I really need to type up my custody battle some day. Just some quick advice, even if you win, don't think for a second that it's over. In face the following 3 months were probably worse because the crazy cunt really had nothing left to lose.

Ok it sounds like you have plenty of text messages, those are proof and documentation. I highly suggest when you write your affidavit to include those. Make a time line and list your complaints. Print off the texts making sure they show the time and phone number/ name from when/ who they were sent. Also get your phone bill and show those texts on the phone bill. You can't have too much support for your argument. Get the pictures, that prove the child was with you on the days she said she had the…

First off, it takes a miracle to get custody in ND as a single father (unmarried). Not to take away any hope. You just need to be realistic. The first questions that come to mind, does your BF have any criminal history? DUI? Drugs? Those are some of the most important factors. What about employment? Has he held a job for a extended period of time? Long story short he needs to be appear as stable as possible in all matters of life, especially in comparison to her. You mentioned her suicide attemp…

You're 100% right it seems. I'm going in the hearing with affadavits from 2 different evaluators saying how far behind in school our daughter is and how she needs to be held back a year. And with her mother forcing her to miss school for no good reason it's just icing on the cake. She's behind at least a year because her mom had interim custody and wasn't taking her to school regularly.

Long story very short, she had 4 other children back in her home state. I knew of 2. She lost custody to all of them. Had a psyche evaluation, had a history of abusing her other children including having them walk around outside with no shoes on in the winter as observed by a police officer. But more importantly she lied to the court ordered parental investigator and the judge, got caught, and continued to lie with overwhelming evidence in her face. Had it not been for that, I would have never g…

You have it 100% correct. Also I drove yesterday there and back to the scheduled meeting place and even 15 min early to fund out she was not coming.

Shit, we were never married. That's the other thing that makes my win so amazing.

I was onto an exchange today where I handed over my daughter to her mother. I live in ND. Her mother was taking my daughter out of State illegally and I tried to put my daughter back in my vehicle. My ex tried to pull my daughter out of my arms to the point My daughter said mommy you're hurting me. The cops were called he put me in the back of his cruiser even though I said I wanted to press assault charges on the mother. He then took my statement which included her jumping on my back. Told me t…
