Try to calm things down but if you have no choice, attack with all you got. Also learning martial arts can help.

Yeah sometimes I just want to focus my energy on my hobby and my career, especially when online date feels like a second job to me.

Hey man I want to say that I've been in your shoes for many years. But recently things start to click to me and I feel much better. Below are what I've been doing that work best for me: Ramp-up my physical training. The harder I train, the better I feel. Define some virtues that are most important to me and decide that I'll go through hell to uphold them. If a girl does not value my virtues then I'll next her no matter how beautiful she is. Read more books. Preferably philosophy books or books t…

My rule of thumb is if I send 2 messages (1-2 days separate) and they don't answer, then I'll move on. No need to waste time with people who don't value your presence.

If it's what you really want then you're not a simp. It's that simple.

Could you please share some tips about how to do this brother?

Stay calm. Don't overthink. Have fun. Show your intent and escalate when it's appropriate. Practice more and you're golden.

Life is never fair bro. All we only can do is trying our best.

It's a job you work hard for bro. If they can't respect that then they can get lost. Anyway you can develop some interesting hobbies in your free time. Being an engineer doesn't mean you can't become an interesting person.

You can not control the first reaction. But you can always control what to do to that reaction.

It takes hard work in order to be comfortable with oneself. You can't just believe in one sentence and override all your negative thought patterns in your brain. So yeah it's useless as an advice.

Respect for the effort but you should try to fix the injuries permanently. Getting back to training and improve inner game naturally will be better for the long run, so you don't have to rely on outer tricks too much.

Actually great post. Well done brother. I'm reading the book Psycho Cybernetics, it talks about this problem in great details. The principle is your subconscious uses your belief as a target to strive for. If you believe in something, it will create behaviors and feelings that are congruent with that belief. So it is very important to choose the right belief if you want to become better in every aspect of life.

Find your worth elsewhere. It's not inside a woman's pussy, and not in other men's respect either.

Thanks very much for your advice. It's really helpful. How do you create emotional spikes through text though?
/r/seduction04/02/20 01:40 PM

Yes I do, but not many. I struggle to open the conversation in an interesting way. Some of them don't even reply to my text. Also, I don't know what topic should I talk about on Tinder, I prefer meeting girls outside though.

Can you share any tips on Tinder and text game? I've tried to use Tinder lately and my results are abysmal. Really appreciate if you can share your insight. Thanks.

Look at how he talks, how is his vibe, his body language,... Can you at least apply those things?

Do you understand why he is attractive to woman? Did you try to apply some of his traits to your action?

Read Stoicism. Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus,... They will teach you how to deal with this problem.

Do you have anything that you can be proud of? A cool skill? Physically fit? Good career? If not then you've got some work to do sir. If you don't like yourself, nobody will.

You can divide meals in to small ones, no need to eat strictly 3 meals a day. Also lifting is about improving your health and making yourself proud, not to impress women. And you should not focus on them either. The only person can make you truly happy is you. So relax and enjoy life bro.
/r/seduction20/02/17 05:34 AM

The first thing you need to do right now is get to the gym and start lifting. You can't be a 10 but with a ripped body and nice clothes + grooming you can easily become a 7 or 8. Try to accomplish something for yourself and confidence will come.

No way we can find out your problem unless we see you interact with women in real life. There are many underlying factors that contribute in building attraction beside 6 pack abs and good career. But I will just throw a blind guess that your inner game and body language may be the issues.
/r/seduction03/02/17 01:08 PM
2

The key is you have to find a way to make the process fun. If you feel like being tortured everytime you go to the gym then no amount of willpower can help you get through it.

In my case I completely ignore her, keep distance and talk to other girls in my class. It's painful even by watching her but I think it's the best way for me to get over this oneitis.

Do things that force you to push your limits ( talk to random people, sports, join a club,.. ). Just don't set your expectation too high. Set small goals each day and try to complete them. By doing this you will realize you are much more capable than you think you are. Thus raising your self esteem.

Of course I give a fuck about what and who matter, I just dont give a fuck about things like other people's judgement about me or what reactions I can get from them because I live according to virtue and I always try to do what is right. The choice to love me or not belongs to them, not me anyway so it's better to focus my attention somewhere else.

Meditate and learn philosophy, to realize other people's words have absolutely no power to our mind and we shouldn't pay too much attention to them.

Look for Tyler of RSD, the dude is short and is one of the best pick up artists in the world so yeah, that ain't true.

Myself: 5'9 (very tall in my country), athletic body, above average face (has clog pores but I dont care), well read, know how to cook,..But dog shit social skills resulted from years living in mom's basement is still preventing me from getting result. Guess I have no choice but keep trying.

When talking to people dont expect anything from them (emotional validation, smiles,...) and lower your expectation of a good conversation. It's ok to be silent one in a while, relax and talk everything that pops in your head. I know it'll be frustrated at the beginning but things will get better the more you practice.

Me too. Just get rejected by a girl I really like 2 weeks ago. But I've never been in a better condition, mentally and physically, in my whole life. I guess only through failure we can learn the right lessons and become a better version of ourself.

You are too young to commit in a long distance relationship. And you don't even know her that much. Go talk with other girls or do something more productive.

Find a girl that you dont feel attracted to, talk to her like with other guys, I find make friend with girls very easy because they like to talk a lot. Be funny, express yourself and bam you have a new friend.
