4	Approaching in College I see the point you are making and I value your advice, but why wouldn't I start approaching on campus? There are 40,000 undergrads here at UW Madison and I know a negligible fraction of that population personally. I also have a lot more in common with these people because we attend the same school, are around the same age, and are more likely to have shared the similar experiences in general.
