Track 1 is the hardest pill I've had to swallow. Amen. I know it's true, and I completely understand the merits of accepting this fundamental viewpoint, but at first I really just didn't want it to be true and I didn't want to have to accept it. Now, it really does make things so much easier and the jealousy I used to feel with girlfriends, dates, etc just kinda washed away.
