| 17 | The problem with most advice here is that knowledge isn't the bottleneck. It's motivation to actually act on what you know you should be doing. And most advice doesn't address how to generate motivation, or if it does, does so ineffectively. So most advice sucks. But, anyway, here's a new idea. | Fundamentals | SoccerSkilz | /r/seduction | 15/06/26 03:00 PM |

And most advice doesn't address how to generate motivation, or if it does, does so ineffectively. So most advice sucks. But, anyway, here's a new idea. The thing I think you’re overlooking is that there really are shortcuts out there that are being massively underutilized. We’re still early on the adoption curve for GLPs, and most of Americans who have the financial means and prescription applicability to get them still won’t use them. That’s because even the smallest amount of effort is still too much effort for people. But the truth is GLPs just work and will make you way hotter most of the time, on the margins. TRT does too and I think it’s … | /r/seduction | 19/06/26 01:13 PM |

But, anyway, here's a new idea.I mean, this is sort of what I'm talking about in the OP: you're giving me shitty, useless advice in practice. You're just assuming the other person's brain works like yours. How does it help me to say, "just change the way you think?" if I can't? If you're like me, for the most part, your emotions aren't downstream from your thoughts; instead, your thoughts are downstream from your emotions. There isn't a switch I can just flip in my brain that will make me not be anxious as hell when talking w… | /r/seduction | 15/06/26 03:22 PM |

I couldn't imagine doing heroically socially bold things like approach a dozen girls tonight just because I took L theanine. | /r/seduction | 15/06/26 03:16 PM |

But, anyway, here's a new idea. That's great, I'm happy for you if alcohol is proving to be all you need. In my opinion, it's a shitty solution for a few reasons. The effect is too short lived. The confidence-boost doesn't last long enough to get the results I need, so you have to re-dose, but the more I drink to prevent it from wearing off, the more side effects accrue (increasingly low mood, saying dumb things, seeming drunk, nausea, feeling like shit the next day, erectile dysfunction, etc.) Bars kinda suck--it's a sausage … | /r/seduction | 15/06/26 03:15 PM |
