It's insane man ! Red Dead 2 will be a very good story teller game I think. Most of Redpillers speak about wasting time playing video games but some of theme, very few though, really deserve a shot. Sorry but I don't agree with you. I used to meditate of course. The thing is it'gets you nowhere ! Even worse, it inhibits the survival instincts as if your life ends up like very soon.
