16	Rant/Vent: It's not because you work in IT. It's not because women think you're a tech guy. I'm in IT. Mid 30's. Been doing it hard core for 8 years. $130 salary, $200+ with bonuses. Nearly doubled my salary twice. Had good luck. Had to take it when I knew I deserved it. Had to prove I, and my team, is worth it. If you think IT makes you unattractive, stop thinking for a second. Go home and shave, get a fucking haircut, lose your weight, buy a few decent buttonup shirts that fit, buy some jeans that fit - it's not expensive.
