Highly depended on local laws, but she's unlikely to have commited any crimes, unless maybe they're trying to blackmail them. Might be a HR issue though if these are colleagues This 'friend' almost definitely doesn't exist and would be committed data protection crimes if they did this, again depending on local laws. At Least in the uk, male suicide is far higher than female suicides. I'm not saying women talking to eachother is the sole reason for it but its certainly a factor that shouldn't be ignored.

I wouldnt really say saying 'Men don't seek help because of masculinity' is victim blaming, that genuinely is part of the problem, men don't talk about their feelings and problems like women do, ignoring that because it could be seen as victim blaming would be harmful and doesn't solve anything
