Check out MMSL (Married Man Sex Life). It started red pill, but Athol Kay has moved a bit purple now in approach(why? the green pill), but the core group of guys there are decent. Read his two main books and you should be fine and his blog. If your wife is attracted to you Married and 40 with kids doesn't mean anything. Him being happily married with kids, and not isolating himself with your wife is different. The thing about affairs is you can't just focus on alpha, you have to give relationshi…

Another thing to watch for if you are in a ltr is that your wife/girlfriend starts being super self conscious about being naked when they didn't use to be. They start seeing you as unattractive, you start being creepy. If they see you as attractive and the lizard brain wants to fuck you, they will invite it.

The approach I am taking as I get back into lifting is that it is like getting a degree. There are many subjects to master, and you should get the basics the first year, focus on those but the real pay off comes in years three and four when you truly focus on your major after having built your basic understanding/platform for your body.

It is just a "cultural norm" that men being out of work affects women to divorce them. Lol.

Get rid of unconditional love in your mindset. Love has costs, it can hurt you and burn you. Build value in yourself, you are always selling yourself. The more value you have then, the more you can demand in a relationship. Women need a man that they respect to love. That is the way their love works. Unfortunately today's society is teaching women to not respect men.

Men have hamsters too. We just go in reverse. Women: Feel, take action, rationalize Men: Rationalize, take action, feel.

I don't think I am confusing sedentary with lazy. How many people who work their 8-10 hour days do zero exercise in the week? Probably 70% of the population. I have seen the real key to being motivated to be healthy. To value health on its own. Family only takes up so much time, and so does school. IF you value you it, you make the time. 4 hours a week is all anyone needs to really make a change, especially body weight exercise. For the vast majority of the population caloric cutting would work.…

The thing is you are being outsold. You are being out competed. Learn how to sell yourself with substance. You maybe good at business process, but learn something about politics, which corporate/professional business is. Networking, it is selling yourself. A new job is about selling yourself. Getting a girl to go home with you is selling yourself. It is all relative. Get to talking to people, don't be afraid. People do care about competence. You fuck up and people will drop you. Give people what…

People are more productive in what way? Work? Sitting on your butt all day at an office job doesn't do crap. Automation has produce all the productivity in industry. When people are lazy as fuck they are mentally lazy. They don't think for themselves and they don't look at what they are eating. They get depressed, and they don't search for answers. You are right in what it takes to lose weight, changing patterns but the masses are lazy and they aren't going to lose weight. I know, I have lost 11…

If you aren't interested in sex, but respect and prestige you still can use the red pill. This reddit is only about sex, but there is applications of the red pill outside of sex. Knowing when you are being used and not a chump by men is just as valuable as women. If you respect yourself then everything else falls into place. If you respect yourself you have confidence. If you have confidence you can sell yourself to work, women, politics, etc. Once you learn you have value, then you can build on…

A guy shouldn't give up his life for a two month relationship. The guy is being played. It is a shit test on both guys, and the other guy won that test by not cowing to OP.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
