are weaker I’m not refuting that. But men want women to make their weakness a personality trait. That’s where it’s taken too far imo
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:53 PM
2

I think a lot of women are rejecting femininity all together. Then I think a lot of women are just trying to change the definition and traits associated with femininity. I think the latter is the bigger group
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:45 PM
7

Yea. Femininity is a positive. I want women to define femininity on their own terms. Not on how men want them to. Because that benefits men. If specific women want to be vulnerable and docile that’s fine. But to state that those traits mean femininity, that’s just making women weak and inferior. And we aren’t. But women can do whatever they please that’s their life. As long as women define femininity based on our own attributes I’m fine with that And those women who are traditional aren’t necess…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:38 PM
1

Exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:34 PM
2

Women control sex so men don’t really have much say when it comes to smv. And as more women rebuke relationships and are willingly to be alone. Men will lose any rmv they had through marriage. I’d say women are definitely going to be able to change the definition of femininity. Theyre already doing it. Women control femininity not men. Even if men want to believe they do. At least in the modern era
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:30 PM
1

When you type in feminine the definition literally states vulnerable and docile.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:19 PM
2

Since you’re so familiar with what red pill women think please provide examples
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:18 PM
2

I don’t have a source so I changed my wording. This is perspective. If you have a source saying that women aren’t rejecting traditional femininity, which is what I was referring to. Please provide it and I’ll happily read it
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:06 PM
3

Feminism just showed women what men actually think about us lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 04:00 PM
3

Yea the fact that women had to work outside the home but we’re still considered the husbands property and inferior to her man proves that women were beneath men. And most women income didn’t even belong to her. But her husband
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 03:19 PM
8

And men aren’t? Anyone can be a victim
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 02:50 PM
4

Please list the other submissive traits women have that aren’t linked to their physical weakness
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 02:21 PM
4

Yes. Men are physically stronger than women. But womens physically weakness does not mean that women have to accept being underneath a man in all accepts of her life. Physical weakness is not a personality trait and it does not define femininity
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 02:13 PM
1

Yup. But instead. Just because men are physically stronger. A lot of them* see women as inferior in all other areas
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/22 01:54 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
