You were intentionally being misleading dude. Misrepresenting that men have no rights of paternity, when they most certainly do in France. And cmon man you are nuking the family with any type of a paternity test. Did you actually read the law? The reasoning behind it? The legal theory? This is misleading. At home paternity tests are illegal, court ordered is not. A husband can challenge the paternity of his child still. This is based around strong bodily autonomy laws in France. Where the consent of the child is required for such testing. Again, you can contest paternity. That is not illegal

I used to teach. If a young boy, we talking under 11, made those kinda statements or made suggestive statements. 9/10, boy was being abused or the parents/family members were exposing them to porn/graphic material. If you just blanket punish a child like that, you going to fuck them up more than they probably are.

You type all of that and miss the point of the question??? God I have to be even more direct. In a democracy, the best way to express political power as citizen is to vote. If an individual is denied the right to vote, then they don’t have political power. Before 1920, when women in the US did not have the right to vote, do you agree that they could not express their political power?

First, I didn’t say, “today” is a patriarchal society, I basically said we did have one. To deny that fact would be not factual from a historical perspective. OC kinda was making that argument. Have you talk to a Christian in the past idk ever? Or a trad con? Or a paleoconservative? A red a piller? I admire that you can hold such naive positions about how conservatives are reasonable, but there are many who hold this view in the US. A valid political opinion means one you can express and not be chastised for it, that doesn’t mean they don’t hold these views behind closed doors and advocate for it whne liberals aren’t looking.
